Absolute disgrace, you don't get what you ordered.

I was there on my lunch break to get a sub, at first the employee didn't pay attention to me for 15 minutes, then when I spoke to him he was unfriendly. But that was the least of the problems, when I was making it I asked for a little more onions and he cheekily replied with "you can get more onions for an extra charge." I've been eating at Subway once a month for 10 years and have never had to pay extra for vegetables. You should explain to the guy Maö what your company policy is. He doesn't do that at all. Then I ran out in the middle of doing it because he still laughed at me and didn't even bother with it out of goodwill

No BBQ sauce but delicious as always. Very clean. Although we have more fruit flies because of summer.

The owner is a complete disaster, totally rude, stingy and tries to rip people off. Unfortunately the food wasn't really edible either. Never go to that store again.

Lidl discount was refused for no reason!!!

Uncoordinated and just not professional. The food was available way too late. Waiting 2.5 hours for your food is anything but fast food.

The man with the glasses who makes the sandwiches is super nice and has a welcoming personality! We would come back just because of him.

Had a conversation with Subway headquarters about the prices, which are significantly cheaper on the Internet (advertising) than on site Answer: "Every Subway is allowed to do what it wants because the partners are independent"

The sub was not warm and unfortunately crunchy. The surface was also very poor, which was always different with other subways. But very friendly staff!

So this is really the worst subway in Wiesbaden. The employees are incredibly stingy with all the ingredients! I asked for more salad and olives and it wasn't possible. Eh, so hard. All subs are also renamed and vouchers don't work either. Never again!

Unglaublich unverschämte Bedienung. Um wen es geht, kann man sich ja denken, wenn man die anderen Bewertungen liest. Echt schade, seit dem Besitzerwechsel ist der Laden nicht wieder zu erkennen.

Unglaublich unfreundlicher und herablassender Mitarbeiter (schwarze Haare, Brille, ausländischer Akzent), der für jeden extra Kleks extra berechnen will. Sowas kenne ich aus keinem anderem Subway.

Die Sandwiches sind lecker und der Salat scheint ebenfalls frisch zu sein. Nur ist man inzwischen bei 15€ bei einem Sandwich. Das sind weder Die Zutaten noch Größe nicht wert. Die Zutaten belaufen sich auf etwa 3/3.50€... Stand Nov. 2023

Mitarbeiter freundlich ,sauber und mein Sohn hat es geschmeckt

This is one of the best Subway, right in the city centre, staff are kind and courteous, food is fresh, and the cookies are great.

Der Laden ist super gelegen, zentral in der Innenstadt. Die Baguettes sind lecker, die Mitarbeiter sehr zügig. leider war mein etwas labberig.

Ich habe heute über Lieferando bestellt und in meiner Bestellung war eine Cabrisonne on top, die ich nicht bestellt habe. Solche Kleinigkeiten schenken mir ein Lächeln und deshalb wollte ich eine Bewertung schreiben, was ich selten mache. Vielen Dank 😊

Das Subway Konzept ist ansich gut und das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist okay wenn man Sandwiches mag. Aber die Bedienung hält sich für einen Comedian. Das ist sehr nervig und macht es kompliziert beim Bestellen. Die Filiale ist klein und nicht sehr gemütlich. Einen zweiten Besuch nicht wert.

Normaler Subway, kein Sub des Tages leider.

Sub des Tages gibt es dort nicht, leider, Preise sind auch gestiegen, ansonsten netter Mitarbeiter.

Muss direkt sagen weiß gar nicht wie lange es Subway gibt. Für mich wahr es das erste mal dort zu essen und gebe für das Essen nur 4 Sterne doch es nicht mein Geschmack ist doch das Personal sehr nett und freundlich auch die Zubereitung fürs Essen sehr fachmännisch.

Ohne Spaß dort arbeitet der beste Subway Mitarbeiter Wiesbadens und dort ist ebenfalls billiger als am Hauptbahnhof. 5 Sterne verdient!

The sandwiches are always good and the ingredients fresh. Cookies are amazing! I recently ordered delivery and made a mistake when placing my order. I realized what I did but figured I would just eat the sandwich plain. To my surprise one of the employees called to verify if I really wanted to order a plain sandwich. He definitely went above and beyond and I appreciate the great customer service!
