Subway in Kerpen

We ordered and the food didn't arrive until after 1:50. Everything that could possibly be done was wrong. Wrong bread, wrong toppings, just everything wrong, it was cold and inedible. We spent so much money on that too. After such a long delivery time, they could have at least given free drinks. We won't be ordering here anymore. Driver was nice though.

Ordered here 4 times over a period of 3/4 years. The first order was great. As it says in some comments, well documented. Good amount of meat, lots of vegetables (Image2). With all further orders we waited in vain for this to happen again. Most of the subs were missing cheese, there was hardly any meat on them, and they were often toasted even though they were ordered untoasted (e.g. picture 1). The subs are expensive and the performance should be good for that. The deliveries always took around 90 minutes. It is also annoying that the location suddenly disappeared from Lieferando. Now he's back. 4 stamps and a lot of credit, due to the high minimum order value for each order, are gone.

I always enjoyed eating here at Subway, the staff were friendly, it was clean and the food was well stocked. Today it was different, I was greeted warmly and served friendly at first. Then while eating my salad I had something harder in my mouth that I couldn't chew. At first I thought maybe a strung from the lettuce or a piece of onion peel. When I spit it out, I was surprised to see a piece of plastic wrap. Now I don't know if I haven't swallowed more. A very depressing feeling because it is anything but healthy to have plastic in your stomach and intestines. When I pointed this out to the employees in a normal tone and showed the piece of plastic, they said several times that this couldn't be the case. But you can make me a new salad. All in a normal tone. But I thankfully forewent a new salad. I don't want to eat plastic or any pieces of plastic film that are still inside again. So I'll probably give up SUBWAY forever. My health is worth too much to me for that. It's a shame, I always enjoyed visiting Subway.

One of the top subway stores. Service was super friendly and a very nice atmosphere. Rarely have I inhaled such a delicious sub. 11/11 points.

Stood in front of a closed door on Saturday August 24th, 2024 at 3:56 p.m. 3 or 4 employees were filling sandwiches and a customer had to leave, unlocked the door and only told us when we went in that they all (???) had to leave now for 25 minutes. No note on the door. No reason given, complaint also written to Subway. It's funny that problems always arise when there are coupons or promotions starting.

"Subway hasn't registered us as a branch yet, so we can't accept the coupons"... Oh yeah, it's only been a SubWay branch since yesterday... You can also fool people much more intelligently and respectfully

We wanted to eat at the Subway Kerpen-Sindorf shortly before 9 p.m. today, as it doesn't close until 11 p.m. However, the door was locked. The waitress who was present came to the door and explained to us that he had to close early because he had run out of ingredients. Disappointed, we ate at the McDonald next door. When we drove away again about 45 minutes later, we saw several customers eating at Subway, others were apparently placing their orders at the counter.

Do not order here, bad workers! they refuse to help you if something is wrong with your order.

Order a large sub via the app and pick it up. My sub was ready at exactly 2:30 p.m. and I have to say it was perfect, rich and tasty. Store was super clean. Staff was super friendly. Toilet small room, but well maintained

There is no longer a sub of the day which means it is quite expensive and therefore no longer worth it. The food is still delicious

Recently got something to eat and a sub was very tasty and quickly prepared, everything was fresh and clean...

Ron has served us twice now. The subs were really perfectly topped. The employee enjoys his job and is very friendly. After the change of ownership, the store has improved significantly. Especially when it comes to cleanliness. I can fully recommend the business. Addendum - We went to Subway again this week. Now other staff were on site. My wife wanted some more pickles on her sandwich. Here they said that the management wasn't allowed to do this and that they had to charge extra for the three four cucumber slices, even though they didn't add any other side dishes. We paid over €50 for three menus. Personally, I would have just left the woman with the sandwiches and walked away. For €30 more I can eat with three people at Henry’s across the street. We were there last time. Reply to Subway's reply - I don't think it's strange because my wife left out a total of four ingredients for two sandwiches and was supposed to pay more for a few pickles for the third sandwich. I find it disgraceful. You shouldn't act like that when it comes to prices. And three stars are fine.

We ordered today at half past seven via Lieferando. Delivery time should be 30-45 minutes. Absolutely OK. It's just stupid when after more than two hours there's still no food and there have already been two calls that it's taking longer and there's no whole grain bread. If you can't manage to deliver alongside normal operations, why offer it at all? Really very annoying...

I remember the super friendly staff, especially the two ladies who served us on April 8th, 2024, for their relaxed, cheerful manner. I also have to emphasize the quick and hygienic preparation of the food (everything was fresh). Keep it up!!! 🤍💙

So let's be honest, I've been to Subway for a long time today and I'm super disappointed. New card is all well and good, my favorite sub is no longer available, disappointing. The bread was dry, it was good that the toppings, salad 😂, were generous, at least the sauces were the same as before. But now we come to the price, don't be serious, two subs and three cookies cost you €30 😡 €30 for bread and salad, I can't believe it, I'm sorry but never again!!!!

As always...good. Hardly anything going on... So you don't have to wait so long despite a man show. But fresh, warm, delicious... today with pepper... and it burns really well.

Enttäuschend Wir haben zwei subs bestellt und in der Lieferrando App stand 20-45 min. Dachten uns oh ja geht ja ganz schnell. Nach einer Stunde wurden wir dann schon ein bisschen hungriger. Nach 1:30 std hab ich dann mal angerufen, dann hieß es die Fahrerin fährt in 5 min los. Schon leicht genervt legte ich dann schon auf. Nach 2 std hat das Essen dann mal den Weg zu uns gefunden, aber natürlich kalt.

Nur eine Mitarbeiterin während der Mittagszeit. Die Kunden üben sich in Geduld

Also die Geschwindigkeit des Arbeitens ins unvorstellbar langsam, unfreundliche Bedienung die bei der Bestellung nicht zuhören und andere Sachen machen, das Brot war gefühlt ein keks so hart wie das war. 👎👎

Fastfood halt. Wir hatten 4 Personen vor uns, Wartezeit 25 Minuten , da geht noch was.

Subway as usual, but not every choice was available on a Saturday night. Very unpleasant to eat on site when the door is open and the restaurant is cold 🥶.

Ich finde es hier super, die Mitarbeiterin mit dem kurzen Dunkel Haaren, die im frühsicht ist sehr nett und beratet sehr gut !!

Die Mitarbeiterin Sedra ist sehr sympathisch.. und legte die Brote sehr sauber. Ich würde jeden empfehlen. 😊

War alles super, hat alles gepasst aber wenn man Menüs anbietet und nichts an Getränke vorhanden ist, ist das schon blöd. Trozdem super. 😁

Der Laden gefällt mir besser als der in Kerpen, das Ambiente ist seit der letzten Renovierung äußerst modern und das Personal wie immer super freundlich, Parkplätze sind auch immer freie vorhanden.

Bisher immer zufrieden gewesen, Zutaten sehen frisch aus und schmecken auch so. Zubereitung geht auch relativ zügig.

Also das Personal ist nett und die Sandwiches schmecken halt wie Subway Sandwiches, lecker.... Aber, diese Filiale ist leider etwas vernachlässigt worden, was Sauberkeit und Hygiene betrifft. Wobei ich dem Personal (meist eine 1 Mann/Frau Schicht) da gar keine Vorwürfe mache, neben Bedienen und Vorbereitungen in der Küche bleibt für anderes meist keine Zeit. Die Toilette war bei unserem letzten Besuch leider sehr "versifft" und auch sonst ist es nicht sehr sauber wenn man mal genauer hinschaut.

Die Sandwiches sind ganz gut, leider lässt die Sauberkeit und das Ambiente (wenn es denn eines gab), mehr und mehr zu wünschen übrig.

Gesamterlebnis so lala - Sandwich mit labberigem Brot trotz toasten, eine Seite eher trocken, andere Seite quoll die Soße raus. Das Schlimmste aber ist die Toilette! Extrem dreckig, WC und Waschbecken total eklig, überall Müll auf dem Boden, Mülleimer quillt über - hier wurde definitiv seit vielen Tagen weder geputzt noch aufgeräumt. Selbst der Spender für Desinfektion war total dreckig. Das verdirbt einem wirklich den Appetit!

Es ist sehr schön, geben sich viel Mühe, alles möglich schnell zu machen.

Nur wenn Pfand bezahlt bekommt man kein Geld zurück die Gesetze sagen aber was anderes!

Es hat uns eigentlich geschmeckt, aber das Personal hat alles gegeben uns seine Unlust mitzuteilen. Schade!
