Everything is just right here, delicious food freshly prepared by the boss, large selection of drinks, cross-generational audience, totally cozy, playing cards and puzzles no problem, music with a pleasant volume in the background, if you don't like it at Udo, you can't be helped!
Unfortunately, there is no indication anywhere that only the Valentine's Day menu can be ordered on Valentine's Day. I can't say anything about the food because we didn't like the menu. Just for catastrophic communication. There is a pop up on the website (see photo), but it doesn't say anywhere that the normal card is not valid on that day. In addition, the service was very slow and extremely inattentive. The waitress actually walked around with her eyes on her work cell phone the whole time.
It's a shame, the reviews actually sounded very good, but we'll probably try other restaurants in the area first.
The second star goes to the super nice gentleman from the service, who wanted to buy us a drink on the house because of the inconvenience. But since we wanted to eat something, we had to go. The gentleman can't do anything about the poor communication on the website and his unsuitable colleague.
It's been our favorite original Italian pizzaria for years, after the change of ownership it's absolutely not tasty anymore, it's a real shame, unfortunately there's no pork anymore either, that has nothing to do with a pizzaria anymore, we used to order there often, luckily there's still a good original Italian pizzaria on site.
This store makes bad days nice. I could sit in the aioli mustard sauce. And such a Lynchberg lemonade is... with caution... BUT to be enjoyed!!
This meal is prepared with love and skill.
