I'm here for the first time today. It was recommended to me. A very, very good pizza, I don't think the Italians do it any better. I don't know of a single restaurant nearby that offers such quality and taste. The ambience is very tasteful and pleasant. A great place to have a good time. I'd love to come back. After a repeated visit, I can only say TOP!!!!

Very nice restaurant, delicious food and nice service.

We were very skeptical at the beginning - but were quickly convinced by the owner. The menu varies frequently, the food is homemade, and the ingredients come from the region wherever possible (and that means just down the street rather than from Westphalia). The quality is excellent and the chef definitely knows what he is doing. In my opinion one - if not the - best Italian in the area.

The food - especially the pizza - is really good and the service is very friendly. The only negative point is the cutlery. Barely manageable with pizza. If you want to turn up spaghetti, it gets really tricky. We now bring our own cutlery.

Unfortunately tiramisu is far too small, especially given the price. Every espresso is bigger! Otherwise okay.

Everything was really delicious, we were surprised that there was so little going on because the food and service were top!

The food simply took over an hour to arrive. It's best not to come here when you're very hungry. But it's a really nice restaurant and the service is really top.

Very good food and price/performance is right

Service very nice. Ambience nice. Pizza very good. A few little things: Received flowers could be thrown away, as could empty flower pots or lamps with strange liquids. Every now and then (rarely) we were left out to dry. So we sat in front of empty glasses. There are only small things that can be improved upon closer inspection. But overall good and definitely recommended. PS: Unfortunately there is no elevator for people with walking difficulties.

High quality food with a great ambience!

Pizza like in Napoli and all ingredients are freshly selected and of high quality. The meat of the highest quality. In terms of price, it's definitely in the lower midfield and definitely Champions League in terms of taste. The pasta is homemade and tastes best with just parmesan and a little olive oil. I'm so happy that we once again have a good chef in the area who knows his craft. Thank you very much

The quality of the food is great! But the waiters and service have deteriorated a lot! Sometimes the waiters work alone and make drinks and service at the same time! This is at the expense of the guest. That was different! A pity.

Super nice restaurant with a great view of the countryside but not isolated and easily accessible. Beautiful ambience and great outdoor terrace! The food is amazing and they also have great cocktails and even cigars! My wife and I enjoy coming here regularly. The Chiaia is an absolute asset to the region and highly recommended!

Der Abend fing schon mal suboptimal an, weil unsere Online-Reservierung nicht vorlag. Ok, kann passieren. Es wurde uns dann freundlicherweise ein Tisch im Nebenraum zur Verfügung gestellt. Aber davon abgesehen war der Service wirklich absolut mangelhaft. Die bestellten Getränke kamen einzeln, so dass man nicht gemeinsam auf einen netten Abend anstoßen konnte. Das Personal war sich wohl des Faux Pas bewusst und meinte, dass die Cocktails immer etwas länger bräuchten. Ok, da stellt sich die Frage, warum man dann mit den anderen Getränke nicht einfach gewartet hat. Die Wartezeit bis das Essen kam zog sich ziemlich und in der Zwischenzeit waren die Gläser wieder leer. Eine Möglichkeit, Nachschub zu bestellen gab es nicht, das Personal mied den Raum, in dem wir saßen, wie der Teufel das Weihwasser. Irgendwann wurde dann Pizzabrot serviert - ohne Kräuterbutter oder Öl. Da wir dachten, dass das in diesem Etablissement so Usus ist, haben wir dann irgendwann angefangen das Brot zu essen. Als wir dann fertig waren, wurde uns irgendwann Öl und Salz zu zum Brot serviert, das wir aber schon verzehrt hatten. Das etappenweise Servieren wurde auch beim Essen konsequent durchgezogen. Das Essen war ok, ich persönlich hätte mein Gericht gerne etwas wärmer gehabt. Nachdem das Essen serviert worden ist, wurden wir wieder erfolgreich ignoriert, so dass wir irgendwann die Nase voll hatten und als dann mal endlich jemand kam, wir auf Espresso oder Nachtisch verzichtet haben und nur noch die Rechnung bestellt haben. Zur Krönung des Abend hatte jemand ein Gericht zum Mitnehmen bestellt, weil der Partner noch arbeiten musste. Zu Hause stellte sich heraus, dass die Portion vergleichsweise klein, dafür aber zur Hälfte komplett verbrannt war.

Great and now very well received restaurant, unfortunately it is hidden away, so there are no walk-in customers there. Small, constantly changing menu, but fresh and authentic. Enzo, the chef, is an Italian chef with passion, which also comes across on the plate. Update: Went there again today for my mother's 80th birthday. Selcuk, Enzo and the whole team gave my mother an unforgettable evening. Our wishes were fulfilled before they were even thought through. If you really want to eat authentically Italian food, you can't miss Chiaia. But please don't reserve them all at once and on the weekend it's better to reserve them in advance ;-) Evenings like today on the high terrace are simply divine.

From the first impression, a very nice restaurant with a great view. The food was really good. Unfortunately the service was a disaster in all respects. Drinks either didn't come at all or were wrong. In reality, after repeated friendly requests, a quarter of a glass of wine (0.25 L) will be served at less than 0.1 but will be charged in full. The wait for the drinks was incredibly long, even though we were alone. Sorry, the food was absolutely great, the rest was unfortunately a flop.

Delicious food in an appealing atmosphere and lovely, helpful service staff. The price-performance ratio is okay. Gladly again.

Very nice atmosphere, very friendly and attentive staff and the food was excellent. It was an overall pleasant evening. Even the chef visited everyone and asked if everything was okay. That convinced us. We'll definitely be back soon!

I'm a regular because there's nowhere else in the area that offers such high-quality and delicious food as here. In addition to this fact, the staff is always friendly and on the ball and the ambience rounds off the visit perfectly every time. A pleasure every time.

Six of us were with you yesterday! The service was outstanding and the food was very, very tasty! We had bruschetta for starters. Unfortunately it arrived a bit burnt. The head of the house came straight to the table, apologized and made a new version of the bruschetta. I call that extremely accommodating and service-oriented. The service was great and everyone was very nice and friendly. We can only recommend it and will come back! THANKS !

Very nice atmosphere, good food and very friendly service. We've been there for the second time now and the quality of the pizza is top. The noodles and rice dishes can also do something. Highly recommended if you just want to enjoy good cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. Prices are not super low, but fair.

We had reserved a table for Valentine's Day at Chiaia without being informed that there were only two menu options that evening: a Valentine's Day menu and a fish menu. This information was missing on both the website and the reservation portal at the time of reservation. We didn't like the Valentine's Day menu on site and asked for an alternative. We were told there was no alternative. As we were leaving the restaurant we saw someone easily ordering a takeaway pizza. When asked, they said there were only a limited number of pizzas. It was probably reserved for guests to take away. The rest of the dough pieces were probably intended for bread. It has to be said that we were one of the first guests at 5:30 p.m. because we had specially organized a babysitter. Chiaia is also known for its spaghetti made from cheese wheels. It was also in the guest room. We weren't offered the option either. After this experience, we complained to the restaurant via Instagram. The only apology we received was related to the lack of information about the Valentine's Day menu. No word on the lack of flexibility or dining options. Overall, the experience was disappointing and the restaurant's response to our complaint was unsatisfactory. We had imagined the evening differently and will probably avoid Chiaia in the future.

I was with you for the third time today. Finally with a partner. It certainly wasn't the last visit. A harmonious concept, with excellent food too. The pizza is just amazing. I haven't had any pasta yet, but I'll definitely have it next time. Even my dogs were not only allowed into the restaurant, they were also greeted in a friendly manner and given water. I really like the atmosphere, the staff is always friendly. Yes, you have to wait a while for the drinks and the toilet doesn't fit in with the rest (but it's a tennis hall), and unfortunately it's not barrier-free. Otherwise I have nothing to complain about, I definitely recommend you and will definitely come back more often.

Hello again 🤗🤗🤗🤗 today we had dinner at a place that has just opened and has a wonderful atmosphere with a menu consisting of Italian cuisine 🥰🥰 I had the honor of eating the very delicious pizza of this place where you can be very stylish and comfortable at the same time 😁😁 my wife had lamb chops on carefully prepared plates. and while I was eating fish, I ate an Italian pizza full of seafood 😍😍 "I say this as someone who tasted it in Rome"😋😋 of course there are other things on the menu too 😇😇😇 I highly recommend it, goodbye 😁😁🤗🤗🤗🤗

Simply fantastic. Something so special has been felt in Kerpen for a long time. Constructive criticism is handled more than professionally here. A restaurant you should definitely go to. The guests' wishes regarding ideas for the new menu (which is renewed every 3 months) are checked for feasibility and implemented. We and our friends are more than thrilled. During my two-week vacation in Italy, I didn't eat better Neapolitan pizza than at Chiaia. Just always really good!

Ein wunderschönes Restaurant mit Blick auf die Tennisplätze . Der kompetente Service und die Küche und pizzabäcker die ihr Handwerk beherrschen und saisonale karte runden das ganze ab. Wir waren begeistert und werden nicht zum letzten Mal da gewesen sein auf jedenfall ein muss wenn man in Kerpen Umgebung ist danke und Gruß an den Chef .

Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant mit einem schönen Ambiente. Als Vorspeise gab es Lachs-Avocado Tartar sowie Carpaccio. Beim Hauptgericht haben wir uns für Spaghetti aus dem Käselaib mit Trüffel und einer neapolitanischen Pizza Buffelino mit Pesto und Büffelmozarella entschieden. Hervorragend war auch der super freundliche Service. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Essen war lecker, Ambiente wunderschoen, Terrasse mit Fernblick über Felder und Bäume. Chillen angesagt nach einem anstrengenden Arbeitstag. C

Ein tolles & stilvolles Restaurant. Gemütliches Ambiente, sehr sehr leckeres Essen! Köstliche Cocktails. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, mussten jedoch oft lange auf die Getränke und das Essen warten. Diesbezüglich wurde sich jedoch entschuldigt. Einen Stern Abzug, für die Toiletten... passt optisch leider nicht zum Rest.

Zum Lokal kann ich nicht viel sagen, da wir hier bestellt haben. Die Pizza jedoch war überragend. Ich habe in Deutschland bis jetzt kaum bis gar keine bessere neapolitanische Pizza gegessen. Ebenso denke ich, dass sich diese Qualität durch die gesamte Speisekarte zieht. Auf jeden Fall nicht das letzte Mal!

Wir waren das erste mal hier: Die Pizza Buffalina ist eine 10/10, die Bedienung ist super freundlich und das Ambiete ist super schön. Meckern auf hohem Niveau: das Besteck ist etwas rutschig und der Außenbereich muss bitte dem Innenbereichen angepasst werden. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und werden Sie gerne weiterempfehlen!

Die Pizza Bufalina war wirklich unglaublich lecker, auch der Service war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Wir saßen drinnen, hier wirkt alles sehr stimmig. Ich hoffe, dass der Außenbereich noch weiter ausgebaut wird, da es auch super schön wäre draußen zu sitzen.

Schönes modernes Restaurant. Das Essen an sich war bisher immer klasse. Auch saisonal angepasste Karte - super! Wir waren jetzt einige Male da. Es war nie wirklich voll (max 15-20% Auslastung). Trotzdem war der Service einfach ausnahmslos langsam bzw. unaufmerksam. Platzieren und Karten bringen dauert schon 10 Minuten dann wieder 10 Minuten bis Bestellung aufgenommen wurde. Nochmal 15 Minuten bis Getränke kommen. Und dann auch je nachdem gerne auch mal eine Stunde auf das Essen warten. Danach wird man generell erstmal vergessen. Wollten schon einige Male ursprünglich Dessert haben und haben das verworfen, weil wir einfach zu lange warten mussten. Schade, weil das sonst echt ein Spitzenladen wäre!

Wir waren vor einem Jahr da und sehr begeistert. Jetzt waren wir noch einmal dort und mehr als enttäuscht. Wir haben über 90 Minuten auf unsere Hauptspeise gewartet und das mit 2 Kindern. Auch eine einfache Vorspeise dauerte schon eine Stunde. Das kann und darf nicht sein. Wir hatten Hunger und das ist einfach viel zu lang. Dazu kam, dass wir dreimal erinnern mussten, dass wir Getränke bestellt hatten, dass wir Brot bekommen, dass uns Besteck fehlt. Der Service war null auf Zack und konnte selbst einfache Fragen zu Gerichten nicht beantworten. Ich finde das sehr schade, da das Essen lecker ist. Aber eben dann auch zu teuer bei so Wartezeiten und solchem Service. Wir waren das letzte Mal da.

Sehr schöne Location, super Gerichte. Die Pizza war einfach nur ein Traum. Aber auch die anderen Gerichte, angefangen von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert haben mich überzeugt. Wer wert auf gutes Essen legt, ist definitiv hier an der richtigen Adresse. Die die italienische/napoletanische Küche ist ein großer Gewinn für den Kerpen Raum.

Hervorragende Pizza! Ein neues Juwel in Kerpen.

Zuerst das Positive: Sehr schön eingerichtetes Restaurant, man kann auch auf wenigen Plätzen draußen sitzen (allerdings könnte man hier für mehr Flair auf der Außenterrasse sorgen, aber vielleicht kommt das ja noch) und nettes Personal. Auch gibt es genügend Parkplätze vor Ort und es liegt ruhig im Grünen. Leider ist das Essen weniger als mittelmäßig und man muß ewig lange warten. Wir hatten Bruschetta vorweg bestellt: hier kamen 3 kleine Baguettescheiben mit geschmacklosen Tomaten und gewürfeltem Gummi-Industrie-Mozzarella, geschmacklich eher unterdurchschnittlich und mit über 10€ völlig überteuert für die kleinen Scheiben.... Obwohl es nicht voll war und ein Großteil der Gäste schon Essen hatte, haben wir alleine auf diese Vorspeise 1 (!) Stunde warten müssen. Gut, momentan haben alle Restaurants mit Personalmangel zu kämpfen, vielleicht lag es auch daran... Dann kam die Pizza: Also, Pizza würde ich es nicht nennen.. Der Teigrand außen ist sehr dick und war bei uns an den meisten Stellen verbrannt, also nicht essbar. Der restliche Teig war sooo dünn, dass er aufgrund des Belags nur noch matschig war... Jeder Pfannkuchen ist krosser als diese Pizzen... Und der Belag ist NICHT üppig auf der Pizza, daran kann es also nicht liegen. Und das für Preise ab 16.90€ aufwärts, das nenn ich mal happig. Geschmacklich schmeckten die Pizzen leider auch nach nichts und satt wurde man davon auch nicht, da zu wenig belegt und Rand nicht essbar und die Größe ist jetzt nicht gerade riiiesig. Alles in allem eine große Enttäuschung, denn Pizza sollte man schon hinbekommen... Auch der Salat war für den Preis von 16€ zu klein und bestand größtenteils aus Blattsalaten mit ein paar Feigen und viel zu wenig Ziegenkäse... Man hätte gut noch Brot dazu reichen müssen, um einigermaßen satt zu werden, aber auch das leider Fehlanzeige. Alles in allem völlig überteuert für die Mengen und die Qualität, Sorry.

Ich liebe dieses Restaurant! Das Ambiente ist sehr stilvoll und modern. Das Essen ein Traum. Es wird so viel Liebe in das Essen gesteckt. Das Essen ist kein Standard, hier überlegt man sich, wie man die Gäste verzaubern kann. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und der Chef erstklassig! Ich habe schon so viele Menschen da hin mit genommen. Sowas darf man nicht verpassen! Ich komme immer wieder. Und ihr solltet es auch.

Alles wunderbar! Eine klassischer Italiener mit Pizza die seines gleichen sucht! Service ebenfalls gut. Wir kommen wieder.

Wir waren gestern Abend im Chiaia essen. Das Team vom Chiaia hat uns einen unvergesslichen Abend beschert. Das Ambiente ist klasse, unser Tisch war sehr liebevoll gedeckt, das ganze Team und Selcuk haben und herzlich bedient. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Auf Grund der kleinen aber feinen Karte werden alle Gerichte frisch zubereitet, ein blick in die Küche lohn sich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
