Very bad staff. I ordered three subs, and all three came with very little topping. When I asked them for each vegetable they put in, "Please put the normal topping on it and not so little," they charged me for everything. I had to pay an extra €12, and when I complained, they told me they had to charge me for everything," the manager said. So that was definitely the last time I'll go to Subway. And NO, I didn't get the address wrong.

I was actually just looking for a sandwich, but instead I was served a smile that saved the day! The bread was fresh, the toppings were great, but the absolute highlight was this young, blonde employee behind the counter! Friendly, fast, and so charming that I briefly considered ordering a second sandwich—just to see her smile again. The perfect experience when you're hungry, especially when this young lady is on duty.

I've been picking up food from here more often lately, especially when work has taken a while. I've always received very warm and friendly service. The ingredients always look very fresh, there's always plenty, even late at night, and it's always tasted great! I'm also happy with the quantity and the value for money. This is the best Subway I've been to since the coronavirus pandemic; I'm looking forward to my next visit! Kudos to the staff, keep up the great work!

What my colleagues and I have noticed for some time now is how frugal they are with ingredients. Especially with salads and wraps, you have to beg for a halfway decent portion of vegetables and dressing (or pay a surcharge), and this despite significantly increased prices. I know that in chain restaurants, many things are strictly regulated and prescribed, but please understand my review as a criticism of the guidelines from above and a suggestion to reconsider the ridiculous quantities like 3 pepper strips per wrap (no joke, I heard that today). In fairness, I would like to point out that the lady who served me today was friendly and, when I asked for more, generous. Thank you.

Well, I was disappointed again. The refrigeration was set too low in some places, and frost was on the cucumbers and tomatoes. The opening hours listed on Google or Apple are also incorrect. Sad.

Beautiful, open branch that stands out above all because of the staff. Melanie and Yvonne are the most motivated Subway employees I have met so far. Always in a good mood, always with a funny saying and can even give information about the food. There is also 10% for business park employees. I like to come here regularly.

Ordering over Wolt: Order gets declined, restaurant goes "unavailable for order" for a few minutes. Try again and the same happens. I think in 3months Ive gotten one order through to these people.

Simply a must to order a sub from Meli. Always good for small talk and helpful with orders. Since then the best sub in the area. The drinks even include Pepsi windshield water. Toilets are always very clean. 5/5 Always happy to come

Saturday, December 7th, 2024, 9:35 p.m.: The seller (man with long brown hair, Filip) was very unfriendly. I understand that you don't have the greatest motivation on a Saturday evening, but a reasonably adult person can be expected to respect basic communicative red lines. We were also told we couldn't sit down anymore because they were closing in 20 minutes. It would be interesting to see if this is even legal.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Melanie at Subway and would like to share my positive experience. As soon as you entered the branch, you noticed Melanie's warm charisma. She greeted customers with a friendly smile and managed to maintain calm and structure even in a stressful environment. Her positive energy was contagious and made the stay at Subway particularly pleasant.

I visit this Subway restaurant regularly when I'm nearby. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the place is always clean and inviting. The sandwiches are also great. I can only recommend it.

I have been a customer there for more than 10 years. Always good. Never had anything to complain about. The only wish would be automatic ordering machines as is already normal in other fast food restaurants. But otherwise always satisfied.

Visited Subway for the first time in years. First of all, the store and the staff are great. was Tuesday April 30th. because it was just before closing time and the employees were very friendly. The only problem was that 3 groups of 5-6 sandwiches each ordered before me. That took a lot of time, but that was understandable. To be more precise, I'm more of an introvert when it comes to things like that. Because of all the people in front of me, the long waiting time and a new line behind me, I didn't dare ask what was available, etc. I was completely overwhelmed, first you come not close enough to see, then you have to act quickly and last but not least you have to choose from an assortment of sauces that you have no idea about. It was just an unpleasant experience and I probably won't stop by again for a few years, if ever, it's just too unpleasant to order there if you're just a casual customer. The service is top and the employees seem to be in a good mood. If you're not overwhelmed by hectic situations with lots of people, you'll definitely find something good here

Apparently it has been newly renovated and the staff has been replaced. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The two employees on our last visit were very friendly and customer-oriented. The service was quick and of good quality. Since I'm used to outdated shops with dumplings behind the counter at some Subway branches, I was pleasantly surprised here. The table with two young gentlemen next to us also seemed to be enthusiastic. So a clear recommendation for a quick bite or a little more.

Apparently there is a new owner here. We were served very nicely and quickly and were even given advice on how to save money. Since my last visit there has been renovation work here, so everything looks very bright and friendly. Would love to come back

Leider nimmt diese Filiale nicht mehr beim Sub des Tages teil. Auf meine Frage über den Preis durfte ich nicht mal Ausreden . Mir wurde nur entgegen gemotzt" die Einkauspreise sind auch gestiegen". Freundlichkeit sieht für mich anders aus.

Gehe schon länger dort hin und nach dem Besitzerwechsel erst recht. Die Melli hat mich öfter bedient und das ist jedes mal ein Highlight, weil sie immer ein Lächeln auf dem Gesicht hat und immer gute Laune ausstrahlt. Einfach Top!

Erfolgreicher Besitzerwechsel! Lange konnte man den Laden nicht betreten, da der Vorbesitzer nur unfreundlich war und die Subways schlecht belegt waren. Das hat sich jetzt geändert und ich kann wieder gerne zum Essen kommen.

War über die Jahre schon über 50mal hier. Der Laden ist modern eingerichtet, das Essen hat mir immer geschmeckt. Heute hat mich Melli bedient, Sie war sehr freundlich, fix und hatte stets ein nettes Lächeln. Gerne wieder. 👍

War hier mal ab und an gerne in der Mittagspause für einen Sub. Leider wurde mir heute mitgeteilt, dass dieses Restaurant nicht mehr an der Aktion „Sub des Tages“ teilnimmt. Dadurch hat sich das für mich erledigt. Schade.

Top, stabile qualität, hat mich noch nie enttäuscht

Essen okay. Aber die Mitarbeiterin war äußerst unfreundlich.Nach dem Putzen wurde einem verboten aufs Klo zu gehen. Der Mitarbeiter geht während er einen sub gemacht hat ans Handy und fässt dann erneut den sub an. Sehr unhygienisch. Man hat auch deutlich zu spüren bekommen, dass sie beiden keinen bock auf ihren Job haben.

Das war der letzte Besuch dort. Gibts denn bei Subway ein Sparprogramm, bei dem die Menge an Toppings halbiert wurde? Auf unseren Subs war echt kaum was drauf. Das Fleisch musste man suchen und den Käse auch. Und für ein bisschen Guacamole auch noch extra zahlen - naja. Schade um den Besuch.

Essen schmeckt, Service top, netter Chef und Angestellte, sehr sauber. Bis auf eine Mitarbeiterin, die ständig ihre Kollegen bloss stellt - Für die Kollegen und Kunden peinlich.
