Subway in Regensburg

Just ordered through Wolt No dressing on the salad and brutally saved on green lettuce for the salad... Cookies for 5 euros were also forgotten.

Unfortunately, Subway is no longer what it used to be. You get full, but it doesn't really taste good anymore. The service was ok, unfortunately I was barely understood and so I had to explain everything a hundred times. It was a bit tiring.

A subway directly at Regensburg main station. Access possible via the outside entrance after the arcades are closed. Friendly staff, lots of seating and quick service. Nowadays it's also very expensive - €12.00 for a Tuna Sub is really very expensive. In the end, it's still fast food of not that good quality (even if it tastes good) - but it feels like all subways are overpriced these days (unless you catch a good deal in the app).

I was served and advised by a very friendly and helpful staff member with an Indian background. I haven't been to Subway since 2020, but this visit really impressed me. I tried an Indian chicken sub and it was absolutely delicious. A really great experience!

Since they renovated they put a lot less meat and sauce on the sub and if you want more it costs extra even though the amount that was already on the sub is WAY too LITTLE!!

I recently visited the Subway branch in Regensburg. While the food was great and tasty, I was disappointed with the service. The tall 'mademoiselle' (apologies as I am not specific - did not catch the name) was heavily gossiping and exhibited an unpleasant manner in serving customers. Additionally, the place was not clean, with pieces of bread scattered around the tables and seats. This detracted from what could have been a much more enjoyable dining experience.

I often order here via UberEats and am very satisfied every time. Of course, Subway itself has little influence on the delivery speed. However, the employees are great. I forgot the sauce on one of my subs today and a separate sauce was packed in a small bowl anyway. Thank you very much for thinking along!

The taste is quite okay. However, my cookies were forgotten.

Ordered from Wolt and they were the worst sandwiches I've ever had at a Subway. Chicken tasted like fun (yes, I know mixed meat but normally it's super tasty) and the biscuits were either completely cocoa-coated (not sugary; BITTER) or dry/half-burnt.

The food was quite good. However, the ambience leaves something to be desired. Some of it wasn't entirely clean and some of the seat cushions were a bit broken.

I had one of the best sandwiches here in a long time. The ambience was, well, it's not a fancy restaurant, but that's okay. The food was really good!

I love Subway cookies. I go there several times during the week and buy some, but lately the white chip macadamia cookies always have a meaty taste and if I complain I get another cookie. But what good is another cookie if it tastes just like meat?

I've been a regular customer up until now and have been there several times a week, but the current personnel selection is really a disaster. The employees barely understand German and that makes the ordering process a challenge. This is particularly intimidating for new customers, as Subway is a bit more complicated than other fast food systems. Furthermore, on 5 visits in a row (!), the order was wrong. The subs are assigned incorrectly, and when you point this out you only get a shrug of the shoulders. If you order a specified sub, you have to say it several times, otherwise the employees simply won't accept it. Customer service and quality are now at the lowest level. The entire store is also dirty, the tables aren't cleaned often enough, so you have to sit at the dirty tables. When the two owners are there everything works, but as soon as they are not there the shop seems to go under completely. A pity!

To be honest, even 1 star is too much here. The signage is a disaster, the actual price is only visible at the checkout. In addition, the surface is very poor, which despite being full is shorter than at other branches? An outrage and bad for the franchise. The restaurant is very dirty, no tables are wiped down and waste is overflowing! And charging 19 euros for 2 is bordering on a rip-off! Once and never again there are far better branches with fair offers and an extra 3.50 for a drink!

Sub-of-the-day offer has been abolished here, unfortunately it's not worth going here.

I came here more often and found that people here are often in a very bad mood. The climax has now been brought by a blonde brunette. She has a footlong sub sometimes only half occupied. There must have been a tragedy that justifies your behavior towards customers, because I can't explain it any other way. However, your colleague was very friendly in comparison and did a good job! Was also very busy afterwards and cleaned all the tables etc.

Everything tastes good, but the blonde employee closes all the doors and throws the chairs on the floor while cleaning as if there was no tomorrow... she was very stressed while eating...

Panini fritti secchi. Come puoi non scaldare affatto i panini e mettere il contenuto in un panino freddo. Anche se sorprendentemente il ragazzo che lavorava sorrideva. Cattiva qualità del cibo.

Sehr freundliches Personal, alles segr sauber, ansonsten Subway Standard!

Auch kurz vor Schluss noch top bedient worden!

Gestern Abend, ich kurz vorm verhungern nach der Arbeit und verspätet 3 Minuten vor Schluß haben mich die 2 jungen Damen noch bedient und mir ein Sandwich gemacht. Top aufjedenfall, macht nicht jeder.

Sehr nettes Personal und sehr leckere vegetarische Speisen.

Die verkäufer waren ganz nett. Essen wie gewohnt bei subway

Mein Stammlokal in den Arcaden. Gehe immer gern hin. Allerdings versuche ich die Stoßzeiten zu vermeiden, da der Laden dann u.U. rappelvoll ist. Mit den Mädels und Jungs dort hatte ich bislang keine Probleme. Bin immer gut klar gekommen. Irgendwann kennt man seine Pappenheimer. Und die mich mit Sicherheit auch. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Blonde Frau ist end unhöflich. Sandwich war einfach kalt und ich hatte gerade mal so 4 Scheiben Gurke auf meinem 30cm Sub. Ich will wieder den netten Typ, der da arbeitet und nicht die Frau, die einem noch provokant beim Essen zuschaut??? Trash experience

Mein Sub war einfach fast kalt. Gültiger Gutschein wurde nicht akzeptiert (?!). Allgemein war die blonde Dame nicht besonders kundenorientiert. Hoffentlich arbeitet der nette junge Mann noch hier, idk wie der heißt, aber der war mega entspannt. Ich will ja auch ein entspanntes Brot und kein kaltes bruh.

Immer wieder schön nach der Arbeit zu meinem lieblings Mitarbeiter Maximilian Mikulka zu gehen und einen Sub oder Wrap zu verspeißen.

Der neue Mitarbeiter hat einen guten Geschmack, ist nett und zieht viele neue Kunden an. 10/10 would recommend.

Leider was das BBQ Ripp nur so noch lauwarm mehr kalt. Verkäufer/Kassierer sehr freundlich.

Sauber, freundliches Personal, leckere Subs. Was will man mehr? 😊

Hab keine Plastiktüte bekommen als ich gesagt habe ich will den sub zu mitnehmen deshalb nur 2 Sterne

Mitarbeiter sind stets nett und die Filiale ist sauber.

Immer wieder für einen Zwischenstopp bzw. für einen Snack gut.

Sehr nette Damen hinter der Theke die auch mal ein späßchen verstehen. Der Sub war wieder sehr lecker. Klar, kann man sich ja selbst zusammen stellen. Bisschen Spaß bei der Arbeit mit dazu und zack...Abendessen gesichert.

Arbeiter sind auf zack, normale Subway Qualität, aber ich war nun schon 3x da, gab immer das gleiche genommen und jedes mal einen anderen preis gezahlt. Man fühlt sich da leicht veräppelt.
