Subway in Haan

I felt very sick afterwards, and so did my little son. The table wasn't clean. The service was horrible. Maybe the competition in Haan Ost is just too fierce. I've never had any problems with Subway before.

Carelessly prepared, squashed, barely any salad, and the sauce was also skimped on. And all that for 12 euros. Never again.

Great place, great staff. Everything very fresh.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just moved to Haan and immediately tried the Subway – and I'll tell you how it is: *Bull's eye!* 🎯 I was served by *Öner*, and honestly: The man has good taste – *I just let him top my entire sub* 😄. Result? *A masterpiece in bread form!* 🥖🔥 The store itself? *Sparkling clean*, as if someone had scrubbed the corners with a toothpick 🧽✨ – super pleasant! I can only *highly recommend* this Subway (and that's not just because of the toaster 😜). I'll definitely be back – shoutout to Öner and see you soon! 🙌

Very friendly staff, even recommending discount options at the checkout. The freshness of the meat/fish and vegetarian/vegan options is definitely possible! As the saying goes, "Only people who can speak can be helped!" The tables are definitely cleaned immediately, as quickly as possible, after use. I witnessed this firsthand when a customer finished before me and someone immediately came and cleaned everything. The restrooms are good, and there's definitely parking 😇🙏

One of the best Subway branches I've ever eaten at. Friendly employees, a very clean shop where the hygiene is good and the sandwich was also extremely good. Good quality of vegetables and not like in other branches that you don't end up eating half of everything. The top rating is definitely justified.

Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with my visit. The employees were friendly, but the toppings - especially the meat - were extremely skimpy. For the price I expect a lot more. The sandwich was more bread than anything else. Eating there is no fun. It's a shame, because I used to love going there, but I won't be coming back for a while.

It was my first time ever in a subway. First impression was very positive. Service was super nice. So far everything is clean. And here you can really safely eat vegan without any contamination like at Burger King and McDonald. Unfortunately I found out too late that the petties are prepared on the same grill there. Absolutely nonsensical. But I'm glad I tried Subway now. I highly recommend. Maybe. Nothing but feedback: The meat substitute products could be seasoned better so that they have more taste. Otherwise everything was great.

Went to this branch today and wanted to redeem the coupons from the Subway app. According to the app, this branch in Haan is a “participating restaurant”. When we asked the staff, they said they weren't participating and we couldn't redeem the coupons. As a customer, you drive to this branch specifically to redeem your app coupon, check the terms and conditions beforehand and whether the branch is participating, and then receive a cancellation on site.

Went to this branch today and wanted to redeem the coupons from the Subway app. In the app, this branch in Haan is a “participating restaurant”. The amount was even deducted at the checkout, but the employee took it out manually on the grounds that you weren't involved... Instead of €15 we had to pay €27...

A Subway restaurant like it is in the book 😍 super friendly staff - super helpful! My vegetarian friend was very overwhelmed and was very patiently advised by the employee (I think her name is Gülsüm). 5 out of 5 stars because I would eat there again at any time. My tip: Chicken teriyaki double cheese + bacon and add the onions before warming up🤤🤤

Overall a good subway. You can eat well here, the subs are delicious and the ingredients are fresh. If you don't have a Subway membership, this is a really good place to go! Unfortunately, the app shows that you are participating in voucher promotions, even though it is not true. If we had known this beforehand, we would have preferred to go to the subway in Solingen. Really a shame. This is how you lose customers... then they won't eat here again in the future.

Unfortunately only 1 star from me. I was in the mood for a sub and checked the app to see what offers were available and which store was participating. The subway in Haan was shown to me. I could have imagined that there would be a sheet in the store saying that this store is excluded from the voucher campaign. I should have known, I think it happened to me four times. Maybe you take your store out of the app with the offers, it's definitely a better customer. I'll avoid the subway now, too bad...

The Subway app says that the Subway in Haan is taking part in a voucher campaign (see photos). If you then make a special trip to get to the Subway store, there is a sign in the store that unfortunately says that they are not participating in voucher campaigns THIS TIME. It's funny that it happens every time. It's happened to me several times. I don't visit the store anymore and a well-intentioned tip: take your store off the Subway app if you don't take part in the voucher campaign. I'm extremely disappointed and angry because I set out repeatedly and was disappointed in the end.

This subway is just a complete disaster. We pulled into the parking lot an hour before they closed and the employees were already looking annoyed through the window. This has nothing to do with service!! In addition, there were only two types of bread available, which is also rather bad. Even lite mayo and barbecue sauce were out an hour before closing time and no longer available. The employees asked every customer if they would take their food with them and they were extremely annoyed with every customer who ate on site, just like us!! The employees also talked about how they wanted to be out promptly at 10 p.m. because that's when they got off work. They asked every customer to bring the tray to the front counter since they had already cleaned the garbage station. So the two employees didn't understand anything about service or customer friendliness. The ceiling in the guest room looks like it will crash down at any moment. We've been here several times and have always been quite satisfied, but today we had enough and it was really just outrageous. 😒😑 In any case, you won't see us here anymore.

Never had such an empty sub. So the fact that Subway is saving more and more on receipts is nothing new, but that was really ridiculously little. Hardly any lettuce, max. 4 tomatoes, there was hardly anything on it. My sub has never tasted so much like cheese and salami. Very disappointing. Above all, there won't be any profit in the long run if I just stop going to Subway. Prices are now too high for what you get.
