So the food was great! the one employee at 3:20 p.m. on October 11th, 2024 machine, it couldn't be better. Sick guy. So why only 1 star? Because the poor employee ran the entire Subway store by himself. It was probably super tiring and stressful for him.

Unfortunately, nothing is sold more than an hour before closing time because it is “all”. It hasn't happened for the first time unfortunately...

The Arab with the dark skin is really cheeky and still has to learn how to deal with customers and has to take customers seriously. I'm in Subway for the first time today and I have a bad experience. Firstly, I was rudely approached by the Arab that I had to stand on the side and he told his colleague to go upstairs and he supposedly did the rest but he was The whole time I was on my cell phone the sandwich was burnt and when I was paying he almost threw the sandwich at me and he didn't even say bon appetit and didn't even say thank you and the other customer walked out. Kind regards to the boss.

I had the feeling that I was being insulted by the workers because they spoke in Arabic the whole time and were very unfriendly. The food came late even though it was called fast food. The work was very unclean.

I was impressed by the location, very nice staff (many of them often smile) and requests are often taken into account. The food is always delicious too.

Was there at 7:58 p.m., unfortunately already closed. But opening hours until 8 p.m.…find the mistake. Juice shop…

Unfortunately, the salad is completely overpriced for the small amount I got. I really expected more for 7.10 euros than a box that wasn't even half full. Service is like that - well you have to serve, you don't feel like it.

Cheating now seems to be socially acceptable. Half the chick n garlic (melt) was priced at €7. You can't choose any extras and the bread can't be changed. In the end it was €7.90 at the checkout. When I asked why it was priced at €7, the only response was "that's just what it says in the cash register". Even the younger employee felt stupid because he pointed out to his superiors that the prices on the display board were not correct. It tasted like a sandwich from the bakery and the toppings were just poor. Once and never again.

I've never eaten such a good sub, even though the guy with Adidas pants ran into the wall. It was the best sub I've ever eaten! The cheese was really melted! Kudos to the guy in Adidas sweatpants

The quality is now so terrible, the price increase for the subs is really outrageous. In addition, the employee on site couldn't explain to me the difference in price between Classic Teryaki and pre-made Teryaki, so I paid extra for a disastrous combination of the pre-made sub and left more than €11 for a messy meal. Never again.

First time Subway, unfortunately the branch wasn't really clean, but the staff was nice.

Service was really bad today, a side dish for the sandwich we ordered wasn't available in the store, no replacement was offered and when asked if there was a discount, they vehemently denied it. Even with the salad and the sauces, they didn't ask what should be on them but rather put them on as they saw fit. We haven't been to Subway for a long time, but the fact that they were flexible with the side salads was actually always a plus point for us. Unfortunately, card payments or collecting or redeeming points were not possible (today). Technical problems happen but the fact that we had to pay for something that I didn't get is really high. For us it was the last visit to this restaurant. 😡

Everyone has lost their peace here, it takes far too long! I can get something to eat quicker in some restaurants!

Die Bedienung ist sehr freundlich. Auchdie subways sind leckere, es ist reichlich belegt besser als in Leipzig im PC

The veg aloo Patty sub was so good and filling. The staff was super nice. And the prices are very low.

Personal hatte nichts zu tuen aber trotzdem freundlich

Ich habe Mitte Mai dort mal wieder ein Sub geholt und war geschockt über die Neuerungen. Da spreche ich vor allem von dem Brot (Vollkorn), auf dem nicht ein Drittel der Körner von früher waren. Es hat auch nicht mehr so gut geschmeckt. Mit dem Gemüse haben sie meiner Meinung nach eher gegeizt und der Preis am Ende lag zwischen 10 und 15 Euro für 2 15cm mit extra Käse. Die beiden Kerle hinter der Theke kamen mit den Bestellungen nicht hinterher. Einer der beiden packte neuen Salat in die Behälter, was früher ein Dritter machte, soweit ich das weiß. Ich dachte, ich seh nicht richtig, dass das so minderwertiger vorgeschnittener Tütensalat war. Das kann man sich mit der Qualität auch echt nicht mehr leisten, vor allem mit guten Gewissen! Schade 👎🏻

Essen ganz gut, aber wie soll ich denn den Sub des Tages am Sonntag bekommen, wenn Sie nicht geöffnet haben?

Schade, dass wenn man 19 Uhr in den Laden will um noch schnell etwas zu essen, rausgeschickt wird. Dabei schließt der Laden erst um 20 Uhr. Anscheinend war das Personal zu faul um noch zwei Gäste zu bedienen. 👎

Sehr freundliches Personal und immer frische Zutaten. In der Mittagszeit muss man manchmal etwas länger warten.

Die Leute dort sind sehr freundlich und es ist lecker. Was will man mehr!

Wenn der Laden mal offen ist,ok.Aber die Öffnungszeiten sind nicht nachvollziehbar.

Eigentlich ist Subway meine Lieblingsfastfoodkette. Heute war ich wieder da. Es hat leider nur okay geschmeckt. Das Sandwich wurde lieblos belegt und man wurde nicht nach extra Zutaten gefragt.

Wir haben heute kurz vor Feierabend uns zum Thema vegetarisch beraten lassen. Der junge Mann hatte echt Ahnung und hat meine Tochter sehr kompetent, freundlich und überzeugend beraten. Seine Empfehlung war geschmacklich der Hammer. Solche Leute sind Gold wert. Vielen Dank.

Personal ist ja nett und der Laden sieht ordentlich aus, aber das die es nicht packen die Lays Subway Aktion durchzuführen die schon Monate läuft ist etwas enttäuschend wenn man bedenkt daß die Lays beim Edeka Holzmarkt immer verfügbar sind
