Subway Lage in Lage

Absolute incompetence!! I accidentally specified an order in location (I wanted Detmolderstr. in Bielefeld) but what happened happened. We called the branch probably 20 times but no one answered... I had already paid. I then took the risk of driving 30 minutes there and picking up my order. When I asked the staff if they had a customer phone, she just looked and said yes. I then asked if no one could answer if you called 20 times? Apparently the place was packed 20 minutes ago, even though there wasn't a soul in sight when I was there! Regardless, I checked the order in the car and found that the cookies were missing and went back in to get the cookies. The woman said they were still very hot because they had just come out of the oven. Unfortunately I discovered that the cookies were still completely raw... never again!

Went there for the first time today after the employees at Subway in Lemgo were too incompetent. But now to the Subway location, the two employees were extremely nice and served you very well.

The subway in Lage has just opened and you already find an unplanned location there. The employees don't know how to set the oven, how many slices of salami are on a sandwich even though it's on the slice above it, and they don't know how to use the cash register system. That doesn't mean good at the beginning, but that can change when the employees are finally trained. Unfortunately, even more has been dismantled in the meantime, I didn't think that was possible...

Totally overwhelmed and awkward. That was the last time we were at Subway

Clean, tidy and delicious food. You can put together the sandwiches yourself.

Incompetent staff. You come here with ten people with coupons and apparently they are not a participating restaurant for these coupons. But it's nowhere. impudence. I'll never go here again.

It tastes as usual but you get your turn quickly and the staff is very friendly.

I ordered the well-known Fiesta fajita and I have to say it was prepared very well and I was well advised by the employees because the shop is very good 👍🏻

So far so good. Only the benches were a bit far away from the table and you couldn't move them either😄

Been there twice so far and received very unfriendly and poor service both times. Every time something was done wrong. This was pointed out and people only responded with annoyance. If you're not going to listen, then you shouldn't react in such an unprofessional way. All in all, a sobering experience. A pity. So I'd rather drive 10 minutes longer to Detmold.

Been there last night The shop was completely empty, but my sandwich was prepared with such carelessness and haste that it was inedible and one half had completely fallen apart. The shop was very clean, only the counter where the sandwiches were prepared was completely full of salad and quite unhygienic. Never again in a subway location ! The €12 would be better spent somewhere else.

Subway in Lage offers fresh ingredients and a diverse selection. The sandwiches are customizable and the staff is friendly. The atmosphere ideal for a quick meal. The prices are reasonable for the quality. Recommended! 🥪👍

Great:) I thought the blonde girl who served us was super nice and helpful. Subway is sometimes a challenge for me anyway, but she was patient and told us what was on it where, how it would be cheaper, etc I'm great, I'd rather drive the 5 kilometers more here than go to the subway in Detmold 😅☺️

Ich wurde von der netten Gina bestens bedient. Ihr Kollege war ebenfalls sehr nett. War das erste mal hier da ich ein riesen Subway bin und diesen Laden einfach mal ausprobieren wollte. Werde aufjedenfall immer wieder kommen.

Ich finde Subway ist vom Konzept ein mega Laden. Und auch hier in Lage hat mir bis heute alles super gefallen. Mitarbeiter waren noch etwas unsicher aber ist auch in Ordnung da der Laden noch nicht so lange aufhat. Geschmacklich war alles top, und wenn man lieb gefragt hat, hat man auch etwas mehr Belag bekommen als eigentlich vorgeschrieben ist ( ohne Aufpreis). Das ganze Ambiente Läd zum verweilen ein und auch hier gibt es „Bestellautomaten“ falls man nicht mit anderen Menschen reden kann oder möchte.

Bin zum ersten Mal hier. Das Restaurant macht einen guten Eindruck. Die Sandwiches sind frisch und lecker. Ich habe nichts zu meckern ☺️

Etwas langsame Bedienung, Geschmack war Subway üblich. Schade ist, dass es kein WLAN gibt. Andere Subways haben ein WLAN für ihre Kunden.

Musik war voll nicht so angenehm, jedes mal wo ich hier war hatte ich Kopfschmerzen. Lautstärke war wie im Club. Gibt bessere entspanntere Subway.

Bin Bisschen geschockt! Die Frau an der Bedienung (bisschen älter) hat für mich persönlich wirklich alles falsch gemacht was geht. 1. super langsam was man ja noch verstehen kann wenn der Laden relativ neu ist aber! 2 es wurde zwar mit Handschuhen gearbeitet aber der Kollege hat sich nachos mit Käse gemacht und die Dame wollte die probieren und während sie meinen sub Vorbereitet, nimmt sie die nachos isst sie, leckt dabei die Handschuhe ab und belegt mit den selben Handschuhen meinen sub weiter! Ich war so geschockt! Also habe den danach nicht essen können weil ich so angeeckelt war….

Ich muss leider sagen dass die Angestellten dort sehr überfordert gewirkt haben, als ich dort war war eine junge Frau sowie ein junger Mann dort und scheinbar konnte die junge Dame nicht eigenständig agieren es sah so aus als wüsste sie nicht was sie machen solle, dabei waren mein Partner und ich die einzigen Kunden dort.

Wirklich schöne Filiale! Alles sauber und ordentlich. Das Essen ist auch, wie man es kennt, sehr gut. Komme gern wieder.

Leider konnten wir hier nichts mehr holen da der Laden schon um 21.48 Uhr abgeschlossen war, obwohl er bis 22 Uhr offiziell auf hat... die Bedienung stand aber drin und machte noch Sandwiches für ihre Freunde

Kann nicht nachvollziehen was diese ganzen negativen Bewertungen sollen der laden ist vollkommen in ordnung klar sind die Mitarbeiter am anfang noch etwas langsamer weil sie noch LERNEN essen war lecker wie in jeder anderen Filiale auch nur das brot war am rand ganz leicht verbrannt

Update vom 13.05.23 10:30 Essen Top, Restaurant Top und eine schnelle und freundliche "Sandwich-Artistin“ :) Da kommt man doch gerne wieder. Erste Rezension von 08.01.23 War lecker aber anscheint wurde das Personal garnicht eingearbeitet. Dort gibt es Personal, das in Slow Motion arbeitet und die Unsicherheit in allem ist deutlich zu spüren. Fragende Blicke vom Personal während des ganzen Prozesses. Jeder braucht Zeit, um was neues zu lernen und anzukommen, aber das war schon wirklich sehr sehr langsam. Von der Auswahl vom Brot, bis hin zum bezahlen haben wir in einem fast leeren Restaurant, bestimmt 7-8 Minuten gebraucht. Der Schichtleiter (8.01.23 18:00) oder so schien sehr engagiert und versucht das Ganze best möglich zu managen.

An Terminal bestellt und halbe Stunde gewartet, verstehe nicht wofür man da so n Terminal hinstellt wenn keiner kompetent genug ist die Bestellung und die Kunden vorne rechtzeitig abzuarbeiten, die arbeiten sehr langsam

Sehr schicker und gemütlicher Laden. Wir lieben Subway. Kartenzahlung möglich! WC sauber. Männerklo war leider ohne Seife und Tücher. Frauen klo top! Unsere 30cm Subs waren leider etwas zu sehr im Ofen dadurch etwas härter und trockener. Belag auch etwas sparsam. Ansonsten lecker und Sauber. Mitarbeiterin sehr freundlich.

War gestern gegen 20:45 Uhr da, es gab keine Brote mehr, was sehr traurig ist.

12.3.2023 um 18 Uhr Wir waren das erste mal bei Subway Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Verkäuferin hat uns alles erklärt. Die beiden Baguettes haben unglaublich sehr lecker geschmeckt. Für das Geld bekommt man bei den großen M nichts für.

Dachte zuerst das dort eine U Bahn ist aber dann wurde mir die Verschwörungstheorie bewusst das es eine Bahn eigentlich nicht gibt...habe dann ein Sandwich mit 6 min Verspätung gegessen...schmeckte wie mit Klimaanlage im Sommer
