After a long, long time we wanted to eat there again, 20 nuggets from the app for €7.99, they were the worst nuggets in my entire life, we didn't eat anything all day and after forcing ourselves to eat a little, Unfortunately it didn't go any further, I have no idea who will see this, but please do something about it, it can't be that someone thought that if I give these nuggets to someone, it won't be a problem. I feel like driving back and throwing these nuggets over the counter. I'll never go here again. Never. Again.

Waited 21 minutes for the food to be ready. There were 4 customers in the shop including me, so it was unusually empty and yet it was probably too much of a hassle to serve the food in a timely manner. You can tie their shoes while running

Awful coffe. Cold food. Dirty toilets. After the second time ordering there I got a bad case of diarrhea. Can not recommend even to my enemies.

I am very disappointed with this food place. I will never return here again. Today I was here with my family, we didn't add 3 positions that I marked in the picture. They blatantly deceive and steal. When we approached and informed us that not everything had been brought to us yet, they bluntly took our order from downstairs with a very dissatisfied face and gave it to us. That is, this is not a mistake, it was deliberately hidden and not given to us. How can you steal from children? They took away up to 2 positions from my child with a Happy Meal. When we complained to them, they didn't respond in any way, didn't apologize. They ruined the mood for the whole evening. I will never, ever, ever come here again.

The fries were cold, the cola was non-carbonated and on top of that, we didn't get the burgers that were ordered. I mean, it's clear that you check your order, but also take the burgers out of the packaging??? They're getting cold! - ...oh wait. My mistake. There was nothing going on at 10 a.m. and we even had to wait. For what actually?! That the fries cool down and the cola has time to wear off?!? Guys, if I hadn't left the parking lot yet, I would have come in there and let the staff try their work! Shame on you. What a waste of time and resources

Ordering on the drive always involves an extra waiting time.

The sauces are often forgotten or mixed up. I would really like to give more stars, but in fact every second order goes wrong. Wrong burgers, forgotten burgers, uncooked fries, forgotten toys, forgotten things paid for with app points, and one employee in particular has a really big problem accepting criticism and quickly becomes snarky to downright rude and always hectic. Today it was solved really well, yes, but to be honest we don't always have the nerve to complain. You don't go to the drive-in because you want to invest a lot of time in it.

Bad service, 3 meals were delivered incorrectly, fries and burgers were cold and the nuggets were too hot PS the Big Mac sauce was good this one

It's really frustrating when people work on the mcdrive at lunchtime who barely speak or understand German and are then overwhelmed with the technology. Unfortunately, a confirmed online order was not possible. It hasn't had anything to do with fast food restaurants for a long time. There are other branches where this works much better. Update: I stood at the McDrive again today for 8 minutes without anyone answering. Then also very unfriendly without hello or or a friendly order please. Pre-ordering via the app doesn’t save any time at all. The app is also incredibly slow...

At the drive-in you have to have a lot of time. We stood at the terminal for 20 minutes until someone finally talked to us and then we waited another half an hour for the food even though we had ordered in advance. The baby cried the whole time... We thought it would go faster...

It's gotten very, very bad!!! Sometimes there were waiting times of up to 10 minutes, even though there was no other car behind me. I was directed to a parking space. The staff can hardly speak German (cheap, cheap, cheap) minimum wage and the result was that I didn't get 2 double cheeseburgers but 2 double chili cheese... and that wasn't the first time,,, McDonald's location is just that still bad!!

We've eaten our food there several times. The table service was always great and we were always treated nicely! Last time we visited, the table next to us looked like guests didn't know how to behave, which I'm really sorry about! Nevertheless, it would have been nice if the staff, who inevitably passed by there often, would have taken care of it. We were there for probably 30 minutes. Also, 2 of the ladies' 3 toilets were completely dirty. The one that was the cleanest couldn't be locked and there was no light. We really know this branch differently. Please pay more attention again ;)

I find McDonald's location to be the cleanest restaurant in the area. I like going there and feel very comfortable.

McFisch and fries was ready in a flash, but cold and really no longer edible. I know what freshly made tastes like. At the moment I feel like this is a general McDonald’s problem. The only thing that was good was Coca-Cola Zero! I ate McFish in Switzerland a few hours ago and they were great. The employee didn't even know that McFish was available as a double fish. The quality isn't even worth a star.

What is actually wrong here? I went to the drive-thru there on Wednesday and when I got home I realized that I only had half a portion of fries. Can happen. Went to the drive-in again today, the fries were only half full and the sauce was missing for my nuggets. Since I prefer the vegan diet, there's nothing I could eat at MCDONALD'S. I also consider the corporate strategy, ethical and moral, to be reprehensible and no longer up to date. In addition to massive, tolerated interventions in the ecosystem through large-scale soybean cattle feed cultivation, starvation wage employment contracts, antiquated hierarchical structures, the food is neither healthy nor tasty, the interior is reminiscent of a kindergarten, the toilets are reminiscent of university days. While I was waiting for a blood burger, I cooked a delicious, vegan leek stew. Be proud, be vegan.

Food tastes like any other McDonald's. My food was also hot and fresh. However, the cleanliness of the guest area is not taken too seriously here. Toilets dirty and so good again table too. The floor also looked terrible.

It only happened once, but it often happened that you didn't have the best bowel movements afterwards - it's just unhealthy and the price-performance ratio is simply too expensive. For that money you could go to a restaurant and have a nice meal. And I wouldn't have had such a panicked meal determined me. Just ordering coffee, cappuccino or other drinks from McDonald's and skipping burgers and the garbage has turned out that even coffee leads to severe heartburn. For me the conclusion is that it is better to go to a restaurant, you pay the same amount and have reasonable food

That day, the floor in the play area was pretty dirty. Not exactly suitable for small children.

McDonald's Food halt. Hoher Preis, wenig Geschmack aber viele Kalorien. Reicht wieder für mindestens 1 Jahr...

Sind sehr langsam obwohl nichts los ist. Hab an der Kasse 10 min gewartet um bezahlen zu können und dann noch 15 min auf das Bestellung obwohl der auch gar nicht so groß war paar Cheeseburger und paar Hamburger.

Waren auf einem Sonntag Mittag da. Es schien, als sei das gesamte Wochenende nicht geputzt worden. Toilette ekelhaft, Klopapier leer, alle Tische verdreckt. Boden komplett klebrig.

Schlechtes Essen in einer ungemütlichen Umgebung mit viel unnötiger Verpackung! Dieser Besuch war nur eine Notlösung auf der Durchreise

Macht einen ordentlichen Eindruck, Die Bedienung und Lieferung waren schnell und vollständig. Anfangs wirkte der Parkplatz etwas eng, jedoch ist er gut durchdacht.

Ich sags euch wie es ist, in die Sprite wurde reingejizzed / reingepisst, sonst netter service trotz hoher Besucherzahlen.

Für zwei Apfeltaschen 15 Minuten gewartet, trotz genügende Mitarbeitern, sonst freundliches Personal

Grundsätzlich sauberer und ordentlicher McDonald's. Die Organisation könnte noch einwenig besser werden. Drive-In ist im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen eher langsam.

Der Kaffee ist wie immer gut. Die Sauberkeit der Toilette war eine Katastrophe.

Der Filialleiter/Schichtleiter war super freundlich! Die Sauberkeit lässt allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Der Boden hat sehr geklebt und alle Tische sowie die Bänken innen waren voller Krümel, klebten und waren voll geschmiert. Ansonsten war das Patty super frisch und auch der Burger im allgemeinen war heiss und frisch zubereitet.

Essen war okay. Der innere Spielbereich war einfach nur Ekel erregend. Klebriger Boden, Tische nicht geputzt, auch Bestuhlung Fett-verschmiert. Dann ist es besser, wenn man solch einen Bereich gar nicht erst anbietet. Gerade bei den Kleinen sollte man auf Sauberkeit achten.

Noch heiße frische Burger 🍔 serviert bekommen 👍

Grundsätzlich moderner McDonald's. Ansonsten nichts besonderes - für zwischendurch Mal ganz gut.

Lange Wartezeit, nur 1 Kasse war auf. Hamburger 🍔 war lauwarm aber 🍟 heiß und gut. Ich habe Vorort gegessen. Es war sehr kalt drinnen, ich glaube die Klimaanlage war an. Draußen 10 Grad und drinnen auch.

Einzelne weiche, glattrandige Würstchen. Angenehm auszuscheiden. Keine allzugroße Nacharbeit beim sauber machen

Der langsamste Drive Schalter den ich je hatte. Zwischen 2 Autos ist eine Wartezeit von 5 bis 10 Minuten. Bin wieder gefahren

Ich finde die Mitarbeiter dort fast alle überaus freundlich. Sauber und alles top.

Essen war nicht heiß und geschmacklich nicht gut.
