Sadly it's getting worse and worse. It used to be very tasty, now you pay more for less ingredients. Half sandwich isn't always even, sometimes you get a way smaller part but still have to pay the same. Triple cheese now comes with only 2 cheese types inside. Online order ingredients are changed without notice. Some employees smoking outside make you wait to order and spit in front of the entrance door (disgusting and makes you want to leave). Plastic gloves aren't changed before a vegetarian order, you have to ask for it yourself! Also the music in the store could be more quiet

Unfriendly, slow and in general not a great experience. Giving out food to there friends before serving paying customers...

No sub of the day/no daily deals/no vouchers If you have time, you should go to the Isenburg Center as there are tons of better alternatives or go straight to Green Thai next door. It's just as expensive 🥲 But tastier

The branch makes a clean impression, the employees were very friendly and the subs tasted as always 😋

The bread was super loafy. Seems like it's been there for a long time. The salad was slightly brownish. The cookie is rock hard. The furnishings are rather outdated and uncomfortable. The employee was very nice.

Staff is strong, very consistent sub. The owner is just playing around with the sauces, but the combinations with more quantity make the sub really good. Too bad. Otherwise 5 stars

Unfortunately, this branch is not very inviting. We were there yesterday around 2 p.m. The employee who served us was very listless and friendliness seemed to be a foreign concept. There was neither a greeting nor a farewell…….or any other kind word! To top it all off, the lady stood in the middle of the store, busy with her cell phone. I think if I hadn't said "Goodbye and have a nice day" out loud, she wouldn't have even noticed that my daughter and I were leaving. I personally deal with customers at work and am speechless about such behavior. What a shame!

Gloves are used for cashiers and are not changed. & the food wasn't fresh either. Something's not right there. 2 people now have gastrointestinal problems after eating from you.

Such nice people work here, it's fantastic! Heena was working and she was such a nice woman.
