Nach anderthalb Stunden Wartezeit kam die Lieferung unvollständig und Eiskalt und dann musste ich selber dahin fahren und mein Geld Abholen. Also Subway Blumbrink wenn ihr weiter über dritte und vierte liefern lasst geht das vor die Hunde. Lächerlich

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be, now with the ordering computers you choose something and then the whole store tells you that this and that is no longer available... all the people are waiting at the seats so that if you eat on site want to eat, maybe have to eat standing up... Breads are only half full, so the beginning and end are completely dry, not even any more sauce, and I didn't see any of the cheese I paid for extra

Ordered online, unfortunately not everything was as ordered, which isn't a bad thing. Mistakes happen. However, it should not be common practice to be reprimanded by the male employee after asking a normal question. This employee should complete employee kindness training. :)

People will never go there again!!!!! As soon as the customer turns around, the bread that was on the floor is served to the customers again!!!! expired items are still put up for sale. As well as lettuce, for example, which is already red, is put on the sub which I saw over the counter myself! Customers are shouted at as soon as they don't understand something. Employees and employees are even brought to wine in front of the customers, which is a complete no-go. Customers are being yelled at to pre-order four or more subs, even though they haven't even managed to write it down anywhere, neither in the app nor in the store. Cleanliness is a foreign concept, for all the tables are full of crumbs, the floor is full of sauces and if you look in from the side, things don't look any better at the back!!! and another negative point. A friend of mine urgently needed to go to the toilet. to do another business, let's put it this way, but there was no toilet paper at all.😡

Eating at Subway is always a highlight for us since we don't have one at home. Food was great. Ambiance was also OK, nice that you can sit outside. When we were there it was very full and anyone who can think logically knows that you just have to wait for your food... no problem for us... the staff was very nice to us despite the stress 😊 we'll go back when we are nearby...

When I called to ask about the quality of the food, I only received the answer that my frustration was understood, but that's just the way it is now... The food tastes good, unfortunately the shop looks very dirty, the benches outside to sit on are still full of dust and inside there are crumbs everywhere, let alone under the table. Same game on the toilet. I think there has to be time to swing the broom in between.

We spontaneously decided to use Subway and went there. We thought ordering at the terminal could save stressful situations if you are indecisive. After a moment of deliberation, we finally finished and paid for our order. We were abruptly informed that we should “please” pre-order in the future. We were surprised and initially affirmed the statement. Now another customer complained that people never follow the ordering rules and then complain about the waiting time. While we waited patiently (not a long wait), we checked Subway's ordering rules. Since we couldn't find what we were looking for, we asked the colleague who gave us the order. We found that an order of 4 or more subs counts as catering and pre-ordering is recommended. Dear Subway employees - please add such rules in the order area in a legible manner in the future so that such misunderstandings no longer arise. Otherwise great as always - Subway remains one of the favorite stores.

Unfortunately I can only give it one star overall. The food tastes good as always, but unfortunately the new system with the machines doesn't work at all. We had received a voucher in the mail and wanted a SUB of the day, both of which cannot be ordered at the machines, so we were advised to order at the counter. It wasn't a problem for us, but we had to wait half an hour before our order was even taken - it was probably the instructions to give priority to online and terminal orders. Even though they were clearly abandoned after we hired them. The system cannot lead to satisfied customers in the long term. The employees on site really did their best and booked subs on a piecemeal basis. But the system should be reconsidered as quickly as possible, because unfortunately it no longer has anything to do with a fast-food restaurant. Our friend had ordered at the terminal and finished by the time we were able to place our order. PS: if certain cookies/breads etc are no longer available, it's best not to be able to select them on the terminal either.

That was nothing anymore! New concept - doesn't work! No one is standing in line anymore thanks to the touch things, BUT all orders (app, delivery service, on site with touch and on site at the counter) are actually processed one after the other as they are received. That's no surprise given that there's only one production line, but that means there are always 12-20 orders hanging in the air and everyone, really EVERYONE, is annoyed. I feel sorry for the staff because this system just doesn't work and these people try everything. Waiting time: 45 minutes for 3 sandwiches! Not again! Sorry Subway, but I won't be coming back like this.

I don't go to Subway often, but since the automatic ordering machines were introduced, the quality has deteriorated significantly. It takes significantly longer until the sub you ordered is ready because you have to laboriously enter all the individual ingredients into the terminal and then wait. During the waiting time (10 minutes - in an empty restaurant) you are asked to sit down, so you have no control over what is actually being prepared. The bad surprise came at home when I found ingredients on my sub that I didn't order and that I'm allergic to. Almost 10 EUR was thrown out the window because I couldn't eat my sub anymore.

Friendly staff good subs. June 24 there is now a compulsory ordering of terminals. It now takes twice as long until I have my SUB. The new order terminals allow employees to work more effectively, but this also leads to significantly more workload. My family and I are regular visitors to Subway and always leave the store with a smile. The staff are not only friendly and helpful, but also very warm. They always fulfill our wishes with great commitment and attention to detail. Subway is a place that is wonderful for both children and adults. We are already looking forward to our next visit and especially to the delicious cookies! We are also aware that without the employees the store would not run as wonderfully as it does with them. This subway is located in the middle of a shopping center and other shops. It is easy to reach by vehicle. There are enough parking spaces available and free of charge. The entire area is at ground level and wheelchair accessible. Very disabled friendly. Staff is friendly. We've never had anything to complain about with the service or quality of the food.

Very modern atmosphere. The toilet is infinitely inclusive and clean. I've never seen anything like it. A large, uncluttered space that fulfills everything. Changing table for the babies, urinal for the stable ones and barrier-free sitting toilet for the rest of those in need. Simple, ingenious, practical. The buffet is also good. The seats are clean and comfortable. Everything is just very inviting.

Well, I've been there several times, but what happened to me today doesn't work at all. I'm in a service industry myself and deal with customers. So I know how stressful it can be, but it can't be that you don't even get a hello back when you say hello. But that's really the smallest problem. The biggest problem was that you are left standing there because you prefer to sort biscuits while the other employee fills up bread and thirdly the third person says I have to make bread, otherwise everything will be too late - that's the middle evil. But last but not least, the sub is thrown together so carelessly and pressed together that you don't actually want to eat it anymore. You as a team should perhaps divide tasks... Just as a tip.

I used to go to the subway mentioned several times years ago. Now describe the impression from 2024 (January) and I have to say that the interior design has done very well. Apparently the shop next door was also leased and expanded. It is now a much larger interior space. The friendliness of the staff is... so-so... they force themselves to be a little accommodating, which you quickly notice when you have a few more questions. In addition, the staff is technically at the bottom of the drawer. Sometimes the subs are completely cut through, pressed together and special requests are hardly taken into account. If T. Daniel is still the owner “boss” there then that’s all I can say. "Boy, what's happened over the years? Don't you have people under control anymore?" Then I was in the subway at the train station... and there was real chaos there. I was there at 8:30 p.m. The knives are full of sauce and no longer cleaned in water. The covers from the work surface were taken down to clean. The main thing was that the staff could talk to their friends. Music so loud that you can hardly understand anything. Then it's better to use the staff from the subway specified here. Ultimately all that can be said is an absolute catastrophe. And after the years you wonder whether playing golf is the owner's priority.

If there were zero stars, I would choose this. 6:30 p.m. at subway at Blumenbrink. The service was very unfriendly and the freshness left a lot to be desired. When I asked if there were no more tomatoes, they said no. That means I only had 5 slices of cucumber on it and still had to pay the full price. As soon as the bread was packed (not paid for yet) a full bowl of tomatoes came in. I then asked if tomatoes could still be added and it was answered in the negative.😡And no, I didn't get any discount. You should think about this staff. I'm very disappointed apart from the fact that it's not exactly cheap.

Wir kommen gern her zum abholen bzw mitnehmen. In meinen Augen ist dieser Subway besser aufgestellt als die beiden in der Innenstadt, die Subs sind gleichmäßiger und voller zusammengestellt und es gab bisher immer noch die volle Auswahl, was man von den anderen beiden nicht behaupten kann. Ambiente ist eben Subway typisch pragmatisch, völlig okay so. Parken geht prima, Kartenzahlung sowieso, vorbestellen inzwischen auch, top, gerne wieder👍🏻

Eine der schlechtesten Subway Filialen, die ich kenne. Gehe oft zu Subway und hier ist sowohl Service, als auch das Essen zu bemängeln. Es wird gegeizt bei Fleisch und auch Salat. Ich weiß nicht, ob die Mitarbeiter einen Bonus bekommen, wenn sie weniger verbrauchen. Würden sie mehr nehmen, wäre der Salat vielleicht auch öfter aufzufüllen und somit frischer. Welches Brot vegan ist, wissen sie ebenso wenig, wie welche Soße. Auf Nachfrage hätten wir ein Veganes Honigbrot oder eins mit Käse haben können. Auf der Toilette hingen Spinnweben und ein dreckiger Rand in der Schüssel. Nein Danke! Da fahre ich lieber ein paar Meter weiter in die Stadt und esse da. Mehr Belag, freundlicheres Personal und auch besser geschult.

I recently had a really crazy experience at Subway in Schwerin train station, and in an absolutely positive way! I don't normally write reviews, but what I experienced there was simply amazing. I'm really impressed by the quality of the subs, the incredible speed and, above all, the friendliness of the team. I was particularly impressed by one employee whose name (hopefully spelled correctly) was Bartzi. I'm really not one to remember employees' names, but Bartzi's expertise impressed me so much that I just had to mention it. He made me the best sub of my life! Every move was perfect, the ingredients were fresh and you could tell straight away that someone with passion was working here. Honestly, I'll only get my food there from now on when I'm in the area. If anyone is looking for a recommendation for Subway: Go to the train station in Schwerin and let Bartzi serve you. It's really worth it!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ PS: I just found the fact that he changed his gloves on his own because of my origins (because of the smile) to be so unusually courteous. Kudos to him! 🫶 Moovy is happy!!!

Sub is good as always but the service is simply subpar. Employees overwhelmed with 5 customers. Ordered online to “save time” as the sign promises, but for free. Every customer who arrived later was served first. When asked, they said that one should be understanding when customers order at the counter. The employee was just plain unfriendly. The sub was also prepared incorrectly. One-time visit.
