Subway in Viersen

If employees don't even know what they are selling there, I would say that they have been very poorly trained. Putting them there alone in the store for a shift is not only a nuisance for the customers, but also extremely unpleasant for the employees. Despite pre-ordering online, we waited 45 minutes because we didn't know how to prepare it and had to wait for a colleague (you could guess when she came). After 45 minutes we changed our mind to something the employee knew and finally came to an end. The teriyaki seemed a bit strange to me and had an unpleasant aftertaste that it didn't have otherwise. We won't be coming back again.

Went to Subway again after a long time because my niece also likes it. So if an employee is there, it works, otherwise it doesn't. Some steps/requests had to be repeated several times and were still almost done wrong. The whole thing no longer looked fresh in the afternoon. The cookies seem to be prepared differently than before, but they certainly didn't taste good either. Overall, Subway (in general) can no longer keep up. The prices have become too expensive for what you get.

We like to go to subway because it's delicious. Things go very well here at subway when a certain employee is there. Our son has now got a taste for it and would like to go there several times a week. It's not heavy on the stomach and still fills you up.

If I could give 0 stars I would Nastiest sub sandwiches ever BAH! We have had Subway everywhere but these sandwiches are so dirty You get a cold sandwich, meat is not warm and you get almost no salad on it Bread was not crispy at all When we went to say this to the employee, he said this was normal?! Well, never had that! We ate it plain because we paid for it!

We have never been served by such a nice man/Subway employee as Peter. 10/10 Awesome guy, picked the right job, is very polite to customers and happy to answer questions (at least that's how it came across). You could see that he put a lot of effort into the subs as if they were his own. Recommended Thank you Peter, we hope that next time you will serve us again😉

Food safety out of place. The salad on the counter is already wilted but the bread is still white. The employee was alone when we ate and went out to smoke. So far it wasn't a problem. I wanted to eat something else and got in line again. The employee came in and coughed INTO her palm (hygiene rules were out of place) then she went behind the counter and pulled gloves out of the box, which she also took into her palm. I then asked the employee to wash her hands, which she did with stupid comments. When she then wanted to put on the dirty gloves, everything in me doubted. I myself have had hygiene training in the food sector through my work here. There is an urgent need for further training, starting with the simple hand hygiene rules and the way you should put on gloves. In addition, the cash payment machine was broken, which was probably the least of the operator's worries given the overall situation on site.

Was there on August 29th, 2024 around 7 p.m. Had long dark hair in a baguette. I found it really disgusting. The employee should wear hairnets. The baguette was also hardly filled.

I ordered online today (August 27th) and was there at 4:30 p.m. I stand behind the other customers. The employee was very friendly and asked me whether I had ordered online and he apologized for the delay. That was very nice of Jungeman. Last week an employee was very rude and unfriendly (review by Ishaan), she can learn a lot from this male colleague about customer friendliness.

I had ordered online. I had to wait a long time to pick it up. That wasn't the worst thing for me. Today's employee (August 14th, 1 p.m.) didn't put a jalapeno on the sub, even though it said so on the order. I politely indicated that she had forgotten. But unfortunately the unfriendly employee was very rude and started shouting at me. An impatient employee who shouldn't work here because she's under so much stress.

Your employee with long hair and the cap does his job extremely slowly, you have to wait at least 10 minutes until your turn, which I don't think is very nice.

You come in and the employees are sitting around. One employee was nice and accommodating, but the next employee was so slow and awkward, as if his father had beaten him into the store to work there. If you work in service you should act like this. This destroys the image of the store. He was so weak he couldn't even cut the bread properly.

Was there at 10 a.m. and wanted to get something to take away. At 10:17 the door was still locked even though two employees were in the store.

PLEASE PLEASE !!! don't eat there. My girlfriend and I ate there yesterday (February 16, 2024). We were greeted warmly & our sandwich was slowly prepared until we got to the vegetables!!! I looked in the lettuce and then the peppers. and what did I see there? A MAGGOT. 🤮 We pointed this out to the saleswoman, she looked at us maliciously because we had mentioned this out loud. Then she takes the one pepper that had the maggot on it, until she checked - that we were standing in front of her and we were extremely disgusted. Then she took out the whole pot of pepper, looked at the maggot and said: "That's not one maggot, it's a caterpillar" we stood there with 3 question marks over our heads, as if the statement would now change that to the point that it was obviously a maggot. 🤢🤢 We still had to pay, we only ate the cookie and that Food thrown in the trash. Recyclable. 🤢🤮

das Sub des Tages ist immer zu empfehlen! Trotzdem alles ziemlicher Wucher.

Leider häufig keine Kartenzahlung möglich.

Gleichbleibend gute Qualität und nettes Personal. Wir sind regelmäßig dort zu Gast.

Ist vielleicht nicht so mein Geschmack

Es ist ein typischer kleiner Subway Laden mit allem was dazu gehört aber halt auch nicht mehr. Personal ist stets freundlich und der Laden wirkt sehr sauber. Das Ambiente ist durchschnittlich. Da der Laden sehr Schlauchförmig ist und nur von vorne Licht kommt ist er für mich etwas zu düster. Für einen kurzen Besuch ist es aber okay. Wer schnell ein Subway Sandwich verdrücken will ist hier richtig.

Essen war wie immer sehr lecker. Subs wurden auf Wunsch zubereitet.

Hier im Subway war ich das erste Mal. Das Sub war OK. Umgehauen hat es mich aber nicht. Meiner Tochter hat es gut gefallen. Es ist eher ihr Ding. Service war gut.

Wir haben zu dritt bestellt. Bis das dritte Sandwich fertig war, war der erste bereits kalt.

Nach langem mal wieder hier gewesen. Sorry aber das aktuelle Personal ist ne Katastrophe. 4 leute hinter der Theke 1 Kunde saß am Tisch. Die Theke war fast leer und der junge Mann der mich bediente war so schnell, daß ich dachte ich wäre in eine super slow motion Bar. Dazu kam, daß das chicken teriyaki nicht mehr gut geschmeckt hat. Es hat allgemein alles ehr alt geschmeckt. Ich habe noch nie so schlecht bei einem subway gegessen. Hier ist dringend Handlungs Bedarf! Ich war aber auch das letzte Mal da, denn für 2 subs und 2 cookies über 18 Euro zu bezahlen, das ist eindeutig zu viel. Alles in allem wirklich schade denn ich finde das conzept eigentlich wirklich gut.

Man sollte bei den Lieferketten die Speisekarte aktualisieren

Sehr nettes Personal und es schmeckt sehr gut.

Guter Laden mit frischen Auswahl. Die Wartezeiten haben sich reduziert und alle Subs durch die Bank sehr lecker. Eine gute Alternative ist auch der gemischte Salat. Ein Stern muss ich abziehen, da leider der Beef Supreme ersatzlos gestrichen worden ist.

Erster Tag: super Bedingungen Zweiter Tag: schlimmsten Bedienung ever Essen war gut.

Normalerweise top keine Frage aber meine letzte Bestellung habe ich über lieferando gemacht und da ist einiges schief gelaufen. Mein sub war zu lang im Ofen also viel so Cross und ich hatte 3 subs bestellt und nur 2 bekommen. Schade. Nie wieder über lieferando. Nächste Lieferung wieder im Haus und dann wieder 5 Sterne

Der Sub war gut, die Bedienung freundlich. Wenn ich aber sage und schreibe 30 min warten muss bis ich mein Sub in der Hand habe, hat das Nichts mehr mit Fastfood zu tun. Es war nur 1(!) Kunde vor mir, jeder Handgriff wurde so langsam ausgeführt dass das Essen bei der Zubereitung schon wieder kalt war. Konnte den Sub leider nicht genießen da nur noch 2 min meiner Mittagspause übrig waren...

Mein lieblings Subway im Umkreis. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich und auf Zack. Die Portionen sind genau richtig. Immer wieder gerne. Nur bei der Vorbestellung hakt es noch. Aber sonst alles bestens! 😋
