Subway in Gießen - Telefonnummer, Reservierungen, Bewertungen

Disaster. Employees do not calculate the coupon and have the full price paid and respond to tips cheekily and rudely. There was also a hair in my sub. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Unfortunately, employees are far too young and don't communicate at all. We actually wanted to redeem a coupon and showed it at the front when ordering, but it wasn't taken into account when paying because we "showed the coupon to the other employee at the front and it had nothing to do with it". Instead of being accommodating in any way, he just said that we should redeem the coupon next time...? This branch will definitely never be visited again!

The sandwich was very good. The drinks dispenser was partially empty.

The covering is not sufficient!!! Again, that must be the fault of the subcontractor. So stingy with the tuna that you can hardly taste it. The employees don't feel like working. Although the shop was empty and there were three employees there, almost all the tables were dirty...we were all feeling bad...so never again this time...

I was actually looking forward to the vouchers from Subway but I had just ordered a sub from the vouchers and I was given the completely wrong sub even though I wanted the Chick'n Garlic and it wasn't difficult to tell the difference 😂. The employee did not respond to further information that it was the wrong sub. The employee with the curly hair seemed completely confused. The taste wasn't the best and it wasn't the best either. Absolute disaster! I gave a voucher (June 14th, 2024) and the employee with the curly hair couldn't manage to get the right sub despite asking. He seemed completely incompetent and overwhelmed. This was by far the worst Subway experience I've ever had. I'll never go here again!

It's a shame actually. I gave two different vouchers but ended up getting the same thing twice. They weren't even complicated. (June 14, 2024, approx. 5:30 p.m.)

Subway is always good. What's not so cool is that the staff charges higher prices than what's printed. And unfortunately the tables are not wiped down. Especially outside.

Can only recommend the store! I've been coming here again and again for years. Compared to the other subways in Giessen, this is the best

Very unfriendly employee. She just doesn't feel like doing her job!!! I just asked her a quick question and she replied that they can't read on the board!! That's not how you treat customers. I prefer to go to other branches in Giessen!

The shop is a bit small, but delicious subs. However, if you arrive at the wrong time at lunchtime, you can wait in line for 15 minutes Update: August 2019 Card payments have not been possible for weeks and there is no way to redeem bonus points... Once this has been remedied, the rating will be adjusted again Update September 2019 still no card payment possible Points for purchased goods are also not credited to the points account,... Hi good afternoon , The two employees were already turning their eyes and talking to themselves about why it was so full, me as the third customer #laughs. I wanted the daily offer and she said we don't do that, you could also see in their eyes that you don't feel like working. When I asked you why that's your app SUBWAY, her answer was: "I don't know how Subway branches don't carry it,,. Weak answer -/better you change the employees, I will never come to you as a customer again. 02/07/24

Good branch, staff have always been friendly so far. Otherwise it's like a subway, there are sandwiches and cookies, the rest doesn't bother me :) Top shop 👌🏻

War grade, Sonntag abend dort, und bin voll zufrieden! Die junge rothaarige Frau war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit einen lächeln auf den Lippen hat man gemerkt das sie Spaß bei ihrer Arbeit hat und man hat sich einfach wohl gefühlt!

I enjoyed the food! The staff is nice. It was my first time in Subway, and I would say that the food here feels much more natural comparing to McDonald's, and also it's more personalized - you may choose a sub ingredients based on your personal preferences. As for the atmosphere - I would say that it needs some improvements, to make this place more cozy.

Allergiker aufgepasst. Leider werden hier die Vorschriften zur Lebensmittelzubereitung nicht eingehalten. Es wird nicht drauf geachtet ob Fisch mit anderen (Fisch freien) Produkten in Kontakt kommt. Nachdem wir den Hinweis gegeben haben wurden wir sehr unhöflich behandelt. Wir kommen nicht wieder!

Mit Tim und Josh die beste Bedienung bekommen Hatte das Honey Oat Fajita und mit eins der besten Subways überhaupt von Subways gegessen (komme mit Freunden aus Düsseldorf) Weiterempfehlung pur 👍🏼

Das Essen war für Subwayverhältnisse eher Durchschnitt. Das Gemüse sah bei meinen besuchen nicht mehr wirklich frisch aus, aber es war noch akzeptabel. Leider war schon öfters bestimmte Gemüsesorten etc. nicht mehr vorhanden und das gegen die Mittagszeit. Der Service ist leider im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen eher schwach. Lange Wartezeiten, oft nur eine Servicekraft vorhanden; welche einem nur leid tun kann, manche Servicekräfte wirken lustlos und unfreundlich. Ambiente ist ausbaufähig. Positiv bzw. was normal sein sollte, dass die Tische sauber wirken. Zum negativen, der Boden könnte sauberer sein, die Einrichtung wirkt nicht sehr gepflegt, bei offener Tür kommt Zigarettenqualm rein und das ist eklig, das Lager hinter der Theke zu sehen ist irgendwie nicht so schön und da machen es andere Filialen besser. Ich bin froh wenn ich schnell wieder draußen bin und wenn ich die Möglichkeit habe, dann besuche ich liebe eine andere Subwayfiliale in Gießen.

Leider ist das Personal unmotiviert.

Die 2 jungen Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und höflich, ich gehe immer wieder gerne dort hin weil man dort immer bestens beraten wird. Schnelle Bearbeitung und der sub war nach weniger als 2 min fertig.

Gute Subs, aber leider keine Kartenzahlung.

Schmeckt gut Aber leider Fleisch zu wenig auch wenn man Doppel Fleisch nimmt, machen die halt normal menge sehr schade .

Das Essen ist genauso gut oder schlecht wie in anderen Filialen auch. Ich gehe hier gerne hin, weil ich von der Frau, die den Laden schmeißt, immer den Eindruck habe, dass sie das gern macht und einem den Tag etwas angenehmer machen möchte - sofern man ihr nicht blöd kommt. Also genau das, was ich von Gießenern erwarte. Kann so bleiben.

Im Eingangsbereich aussen dreckig, Zigarettenstümmel auf der Treppe, die weisse Eingangstüre länger nicht sauber gemacht, innen ist der Handdesinfektionsspender leer, ein aufgerissener Karton liegt auf dem Boden vor dem Brotofen, der Kassenbereich einfach nur ungepflegt und unaufgeräumt. Die gekauften Subs waren lecker. Leider ist der Laden überhaupt nicht einladend und deshalb keinen Besuch wert.

Für eine Fast-Food Restaurant überdurchschnittlich nette Bedienung. Man kann auch Subs außerhalb des Menüs bestellen

Komme oft nach der Arbeit dahin , die Mitarbeiter sind sehr höflich und arbeiten sehr gut. Das Essen in dieser Filiale ist einfach Qualität. Die anderen subways können da nicht ansatzweise mithalten. 👍

Die zwei deutschen hinter der Theke einfach Mashallah, haben mir beste sub gemacht. Einfach top laden, ab jetzt nur noch Subway für immer

Sehr gute Servicekräfte, Sub ganz gut, allerdings waren die Kartoffelecken matschig.

Schneller Service, kurze Wartezeit Ich war und bin sehr zufrieden Aber vielleicht sollte man den Kunden etwas mehr Beraten und nicht so tun als ob man jeden Tag bei Subway isst und sich auskennt wie der Bestellablauf läuft… ( keine Kritik) Es klappt trotzdem alles immer sehr gut, bisschen mehr reden hilft einfach Super weiter…
