The service there was very friendly and fun. The selection was extensive, with something for everyone. I'd happily return.

The employees try to rip you off. They don't point out that the extras they offer guests cost more (sometimes significantly more, like "Would you like mixed cheese? It tastes much better with double the meat and bacon, trust me."). They accept the coupon book, but then try to hide the benefits (the 2 for 1 menu doesn't apply to the entire meal, but only to the second sub). The salami regularly looks inedible. I keep trying and am always disappointed by the staff.

Quiet, few people, you have a lot of time to think about what you want to eat. It's neat and clean (toilet too).

Finally shop in a Subway, with employees who really make an effort to ensure that the customer is satisfied, me and my family were given friendly advice. they gave us tips. It's nice to see when you are served by people who do this job with heart

Today January 24th, 2025 at 1:00 p.m., eating sola, chicken teriyaki, glab was no longer so fresh, has a strange taste. Unfortunately, my last visit to Subway was a huge disappointment. What is particularly negative is the poor condition of the restaurant, which has remained unchanged for years. The benches are damaged, some of the chairs are broken, and there are clear signs of wear on the tables. Even outside, the tables and chairs are anything but inviting. In addition, some lights do not work and some sockets are torn. Another annoyance: Every time we've been to Subway lately, the oil and vinegar dressing has been out of stock. It's really frustrating when such a common dressing is constantly missing. The changing opening times are also a big problem. Often the opening times do not match those on the internet and you find yourself in front of locked doors. It would be really helpful if the changed times were at least updated online in a timely manner so that people don't go there in vain. Another point that struck me negatively: the portions have become significantly smaller over time, while the prices continue to rise. Especially on the last visit, the sub we ordered was noticeably thinner than usual, even though the price remained consistently high. For the price you currently pay for a submenu, you can get a decent pizza in a restaurant - often including a drink.

It's clear that the food at Subway is delicious. But here: very friendly staff and above all: very clean! You don't see it in all branches.

You can tell that the store is now under different management. The whole feeling in the store is significantly better than before, the employees are motivated again and super friendly. It is disappointing that Subway advertises their products everywhere, but then four of the advertised subs were not available locally. In addition, almost €8 for a 15 cm sub is really overpriced. It's a shame, that really spoiled the experience.

This negative review only applies to the owner of the store and employee #343 at the checkout on the evening of July 28, 2024. The food is perfectly fine. UPDATE: My mistake, it was 07/23/2024 6:48 p.m. The owner, who I actually never met, told me on August 28th. written and offered clarification of the incident. I answered the email the same day at 12:36 p.m. It has now been 1.5 months, but there has been no further response from him. That is exactly the reason for the review.

I was a long-time customer a long time ago and wanted to give this restaurant a second chance. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I felt that something had changed in this restaurant. I was greeted warmly and immediately noticed the new staff, including the new owner. The enormous professional competence, as well as politeness, friendliness and attentiveness were hard to beat. Every customer's request is taken into account when the order is placed, recommendations are made if any are requested and the preparation is perfectly coordinated. The new owner tries very hard to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. The food and especially the vegetables are very fresh, which I haven't seen at many other Subway branches. The counter and the restaurant are very clean, which makes for a pleasant stay. Professionalism and humanity meet a common denominator here, which ensures an unforgettable, pleasant dining experience. First class service, first class atmosphere and first class food. Would love to come back.

When I came in (lunchtime or early afternoon), no one was there. It was only after more than 5 minutes that two employees from outside came in. The first one was at least friendly and processed my order (sub in the menu with potato bites and drink) well. Unfortunately, the other person was quite cheeky and started to discuss that the potato bites were not included in the student menu. I am neither a student nor have I ordered a student menu. Even after I pointed this out, he continued and said that trainees counted in there too. THAT'S NOT ME TOO!! I didn't mention it anywhere! I have a full-time job and just want the food I ordered. The branch itself seems rather dated compared to other Subway branches I've been to. The food itself was at least okay in terms of taste and appearance.

......ich war damals das letze mal in lörrach im subway seid dem nie wieder ....oh boy ist das schlecht geworden damals waren die brote richtig schön knusprig und die sandwiches was richtig prall gefüllt wie geizig sie mit käse sind und salaten abartig ....einmal und nie wieder wenn man ein normales sub möchte wo es damals gegeben hat müsste man warscheinlich 5 euro aufpreiszahlen ....derp

War am 17.9.23 gegen 20:00 uhr dort und muss sagen die rüstige Verkäuferin hat eine Gehaltserhöhung verdient! Sehr nette Frau, werde nun diesen Subway mehr besuchen Freundlich und mit Herz bei der Arbeit.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und man kriegt öfters mal mehr Cookies als bestellt (gratis).Die Preise sind angemessen und die Mitarbeiter sind höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Sitzplätze sind nicht die Saubersten aber dafür ist die Toilette sehr groß und sauber. Es hat sich sehr gelohnt das Essen zu probieren und ich werde jetzt öfter ins Subway gehen!
