Unfortunately, my last visit to Subway was a huge disappointment. What is particularly negative is the poor condition of the restaurant, which has remained unchanged for years. The benches are damaged, some of the chairs are broken, and there are clear signs of wear on the tables. Even outside, the tables and chairs are anything but inviting. In addition, some lights do not work and some sockets are torn. Another annoyance: Every time we've been to Subway lately, the oil and vinegar dressing has been out of stock. It's really frustrating when such a common dressing is constantly missing. The changing opening times are also a big problem. Often the opening times do not match those on the internet and you find yourself in front of locked doors. It would be really helpful if the changed times were at least updated online in a timely manner so that people don't go there in vain. Another point that struck me negatively: the portions have become significantly smaller over time, while the prices continue to rise. Especially on the last visit, the sub we ordered was noticeably thinner than usual, even though the price remained consistently high. For the price you currently pay for a submenu, you can get a decent pizza in a restaurant - often including a drink.

It's clear that the food at Subway is delicious. But here: very friendly staff and above all: very clean! You don't see it in all branches.

You can tell that the store is now under different management. The whole feeling in the store is significantly better than before, the employees are motivated again and super friendly. Food prepared deliciously again. Keep it up, so that the good reputation in Waldshut increases again. Thanks for the delicious food.

It is disappointing that Subway advertises their products everywhere, but then four of the advertised subs were not available locally. In addition, almost €8 for a 15 cm sub is really overpriced. It's a shame, that really spoiled the experience.

This negative review only applies to the owner of the store and employee #343 at the checkout on the evening of July 28, 2024. The food is perfectly fine. UPDATE: My mistake, it was 07/23/2024 6:48 p.m. The owner, who I actually never met, told me on August 28th. written and offered clarification of the incident. I answered the email the same day at 12:36 p.m. It has now been 1.5 months, but there has been no further response from him. That is exactly the reason for the review.

I'm not a fan of fast food but Subway combines fresh ingredients with fine, freshly baked bread and tastes fantastic!

After eating I ended up in the Waldshut hospital with food poisoning. I used to really enjoy eating there, but something like that should never happen! Paid almost €50 for several people and then something like that. Last visit there.

You advertise that you can take part in the app's promotional coupons, but the scanner "unfortunately" doesn't work and of course you have no way of accepting them easily without scanning. Service wasn't really friendly either.

The highlight of our visit was the ordering process. Very friendly, as newbies we were offered advice and the sandwiches tasted really good. Well definitely come back here!

Things have been going much better since the new owners arrived. They are very nice and respond to your wishes, such as: Please reheat more sauce or rolls, etc… Damn delicious and recommended to eat there!

I was a long-time customer a long time ago and wanted to give this restaurant a second chance. As soon as I entered the restaurant, I felt that something had changed in this restaurant. I was greeted warmly and immediately noticed the new staff, including the new owner. The enormous professional competence, as well as politeness, friendliness and attentiveness were hard to beat. Every customer's request is taken into account when the order is placed, recommendations are made if any are requested and the preparation is perfectly coordinated. The new owner tries very hard to make the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. The food and especially the vegetables are very fresh, which I haven't seen at many other Subway branches. The counter and the restaurant are very clean, which makes for a pleasant stay. Professionalism and humanity meet a common denominator here, which ensures an unforgettable, pleasant dining experience. First class service, first class atmosphere and first class food. Would love to come back.

Finally new owners in this subway. Absolutely delicious and the restaurant was also clean and well maintained. The staff is super nice and can give sensible advice, and above all they have a nice dialogue! The sub was extremely fresh and very tasty! Fresh crisp salad and juicy meat. Just how a sub should taste! I give it a clear recommendation and 5 stars! I'd love to come back :-)

I recommend you go by in person, the new one with delivery is cool but first of all the order doesn't arrive until 2 hours later. Unfortunately he didn't have both drinks with him that I wanted, the fries were dry and cold as if they had been left there for 2 hours The delivery comes...unfortunately the sub wasn't what I ordered, I'm a little disappointed for 1 sub and fries and a drink I paid €31 but the driver was very nice...

Store very poorly organized. It takes forever because the employees work very illogically and slowly. Sudden price increase very blatant and exaggerated, €8 for student menu for 15cm too much. Store very unhygienic and not clean. Not recommendable

-Unfriendly staff -Hygiene is very important here (employees were smoking and serving customers without washing their hands first. In addition, the tables and the ingredients didn't look particularly good.) -Prices are enormous for what you get. (Hardly any coating - see picture) The subway in Waldshut is definitely not recommended. Something urgently needs to change here.

When I came in (lunchtime or early afternoon), no one was there. It was only after more than 5 minutes that two employees from outside came in. The first one was at least friendly and processed my order (sub in the menu with potato bites and drink) well. Unfortunately, the other person was quite cheeky and started to discuss that the potato bites were not included in the student menu. I am neither a student nor have I ordered a student menu. Even after I pointed this out, he continued and said that trainees counted in there too. THAT'S NOT ME TOO!! I didn't mention it anywhere! I have a full-time job and just want the food I ordered. The branch itself seems rather dated compared to other Subway branches I've been to. The food itself was at least okay in terms of taste and appearance.

Mitarbeiter waren null motiviert leider... essen war sehr gut ,alles frisch und tip top. Kekse waren leider nicht angeboten sondern versteckt.

......ich war damals das letze mal in lörrach im subway seid dem nie wieder ....oh boy ist das schlecht geworden damals waren die brote richtig schön knusprig und die sandwiches was richtig prall gefüllt wie geizig sie mit käse sind und salaten abartig ....einmal und nie wieder wenn man ein normales sub möchte wo es damals gegeben hat müsste man warscheinlich 5 euro aufpreiszahlen ....derp

War am 17.9.23 gegen 20:00 uhr dort und muss sagen die rüstige Verkäuferin hat eine Gehaltserhöhung verdient! Sehr nette Frau, werde nun diesen Subway mehr besuchen Freundlich und mit Herz bei der Arbeit.

Das Essen ist sehr lecker und man kriegt öfters mal mehr Cookies als bestellt (gratis).Die Preise sind angemessen und die Mitarbeiter sind höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Sitzplätze sind nicht die Saubersten aber dafür ist die Toilette sehr groß und sauber. Es hat sich sehr gelohnt das Essen zu probieren und ich werde jetzt öfter ins Subway gehen!

Das Personal war freundlich und die Filiale ist sehr geräumig. Der Rest ist typisch Subway.

Ich habe die letzten 3 Jahre diesen Subway oft besucht und ich war wirklich (fast) immer zufrieden. Die Sandwiches wurden immer richtig zubereitet, man kann auch seine extra Wünsche abgeben (bspw. Soße auf den Sub bevor er in den Ofen kommt) und mit den Mitarbeitern kann man echt tolle Gespräche führen. Das eine oder andere Mal ist auch etwas schief gelaufen und in der Gastronomie ist es halt so, dass es auch schlechte Tage gibt. Das darf man den Menschen nicht übel nehmen, denn uns passiert es ja auch. Definitive 5/5 Sterne, Restaurant ist authentisch und sauber und gibt die Atmosphäre her, um mal mit Freunden zusammen Abend zu essen, oder die Freundin auf ein Date mitzunehmen. Würde gerne öfters kommen, bin aber leider nicht mehr in Waldshut🥲

Das Essen ist das einzige was gut ist aber die Mittarbeiterinnen sind sehr unterschiedlich und haben keine Geduld Grad wenn man noch nie Erfahrung gesammelt hat mit subway
