Food is very good. In fact, you cannot be reached at the specified telephone number because this telephone number is not in use. Update 12/17/2024 Today I wanted to order again and after waiting over 1 1/2 hours for my food, my order was simply canceled and of course the store couldn't be reached by phone again. Just sad. Never again Subway

Keep your eyes open when assigning a job! When we asked if we could order, the employee replied that she was completely overwhelmed and it was stressful the whole time! Bla bla bla Note: There was only 1 other customer in the store who had already been served, no one else! Unfortunately, she didn't know anything about the current vouchers, so in order to cover up her ignorance, she became very, very unfriendly and, among other things, started discussing things with the customers. That's not possible. A small smile or a friendly answer that we can move on straight away would have been enough. This employee has absolutely no business being in service or sales, completely out of place. We will no longer visit this Subway store and will not recommend it. Zero point zero zero stars

Food was ok, most of the staff too. The lady with the brown (not pitch-black) hair should refrain from making a comment like “it's finally quiet here again” - after a screaming child, no more than 2 years old, leaves the store with his mother. Unfortunately, the guests didn't find it funny either. You were little once too, dear lady, think about it for two minutes. Or were you always pretty quiet and well-behaved at that age? Maybe next time you'll say that to your mother's face if you have some guts, which I doubt. Something like that without reflection should be left alone in front of customers in the catering industry. Very weak!

Was there on Thursday evening and all the staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. I looked up the nutritional values ​​for myself. Special requests were carefully addressed. Totally competent and quickly made the subs. And all the while patiently with a smile on your face. The ambience is okay, but the fact that the employees keep it so clean makes you feel really comfortable.

Just ordered there. The order included, among other things, a sub with Italian bread. Sesame bread was delivered to me. When asked, the only answer was "they couldn't have called and asked because there was always something going on there and the number was often wrong." When we asked what we should do now, since I'm allergic to sesame, the only response was "wait and see, they could only pass it on." and we have to report back tomorrow to see if we can get the money refunded because there would be no more Italian bread left.” Very unfriendly will definitely not order there again!!!

Dear Diana (or Dilara), could only give me six cookies of each type. She couldn't explain to me why, all I got was "that won't work". And there was more than enough on the plate at the back! I would understand it if it was lunchtime now, but it's absolutely incomprehensible shortly before closing time. Disappointing!!!

Overall very satisfied. The food was extremely tasty and prepared quickly. What was particularly pleasant was the friendliness of the staff, who were always polite and helpful. A small disadvantage, however, was that there was a bit of a strong smell on site. This could be ventilated more frequently to make the atmosphere more pleasant. Nevertheless, the food I took with me was excellent and fresh. All in all, it was a very good experience and I will certainly come back. Subway offers a great selection of delicious food and fast, friendly service. Highly recommended!

Fantastic service and helpful staff, the place was clean and tidy, the food was prepared to my liking even though my order is always a little strange, the staff spoke English when realising my German was not good. Over all a great experience.

After a long time I was back in the branch on Mainzer Straße. Unfortunately, I discovered that the popular daily offer is no longer available. I then selected the Submelts offer. I thought that half would be enough to try. It's quite disappointing when you hold the finished product in your hand. Here, too, I have the impression that you don't get a lot for your money. I also find the overall offering, which is difficult to understand, rather daunting at times when I want to quickly grab something during my break.

Today we ordered two salads and a sandwich via Lieferando. The salad boxes were barely half full and the sandwich had real meat instead of plant based chicken. This must not happen! Disappointing!

The Subway in Kaiserslautern impresses with fresh ingredients and friendly staff, clean surroundings and central location make it the perfect place for a quick meal. I can easily recommend this branch.

We were just about to get a sub and when we arrived the two employees ran away, hid and turned off the lights As we waited for her, One came up and tried to tell us that they had closed half an hour ago (9:30 p.m.). So absolutely outrageous and bold.

I went to the store and I had a coupon with me which was still valid but One of the workers told me that it's expired but it was clearly valid still. The person didn't care to try and explain why.

The subs are really tasty and taste fresh :) the service is usually good too. Only the ambience can be improved, but it's not a restaurant either. Therefore top.

The employees should practice “being friendly”! When I asked the employee for a fork while eating in the restaurant because I ended up with half of the toppings from the baguette on my plate, I only got a strange answer that they only give out forks if you order a salad.

I'm never disappointed. This subway is very clean and the employees are friendly. In the evening after 9 p.m. it's even cheaper. There is a lot of choice of toppings. The cookies are really tasty but super sugary 40 GRAMS OF SUGAR PER COOKIE. So almost only sugar so please be careful. There are also toilets😉

Habe schon lange keinen Sub gegessen, aber das was ich heute auf meinem Tisch hatte war richtig schlecht. Hat sich sehr verschlechtert und haben sehr am Fleisch gespart. Schade☹️

Also geschmacklich war es ziemlich mau. Unsere beiden Bestellungen haben ähnlich und zwar nach ziemlich wenig geschmeckt... Sehr enttäuschend.

Der Service ist in der Regel gut, aber es ist schon ärgerlich, wenn die Kundschaft vor Ort bis draußen steht und wartet, weil das Team damit beschäftigt ist, zig Online-Bestellungen abzuarbeiten. Das kann sicher mal vorkommen, sollte aber nicht die Regel sein/werden

Fröhliche Menschen, sauber gemachte Sandwiches, nur das " Brot" schmeckte irgendwie alt und muffig. Positiv: Parkplätze vor der Tür.

Wie jede Subway. Schmeckt immer gut, günstig und freundliche Personal.

Service was good. Food was just below average. It's nothing like Subway in the US. There were also Flys all over the food because the doors are open. Doesn't look sanitary at all. And don't get oil and vinegar because it's balsamic and not red wine vinegar. The mayo is also sweet which I don't care for. Subway headquarters can definitely do better in Europe.

Ich kann mich nicht so für das Essen begeistern wie mein Sohn, aber ab und zu geht das schon Mal. War viel los als wir da waren, ging aber trotzdem ganz fix.

Leider hatten wir schon mehrmals fehlerhafte Bestellungen und es wurde auch mehrere Male nicht auf meine Mails reagiert. Bei der vorletzten Bestellung haben die bestellten Kekse gefehlt und bei der letzten waren die Subs komplett falsch belegt. Wenn man auf meine Mails reagiert hätte und mir eine Entschädigung bzw. einen Gutschein angeboten hätte wären wir gerne wieder gekommen. Aber anhand des schlechten Service muss ich leider „nein danke“ sagen. Update: Wir haben dem ganzen dann doch nochmal eine Chance gegeben und es war wieder besser, eher wieder so wie anfangs.

Leider kein Refill mehr, somit für Familien nicht mehr so empfehlenswert!

Wir haben essen bestellt und uns liefern lassen, leider haben beide soßen überhaupt nicht gut geschmeckt.Der Wrap war auch nicht grad der beste.Auf einem Sandwich hat der Käse gefehlt und in der verpackung war ein Haar zu finden.Sehr enttäuschend. Das einzige was in Ordnung war , war der Mann der uns das essen geliefert hat er war sehr freundlich.

Got exactly what I ordered. Tried stuff they don’t have in the states, or well the do but differently. I also went with the full corn topping to see what it is with Germans and corn as a topping to things. I actually liked it and I like German Philly cheese steak at subway more than that wet flaky American version. Wasn’t a big fan of the oil and vinegar as the vinegar was balsamic and not white. So won’t order that again, but arrived quickly as order and the toasty bread was very good.

Gewohnt gutes Subway, direkt an der Mainzer Strasse. Parkplaetze sind ausreichend vorhanden.

War mit meinem sohn Vorort schon öfter Esse, die Zutaten sind stets frisch das Personal geduldig und freundlich. Musste bisher noch nie lang warten wir sind immer vollkommen zufrieden und satt.

Süße kleine Subwayfilale. Immer Tische und Sitzmöglichkeiten frei. Vor der Filale einige Parkplätze. Frische und große Auswahl plus sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende. Leider kein barrierefreies Eintreten. Ab 20 Uhr gibt es günstigere Subs.

Obwohl bis um 22:00 Uhr geöffnet sein sollte gab es um 21:30 Uhr nix mehr

Wenn wir Subway essen, bestellen wir vor. Leider haben die es bisher nie hinbekommen pünktlich fertig zu sein. Kleine Fehler passieren ebenso. Dennoch super nett und schmeckt.

Sehr guter Laden. Wurde nie enttäuscht. Es könnten mehr Subway in KL geben.

An sich typisch Subway, lecker und frisch. Mitarbeiterin auch sehr nett. (Je nach Mitarbeiter/in manchmal etwas sehr dürftig belegt) Aber !! Subway hatte nun schon einige Standorte in Kaiserslautern und dieser hier ist leider der schlechteste was die Parkplätze angeht. Wäre er besser am Bahnhof, im Gewerbegebiet oder auf der anderen Seite in der Mainzer Straße geblieben.
