I got currywurst and fries there for the first time today. Simply great. Really tasty and filling. I can only recommend it 😊

We had to get off at the train station and had to wait an hour. We then went here. The store looks clean and well decorated. The food came quickly and was very well prepared. The toilets are also very clean. The prices are reasonably good. Definitely go if you're hungry! Highly recommended!

We chose SIT-IN catering for our wedding and quickly realized that this was absolutely the right decision! Totally uncomplicated and quick exchange. The food was very high quality and incredibly tasty... We and our guests enjoyed it excellently. Great selection of meat and vegetarian dishes at a truly unbelievable price! Honestly, we were very positively surprised by this price-performance ratio! We also thought it was great that we could book tables, chairs and covers directly. This made things much easier for us and worked perfectly! Look for yourself... The small selection of our pictures speaks for itself! THANKS to the SIT-IN team!!!

What an incredible dining experience, nestled in the middle of a wonderful walking mall. The atmosphere is cozy, inviting, and filled with old world charm. The staff is knowledgeable, and attentive, without being tied to a table. They were never overbearing, but our drinks and wine flowed. The seating is limited, but this just adds to the overall ambiance, and experience. The food is next, next level. Head Chef Stefan Sellin creates beautiful works of art that taste as good as they look. Goose, duck, scallops and more melt in your mouth (I am from a coastal fishing town and these were by far the best scallops I have ever eaten). The colors, textures, and flavors of each dish are crafted by a true artisan...you will not be disappointed. And if that weren't enough, vegan and vegetarian options are also expertly prepared as Chef Sellin was also head chef at the vegan restaurant Kopps in Berlin. Ultimately, Restaurant Weinhaus Stepp is a true gem. The food, the atmosphere, the attention to detail, and that fact that it is all of this without being pretentious makes this, in my opinion, the best dining experience in Kaiserslautern. If you have the opportunity to enjoy an evening at Weinhaus Stepp, do not miss it. 11/10

The food tasted reasonably good. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with other aspects of my visit. The service left something to be desired as the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, which contributed to a negative atmosphere. There was a lack of politeness and attention towards the guests, which spoiled the overall impression. Furthermore, the conditions in the restaurant were not satisfactory. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable inside, which affected the enjoyment of the meal. The lack of air conditioning or ventilation made the stay uncomfortable and unbearable, especially on warm days. Another point of criticism was the lack of an adequate way to wash hands. There was no washing area or suitable washing facilities, which did not meet a basic hygiene need. This is unacceptable in a restaurant and left an unhygienic impression. In summary, I would like to emphasize that the Meals restaurant offers culinary delights. The quality of the food was impressive. However, the poor service and conditions negatively impacted my visit. I hope that the management will improve these points to provide guests with an overall pleasant experience. If the relationship with your employees is very important to you, you should impose a ban on the premises now instead of putting money above your employees and customers. Napkins are not towels or cleaning products for greasy food. There is such a thing as disinfectant wipes. Behavior was disrespectful and provocative when I asked for a sink and advised you to ask your customers for disinfectant wipes next time or at least open the door as it is very hot inside!!!!!!! I would like to emphasize that it was not my intention to give an inaccurate or disrespectful review. My rating was based on my personal impressions and experiences during my visit. I understand that as a restaurant operator you also have your limits and do not want to be confronted with disrespectful behavior. If my behavior was perceived as inappropriate, I apologize. It was not my intention to provoke or disrespect anyone. Nevertheless, I stand by my assessment of the service quality and the conditions in the restaurant. My impressions were shaped by my personal experience and I shared them honestly and transparently. Regarding the washing area, I would like to note that I believe that a proper hand hygiene facility is important in a restaurant to ensure a hygienic environment. I am aware that this is not a legal requirement, however it is a factor that is important to many guests. Another suggestion would be a ventilation system to make guests feel comfortable. Thank you for your appreciation of customers and your commitment to product and service quality. I hope that you will continue your path of continuous improvement.
