the best carpaccio I've ever eaten in my life !! the food stimulates your taste buds, and you feel like you would like to try something more...and more … great service and a cozy place to spend time with friends and transport yourself to 🇮🇹 If you don't try, you will regret it... when you eat here, you 💭 think ... Einfach nur ekelhaft! Macht ganz schnell dicht !!! Keine frische Pasta. Null Angebot, kein frischer Fisch, kein Fleisch. Gekaufte Lasagne war einfach nur sauer, kaum essbar.

Das ist keine Pizzeria. Ich wurde da genötigt irgendein eingelegten Müll zu essen den ich nicht haben wollte. Hat alles ewig gedauert. Die haben fast nix mehr vorrätig. „ Weil Mittags soviel losgewesen wäre“ !! Na und…wir haben für 15 Leute reserviert. Was ein Kackladen. Niewieder dahin.

Eine umgebaute Metzgerei mit einem rustikalen Scharm in familiärer Atmosphäre. Der Service ist eine 1 mit Stern. Man wird immer freundlich empfangen und bedient. Die Bedienung ist immer sehr aufmerksam und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Der Service wird nur noch durch das sehr leckere Essen getoppt. Die selbstgemachte Pasta ist die beste in Kaiserslautern. Egal ob Cabonara, Cacio e Pepe oder die sehr gute Trüffelpasta. Bisher war jedes Gericht sehr lecker. Die Preise sind für die Qualität In Ordnung. Für Pasta kann ich das Vicino nur empfehlen, ich freue mich schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

The food tasted reasonably good. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with other aspects of my visit. The service left something to be desired as the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, which contributed to a negative atmosphere. There was a lack of politeness and attention towards the guests, which spoiled the overall impression. Furthermore, the conditions in the restaurant were not satisfactory. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable inside, which affected the enjoyment of the meal. The lack of air conditioning or ventilation made the stay uncomfortable and unbearable, especially on warm days. Another point of criticism was the lack of an adequate way to wash hands. There was no washing area or suitable washing facilities, which did not meet a basic hygiene need. This is unacceptable in a restaurant and left an unhygienic impression. In summary, I would like to emphasize that the Meals restaurant offers culinary delights. The quality of the food was impressive. However, the poor service and conditions negatively impacted my visit. I hope that the management will improve these points to provide guests with an overall pleasant experience. If the relationship with your employees is very important to you, you should impose a ban on the premises now instead of putting money above your employees and customers. Napkins are not towels or cleaning products for greasy food. There is such a thing as disinfectant wipes. Behavior was disrespectful and provocative when I asked for a sink and advised you to ask your customers for disinfectant wipes next time or at least open the door as it is very hot inside!!!!!!! I would like to emphasize that it was not my intention to give an inaccurate or disrespectful review. My rating was based on my personal impressions and experiences during my visit. I understand that as a restaurant operator you also have your limits and do not want to be confronted with disrespectful behavior. If my behavior was perceived as inappropriate, I apologize. It was not my intention to provoke or disrespect anyone. Nevertheless, I stand by my assessment of the service quality and the conditions in the restaurant. My impressions were shaped by my personal experience and I shared them honestly and transparently. Regarding the washing area, I would like to note that I believe that a proper hand hygiene facility is important in a restaurant to ensure a hygienic environment. I am aware that this is not a legal requirement, however it is a factor that is important to many guests. Another suggestion would be a ventilation system to make guests feel comfortable. Thank you for your appreciation of customers and your commitment to product and service quality. I hope that you will continue your path of continuous improvement.

The wings were crispy, had tiny kick of spice, and cooked to perfection!

Not so as expected as I per the taste.............................and staff behaviour is too worst (as they treat customers as like slaves)
