I stopped by for a quick snack today with my father and my boyfriend. The staff we encountered were very accommodating and friendly, even though it was busy. A young woman and two young men. The food was brought to us quickly and tasted delicious.

Everything was great but I'm only giving the food 4 out of 5 stars because the Long Texas Barbeque isn't a regular part of the menu.

I've been to the drive-thru here twice now, and I have to say I've rarely received better service. A very nice Eastern European lady at the counter. The burgers and fries were also on the high end for Burger King.

The food was good, but unfortunately, the fries were placed on my tray at the counter in such a way that they fell off the front. The shop itself is as old as the woods, but the interior is brand new. It gets nice and warm, but apparently there's no air conditioning or they're cutting costs. Definitely 10x better than the other bakery in Lautern.

I've been eating at this Burger King since I was a little boy. It's always clean and tidy, even at weddings when things get stressful, the staff are always friendly and accommodating. The quality of the food on offer has also improved enormously! There are 2 employees that I would particularly like to highlight. Mr. M. and Ms. Z. do a top job and are the reason why we are happy to come back.

Ordering and delivery via Lieferando was uncomplicated. Delivery time was long but not tragic, that's just how it is when the drivers have a lot to do.😊 The driver was very friendly and in a good mood, even though he had a lot to do, and I also gave him a nice tip for still being on time. This was the quickest and most pleasant visit to Burger King I've ever had! I drove through the drive in this evening and was greeted very nicely, my wishes were taken into account and it was finished quickly. Many thanks to the 2 employees - you are great 👍🏻

My favorite Burger King. Food mostly made fresh to order. Compared to the Burger King across the mall, worlds better, fresher and friendly service.

We ate there with 4 people and 3 had to throw up. In the worst case, a person had to go to the hospital. Food poisoning was diagnosed. No more!

Ate a plant based Whopper for the first time and it was very tasty

A surprisingly busy and very clean Burger King. While there's a rather limited seating selection when it's busy, I think it's really great that they've added self-ordering lanes. The drive-thru isn't as crowded as the McDonald's at the Opelkreisel. It's definitely worth a visit for a quick meal! It's also very conveniently located and you can't miss it.

The burger was very dry with very little sauce (King Rib, which should have had more sauce). Onions were added even though I canceled my order. Only received one fries instead of two.

Still the oldest and best Burger King in Kaiserslautern. Tastes a hundred times better than the ones next door to Rewe or Europaallee.

What's wrong with you I feel COMPLETELY ripped off I ordered at 3 p.m. then food is in 5 minutes and then all of a sudden nothing seems like I had just placed the order I call customer service twice doesn't help me then a supplier calls me Doesn't speak a word of German, has to get strangers on the cell phone to interpret then suddenly he says he's at the door but in a completely different federal state (North Rhine-Westphalia) I'm from Kaiserslautern and I ordered that too!!!! I'm stunned and will tell everyone about it, I'm sick to death because of 1 shitty menu After a total of 4 phone calls and 2 almost 3 hours of waiting time, still nothing even though Burgerking called me personally and insured food is on the way, which I wouldn't have paid for anyway but as expected again, never fool Burgerking delivery service again!!!!!!!! Then there are the prices, my colleague was there afterwards with a taxi (25 minutes in total)

I m here visiting from Atlanta, Ga and the food was exceptionally hot, delicious and wrapped tightly. I ordered the double whopper with cheese with a side order of loaded fries with cheese and peppers they are delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I’ll definitely be back before returning home to Georgia. Keep up with your phenomenal service you all are appreciated.

Minus point, but I don't rate it because I didn't think of it straight away. But today we had a voucher for two fries for one with the menu. TIP for next time would perhaps be to offer two or three things that the customer can choose from. That's it... unfortunately not as good as always. But I hope... Friendly staff

This Burger King is full of people who don't know what they are doing or are knowingly taking advantage of people. Tried to pay for my food at the kiosk and it printed out this error. So I took it up to the counter like it said to do and they would not give me my food. A male manager or someone higher up came over. So I asked for a refund and they would not refund my money. They pretended like they didn't understand what it said. The man was rude and I noticed some other reviews have had a problem with staff that would call the customers liars. We used to be pretty regular coming here and the food is average but this time has just left a horrid aftertaste. We will be taking this further and we will no longer return.

Just ordered food from the drive in. On the way home we noticed that fries were missing. Even though we paid for 2. Very rude. We will never eat there again. Firstly, the staff are so incompetent and very slow even though there was nothing going on.

The shop is opposite the Audi center. The quality of the food was okay, nothing outstanding. The service was good. There was no crowd at all when I visited. Food was okay, we only had to wait a few minutes and the branch is very comfortable. Our place/table was clean. What wasn't nice at all was the unfriendly and Frustrated employee who helped us with the order at the terminal, totally annoyed (we've never done it before and just couldn't do it on our own). We are an older couple and I was actually hoping that he would explain the order to me on the device, but he didn't do that, instead he pushed through our order very quickly and without me being able to learn much from it, without saying a word. I don't know if I can do it alone next time. No smiles after we said thank you, no "please", nothing. Something like that is really not nice and not okay. There wasn't much going on, there were only 5 tables occupied and several employees behind the counter (the time was between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m.), and I actually didn't feel like eating anymore after that.

Very, very disappointed with this location. Ordered 2 burgers in the drive at the front when I paid I was told to drive out and wait in the car. They brought it to me. After 15 minutes the lady came and said it would take a little longer. And not for the first time!! Today I wanted to order inside at the counter because last time it was 4:30 p.m. the store was empty and there were no cars in the drive. When I asked if I could order at the counter, the young lady named Lara said that I should order at the terminal. Since I don't know much about it, I asked if I could order it at the counter. Her answer was that they don't take orders at the counter, which is quite strange, otherwise it's fine. The store is going down the drain as the other reviews indicate. It's best to change the senior manager and hire workers who can also understand and speak German. Me and my friend will avoid this place in the future, not recommended!

Burger King ist Burger King. Meist gut gelegen und anfahrbar. Wie jetzt fast überall, nur noch Bestellungen am Automaten möglich und dann warten, bis die Nummer der Bestellung bearbeitet wurde. Waren Samstag Abend da und das Personal hatte einiges zu tun.

Nach Jahren muss ich meine Rezession leider nach unten korrigieren. Irgendwie ist das Essen von BK meiner Meinung nach "Subjektive" schlechter geworden. Zwiebelringe ohne Physische Zwiebel, BigKing schmeckt man fast nur noch Fleisch Gurke und Soße. Da war irgendwie nur ein Salatblatt drauf und ein Ring Zwiebel. Zudem hat man das Gefühl beim Brötchen, das weniger Material, dafür mehr Luft im Mund hat beim reinbeißen. Ich kenne noch Zeiten, bei dem viel Salat und mindestens ein halbes Dutzend "Zwiebelringe" darauf wahren und das um die 2 Euro in den Aktionswochen. Zudem hat meine Partnerin und ich das Gefühl, daß die Burger im weniger Durchmesser haben je teurer sie werden. Die Chicken Nuggets haben den Kindern gar nicht mehr geschmeckt. Bei Manchen waren zum Teil nicht mal mehr vollständig mit Panade umzogen. Keine Ahnung was da vom Geschmack passiert ist. Ich hab irgendwie das Gefühl, das BK Stück für die Kunden vergraulen möchte mit der meine Meinung nach "Geiz ist Geil" Strategie.
