Drive in you couldn't understand anything, maybe the system was broken? Then ordered food at the window. No drink was asked for and just any drink was given. I had to wait 10 minutes for my food to be ready.

Unfortunately it happened again Steakhouse burgers set. I can't understand.

Unfriendly staff, long waiting time. Hardly anything going on. And despite everything, we had to wait 47 minutes until our citizen was ready. #slowfoodrestaurant

Update: Unfortunately I have to correct my old review. Bread rolls were very dry today - I'm guessing they were thawed too much and therefore overlaid. The result was very dry buns, some of which tore while eating. Another plus point was that two cheeseburgers were recently forgotten. We got these today along with a large extra fries. Minus point, but I don't rate it because I didn't think of it straight away. But today we had a voucher for two fries for one with the menu. TIP for next time would perhaps be to offer two or three things that the customer can choose from. That's it... unfortunately not as good as always. But I hope... Friendly staff

A special person with a lot of heart and soul works there. I've known him for a long time. He could easily become the boss.

This Burger King is full of people who don't know what they are doing or are knowingly taking advantage of people. Tried to pay for my food at the kiosk and it printed out this error. So I took it up to the counter like it said to do and they would not give me my food. A male manager or someone higher up came over. So I asked for a refund and they would not refund my money. They pretended like they didn't understand what it said. The man was rude and I noticed some other reviews have had a problem with staff that would call the customers liars. We used to be pretty regular coming here and the food is average but this time has just left a horrid aftertaste. We will be taking this further and we will no longer return.

Just ordered food from the drive in. On the way home we noticed that fries were missing. Even though we paid for 2. Very rude. We will never eat there again. Firstly, the staff are so incompetent and very slow even though there was nothing going on.

Service and friendliness are not given a high priority here. There is no help at the terminals either, so you don't know that you have to enter straws separately. I am very disappointed in everything and it will have been the last time I ate here. and Wrong orders appear on the order that you didn't make and if you confront them about it you're a liar Just stay away from the dandruff

The shop is opposite the Audi center. The quality of the food was okay, nothing outstanding. The service was good. There was no crowd at all when I visited. The ambience is also okay, but seems a bit run down. The exposure is...not there? You sat in the dark. There was daylight from outside but that didn't really make the ambience look good.

I really have to give this Burger King a huge shout out! Normally it should be a given that a restaurant meets these criteria, but unfortunately it doesn't. Of all the Burger King chains in Kaiserslautern, I have to say, this is really the best I've been to in a long time. I am absolutely thrilled with this order and this cleanliness. Everything is super well organized and just CLEAN. You can tell that the staff values ​​their work. The staff doesn't work incredibly hectic or stressed, but rather concentrates and calmly and yet incredibly quickly. We never had to wait longer than a few minutes. Food was okay, we only had to wait a few minutes and the branch is very comfortable. Our place/table was clean. What wasn't nice at all was the unfriendly and Frustrated employee who helped us with the order at the terminal, totally annoyed (we've never done it before and just couldn't do it on our own). We are an older couple and I was actually hoping that he would explain the order to me on the device, but he didn't do that, instead he pushed through our order very quickly and without me being able to learn much from it, without saying a word. I don't know if I can do it alone next time. No smiles after we said thank you, no "please", nothing. Something like that is really not nice and not okay. There wasn't much going on, there were only 5 tables occupied and several employees behind the counter (the time was between 9 p.m. and 10 p.m.), and I actually didn't feel like eating anymore after that.

Very, very disappointed with this location. Ordered 2 burgers in the drive at the front when I paid I was told to drive out and wait in the car. They brought it to me. After 15 minutes the lady came and said it would take a little longer. And not for the first time!! Today I wanted to order inside at the counter because last time it was 4:30 p.m. the store was empty and there were no cars in the drive. When I asked if I could order at the counter, the young lady named Lara said that I should order at the terminal. Since I don't know much about it, I asked if I could order it at the counter. Her answer was that they don't take orders at the counter, which is quite strange, otherwise it's fine. The store is going down the drain as the other reviews indicate. It's best to change the senior manager and hire workers who can also understand and speak German. Me and my friend will avoid this place in the future, not recommended!

Today, after about 2 months, I ate some BK again and, like last time, I had stomach cramps again Diarrhea, this time also vomiting and chills about 45 minutes after consumption. That was definitely the last time for me in this branch.

Burger King ist Burger King. Meist gut gelegen und anfahrbar. Wie jetzt fast überall, nur noch Bestellungen am Automaten möglich und dann warten, bis die Nummer der Bestellung bearbeitet wurde. Waren Samstag Abend da und das Personal hatte einiges zu tun.

Nach Jahren muss ich meine Rezession leider nach unten korrigieren. Irgendwie ist das Essen von BK meiner Meinung nach "Subjektive" schlechter geworden. Zwiebelringe ohne Physische Zwiebel, BigKing schmeckt man fast nur noch Fleisch Gurke und Soße. Da war irgendwie nur ein Salatblatt drauf und ein Ring Zwiebel. Zudem hat man das Gefühl beim Brötchen, das weniger Material, dafür mehr Luft im Mund hat beim reinbeißen. Ich kenne noch Zeiten, bei dem viel Salat und mindestens ein halbes Dutzend "Zwiebelringe" darauf wahren und das um die 2 Euro in den Aktionswochen. Zudem hat meine Partnerin und ich das Gefühl, daß die Burger im weniger Durchmesser haben je teurer sie werden. Die Chicken Nuggets haben den Kindern gar nicht mehr geschmeckt. Bei Manchen waren zum Teil nicht mal mehr vollständig mit Panade umzogen. Keine Ahnung was da vom Geschmack passiert ist. Ich hab irgendwie das Gefühl, das BK Stück für die Kunden vergraulen möchte mit der meine Meinung nach "Geiz ist Geil" Strategie.

Essen war relativ gut für Fastfood Verhältnisse Man musste sehr lange warten bis man überhaupt bestellen konnte verstehe nicht das wenn n Fußballspiel aufn Betze is dass man dann nicht mehr Personal einsetzt. ansonsten ok

Die Tische draußen sind geöffnet. Essensreste, die herunterfallen, landen direkt auf Ihrer Kleidung. Das wurde mir klar, nachdem ich die ölige Brühe vom Amburger auf meine Wollhose bekommen hatte.

Wir wollten heute hier etwas Essen. Aber die Dame am Thesen erklärte uns, das Sie die Coupon-Nummer nicht eingeben darf, Wie doof ist den so etwas ? In der Stadt beim King, war dies wie gewohnt, kein Problem. Ergo, da brauchen wir nich mehr hin.

Leider ist es wohl egal und interessiert sich wohl auch keiner mehr in Kaiserslautern auf einen richtigen Fast-Foot Burger wie früher wo man um die Kundschaft noch gekämpft hat. Da ist es schade das man einfach so weiter macht weil man wohl trotz schlechtem Service und lauwarmen Burger einfach immer noch so sein Geld verdienen kann. Jeder Burgerladen der jetzt nicht versteht einfach mal wieder einen schnellen und warmen Burger zu produzieren, weil Geschmack egal wie ja schon vorgegeben ist, kann einpacken. Ich kann nicht verstehen wie die da die Leitung dieses Fast-Foot Restaurant dies einfach so akzeptieren kann und zusieht wie ihr Geschäft kontinuierlich weniger Umsatz bringt. Kleine Burgerläden werden Euch den Rang ablaufen und ihr wundert Euch dann das keine Kundschaft mehr da ist. Wenn einer wie ich, extra in das Restaurant geht und meine Bestellung elektronisch am Tableau aufgebe um dann einen heißen und frischen schnellen Burger zu erwarten wird hier je enttäuscht. Man darf zusehen wie hier die Belegschaft planlos und ohne System das Essen in der Warmhaltestraße verkümmern lässt. Neue Kunden und derer Bestellungen werden einfach vorgezogen und dies ohne ersichtlichen Grund und man muss noch dabei zuschauen. Schade, schade das man hier, wie in den meisten anderen Schnell Restaurants in Kaiserslautern das Essen echt kalt und lieblos zubereitet wird. Das war auch hier das letzte mal für mich.

Die plant based Burger von BK sind einfach Hammer lecker. Wer Veggie is(s)t und trotzdem mal Fastfood will, der wird es lieben.

Lecker, Ambiente wie erwartet, aber nichts besonderes. Essen dafür on Point 10/10.

The burgerking was not clean, tables and seats were dirty. The cart where to leave trays was completely full. Personell was swamped, not enough people working for the orders they were recieving. Few mistakes were made with the order, easily corrected, but unneccesary.

Dauert meist sehr lange bis man sein Essen bekommt und das Restaurant scheint nicht klimatisiert zu sein weshalb es drinnen oft stickig und im Sommer unangenehm warm ist. Qualität des Essens wie man es von Burger King erwartet, keine Überraschungen, weder im positiven noch im negativen Sinne

Durch den Drive in gefahren, essen wurde mir danach auf den Warteparkplatz gebracht . Gute Qualität , Pommes noch heiß als ich daheim ankam also gut.

Essen ist gut. Es gab die Burger King Kronen, die ich in anderen Burger King Filialen schon lange nicht mehr gesehen habe

Ist in Ordnung fuer eine fastfoodkette doch früher war es eben etwas mehr vertrauter. Technik verändert eben nicht nur die Welt sondern auch den Menschen. Liegt gut parken kein problem doch das bestellbar fuer ältere menschen nicht gleich zu verstehen. Man geht immer von den jungen aus. Sprechfunktion wäre daher auch eine Option.

Wir kommen seit Jahren hier her aber dieses Mal war es der Hohn... hatten 2 chilli Cheeseburger und die waren echt ungenießbar. Man roch schon, dass etwas nicht stimmt. Was passieren kann, aber auf Ansprache der mitarbeiten hieß es, ob wir das jetzt essen oder nicht, sei nicht ihr Problem. Aber selbst probieren wollten sie nicht. Wir waren weder frech noch unfreundlich aber was mancher Mitarbeiter von sich gibt und Kunden behandelt , geht garnicht. Sorr,y nie mehr

Die Burger sind gut und das Eis auch. Beim Service kann ich leider nur sagen, das spätere Bestellungen teils früher bearbeitet wurden als die eigene, was etwas störend ist. Das Ambiente könnte mal eine Auffrischung gebrauchen, ist seit über 20 Jahren die gleiche Einrichtung.

Top Bedienung, Essen war super angerichtet, Ambiente ist sauber und gemütlich, ebenso modern. Ein Burger King, wie man es sich wünscht!

Impatient drive through operator rushed our order and gave attitude. Very disrespectful woman, did not even get the order correct. I have been here before and have not had an experience like this yet. Like what else do you have to do besides take my order lol.

Das Problem ist der Manager dieses Restaurants. Er verlangt das Ausdrucken von Coupons, was unverantwortlich ist. Auf Nachfrage ist der Manager auch nie vor Ort.

You know that feeling when you're hungry and ordered a combo meal an waited for it more than 1hr and last they said it's cancelled because they don't deliver to that area. Then they should have said that upfront. We got order number, tracking details and their tracking system said that the delivery guy is near by to us and at last it said it's delivered. When we called the customer care we were able to know that it's got cancelled. Idiiiooootsss. Never order online anything from here.Never ever gonna buy this awkward thing again.

Wenn ich schon einen Burger essen gehe, dann versuch ich so gut wie möglich die bekannte Fast Food Restaurants zu vermeiden. Leider sind die Speisen in den bekannten Ketten alles andere als genießbar. Es schmeckt nicht. Die Pommes sind kalt und die Burger die reinste Pampe. Auch ist das meiste Personal in diesen Ketten alles andere als freundlich. Manche Mitarbeiter sehen auch nicht gepflegt aus. Leiber geh ich da in ein richtiges Burgerrestaurant. Das kostet zwar mehr, schmeckt aber wirklich nach was.

Was macht ein gutes Fastfood- Unternehmen aus: 1 - Burger werden wie vom Ausbilder gelernt zusammengestellt 2 - Service Personal ist zu Kunden freundlich 3 - Der Kunde muss nicht lange warten Meiner Meinung nach schneidet diese Filiale in Punkt 1 überdurchschnittlich gut ab. Einen Burger serviert zu bekommen, welcher der Anzeigetafel auch noch stark ähnelt ist in der heutigen Zeit anscheinend ein starkes Problem. Dem Kunden werden stattdessen regelrecht die Burger aufs Tablett ge*** klatscht. Ich war schon oft in diesem Burgerking und bekomme hier immer wieder super Burger serviert, an denen man wirklich nichts aussetzen hat. Zu Punkt 2: Bis auf eine Mitarbeiterin, welche sehr motzig ist, sehr gut. Zu Punkt 3: Mittelmäßig. Oft wird erst ein Kunde bedient, bevor man die Bestellung des nächsten Kunden aufnimmt. Dadurch entstehen manchmal längere Wartezeiten.
