McDonald's in Kaiserslautern

Normalerweise gut, der Service leidet aber, wie bei vielen ähnlichen Restaurants, unter immer wieder abgelöster und ersetzter Belegschaft. Leuten die kein so tolles Deutsch sprechen erklären zu müssen, wie Bestellungen zu funktionieren haben und dann TROTZDEM nicht das richtige Ergebnis zu bekommen ist leider etwas dass mehrmals schon vorkam. Aber die erfahrereren Kollegen beheben solche Fehler zum Glück dann aber schnell, deswegen nur ein Stern Abzug.

The food used to be edible, now it's not even warm anymore and the cheese isn't even melted anymore. The service in the drive-in laughs at the customers when you ask whether the voucher codes also work there, then 90% of the time something in your order will be forgotten. If you then politely ask them to pick up the forgotten thing, we will be told that you can't be. And last but not least, communication if you don't know a word of German or English, you have no business going to the checkout, sorry.

The last load!!!! At the Opel roundabout Really unfriendly Don't understand you or don't want to understand you. Burger was lying open in the bag, You fries were half empty. And once again I forgot a few things. Burger was cold and tasted old. 1 star ⭐️ is only there because I can't post this post otherwise!!!!!!!!!!

Very slow drive thru. Ruined my lunch time. I have not enough time to wait 20 minutes in drive thru and be ignored by workers. Very rude. Did not give me my reciept either. Will not go back, and will tell everyone it's the worst McDonald's so they don't go. Wish I was warned.

This store has had an organizational problem for years. Long waiting times, everything seems totally disorganized. Half empty shop this evening and waited 20 minutes for the order. Something is always missing from the orders or is wrong.

Service at night is zero, the store is closed and orders can only be ordered via McDrive. Long queue and 30 minutes waiting time, sometimes even longer.

Just McDonald's. Parking lot is a bit confusing, but you don't drive there to park😉 Mc Drive is faster than average!

Only self-service checkouts. Employees look like zombies. Never again

McDonalds is always better everywhere else except the United States. What is up with that? This place is no exception. Menu is affordable and selection is plenty with even vegan menu. They have the McCafes which also serve delicious coffees and desserts. So, the kids can have McDonalds and you can have a coffee. You can have a Happy Meal for 5 euros or a Der M meal, which is incredibly huge, for 15. You can have cheese cake or an apple pie. Either way it is great. The only thing better in the United States is the drive thru. Do remember that it is not fast at all just convenient.

Taste and prices of course like everywhere else. But 11 minutes for a double cheeseburger and a wrap is way too long a wait for me. Especially if there was no one left on the list and there wasn't much going on in the restaurant either. Oh well. The wrap was then cold too. I don't need that anymore. It was just an “embarrassment visit” because there really wasn’t any time. But that didn't save any time.

Arrived at MC Drive at 01:40, 6 vehicles in front of me and only at 02:15 can I order, really the last of the shops 😡😡😡😡

Our ritual after the city of treating ourselves to a Megges ice cream and a milkshake was not possible for us, because there is no chance of tasting a milkshake here because it was not made available to us at all. Apart from that, the ice cream here isn't really recommended, why? You can't call it ice cream with caramel sauce if you can't see any of it, let alone taste it. In addition, the staff is a disgrace. You are ignored and, even worse, at best just looked at stupidly. The music brings nothing but a headache and the ambience, well, no more words... So people Landstuhl Megges is better!

Very clean, staff quick and friendly, we enjoy eating here.

It was clear, I ordered a cappuccino and got the drink from the fully automatic machine. Annoying, I can then get a coffee from the machine at the gas station. Toilets are clean.

Four of us ate there today. 2x Happy Meal and separate burgers. We ordered from the machine and when our number was displayed for collection, there was no order, the waiting time was longer than usual. The number had now disappeared and when my husband asked, the order was forgotten and not visible to the customer on a shelf on the side of the counter. The food was therefore no longer very warm. In addition, a burger was given out incorrectly; instead of spice chicken it was the normal chicken burger. After complaining, we received a fresh spicy chicken burger. From the ambience it seems quite cozy. The waste areas were very crowded and overflowing, but were cleared up during the course of the visit. When the outside temperature was 12° degrees, the sliding entrance doors remained open, which was a bit too cold in my opinion.

We were there today, I'm actually not a McDonald's fan, the children are, I was very positively surprised, it was super clean and the staff were very quick and friendly.

Outdated menu on the scoreboard, broken displays in the drive, cold fries and very difficult to understand staff. In short: the worst store I've ever been in... It's really a shame

5:38 p.m. Order placed at the car counter and waited in second place for the delivery service. It was raining very heavily. After about 35 minutes and what felt like 30 cars being dispatched at Mc Drive, I went in and asked if they don't deliver outside when it's raining ☔️? Seat number 2 asked an employee. I said yes, first place is free... Well the apple turnovers would take too long. “Branch manager ordered out” at 6:25 p.m.… Well, it’s Monday and they have a staff shortage…blah blah…. When I got home 🏡 I had 2 hot apple turnovers and a few cold burgers, as well as a frustrated wife 🍔... well then enjoy your meal and thank you 🙏 McDonald's. Little tip. Close the parking counters, you will lose customers with such a 💩 service.

I have already ordered several times online via the app, unfortunately it is becoming more and more common that the orders are incomplete. That night I ordered an MC Menu Small, Happy Meal, 20 plant-based nuggets and a Franzbrötchen, and the Happy Meal always has the toy Missing, the MC Menu Small didn't include fries, the nuggets weren't plant-based and the Franzbrötchen wasn't included either. The drinks both had no ice cubes even though I ordered them, all in all there was more wrong than correct in my order, but the payment was correct, that's the only thing that is paid attention to every time.

Been waiting for food for 22 minutes, the employees are absolutely overwhelmed and no one gets anything! A complete replacement of staff would be necessary here!

Well, I got my drink and the burger that I ordered and paid for at the terminal, but I wanted a straw because there was A LOT of ice in the cup. I tried to speak to someone at the counter for 5 minutes, but was skillfully ignored. Only when I shouted “Excuse me” loudly did someone come to me. A friend wanted to pay for his order at the checkout and left after 15 minutes because no one wanted to come to the checkout. I find it really humbling to treat your customers like that. And the worst part was the toilets! One of two urinals was blocked off and the one that could be used had a large puddle. The cabins with the toilets were very dirty. And the sink was filled with paper (see picture). That was the last time I was there!

Damn bad service tonight. 10/5/24 11:45 p.m I actually just wanted to drink a coke and ordered it at the terminal with cash at the checkout. I was ignored for 10 minutes even though there was already a line behind me. Despite asking, there was no service at the checkout. Then I left. So far the unfriendly staff I have ever encountered. Toilet looks like a mess too. A bowl completely dirty.

Very clean and tidy McDonalds. Directly on the A6. We stopped here today and were pleasantly surprised. Big compliments to tonight's team.

I'm starting to get the feeling that McDonald's is doing things differently on purpose and I just can't explain it. We went to McDonald's Opelkreisel Kl twice within a month. The first time there was no salad, 1x fries, children's toys and instead of Hamburg there were nuggets in the Happy Meal. Next visit was missing: 3 chicken burgers, salad, 1 drink and unfortunately it wasn't until we got home that we saw that the bag in the Happy Meal was empty. Except for the Happy Meal, I complained about the missing items. The employee wasn't surprised at all and didn't even want to see the receipt. Oh yes, we didn't get a receipt both times, so unfortunately I couldn't complain about it via my app. Both times in the drive-thru. With 2 menus and 1 Happy Meal, you can't accidentally go wrong, can you? While waiting in line...used the women's restroom. Disaster. There were towels on the floor everywhere. Trash cans overflowing. There was hardly anything going on inside and there seemed to be enough staff. So it wasn't due to stress But food was delicious

This McDonald's is the last very unfriendly staff forgot 20 chicken nuggets when ordering. When spoken to I was told that it was packed which it wasn't and it wasn't their problem and only after a long discussion did they decide to give out the missing order why not like that? why such unnecessary chatter? The gentleman who served us didn't even speak to us, sorry, but that's the worst McDonald's I know. That's not how you treat customers!!!!!!!!NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!

The place is in dire need of optimization, waiting over half an hour for food is simply not possible. Ordered at 5:44 p.m. and the food arrived at 6:20 p.m. when I went in to ask for my money back. And typical company store, no time to clean the tables.

This branch was actually mega. Very short waiting times, delicious and fresh burgers, everything nice and hot. However, for a few weeks now, orders have been taking at least 20 minutes. No matter what time or day, whether morning or evening, it generally takes too long. When I ask, I only get clumsy answers like “I’m waiting for the fries” or something similar. Oh well..

Fast food was also different, I waited 25 minutes for my order. People are just standing around in the kitchen and supposedly they are waiting for the fries. Then rather Burger King!

This is called fast food. This is the second time here at the drive inn where it takes over half an hour. Impossible…

Waited 10 min in the drive thru after paying for just one milkshake. Apparently, they had issues with the machine, how ever no one informed me or bothered to acknowledge I was waiting. After said 10 minutes, I got an explanation, no proper apology, and a half melted milkshake.

Cleaning is a foreign word for the employees! Eating takes longer than 40 minutes!

The drive-thru line takes at minimum 10 minutes per car, no matter the time of day. Even when the dining room is closed.

Fast service. Delicious new burger

Ate the new M Burger on Friday August 16th. Had symptoms of food poisoning afterwards. Vomiting, diarrhea and chills. Don't go there anymore. The service is also really bad.

What is there to say? Too expensive for the quality of the food Ready-made mush No taste experience. Healthy eating is non-existent. Attractive appearance of the burgers. Poor.

Welcoming, very clean, a little touch of floral decoration, this McDonald's is a very good stopping point. The servers are friendly. A very good mark, well done.

By far the McDonald's in Kaiserslautern is the one where stocks are most often empty. Had an M today on August 15, 24, the new burger. I don't like it that much. It has a sour sauce, the bun was very dry and so was the meat.

Unfortunately we were cheated out of a burger again at Megges. My husband was in a hurry and forgot to look in the bag and when we got home a burger was missing and that really pissed me off because unfortunately it wasn't the first time. Why is there never too much in the bag. Unfortunately I can't make an angry emoji with this text because I'm afraid it won't be published So “dear” Megges at the Opelkreiswl, why do you keep cheating us customers out of a burger?

Today everything was delivered correctly to the car counter. Last night at the drive-thru I had to wait 8 minutes for the order to be taken, even though there was no vehicle in front of me! At the counter when paying I asked why it took so long. Answer: "I don't know". Paid and waited at the counter for almost 10 minutes until the order was handed over. I won't be driving to this branch again any time soon; I'd rather drive a few more kilometers to the competitor.

Here you are always cheated at McDonald's to go. My husband came home today and because he was so quick he forgot to check and then we were robbed of another burger. I have no idea why we keep coming here, because I'm starting to get the feeling that there's a system here, then I'm slowly thinking about eating the burgers from Burger King again or a kebab. I know the owners of McDonald's don't care what I write here because there are enough people who come here to eat again and again, but you can't trust the store here, even if the advertising on TV suggests otherwise. I'm totally disappointed and still hungry 😡😡😡

It takes forever and things are missing or wrong. If you want cucumber or something else without salad, it will just be carelessly scraped down instead of freshly prepared. And recently you can order burgers with blonde hair. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. It's getting worse and worse and we won't be going there anymore.

Unfortunately the worst McDonald's I know of. The staff is unfriendly. I've been there several times, but yesterday was definitely the last time. I give it 2 points because fewer points and clearer language results in censorship.

Food is actually completely okay, just McDonald’s. Employees are unresponsive, especially during lunchtime, and there are also major language barriers. Due to the renewed renovation, the ambience is very good, everything is nicely prepared and mostly pretty clean.

It was already closed at 12:30 a.m., although according to the website it was supposed to be open until 5 a.m

I ordered the "new" ice coffee chocolate oreo and received a soft ice cream with ice cubes on the bottom with cookie crumbs on the bottom. No chocolate or coffee taste at all. Communication was limited to goodbye, no number was called.

The staff engages in minimal conversation, but the food is delicious. While they may initially say they don't speak English because German is their primary language, they actually speak English quite well. Despite this quirk, the food was excellent.

Restaurant was pretty dirty, tables weren't wiped down, benches weren't clean either, and the food was lukewarm, a shame when you have to wait 25 minutes for it

The worst McDonald's in Kaiserslautern. The employees have no overview at all. I stood for 20 minutes recently until I asked where my food would be and the answer came: "Sorry, we forgot about it. I will never go to this restaurant again. The restaurant at the Einsiedlerhof is worlds better.

Extrem lange Wartezeiten. Parkplatzbestellung funktioniert zum wiederholten mal nicht. Ohne Nachfrage bekommt man sein Essen nicht.

After 20 minutes we went to the parking lot to order, but it was suddenly closed even though we had already paid for the order! Despite the long queue at MC Drive, things went very quickly and the food was really hot. Well, the ice cubes in the drink should also be selectable via the app because unfortunately I can't drink cold. Otherwise everything was great.

I take back my 5 star review when they remodeled and hired new folks. This place is an absolute dumpster fire and somehow worse than before.
