This restaurant is truly an absolute disaster and leaves a lot to be desired in every way. The waitress, a Russian woman, is completely overwhelmed and seems to have no knowledge of the MyBK bonus program. Instead, she consistently refuses to even acknowledge it, which is extremely frustrating for me as a loyal customer. To make matters worse, she also gave me 5 euros short of change. When I pointed this out to her, she was annoyed and visibly upset because she had to reopen the cash register to give me the remaining balance. This incident is not an isolated incident, but reflects the recurring chaos that has prevailed here for years. Instead of getting better, the situation gets worse from year to year - and that's simply not possible. Customer service and professionalism seem to be a foreign concept in this restaurant.

The staff is unfriendly and arrogant. After we stood in vain at the drive and waited for someone to take our order, we drove to the window, where we were ignored, so I knocked on the window. I just ordered it looks like the order went right but the cola tastes like wiping water the cola doesn't taste like Coca-Cola syrup you are definitely being cheated at this Burger King. Hey, I was there with my family today. I actually didn't want to go because customers complained that the food wasn't right and that it was cold. Well my dear man, I really feel so sick and I'm just pissed off. We were just eating there and, as a former catering professional, I have to say that I am extremely disappointed with the working atmosphere that exists there. There was really NO business, in the upper area all two trolleys were full of food leftovers, no napkins anywhere, let alone straws filled, toilets totally dirty, and the floor was a mess. If I were to run a restaurant like the one they run there, good night. Especially when business slows down, it's important to clean everything that comes up so that when more customers come, it's clean again, because as the saying goes, it's important to keep an eye on things. The new tortilla variant is offered in the app, but strangely enough it is not sold in the restaurant itself, why is it updated via the app but not in the store. You also have to think about sales. Then it is very important, we are not xenophobic, but the fact is that only GERMAN must be spoken in front of the customers. You have to come across as friendly and happy to work, as soon as you look at your faces you lose your appetite. We asked if we could get a single squeeze for our son without buying a King Jr Meal, others politely said it was okay, but no, it was only charged for 85 grams / 2.29, although in the Rossmann I got 2 for this value -3 would get, ridiculous. Once and never again! So the restaurant manager/boss urgently needs to sort something out, something like that needs to be put on TV and at the same time the health department needs to be called in.

The burger's appearance speaks for itself. Onion rings totally soft, cold and not at all crispy. Only one cash register was occupied and that was on a day when Lautern was playing. People lined up to the door. Staff run into each other and are not organized at all.

Just went to the Burger King in question 2 Big King and 2 large fries to take away. Everything cold and inedible, into the bin. Staff very unmotivated and unkempt. There was very little going on, but I still had to wait. You can't even talk about the hygiene in this store (there is none) No signage for the toilets. Only the disabled toilet with changing room was satisfied and these were in an absolutely desolate condition, it's an absolute impudence and audacity to offer something like that, you'll get sick. This branch should be reported to the health department (which I will do) This shop should be closed.

So the food is okay compared to comparable fast food chains. The service is sometimes ok and sometimes subpar depending on the day of the week. And the ambience is a must for lovers of old subway stations. Really, your fingers are itching to pull the money box out of your pocket and get started. So it's better to use the drive-in, unless the huge cinema across the street is just ending, then nothing works here anymore.
