Very dirty burger king, slow and dirty staff who have no hygiene knowledge. Food was cold and tasted bad. This is truly the worst Burger King I have ever eaten at.

There were also times when the staff there was more polite... I got yelled at because I said "cheeseburger on the menu" instead of "king of the month." I don't expect much from a Burger King, but there should be a polite tone..

Food was good warm and Burger King standard. And that was the only positive thing. Fast and friendly is something else. Was second in line and had to wait over 20 minutes for my order to be taken. Employees move in slow motion and can barely open their mouths.

If there are already 3-4 other customers queuing in front of you, you should allow plenty of time. Since you still have to order at the counter, you can't avoid the very friendly staff who take all the time in the world.

Dirty, fries cold, nuggets taste like rancid fat. It's better in other branches.

The gentleman behind the counter mumbled something unfriendly, I ordered, assuming that was what he meant. The gentleman from the drive in had to come to help, and he was just as unfriendly. Then I made the mistake and used the toilet and it was the dirtiest toilet I've seen in a long time + no soap.

Well once and never again because there was no hand paper in the toilet and the service was dirty

You can't even redeem points and then have the employee cheekily tell you that nothing is free here Preferably 0 stars Food is always cold and half of it is missing at the drive-thru Such a puppet club is the best way to make the place better!

The burger's appearance speaks for itself. Onion rings totally soft, cold and not at all crispy. Only one cash register was occupied and that was on a day when Lautern was playing. People lined up to the door. Staff run into each other and are not organized at all.

Eating went like this...was there again on June 11th, 2024...unfortunately a very long waiting time in the drive, impossible and never again this BK...Constantly new untrained staff...Employees are buttered up in front of the customers Crazy. The purest catastrophe there.

The people who work there are even too stupid to count burgers. Simply burgers are missing from the order for the umpteenth time... onion rings taste like they are 3 days old and are tough... a shame for the franchise, this dirty branch

In March before your vacation you can quickly grab something to eat at the drive-thru. At home I discovered that the Fish King had been fried three times... inedible and of course annoying! Called: Replacement was no problem. Next time we'll get a replacement, they'll put a note in the office. Been there today: nothing! It's been sooooo long! Goodwill? Customer friendliness non-existent. Last time! Sorry guys..

Listless employees, burgers carelessly assembled even for BK. Half of the upper floor is empty (no tables), some of the tables are not clean

Absolutely the worst Burger King I know. The employees don't make any effort and move and work in slow motion. It's a disgrace that there is no agreement and distribution of tasks when there are five or more employees.

Rapid testator? That used to be. It's been a long wait before you can even order. Were overwhelmed with 2 customers at the car counter. Too many new employees or too “economical” staffing?

Saturday evening, 11:45 p.m. after the Betze game. Open until 1:00 a.m. according to opening times. What are the employees doing? Lock all the doors and don't let anyone in. Only customers already in the store will be processed. Unbelievable branch, dozens of customers stood in front of the doors, stunned. McDonalds was very happy. Never BK here again.

Saw three employees. My appetite was already curbed at the sight of two. How can you employ such sticky people in a restaurant? Burger buns GORGEOUS!!! Fries cold and not cooked through (approx. 2kg of fries pre-made even though there was no customer) Nuggets were more than mysterious Sweet and sour sauce wasn't the latest either When dirt fell down, the employee simply kicked the fries and napkins under the cupboard. DISGUSTING! MY 10 year old daughter didn't want to eat any of it!!!! I'm not exaggerating. My reviews are 98% positive. But this is just sick.

Unfortunately, I also have to agree with the negative reviews with the comment “we don’t learn!” As was the case a few times before, the food was once again cold, the fries ranged from crispy to over-baked (as if they had been twice fried) and also cold. The staff, who suddenly came from all corners when there was more than one guest, seemed extremely unmotivated... Hopefully we will have finally learned it despite being hungry for fast food. To avoid this restaurant and not to give it another chance because we have had negative experiences there often enough.

Cold fries, too much mayo drowns the burger, but especially noticeably very unfriendly service and several employees wore masks either under their noses or just under their mouths. Are the employees just disinterested in the Corona hygiene measures, or just too stupid for it? Update 5/24 The employee's somewhat unfriendly attitude could perhaps be overlooked if the rest were correct. Of 2 burgers, one was the wrong one. Fries were cold, pale and wrong size. Instead of 2 small cups of Coke, there was one large one, which was lukewarm. Unfortunately, when asked, there were no ice cubes or other changes. Have a business idea for yourself: Ask how much money the customer wants to spend and honestly make a surprise bag out of it. Then you wouldn't be so disappointed all the time.

So today was awesome, we got 2x cold burgers, the fries were served as dessert and were only lukewarm. The service was friendly but totally overwhelmed. 15 minutes to get to your order is not normal for a fast food restaurant. Under such circumstances you have lost a decades-long Lager Burgerking fan.

Cold fries, crunchy fries, fake burgers, which are also cold. And last but not least, just forget a Coke. Luckily, a nice employee who at least swapped me the burger and gave me the Coke. However, it was still cold (the food). It tasted like yesterday. And when I saw that a woman with super long hair made my food and was only wearing a horse braid (without a hood or dud) it was crazy. Not again anytime soon 😞 Aso and collecting points in the app doesn't work either because you don't have a device to scan, great, great...

Just went to the Burger King in question 2 Big King and 2 large fries to take away. Everything cold and inedible, into the bin. Staff very unmotivated and unkempt. There was very little going on, but I still had to wait. You can't even talk about the hygiene in this store (there is none) No signage for the toilets. Only the disabled toilet with changing room was satisfied and these were in an absolutely desolate condition, it's an absolute impudence and audacity to offer something like that, you'll get sick. This branch should be reported to the health department (which I will do) This shop should be closed.

So the food is okay compared to comparable fast food chains. The service is sometimes ok and sometimes subpar depending on the day of the week. And the ambience is a must for lovers of old subway stations. Really, your fingers are itching to pull the money box out of your pocket and get started. So it's better to use the drive-in, unless the huge cinema across the street is just ending, then nothing works here anymore.

I was just there and got something to take away. Unfortunately we had already passed the next exit on the motorway, otherwise I would have driven back and thrown the lukewarm stuff behind the counter. The parking lot was pretty full. So I would have assumed that fresh produce was being sold at the moment. It's a shame, but I'll steer clear of Burger King in the future.

2.3.24 shortly after 6 p.m. After a long time we bought burgers. Conclusion: I am extremely disappointed. The bun was cold, fridge cold on the edge, the burger(s) lukewarm, even there more cold than lukewarm. I wanted bacon myself but wasn't there. It can happen, but it shouldn't. 3 people will no longer spend money on Burger King burgers. The whole meal wasn't worth the money.

Food: the King Fusion chocolate doesn't look anything like the one in the picture. Fries are good and burgers are also very good and taste perfectly fine. Service: lack of motivation and taciturn. Ketchup and mayo were “forgotten” again. Unfortunately, this is also known from the golden M. Ambiance: with three stars I mean it in a good way. The interior temperature was already extremely cold. The lamps hanging above the seating were switched off. The floor (okay, that's because of the customers) was contaminated with napkins and the like.

An absolute disaster! The food was cold, the staff were unfriendly and completely overwhelmed. The stairs on the second floor were blocked with chairs. Only the toilets were open for disabled people and they were totally dirty. The tables were unclean even though there were almost no guests in the restaurant. Never again, an absolute disgrace and catastrophe.

Both chilli cheese burgers were delivered without cheese. The woman at the counter had certain problems with our language. There were cold fries

Unfriendliest staff I have ever encountered... We had “only” ordered King Fusion and there were 2 drops of sauce on it. When I asked nicely if I could add a little more, I was just told if that wouldn’t be enough because it was “standard”. The unfriendly gentleman then added another drop and slammed the ice cream onto the counter so that one of it almost fell down. On top of that, it was the worst ice cream we've ever eaten at BK. I didn't know there was anything wrong with it.

We wanted to eat something after the cinema. We waited almost 35 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers after rude service and a queuing time of 20 minutes. There weren't many people inside until then. There were only 3 employees there. At the table next door, two people waited in vain for their burger, which was wrong twice. Apparently the employee must have forgotten this. To top it off, a slightly larger customer was very viciously insulted by another customer. Until the employee said if it doesn't stop right away, you'll be out. It looked like there was going to be a fight so we just left.

The food didn't taste good at all and everything was cold. We waited 40 minutes for 3 burgers and a fries. It's new to me that only 3 people work in the store. Up until then there wasn't much going on in the store. Then more and more people came. An employee then simply closed the shop. There was also stress among other customers. A man also said to a woman who was there first that she was a “typical German fat woman,” that doesn’t work at all! A roar in the shop is something for the cat 🤮😡Another man had to say 5 times that a burger was falach but after ages he still didn't get the right one... the man was also angry.. SO THE BURGER KING IS NOTHING JUST THE MOST UNNECESSARY 25 euros... as if I had thrown it in the trash 😠👎

Consistently bad staff, listless and unmotivated. Always here as it is the only way to get similar food in the east of Kl at night, luckily there are other options during the day. Cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired, drive in 4 out of 5 times you don't get what you ordered in the bag (number and/or burgers), we recommend checking straight away.

Super slow and chaotic. 12 o'clock. Waited in line for 34 minutes to place an order. Then again forever. Then something is missing when you order. Too few staff or poorly trained. Very unsatisfactory

After the sauna we ate the calories we had sweated out. I was pretty exhausted and would have preferred to sit somewhere you could lean against, but such places are rare here, bar stools with high tables dominate here. Upper floor was closed. That bothered me a bit. But the food came quickly, no diaroe afterwards and the burger was even warm. Well that's worth 4 stars to me

Kalter Burger bekommen. War gar nicht in Ordnung. Heute war es im Lokal sehr schmutzig.

Wir waren heute mittag gegen 14uhr da, Pommes Waren frisch, Burger ebenfalls gut, top 👍🏽. Abends gegen 19uhr waren wir erneut wieder da, weil wir mittags tolle Erfahrung mit dem Service und Essen gemacht haben und weil wir eh auf durch reise waren,haben wir nochmal halten wollen. Allerdings musste ich feststellen dass abends Der Service nicht gut war, das Essen nicht so toll und die Burger zu trocken waren. Wir kommen aber wieder, grüße aus Limburg 😋😜

An der Tür hängt ein Schild, auf dem steht, dass man aktuell nur den Drive-In benutzen kann und dort dauert es ewig bis man sein Essen hat. Ist schon zwei Mal vorgekommen, weil ich nach dem ersten Mal dachte es wäre eine Ausnahme.

Alles in allem.... Burgerking. Das Essen ist manchmal sehr lieblos belegt. Ansonsten nichts zu beanstanden.

War Mittags am Drive-In, keine lange Wartezeit, war okay

Nicht zum empfehlen, es fehlen öfter Produkte beim drive in und die Qualität und frische lässt mittlerweile auch zu wünschen übrig.

Es hat länger gedauert bis das Essen gekommen ist, war aber dennoch ziemlich kalt. Allgemein keine recht kalte Stimmung dort.

Nach dem Spiel Kaiserslautern gegen Nürnberg waren wir beim Drive In. Leider war die Verständigung über die Sprechanlage miserable und ich musste mehrmals meine Bestellung durchsagen - 20 Plant Based Chicken Nuggets sowie 2 Plant Based Long Chicken - jeweils mit deutlicher Betonung auf Plant Based. Nach längerer Wartezeit bekam ich dann 2 Plant Based Long Chicken und die Nuggets. Wir fuhren dann direkt auf die Autobahn,damit wir zügig nach Hause kommen. Die Long Chicken waren ganz okay. Die Nuggets waren dann aber nicht die Plant Based Version, sondern die normalen - was man daran erkennt, dass keine "Kräuter" im Teigmantel sind. Wir haben uns wirklich massiv geärgert und sind dann aufgrund der Zeit und des riesigen Umweges nicht mehr zurück, um es zu reklamieren. Da dies nicht das erste Mal passiert, werden wir dort auch NICHT mehr hingehen.

Es hat einige Minuten gedauert bis meine Bestellung aufgenommen wurde, obwohl keiner vor mir war. Aber Kasse war unbesetzt. Nach der Bestellung kam das Essen zügig.

Unfortunately all the reviews you read are true. Not well managed, you wait forever, the staff forget things or don't take your order properly. I made it a habbit to repeat my order multiple times while ordering to make sure they got it right. Still sometimes something is missing. I stood at the counter and the person working there was (no joke!) texting on their phone for 5minutes before attending to me.

Die Filiale macht nicht den besten Eindruck. Die Burger sind oft nicht richtig frisch und zusammengedrückt. Das Personal macht teilweise einen ungepflegten Eindruck und es wurden auch schon Sachen vergessen. Die Pommes Tüten sind sehr spärlich gefüllt. Aus dem Fenster am Drive In Schalter kommt ein ranziger Geruch nach altem Fett oder Sonstigem. Die Konkurrenz in unmittelbarer Nähe macht da einen viel besseren Eindruck.

Wenn der "Konzern" seine Mitarbeiter fairer behandeln würde...

War wenig los essen war auch gut

Wir waren vor ein paar Tagen zu Besuch in Kaiserslautern und waren dort kurz in der Filiale Europaallee eingekehrt. Unsere Burger, Pommes etc. waren super lecker, bis auf einem Cheesburger fehlte der Käse, kurz dem Manager Herrn J. (dieser entschuldigte sich und war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend) Bescheid gegeben un gab uns gleich einen neuen Burger. 5 Sterne für die super Reaktion. Danke und wir kommen wieder. Ferner verstehen wir hier einige Bewertungen leider überhaupt nicht aber die kommen wahrscheinlich von Leuten die noch nie in einer Systemgastronomie gearbeitet haben. Zumal sollte man vielleicht erst nachdenken bevor man bewertet, da hier meist auch Arbeitsplätze dran hängen. Dann sind es keine Maschinen sondern Menschen und da können können Fehler passieren.

In die Jahre gekommen leider nicht mehr so gemütlich und die Burger schmecken anders wie in der anderen Filiale... in der Stadt

Das Essen ist gut wie immer. Es gibt keine Automaten, allerdings verstand die Mitarbeiterin auch Englisch.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von mehreren Leuten abends unter der Woche zum Essen in diesem Restaurant. Bestellterminals hat dieses Lokal nicht, der Mitarbeiter am Schalter zeigte leider deutlichen Unmut und völlige Motivationslosigkeit beim Entgegennehmen unserer Bestellungen. Nachfragen zu Produkten wurden nur sehr knapp und unausführlich beantwortet und das Essen recht lieblos auf das Tablett geworfen. Die zweite Etage war gesperrt, dementsprechend standen auch keine Toiletten zur Verfügung. Ausweichen auf das Behinderten-WC war eine olfaktorisch sehr unangenehme Entscheidung. Insgesamt hat sich die Gruppe beim Besuch nicht wirklich wohlgefühlt, andere Filialen können das besser!

Ein sehr aufgeräumtes Lokal mit nettem Personal und zügiger Bedienung. Die WC Sitze haben zwar teilweise schon mal bessere Zeiten gesehen aber es ist alles in allem sehr sauber und aufgeräumt.

Bestellung nach langer Wartezeit teils falsch ausgegeben. 🍟 waren eiskalt.

Das Essen ist zwar Ok aber wir haben hier schon mehrfach 30-45min darauf warten müssen. In der gleichen Zeit kann man direkt in ein richtiges Restaurant gehen.

Alles sauber, aufgeräumt und das Personal besonders freundlich 👍

Waschbecken lief nicht gut ab und war schmutzig

Kamen nach Mark Forster Konzert Ankunft 23.45 Uhr standen in Schlange an knappe 10 Personen vor uns .Um 1.00 Uhr waren wir dann endlich an der Reihe da nur eine Person bediente ...kassierte und essen einpacken musste .Weitere 3 Personen Personal liefen rum ohne was zu tun .Als wir dann endlich an der Reihe waren teilte man uns mit das sie jetzt schließen ,hinter uns noch weitere 8 Personen. Nach heftiger Reklamation hat man uns dann doch noch sehr unfreundlich was zum mitnehmen gegeben . Kann man leider nicht weiter empfehlen da nicht fähig frühzeitig Tür zu verschließen und ehrlich mit den Kunden umzugehen .

Der Plant based Angry Garlic Burger hatte definitiv ein Fleischpattie. Das geht gar nicht! Der Burger war für einen Vegetarier bestellt. Da wir zum Mitnehmen bestellt hatten, haben wir das Problem natürlich auch nicht rechtzeitig entdecken können. Das Personal wirkte insgesamt überfordert.

Die Burger waren lauwarm... naja, aber die Pommes waren echt eine Enttäuschung. Leute, was um Himmels Willen ist mir den guten BurgerKing Pommes passiert? Geschmacklos und lauwarm...

Pfingst Montag 14.30 Ein Paar auf Terrasse Burger king leer. Eine Mitarbeiterin an Kasse. Wurden ignoriert. Beleuchtung mit essen Auswahl war ausgeschaltet.
