Yesterday I placed an order through Lieferando that included a burger menu, a wrap and a cookie. Everything arrived except for the cookie, whereupon I had to call twice and was told twice that it would be delivered. To date nothing has arrived. Paying €2.50 for a cookie that never even arrived is really not good service and I was therefore cheated out of €2.50. Called again today and was told I had to come by because the order couldn't be tracked. I'll think twice about ordering there again in the future...

The tables weren't wiped down even though there was nothing going on. 6 guests in the entire restaurant. Coke was dripping out of the drinks dispenser, so my 7up resembled a brownish broth. Not very appetizing. All the door handles were sticky and the toilet wasn't clean either. You don't even want to imagine the kitchen.

When I wanted to go to the toilet there was no paper. And if the food is finally ready, it tastes okay, just like in any other kfc. This store urgently needs improvement!!

Today I stood in the drive thru for 20 minutes until I had my food. There was only 1 guest in front of me who waited forever until he could order. As I'm leaving I notice that we had a menu with fries, but they weren't included. So back to the checkout. No problem, I was handed a portion of fries without asking. But there would also have been an apology if you forgot something? There were no servings in the bag either and the container at the drinks station, where you could normally get some, was empty. So I asked at the checkout if I could have any served, there were none in the bag and the container here at the station was empty. She gave me some and told me that I could take some from the container myself... I looked at her? Sorry, I just said that: the container is "empty"! The only good thing: The chicken pieces themselves were fresh and crispy, just as I know them. All in all, I can understand the other reviews here about KFC. I know many other KFCs where it is much better organized and clean.

When we were standing at the drive-in counter and after five minutes still no employee wanted to take our order, I got out of the car to see how many customers were in the restaurant, how many cars were in front of us and in the parking lot. People go somewhere else! The quality of the food is simply underground. Old food is given out warmed. The staff walks around with super dirty clothes, you don't even want to know what the kitchen looks like. Half of the order is forgotten. That's just really bad. Lots of people standing there and you still can't manage to pack the right things. I've had worse fries than anywhere else here. We cut corners on everything, there weren't even napkins in our order, let alone the rest of the order. But the worst thing is the hygiene. The health department should take a look here.

Ordered on Lieferando and the driver was a complete maniac. Not a good person and acted like a bafoon. However, I called the main shop and Miss Maria the manager swiftly dealt with the problem. She made this a 5 star review because not many managers in this area actually fix bad service. If you have an issue, call the main shop. They'll help you.
