Yesterday I placed an order through Lieferando that included a burger menu, a wrap and a cookie. Everything arrived except for the cookie, whereupon I had to call twice and was told twice that it would be delivered. To date nothing has arrived. Paying €2.50 for a cookie that never even arrived is really not good service and I was therefore cheated out of €2.50. Called again today and was told I had to come by because the order couldn't be tracked. I'll think twice about ordering there again in the future...

KFC used to be a must have. Meanwhile, the quality of food and service depends on the day. So within two weeks I had fresh chicken pieces and chicken pieces that had probably been on display for quite some time. Complain? Difficult because the issue is not understood. You are forced to drink zirosugar drinks that are not suitable for me at all, not to mention their carcinogenic effects. The air conditioners don't turn on and you feel like a fried chicken until you finish your meal. All this forces you to stop visiting this place. Unfortunately, he is no longer the same as he used to be.

If I could of give no stars I would have, went through the drive through ordered an 8 piece original bucket when I got home there was only 5 pieces which were dry and hardly any chicken, basically a box of bones for 25 euro 😡

The tables weren't wiped down even though there was nothing going on. 6 guests in the entire restaurant. Coke was dripping out of the drinks dispenser, so my 7up resembled a brownish broth. Not very appetizing. All the door handles were sticky and the toilet wasn't clean either. You don't even want to imagine the kitchen.

Unfortunately we were also very disappointing. The staff is really not motivated at all. It took forever until it was finally finished. I was really disappointed with the mashed potatoes with sauce. Today I stood in the drive thru for 20 minutes until I had my food. There was only 1 guest in front of me who waited forever until he could order. As I'm leaving I notice that we had a menu with fries, but they weren't included. So back to the checkout. No problem, I was handed a portion of fries without asking. But there would also have been an apology if you forgot something? There were no servings in the bag either and the container at the drinks station, where you could normally get some, was empty. So I asked at the checkout if I could have any served, there were none in the bag and the container here at the station was empty. She gave me some and told me that I could take some from the container myself... I looked at her? Sorry, I just said that: the container is "empty"! The only good thing: The chicken pieces themselves were fresh and crispy, just as I know them. All in all, I can understand the other reviews here about KFC. I know many other KFCs where it is much better organized and clean.

When we were standing at the drive-in counter and after five minutes still no employee wanted to take our order, I got out of the car to see how many customers were in the restaurant, how many cars were in front of us and in the parking lot. I haven't been to KFC in a long time. But this visit was definitely the last. The food wasn't great, nothing in the order was right and the value for money was a disgrace. Ordered on Lieferando and the driver was a complete maniac. Not a good person and acted like a bafoon. However, I called the main shop and Miss Maria the manager swiftly dealt with the problem. She made this a 5 star review because not many managers in this area actually fix bad service. If you have an issue, call the main shop. They'll help you.
