This place could be much cleaner. The food was decent, and customer service was great. The drink machine was low on syrup.

Food was good The restaurant itself is so dirty. Everyone, but absolutely every table is dirty. Everything at the drinks counter is sticky. Three employees stand behind the counter and talk instead of cleaning the restaurant.

We stood in the disabled parking lot with a disabled ID card and were then spoken to in an extremely rude manner. When we explained ourselves, we weren't believed at first. Our chosen drink wasn't available even though we could order it and both sauces were the wrong ones.

Well, first of all, the lady at the drive-in was unfriendly and annoyed, secondly, she forgot to turn off her microphone at the end of the order and you could clearly hear her saying to her colleague "it can't stay like that, the customers aren't allowed to see it like that". That was hard, but it goes on, paid at the counter and asked again if everything was in the bag. This was answered, but since I was already "vaccinated" by fast food chains and their reliability, I stopped a few meters away and looked, and unfortunately I found that half of the order was missing, that you sometimes forget something, okay, but 3 pieces out of 6 things is already hard, I then went back and talked about it and got everything without further ado, the food itself was really not Well, the Family Bucket was half empty and there was nothing crispy or really warm. Unfortunately, our experience with this KFC was not very good. The order was incomplete and when we pointed it out we were treated unfriendly. The staff didn't really understand my German either. The food was also rather disappointing, I had never experienced anything like that at a KFC before. Unfortunately, for the price we paid, this store is not recommended.

Ordered a 10 piece cripsys meal with chips and a drink for 16€… and we only got the chicken. No fries or drink as if the cashier didn’t even check if it was our food before handing it to us even though he took our order. Window was closed with no one there when we realized most of the meal was missing. At least the chicken was fresh but not worth the cost for sure.

The chicken here is definitely better than the United States chicken. The menu was pretty small. It's mainly just chicken. I mean they don't have any bowls or Anything that we're familiar with in the United States they don't have but the chicken that they do have was good quality. The price is decent. The only problem they charge like $3 more for online ordering or online pickups or delivery. So it's best to not order online. It's best to go there and pay and pick it up there. It'd be a lot cheaper

We were there today January 5th. there around 3:30 p.m. and the only guests! The drinks and toilets looked disastrous, everything was sticky and full of mosquitoes, the staff were busy shouting, moaning loudly and squealing like guinea pigs!

As always, the food is good, but unfortunately the third time on the drive in Essen it took too long, so some of it was half cold and the second. When I was driving away I noticed something was missing and had to go back :-( Unfortunately, this phenomenon of forgetting occurs in all fast food chains at the drive-thru. Unfortunately today we chose KFC, we only ordered 10 chicken crispy and 3 sauces… we waited 20 minutes… yes, you read that right! 20 minutes!! If you think it's reasonable then I'm the one who's wrong...

It took a disproportionately long time to serve the food even though there was hardly any activity. Four employees stood at the counter, more or less unemployed. People moved on to more important things. The food was dried out and cold. We go there often, but this time the products were really bad for the money! In the future we will go to the Einsiedlerhof, where the food is freshly prepared at Nicks Southern Fried Chicken.

I will say that my fries were fresh. I appreciate that. However, there was no napkins in my bag which I think is the bare minimum seeing as I ordered a chicken mix that consisted of one chicken wing, a chicken tender and two small chicken bites.

We ate here last night and just had to wait 25 minutes for our food at a QUICK RESTAURANT that wasn't even close to full and then on top of that the employee kept calling the wrong numbers. The fries were ice cold, as was the cheese sauce. The prices are utopian and we simply had to pay an extra €1 for extra sauce when the bowl wasn't even half full. The best part of the whole thing was drinking and even that wasn't 100% tasty. We can't recommend it!

I recently ordered from this restaurant. The delivery was pleasantly quick and the food was okay. However, I ordered four side dishes, but only three were delivered. That was a bit disappointing. After ordering at the kiosk, there is a waiting time of approx. 15 minutes. Portion of fries was missing - complained and received it, there was no butter with the corn on the cob and no second piece of wood to eat. In general, the staff seemed less unmotivated and more tired and overwhelmed. When asked, the answer was that the company had to save money. The irony of the matter was that the AC in the customer room was running at full throttle when the outside temperature was 8 degrees, thereby speeding up the eating process. A mixture of poor training, poor pay/motivation of the employees and the franchisee's desire to be in the green with all costs.

The staff like to take their time and only wipe down the tables when asked. The food is delicious but you always save money where you can. The soap in the women's toilet is always empty. Drive in only provides bad service, we don't do that anymore.

Interior is an absolute disaster, there are hardly any seats that are really comfortable and it's far too cold - it's about 10 or 12 degrees outside and maybe 17 inside Fries are cold and I specially ordered my Twister without sauce and still the sauce on it is an absolute disaster

I don't like giving bad reviews because I think mistakes can always happen, no matter where. The last two take-out orders were missing something both times. Last time I had two side fries, today I got extra cheese with two burgers. It was a disappointment both times, especially when you're looking forward to the food. The highlight, however, is that I called specifically the second time and described the two cases. The phone call was handed over, presumably to the shift manager. A sentence came from him, and here I quote it 1:1: “I’ll pass it on.” That was today's phone call at 8:02 p.m. Probably with the shift manager. No, there was no apology. Very unfortunate.

We ordered a bundle with 2 burgers fries and 12 pieces of chicken. Since we didn`t know the menu, we thought it was too expensive for what we got. they didn`t put the 12 pieces. The waitress didn`t react when I fetched my menu. Very bad. Customer lost.

One of the worst branches we have ever visited. Disappointed again today. The lady at the counter was unfriendly, the fries were cold! I gave it back straight away. Cleanliness on a scale of 10, only a 2 Employees are all overwhelmed when there are 10 guests in the restaurant. Arguing among each other... It's better to avoid this restaurant or replace the employees completely...

I just came from your drive in and I'm really pissed. I am not allowed to eat meat for health reasons and have stressed over and over again that the entire order must be vegetarian. Nevertheless, I bit into my burger, which obviously had meat on it. I checked the receipt and there were two meat burgers on it. Such absolute disgrace, how irresponsible! This couldn't have been a mistake as I made it clear several times. Probably the hatred of vegetarians comes from the staff again, something I've been told about several times. Thanks for nothing!

Yesterday I placed an order through Lieferando that included a burger menu, a wrap and a cookie. Everything arrived except for the cookie, whereupon I had to call twice and was told twice that it would be delivered. To date nothing has arrived. Paying €2.50 for a cookie that never even arrived is really not good service and I was therefore cheated out of €2.50. Called again today and was told I had to come by because the order couldn't be tracked. I'll think twice about ordering there again in the future...

KFC used to be a must have. Meanwhile, the quality of food and service depends on the day. The air conditioners don't turn on and you feel like a fried chicken until you finish your meal. All this forces you to stop visiting this place. Unfortunately, he is no longer the same as he used to be.
