Kentucky Fried Chicken in Kaiserslautern

I will say that my fries were fresh. I appreciate that. However, there was no napkins in my bag which I think is the bare minimum seeing as I ordered a chicken mix that consisted of one chicken wing, a chicken tender and two small chicken bites.

We ate here last night and just had to wait 25 minutes for our food at a QUICK RESTAURANT that wasn't even close to full and then on top of that the employee kept calling the wrong numbers. The fries were ice cold, as was the cheese sauce. The prices are utopian and we simply had to pay an extra €1 for extra sauce when the bowl wasn't even half full. The best part of the whole thing was drinking and even that wasn't 100% tasty. We can't recommend it!

I recently ordered from this restaurant. The delivery was pleasantly quick and the food was okay. However, I ordered four side dishes, but only three were delivered. That was a bit disappointing. Overall an average experience but I hope next time the order is complete. Update, new order this time on site, everything went great and was delicious

After ordering at the kiosk, there is a waiting time of approx. 15 minutes. Portion of fries was missing - complained and received it, there was no butter with the corn on the cob and no second piece of wood to eat. In general, the staff seemed less unmotivated and more tired and overwhelmed. When asked, the answer was that the company had to save money. The irony of the matter was that the AC in the customer room was running at full throttle when the outside temperature was 8 degrees, thereby speeding up the eating process. A mixture of poor training, poor pay/motivation of the employees and the franchisee's desire to be in the green with all costs.

The staff like to take their time and only wipe down the tables when asked. The food is delicious but you always save money where you can. The soap in the women's toilet is always empty. Drive in only provides bad service, we don't do that anymore.

Interior is an absolute disaster, there are hardly any seats that are really comfortable and it's far too cold - it's about 10 or 12 degrees outside and maybe 17 inside Fries are cold and I specially ordered my Twister without sauce and still the sauce on it is an absolute disaster

We ordered a bundle with 2 burgers fries and 12 pieces of chicken. Since we didn`t know the menu, we thought it was too expensive for what we got. they didn`t put the 12 pieces. The waitress didn`t react when I fetched my menu. Very bad. Customer lost.

Food was ordered quickly, the waiting time was okay, but then.....1 drink was missing, it was also difficult to count to 4, that can happen. We waited for an hour and nothing came. A lot of people who came after us finished before us. We were also told 10 more minutes, and after 20 minutes nothing. One of the worst branches we have ever visited. Disappointed again today. The lady at the counter was unfriendly, the fries were cold! I gave it back straight away. Cleanliness on a scale of 10, only a 2 Employees are all overwhelmed when there are 10 guests in the restaurant. Arguing among each other... It's better to avoid this restaurant or replace the employees completely...

I just came from your drive in and I'm really pissed. I am not allowed to eat meat for health reasons and have stressed over and over again that the entire order must be vegetarian. Nevertheless, I bit into my burger, which obviously had meat on it. I checked the receipt and there were two meat burgers on it. Such absolute disgrace, how irresponsible! Called again today and was told I had to come by because the order couldn't be tracked. I'll think twice about ordering there again in the future...

KFC used to be a must have. Meanwhile, the quality of food and service depends on the day. You pay around 65 euros and they are stingy when it comes to giving an extra napkin. You are forced to drink zirosugar drinks that are not suitable for me at all, not to mention their carcinogenic effects. The air conditioners don't turn on and you feel like a fried chicken until you finish your meal. All this forces you to stop visiting this place. The tables weren't wiped down even though there was nothing going on. 6 guests in the entire restaurant. Coke was dripping out of the drinks dispenser, so my 7up resembled a brownish broth. Not very appetizing. All the door handles were sticky and the toilet wasn't clean either. You don't even want to imagine the kitchen.

Today I stood in the drive thru for 20 minutes until I had my food. There was only 1 guest in front of me who waited forever until he could order. I don't understand why nobody checks the organization. During recessions, exactly these grievances are pointed out again and again. Also on the dirty look of the employees. A no go. The two of us ordered online using the app. In my opinion, this works well and I have done this several times before. Today I arrived at the restaurant and had started the preparation a few minutes beforehand. My number wasn't on the screen, but an employee then asked me if I had ordered online. Yes, I had and she pushed the bag towards me to take away. When I threw in a Blich, I only saw one container, but I had ordered two different chicken sets, once a meal for a friend and just chicken parts for myself. The answer was: all the chicken parts would be in there... Okay, you can do that too, we want to save packaging material for the sake of the environment. As I'm leaving I notice that we had a menu with fries, but they weren't included. So back to the checkout. No problem, I was handed a portion of fries without asking. But there would also have been an apology if you forgot something? There were no servings in the bag either and the container at the drinks station, where you could normally get some, was empty. So I asked at the checkout if I could have any served, there were none in the bag and the container here at the station was empty. She gave me some and told me that I could take some from the container myself... I looked at her? Sorry, I just said that: the container is "empty"! The only good thing: The chicken pieces themselves were fresh and crispy, just as I know them. All in all, I can understand the other reviews here about KFC. I know many other KFCs where it is much better organized and clean.

When we were standing at the drive-in counter and after five minutes still no employee wanted to take our order, I got out of the car to see how many customers were in the restaurant, how many cars were in front of us and in the parking lot. (I got pretty stupid looks when I went there to find out why after five minutes no one wanted to take our order.) Back in the car I reported this to my partner and said that he could honk, which he did. Barely a minute later they took pity on “checking” on the customers. The parking lot was empty. Maximum of 6 people in the restaurant. Only one car in front of us. It's not the first time that the staff in this restaurant has been completely overwhelmed with everything! At the counter/window where you pay and receive your food, the employee stands and prefers to type on his cell phone instead of giving the customer/s his full attention, as he should. The complete customer service here is a disaster, which always leads to enormous disappointment! It would be nice to finally get this issue under control!

That was our first time in Kaiserslautern and also our last. We were at the drive in and ordered a little something. Really not much. After we got the food, I checked whether everything was there. At first glance I immediately saw that the coleslaw was missing even though we repeated it 3 times. But that wasn't so bad because we got it when we asked. I also received the menu without a drink. My wrap was cold and didn't taste fresh. I absolutely do not recommend this branch.
