Kentucky Fried Chicken in Kaiserslautern

The food is cold, complaints are met with whining, the place is freezing cold and apparently has no heating.

The staff is always very friendly and speaks good English. The restaurant's cleanliness could be better, but that's a general KFC problem.

To Go... a disaster... Completely wrong products... Wrong quantities and disproportionately expensive.

You can't order delivery via the KFC app, only via Uber Eats and other apps, so you can't redeem the points you've collected.

The worst fast food joint I've ever experienced at over 60. I think a carpentry shop with good wood shavings is much more recommendable than this KFC. I felt sick when I casually saw the products at my neighbor's. I immediately canceled and left. Never again.

My visit to KFC was unfortunately very disappointing. The food was absolutely delicious, and shortly afterward, I developed gastrointestinal problems. The entire place gave a very unhygienic impression—the tables were dirty, the restrooms unkempt. Furthermore, the prices are far too high for what you get. The pictures on the menu don't even match what's actually served. This was definitely my last visit. The staff are very unfriendly.

Second time they didnt put butter which they charge +.50. The original bucket was better before now i feel like eating rubber chicken. The cashier looks busy so I waited until they ask me for service but no. Just ignored whole time and then asked the next guy what he needs. Thanks for your professionalism and service!

The food was cold and inedible. Hygiene was nonexistent...every table seemed filthy and dirty. Instead of having a chat behind the counter, the staff should be cleaning the tables and floor...simply disgusting!

Today they gave me fries instead of two orders of corn on the cob, they have made a mistake on my order nearly every time I've been there. The drive through takes 20-30 minutes with no line. Service is slow, inaccurate, and the fries are never good.However, I always like the sandwiches and the wings.

Dirty, dirty, dirty... It's better to put out a bucket of water and a sponge so the customer can at least wipe the table themselves.

Dirty. Only after we complained were the tables cleaned. And that was even though we and one other person were the only customers. The staff were grumpy and unfriendly. And that's not exactly cheap. 10 crispy chicken with dip, 1 large fries, 1 coleslaw, 2 drinks for just under €29. Fries were still half-raw and barely salted. Don't need to go back.

I like it. I actually think their chicken is well done. I do miss more hot sauces I would get in states.

Mediocre KFC. It's not busy, there's a lot of food on the counter, and the food tastes like it's been sitting there forever. However, the service is mostly friendly.

Pre-ordered food at the drive-thru via app. We've been there three times, and twice the order was incorrect. The first time, they just mixed up something. Today, a burger was missing. €7.30 for nothing. That's not exactly cheap and more than annoying.

Absolutely disgusting place. No soap in the restrooms, and the toilets were dirty. The food was practically cold, and all the tables were dirty. We chose the one that was the least dirty. The staff didn't even bother to clean the tables or check the restrooms. Mind you, the place was almost empty.

Never again. I've never eaten worse food.

We stopped by for a snack. The drinks, fries, and burgers were okay. But the rest of the food was a mystery to us. Again, light.

After a long wait, the order wasn't delivered in full (unfortunately, we only noticed it when we got home!!) The food that came with it was cold, the chicken portion was very small, the fries were soggy, and, as always, very expensive. Never again!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've rarely seen such a dump. The service is incredibly slow, even though the place is full, everything is sticky, and the food isn't fresh.

The drive-thru employee seemed like a sleeping pill, clueless about anything, running around listlessly. The fries were old, soggy, and cold, sorry, but what was that? The crispy burger tasted undercooked, they didn't provide napkins, and the drink was missing ice cubes. The only thing that tasted good were the hot wings.

Bad service, half of the order was forgotten and tasted rotten.

I was at KFC today. In short. -very dirty -air conditioning off... water ran down my spine. -I could only order coupons via the app, which didn't work; in the end, it crashed three times. So, ordering via the panel... absolutely crappy menu navigation, and something constantly crashes or doesn't respond. The music was more for hardcore techno fans. Which I like, but was very distracting at the time. Conclusion: Off to McDonald's.

Well-made burgers, large selection, good value for money.

When ordering online for around 100 euros, we were ripped off for 10 euros by not adding 3 coleslaws for 3.29 euros each.

Unfortunately, once again, it wasn't a good experience. :-( The tables were sticky, the restrooms dirty. The wait for the food was 25 minutes. There were two of us, and we ordered two menus and two extra side dishes. The food was lukewarm, and the fries were soft. We paid €32.

This was probably the last time we go there. The tables are sticky and dirty, the restrooms are disgusting, and ordering takes forever...

Original flavor chicken taste just like in America. It was very good!

The wait was far too long and the staff weren't exactly the brightest. They worked leisurely. When I asked if they could refill the toilet paper in the restrooms there was no answer. The place was really dirty and unhygienic. I had stomach problems on my first visit and on my second visit I had to throw up several times after eating. Who knows what they do behind the counter and what it looks like behind the kitchen. Absolutely not recommended if you want something good for your health and body then avoid this place.

It's taking forever. The Lieferando boys have priority. This has nothing to do with a fast-food restaurant. It's completely unacceptable. I've been waiting for my food for 20 minutes.

Today, we made the quick decision to quickly go to KFC for a bite to eat. There, we encountered a team that was obviously completely overwhelmed. Even though it wasn't really busy, we had to wait 30 minutes for our small bucket of fries and drinks. Additionally, the play area was closed, which bored all the waiting kids. In a restaurant, I can understand waiting half an hour for my food. When it's all fried fast food, I don't understand. At least the food was okay in the end.

A very disappointing visit to this KFC. The service was abysmal – we had to wait far too long, even though there were hardly any customers. None of the tills were working, so we were forced to use the self-service kiosks, which constantly malfunctioned. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The fries were barely salted, and the food overall was simply tasteless. I absolutely cannot recommend this location – a complete waste of time and money.

Dirty, unfriendly, cold food Never again

Food...KFC - as you'd expect. I actually only use the drive-thru occasionally. It works very well, and I've always encountered friendly staff.

What can I say? It's a KFC, and it tastes like one. Whether it's healthy isn't even up for debate, so it's perfect for a quick meal.

Unfortunately the visit turned out to be a bitter disappointment. The burgers were carelessly topped with no apparent care or culinary ambition. The overpriced chicken wings were also not convincing, neither in terms of taste nor in quality. Shortly after eating, my stomach was churning in all directions, an impression that was clearly intensified the next day. Culinary enjoyment feels different. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uncoordinated, which was reflected in both the service and the waiting time. You won't find efficiency or professionalism here. The only bright spot: the ability to refill your drink unlimitedly. But even that seems like an attempt to distract from the disappointing overall performance. Conclusion: If you value quality, taste and service, you should better look for an alternative.

This place could be much cleaner. The food was decent, and customer service was great. The drink machine was low on syrup.

The food didn't convince me. The staff was very comfortable. The ambience is very sparse with decoration. The tables and chairs were not particularly well maintained. There are parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant.

We stood in the disabled parking lot with a disabled ID card and were then spoken to in an extremely rude manner. When we explained ourselves, we weren't believed at first. Our chosen drink wasn't available even though we could order it and both sauces were the wrong ones.

Incredibly bad, absolute disaster! Well, first of all, the lady at the drive-in was unfriendly and annoyed, secondly, she forgot to turn off her microphone at the end of the order and you could clearly hear her saying to her colleague "it can't stay like that, the customers aren't allowed to see it like that". That was hard, but it goes on, paid at the counter and asked again if everything was in the bag. This was answered, but since I was already "vaccinated" by fast food chains and their reliability, I stopped a few meters away and looked, and unfortunately I found that half of the order was missing, that you sometimes forget something, okay, but 3 pieces out of 6 things is already hard, I then went back and talked about it and got everything without further ado, the food itself was really not Well, the Family Bucket was half empty and there was nothing crispy or really warm. My conclusion: I will never go there again and I absolutely cannot recommend the store!

Slow service. Had to wait 45 minutes for food. There weren't many people in the restaurant for dinner at 9pm on Friday evening. Everyone came to complain. It was a nightmare, I ordered and more than half was missing. A staff that knows nothing and is unfriendly at the same time. We didn't get any more food and the refund wasn't enough. I will certainly never order there again, if I can say it like that it was an absolute juice shop

I ordered 2 chicken buckets and 4 burgers from this store and only received 1 chicken bucket. And when I called there, the woman on the phone was extremely rude and simply referred me to uber eats.

Employees are fine. What's a shame is that the burgers are usually only served lukewarm. And why does the shop have to be so cold and the climate in operation? Very uncomfortable to eat without a jacket or even with a jacket. The heating could be on.

Was served rotten crispy chicken wings.

Ordered a 10 piece cripsys meal with chips and a drink for 16€… and we only got the chicken. No fries or drink as if the cashier didn’t even check if it was our food before handing it to us even though he took our order. Window was closed with no one there when we realized most of the meal was missing. At least the chicken was fresh but not worth the cost for sure.

I am very happy with the Kentucky Fried Chicken. Can only recommend him.

The perfect snack for spice lovers* The *Hot Wings* from KFC are an absolute treat for anyone who likes it spicy! The chicken wings are perfectly crispy on the outside while the meat remains tender and juicy on the inside. The seasoning is intense and savory, but not overpowering, so the flavor of the chicken is still at the forefront. Whether as a snack between meals or as an addition to a menu, hot wings are always an excellent choice. An absolute must for lovers of spicy fast food!

The chicken here is definitely better than the United States chicken. The menu was pretty small. It's mainly just chicken. I mean they don't have any bowls or Anything that we're familiar with in the United States they don't have but the chicken that they do have was good quality. The price is decent. The only problem they charge like $3 more for online ordering or online pickups or delivery. So it's best to not order online. It's best to go there and pay and pick it up there. It'd be a lot cheaper

We were there today January 5th. there around 3:30 p.m. and the only guests! The drinks and toilets looked disastrous, everything was sticky and full of mosquitoes, the staff were busy shouting, moaning loudly and squealing like guinea pigs!

As always, the food is good, but unfortunately the third time on the drive in Essen it took too long, so some of it was half cold and the second. When I was driving away I noticed something was missing and had to go back :-( Unfortunately, this phenomenon of forgetting occurs in all fast food chains at the drive-thru. Unfortunately today we chose KFC, we only ordered 10 chicken crispy and 3 sauces… we waited 20 minutes… yes, you read that right! 20 minutes!! If you think it's reasonable then I'm the one who's wrong...

It took a disproportionately long time to serve the food even though there was hardly any activity. Four employees stood at the counter, more or less unemployed. People moved on to more important things. The food was dried out and cold. We go there often, but this time the products were really bad for the money! In the future we will go to the Einsiedlerhof, where the food is freshly prepared at Nicks Southern Fried Chicken.

Very friendly service. I get upset about the 50 cents for the mini piece of butter for the corn on the cob at every KFC.

Only 3 other people in the store and still had to wait 30 minutes for food... The things we ordered were placed several times on the tray, shortly afterwards put back into the warmer and then, strangely enough, directly from the warmer into the bags of other people at the drive-in or the delivery services. This was apparently necessary because the employees were obviously unable to prepare the three different things we had ordered ready for serving at the same time... His father was overwhelmed.

We ordered 4 different dishes with 4 people. The chicken pieces were together in 2 bowls, so we didn't know which belonged to whom. The fries, burgers and wrap were almost cold. Pueree Gravy just looked gross. Only the chicken pieces were ok. When asked about the service, only the arms were raised... For €58.64 this is a disgrace. I uninstalled the app immediately KFC on Merkurstr. KL NEVER AGAIN!!!

I will say that my fries were fresh. I appreciate that. However, there was no napkins in my bag which I think is the bare minimum seeing as I ordered a chicken mix that consisted of one chicken wing, a chicken tender and two small chicken bites.

We ate here last night and just had to wait 25 minutes for our food at a QUICK RESTAURANT that wasn't even close to full and then on top of that the employee kept calling the wrong numbers. The fries were ice cold, as was the cheese sauce. The prices are utopian and we simply had to pay an extra €1 for extra sauce when the bowl wasn't even half full. The best part of the whole thing was drinking and even that wasn't 100% tasty. We can't recommend it!

I recently ordered from this restaurant. The delivery was pleasantly quick and the food was okay. However, I ordered four side dishes, but only three were delivered. That was a bit disappointing. Overall an average experience but I hope next time the order is complete. Update, new order this time on site, everything went great and was delicious
