McDonald's in Kaiserslautern

We were here first thing in the morning as we were passing through - the toilets and sink were not clean, the food took a long time to prepare and something was missing. It was also evident on one employee's face that she didn't enjoy her job.

Hello, Waited 35 minutes for 2 drinks and 2 cheeseburgers. Outdoor area very unkempt and dirty.

I don't recommend this McDonald's as there were a lot of items. Firstly, we had to wait forever for the food, secondly, for example, there were only half of the fries, thirdly, there were WHOLE onions on the burger, fourthly, the citizens are not nicely done - everything falls apart when you open the box and fifthly, the toilets are disgusting and not at all clean.

We wanted to go get dinner in the evening... driving through the MC Drive-In... you notice that according to the app and website, it was still open, and the lights were on everywhere. We stood at the drive-in for 5 minutes and nothing happened. When we finally got fed up, we left. When we drove past the outdoor area, all the employees were sitting at their tables, chatting with each other. I find that outrageous and will not go there again in the future.

A nice clean restaurant. I immediately noticed the cleanliness and order and really impressed me.

When we go to McDonald's, it's always this one because it's the closest to our home... But that WAS IT! Unfortunately, I increasingly noticed that most of the employees don't feel like it and that some things are constantly forgotten! We only go to McDonald's because of the happy meal menu regarding the toys for the child. And every time they forgot to put it in!!!! Gestures were there again on March 2nd. Had an order for just under €40, including a happy meal. Here too, the “saleswoman” in charge was uncomplaining and didn’t say a *hello* or a *goodbye*. I asked the lady that the child would like this one dinosaur from the website, which shows what is currently available in the happy meal, which is why we are going there extra. Statement again: WE DON'T HAVE THAT! WE ONLY HAVE BOOKS! And all the time lately! I find it extremely outrageous that people advertise something that ultimately doesn't exist! And this is the 3rd time. And what's more, I went out... Then discovered in the car that the BOOK wasn't even packed!!!! That was the last time I or we visited this MC Donald! Don't spend any more money there if you go there specifically for something that is being advertised... And in the end you will be completely ripped off and forget half of it! People... We customers pay YOUR salary! Never this branch again!

I took food with me. I come home, open the box and see this “work of art” How can you forget to put in a BULK?

Half of the food was missing, everything was cold. Toilet paper, empty, soap and for drying hands out of order.

Unbelievable...I waited 35 minutes in McDrive and then got cold food. Apparently nothing is done about the online complaint unless a receipt is submitted. However, I didn't receive any. Never again.

You wait forever in the drive until you can order and then get cold food where half of it is missing.

On the website, it says they work until 2:00 AM. I came today at 1:10 AM, and they were already closed. I saw that all the machines were turned off, the door was locked, but the lights were on, and there was only one employee cleaning the tables. Why list operating hours until 2:00 AM if, in reality, they leave and close an hour earlier? That’s the first issue. Secondly, after 7:00 PM, there is almost NEVER any ice cream or shakes available. For some reason, the machines that make these items are turned off after that time, or I don't know what exactly happens at this branch. After 7:00 PM, it's impossible to order ice cream or shakes, and this has been going on for the past five months. Thirdly, once we came in for lunch and ordered a shake. My girlfriend found a hair inside it. She only noticed because she likes to open the lid and stir the contents with a straw. The hair was 3 cm long and coarse. They offered to replace it, but she declined. That completely ruined our impression. This is probably the worst McDonald’s branch in the entire city.

The food was slapped on together. They didn’t even try but after reassembling everything it wasn’t terrible. Fries were like they were thrown in the microwave with some being warm and some being cold and soggy. The lady forgot to press the cash out button on the kiosk so the card reader just said “welcome to McDonald’s” as I was trying to tap my card. She just handed me the entire card reader and said “I don’t know” and walked away. I can just feel I was treated different because I am American which seems to be a very common trend here.

Don't know what to say. Ice cream machine and milkshake machine broken again. Location in every McDonald's. Cleanliness without words.

I ordered something and got other things

Food is average, service is not so good, one staff came to our table and told us to leave the table because the table we sat on has a screen which you can play game on. The tone of hers was really rude.

Unfortunately I can't give a star! 😥 I just ordered a little something here and waited an incredible 40 minutes for the food! 😡 Hamburgers cold and fries lukewarm! 🤮 You'll never let me go again and I won't ever drive anyone to McDonald's! 😥😥😥 A non-serious apology will be given to you with a smile!!!! I don't actually write reviews unless I think I'm being offered incredibly poor service. We visited their branch yesterday in the pouring rain to pick up food for the onward journey. When I arrived in the car with the food bags, I discovered that something from my order was missing. So we got back in the car. Tell the children that they didn't get the toy they selected and come back in. Staff weren't too happy about me coming back in.

The food was okay but the toilets were, to put it bluntly, extremely dirty and neglected. Urine on the floor, the former towel holder without towels was probably torn out of the wall, but there was an electric hand dryer without any function. Only for people without a sense of smell and any feeling of disgust who can move through rooms without touching the floor is it halfway tolerable.

Employee doesn't know the difference between a double cheeseburger and two cheeseburgers.

Had an encounter with the manager who was cross-eyed and wore glasses. Extremely rude. She said she didn't have time to give me my 1 euro coins for a 13 euro order. There were no cars in line. Pretty tasteless, but what do you expect from McDonalds. Also, management should take a look at this store because they only wait for one car at a time and then there is a line all the way to the street. Everything was good and very friendly staff. Since there are visitors who aren't in the mood to clear away their trash, there aren't that clean tables either.

I went to get breakfast at McDonalds this morning! Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed my coffee wasn't a latte macchiato but just coffee with very hot milk. Latte macchiato is not a hot drink but a lukewarm drink! Then the Big Morning Egg was swimming in gravy! My money was definitely worth it for breakfast!

According to opening times 7:00 a.m. Sometimes they open at 8. Sometimes they open at 7:45 a.m. Toilets are incredibly dirty early on

I experienced the development and conversion of this McDonald's because I lived right next to it for years and compared to back then, I find today's Mc's to be much more vivid - it's clear that over time the modern one will move into the business like everywhere else. You can see this, for example, on the modern order board and the many new products. I have always been very happy with this McDonald's The staff was always super nice and competent when I was there. I also ordered from Lieferando for a long time and never had any problems. Everything ran like clockwork😊 Prices have gone up as usual these days but it tastes good and I love it dadadaDA

Something is always missing from the orders... It's a shame that there isn't an opportunity for little visitors to play like in other branches. (Indoor play walls or small scaffolding)

The food was always McD quality, however the bathrooms were full of paper. It seems that they have placed another type of marking for the paper dispenser and it did not cut well, the bathroom was full of wasted paper. The customer service seems to have collapsed a bit when the restaurant had a lot of people.

07/21/24 I was in this establishment, I have never seen anything worse than this poppy: the fries were cold and clearly not fried in fresh oil, the burger was also brought cold, the order was not transferred, I had to explain to them what was missing, it was very dirty everywhere. Personal okay. Bestellung dauerte ewig und dann war 1 Hamburger und 2 Curly Pommes kalt. Der bestellte Schokoshake war Kaffeeshake. Umtauschen ließen wir nichts, weil wir kein Bock hatten nochmal 30 Min. zu warten.Wir werden nicht mehr hin gehen.

The staff engages in minimal conversation, but the food is delicious. While they may initially say they don't speak English because German is their primary language, they actually speak English quite well. Despite this quirk, the food was excellent.

Ate there twice after a trip... The very last time. Last year, like today, there was a lot going on. Last year there was at least one cleaning lady there... But today... No sign of the service carts being overcrowded... The tables/chairs are all dirty. Then we waited almost an hour for the food. The food number was not listed anywhere on the board (e.g. in processing) when we first asked, it was said it was being processed... The next time we asked, the receipt was taken from us without comment and the order was finally processed... Of course we got a sorry but honestly, that's not possible.

This is now the third time that things are missing from the order. Happened twice in McDrive and once when picking up at the branch. It's not too much to ask to process the individual orders properly and make sure nothing is missing. It annoys me so much that you pay so much money and are happy to go home and find half of it missing. In the future I will no longer go to this McDonald's, but will only visit the one at the Opelkreisel, as the service there is worlds better.

Edit:Ordered double cheeseburger and got normal one. There are a lot of things wrong at this McDonalds. Opening times are not correct or are viewed by the staff as more than guidelines. Often it's 30 minutes earlier or you have to stand at the MC drive counter until 8:20 a.m

Be careful in the parking lot or something like this will happen to your car. Stones or barriers in a parking lot should be more visible and not as easy to drive over, such as: B. a higher curb. Or they should be removed entirely. You can tell by the tracks left by many cars at the top!

I don't often write reviews, but this time I have to. It was dirty, the staff were slow, the food was cold and the sauces were missing. When I asked, I had to wait 5 minutes until the sauces were handed over to me when I asked again. My two companions' food was just as cold. Also, some of my McChicken had onions(??) in it. I will avoid the McDonalds from now on and prefer to go to the Opel roundabout.

So, never go and be the first person to order, the food was 100% since yesterday, I have never eaten anything so disgusting. Fries were so soft and only made warm, the burgers were just as dry and disgusting. Sorry, I never had any problems normally, but it just made me throw up. I can't say anything about the service, just normal.

I know that you don't really have to be competent to be hired here, but I didn't expect that incompetence would even be a hiring criterion here. Unfriendly staff, incomplete orders and if you say something you are instructed. All of this is not an exception but standard. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

Unfortunately I had to wait 30 minutes until the food was ready. Of course that's not good. In Mannheim you will be processed within 15 minutes. If it takes longer you get something for money. Of course my break was over. I am a driver.

I never write reviews. But today was really bad across the board. Slow, unhygienic, bad food, bad service... I don't think the employees can do much about it, they simply seemed overwhelmed. Maybe add more staff, then maybe it will work again. But really a catastrophe at the moment!

Employees are friendly and try to serve all customers quickly. The food doesn't taste good and is sometimes cold. Everything looks great in advertising, but reality has nothing to do with it, let alone the prices. It's a shame, it was much better years ago

Was there this evening, didn't think anything of it and ordered as usual, Suddenly, a cooperating, blonde-haired, unpleasant appearance with glasses came. If you don't have the can of Coke you ordered, give them a small Coke Zero. It's about the famous MacDonald Cola can. I said no and wanted my can, and if you didn't have it, I wanted my order canceled. The statement was that since I ordered it in Terminal and paid for it with points, I have no right to cancellation. I insisted on getting my money (points back) but it didn't come. The woman was super unfriendly and after that, take a small Coke and piss off, what do you want. Talked to us. Then I insisted on a conversation with the market manager, manager, she went to get the boss, and shouted loudly a stupid customer who has ridiculous demands??? The whole staff laughed and you could hear it all the way to the sales room where the customers were sitting. The employees are the personification of people from less educated backgrounds. I want my money back, #MacDonald Germany.

Burger cold, cheese solid again, salad no longer “fresh”. At least the Royal TS was exchanged without any problems. The chili cheese was also at most lukewarm, but I didn't feel like changing it anymore. You've had better at McDonald's. I probably won't visit this fast food restaurant again.

Nach 20 Minuten habe ich die Bestellung storniert und mir das Geld wieder auszahlen lassen. Mit Fastfood hat das nichts mehr zu tun. Es war jetzt auch nicht übermäßiger Betrieb. Die nervigen und noch zusätzlich zeitraubenden Bestellterminals sind das Allerletzte und ein weiterer Ausdruck der Gleichgültigkeit gegenüber Besuchern. Eine normale Mittagspause reicht hier zeitlich nicht aus.

Vielen Dank, ich bestelle einen Burger, esse ihn und ein Haar ragt aus der Frikadelle heraus, direkt in ihr. Daraufhin sagt mir die Bedienung, dass das nicht sein kann, dass ich es da reingesteckt habe, dass es ein schwarzes Haar ist und das Haar gelb war und ich es nicht so tief reingesteckt haben kann.

Es ist wirklich nicht meine Art, negative Bewertungen zu schreiben. Wenn ich irgendwo nicht zufrieden bin, lass ich es halt damit gut sein. Aber in dieser McDonald´s Filiale ist es einfach immer das Gleiche. Daher schreibe ich jetzt mal. Vielleicht liest es ja die Geschäftsleitung und ändert etwas. Entweder fehlt bei der Bestellung etwas oder es wird der falsche Burger eingepackt. Echt unmöglich. Ich hole vielleicht 2 mal im Monat etwas bei McDonalds - in dieser Filiale geht ständig etwas schief. Diesmal wurde wieder der falsche Burger eingepackt. Letztes mal bin ich nochmals zurück gefahren - da wurden die Pommes vergessen. Ist mir heute aber zu weit gewesen. Die Mitarbeiter müssten vielleicht besser geschult werden. Ich weiß nicht, was daran so schwer ist, eine Bestellung richtig auszuführen. Nächstes mal fahr ich dann zu Burger King - vielleicht klappt es dort.

Die Leute sind freundlich, aber leider waren die Toiletten nicht wirklich sauber und auch der Gastraum war nicht wirklich sauber, wirklich schade.

Sehr nett und kinderfreundlich, tolles Personal und gute Beratung. Haben uns als Familie auch auf die Gutscheinaktion hingewiesen, damit wir Geld sparen. Das fand ich super

Lassen wir Mc Donalds einfach sein wie Mc Donalds ist! Nicht zwingend die beste Lösung was zu essen, allerdings muss ich sagen habe ich Mc Donalds mittlerweile lieber als den Konkurrenten Burger King und ich war ein riesen Fan des Burger King, allerdings kommt da weniger nach und Mc Donalds bringt immer mal wieder einen neuen Burger allem voran aktuell der Mc Crispy, welcher wirklich crispy ist wenn er vor Ort gegessen wird, und gelegentlich mal zu dieser Option zu greifen sollte kein Fehler sein. Speziell jetzt das Local in der Mainzerstr. aktuell super, die Kassiererin die uns an diesem Tag bedient hatte war eine super nette Dame, meine Cupons haben nicht funktioniert über die App da war sie gleich bereit zu helfen und hat alles über ihre App laufen lassen, ich erinnere mich schon an andere Zeiten wo es Angestellten egal war so das man den Laden verteufelt hat und gemieden, also großes Plus an jeden der unter diesen Bedinungen immer noch so positiv und freundlich bleiben kann, die Dame war wirklich super nett und das nicht nur einmal, hatte auch das Vergnügen sie im Drive in als Bedienung zu haben. Auch wieder super nett :) freut mich immer wenn man mal so ein Erlebnis hat
