McDonald's in Kaiserslautern

We almost got what we ordered. Instead of Coke Zero, Diet Coke was brought without asking. After all, this was communicated with the words: "We don't have any Coke Zero, I brought Diet Coke." Later (about 10 minutes) there was a call from behind the counter for someone to plug in the Coke Zero - thank you. The floor and the tables in the restaurant would definitely appreciate some attention.

Catastrophe, I ordered at 7 p.m. then got breakfast

I ate there for a late lunch , moderately busy, and clean restaurant. I had a mishap with my tray, and it went to the floor along with my lunch. I asked to buy another meal, but the woman who was working the counter was very kind and put together another for me free of charge. Very thoughtful... Thank you so much. Will definitely eat there again. 😁

There are always employees who seem to have missed their job. There are one or two ladies who are very friendly, but yesterday I met someone again, which unfortunately is the majority, who don't know what friendliness means. The lady was just irritable, just fussing over orders for Happy Meals. That probably can't be the case. Was going on all the time: Fuck Happy Meal, it's time to deactivate it, I've had enough now…….etc. This went on until we had our order. When I asked if I could have a specific figure, I was told very unkindly: “everyone is”. The employees should be trained to be a little friendlier to the customers. In addition, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Most of the time you have to clean your table yourself.

Absolutely filthy The employee at the counter was absolutely unfriendly! I had redeemed my points, this didn't suit her and she became very cheeky. The employee with glasses at the counter was just as unfriendly. It's impossible to set something like that Never this branch again!!

Man honestly there is this worker who keeps getting our orders wrong, wanted two large fries and they gave us one. Wanted two cokes and they gave us one and one sprite. They also weren’t paying attention to where they were giving my mom the drinks so they dropped one in the car. Honestly disappointed on the service and hope that the person ordering knows what the person is saying.

Floor slippery and dirty. Shop run down, no games for children. The service was friendly

The nuggets were just lukewarm.

The food is no longer comparable to what it used to be, unfortunately. The cheeseburgers are smaller, the fries are soggy and everything is almost cold, even though it was only picked up at the counter. That's it, McDonald's is now history for us. We don't have to have it anymore. We can also eat cold at home.

The woman that brought the food to my table was quite rude, she actually threw the tray onto my table and almost spilled the drink everywhere

According to the opening times, open until five o'clock... stood in front of closed doors at half past two...

Almost all the tables and chairs, one must say, were dirty with food and other things. The floor smeared with grease from walkways behind the counter. Simply disgusting.

The shop is empty, but there is no clean table in sight.

Never as crowded as the surrounding McDonalds! This means waiting times are short! Inside and outside! Tables could be wiped more often!

Right outside vogelweh. They have a bug playground that my daughter loves. Fast service. Try their new items. Highly recommended!

Very clean and very little going on. So it was very pleasant.

I can only tell you secondhand about the food because I don't eat fast food. There is more or less effort to keep the restaurant clean, but unfortunately, as usual, there is less effort in the toilets. Maybe the chain should consider hiring room-specific cleaners.

The staff engages in minimal conversation, but the food is delicious. While they may initially say they don't speak English because German is their primary language, they actually speak English quite well. Despite this quirk, the food was excellent.

Nice English speaking staff for the local community. While this is otherwise a typical McDonald's their bathrooms have waterless urinals. In principle this is great. In practice they may need more maintenance to ensure smells are under control.

The floor and the cleanliness was a perfect 6. If employees don't have much to do, someone could clean it. But the food and staff were nice.

I don't like using order machines and the older, short lady with short blonde hair was very annoyed that I wanted her to take my order. She wasn't friendly at all. She constantly tried to teach me how to use the order machine without any consideration for the customer.

I have to be honest, I actually like eating at mcces, but I was really very disappointed. My burgers were filled with old food that also smelled like it was “on the verge of mold,” which was no fun.

Shop closed at 8:30 a.m. even though signage on door states 8 a.m. as opening time.

Price performance absolutely underground. Freshness & quality... wholesomeness & feeling of satiety? None!!! It's best to call ahead and ask if the ice cream machine is working :-D

Super lovely staff, very accommodating. Table service came and we were really kindly told if something happened we should just talk to him. After 2 other mcds no longer had the light glasses (and we were insulted because we explicitly asked for them), we were lucky here and were rewarded with kindness. Gladly again

ICE MACHINE still not working 1 week later !! How is that possible ??

After a long time we wanted to have breakfast at MC Ds again. First I ordered via the app and then sat down directly at the table. The service was friendly and brought the food to the table super quickly and hot. The food was disappointing. Where I previously ordered a Mc Bacon Egg, today I had to order 2. The portions have halved compared to before. A quick, cheap breakfast is no longer possible. Paid 15 euros for 2 people, 1 coffee, a hot chocolate and 4 bacon eggs. The hot chocolate was hot, but the taste could be worked on for the price. The cheerful, inviting atmosphere of the past is also history. With the graffiti wall and everything tiled in gray, it is more reminiscent of a run-down train station. The floor and the ambience were not littered or dirty. But the tables have had better days and everything seems bleak and depressive. The predominantly red writing of the graffiti doesn't really make you feel comfortable. I miss the inviting atmosphere where smiling children enjoy eating with their parents and where you can afford a burger or breakfast for little money.

The dirtiest McDonald we have ever seen. The floor is a total disaster, it's sticky and dirty and there's still food leftovers everywhere.

Ive never had any issues with the food and the service has always been good as well!

Yesterday I was given normal nuggets instead of plant based, which of course I had to exchange because I ordered plant based. Today I had diarrhea and stomach pain, not recommended.

Staff was rude and when I told them they got my order wrong they dismissed me and the food never seemed fresh and I seen her put something in my drink from another cup.

The food tasted old, as if it had been extended several times in time, a burger came out wrong despite a note on the lid and the staff gave the impression that they had no desire to work at all

Clean, pleasant atmosphere as there isn't always loud music playing, so you can have a good conversation.

Very nice children's birthday party, including gift bags from McDonald. Nice decoration, very nice and friendly staff. Gladly again.

What a shop! If there wasn't an M hanging on the front, the store would have been closed long ago! Apparently the operation isn't developed enough. Ice cream machine is more broken than functional! Milkshake is supposedly too warm at 15 degrees outside temperature. Fast food is a thing of the past, slow food is more popular. You should take a look at the competition, McDonald's is way behind in terms of offers alone, just like the mobile phone app. I used to like going to McDonalds... Nowadays there is a wide berth around this club! My money just goes somewhere else.

Poor customer service. Our family went here and ordered food. My husband didn't want mcdonalds food so he brought his own food but never opened it. So I just ordered french fries and drink for him. My baby and I ordered happy meal and wrap meals and we were all eating. Suddenly mcdonalds crew came over and pointed my husband own food and "its not possible" lol She keeps coming over and check on our table several times to make sure my husband is eating his own food or not. Such a yuck things I have ever experienced. My husband never opened his food, just was in the bag. Food just was in the bag Geshutapo? Schtasi? Lol Real ridiculous. Just do your job and focus your work, not my food in the bag. I am eating McDonald's I ordered. Noodle brain people.

The women's toilet wasn't clean

A simple McDonald's. Everything was as expected with no issues. Until I found that they didn't fill the fries. Could be a little cleaner but customers are always very dirty so it's a challenge in itself.

It's McDonald's. Contactless ordering possible, I went through the drive through. Food was done quick and was how I ordered it.

Some employees are super rude specifically when you ask for simple sauces that you already order, just weird

War Eben seit Langem mal wieder dort im MC Drive 6 Cheeseburger bestellt auf dem Weg nach Hause war die Tüte leider nach 5 stück schon leer obwohl 6 bestellt waren kleiner Tip das nächste Mal an den Fingern abzählen wieviel 6 sind oder wenn die Hände nicht reichen die Schuhe ausziehen und an den Zehen weiterzählen.

The food is usually good at this store but today it was just ok. I got in there mid-afternoon right before quite a few people came in. The ladies behind the counter got me my food quickly and even packed it so it was easier for me to carry.

Personal sehr laut hinter der Theke.was interessieren mich ihre Privatproblemen. Warte jetzt schon über 20 min auf mein Essen. Tischservice??? Fast keine Kundschaft da????Nicht gerade sehr Kundenorientiert. Kommunikation und Organisation ist ihr echt eine Katastrophe. Mein Essen kam wie erwartet nur warm.

Es ist und bleibt n Mäckes. Da ist nix besonderes dran und wird auch was erzählenswertes passieren. 😂😂😂 Aber zwei Punkte stören halt schon EXTREM! 1. Schweden, Dänemark, Österreich und die Niederlande schaffen es ein glutenfreies Brötchen anzubieten. Der dämliche Deutsche Firmensitz muss dafür noch seine kleinen Eier suchen 🤷‍♂️ Wenn man dann einen BigMäc bestellt und bittet das super Personal darum, den Belage ZWISCHEN die Patties zu legen, schaffen sie noch nicht mal das. Da liegt der Salat dann doch wieder oben drauf mitsamt der Soße. Lässt sich auch perfekt essen in der Kombi. Denken ist hier eher Glückssache. Die Pommes sind meistens leider latschig, da zuviel vorbereitet wird. Auf die Bitte hin, man wolle frische Pommes wird erst garnicht eingegangen. 🤷‍♂️ POOR SERVICE. Aber Mäckes kann es sich ja leider leisten.

Für mich und meine Frau der Beste Mc Donalds in Kaiserslautern, immer Heiße Bürger und auch sonst das Essen top. Und auch die Dame am Drive in ist immer super Freundlich. Da können sich die anderen mal eine Scheibe abschneiden. Weiter so .

Was soll man groß berichten, ein Fastfood Restaurant wie alle anderen auch. Essen war genießbar, wird aber auch immer teurer 10,20 € für einen Burger mit kleiner Pommes und Cola ist eigentlich zu teuer. Dafür war's schnell da, war ja auch (zur Mittagszeit) kaum Betrieb.

Buono come tutti i Mc, ma con meno calca, quindi parcheggi liberi e poca attesa

Super nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen/tolles Team an dem Abend Bei mir ging leider ein remix Coupon nicht. Aber mir wurde sofort geholfen und das Problem gelöst.

Oft wird was vergessen, sei es die Soßen oder mal ganze burger. Weiß nicht was daran so schwer sein kann so eine tüte richtig zu packen. Sorry für gute 20 Euro ises einfach ein starkes Stück.

Bedienung nett, Wartezeit ok , nichts los hier... aber super dreckig. Mussten nach nem sauberen Tisch suchen, überall Pommes und Servietten auf dem Boden, Tablettwagen überfüllt... schade

Das Essen ist gut , der Service ebenso. Es ist sauber dort und man kann auch gut Vorort essen . Alles in allem ein relativ guter Mc Donalds .

Wurde frisch zubereitet nur fettiger als üblich

War nicht viel los und das Essen sah fast so aus wie in der Werbung und so hat's auch geschmeckt. Lange nicht mehr so über ein Essen in McDonald's gefreut

The food there is always fresh and if you do not get any fresh fries, you can always go inside and ask for more. The customer service there is spectacular. Also the way they make the Big Macs now spot on more sauce and you don't have to ask for extra.

Klassisches McDonald's Restaurant. Die Speisen waren lecker frisch zubereitet. Das Lokal war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuches sauber und ordentlich.

Eten was lekker, personeel was ok maar ook niet echt vriendelijk. En de sfeer zit echt niet goed. De enige "schilderijen" zijn gewoon lelijke foto's met overal graffiti opgespoten. Ook hygiëne is er loos. De vloer plakt gewoon! Dat kan toch beter...

Met het eten niets mis en de service was ook ok, maar de hygiëne kon beter (vettige, plakkerige grond en volle afvalkarretjes). Ook het decor met de graffiti geeft een slechte sfeer, vind ik.

Was soll man sagen? Essen,so wie erwartet. Nur die Wartezeit sollte man verkürzen.

Ich war vorhin dort und es war gut gefüllt. Kinder waren auch vorort. Und mann konnte lautstark die küche hören was dort für wörter flogen sollten die kinder nicht wirklich hören. Achtet Bitte auf eure wortwahl.

Nett bedindung schnell warm aber warum muss MC Donald auch so teuer werden geht bestimmt auch billiger für grossfamilie wird es ein seltenens Vergnügen werden

Ein sauber geführtes McDonalds mit den bekannten Mahlzeiten. Das Personal ist freundlich und nett. Hier bekommt man das, was man von einer McDonalds Filiale erwartet.

Pretty consistent for a McD's. Friendly staff, hot food, and good coffee. Pretty easy in/out too if you're headed on-base. Location was clean and the employees were friendly.

Many people have not heard of this place, but worldwide these guys have thrown down over 1 billion burgers. Yet no matter where you go they offer the exact same thing and the exact same quality. Now that's what I like about their consistency. No matter where I go I can count on this family run burger joint to meet my requirements.

Das Lokal ist sauber und hell (viele Fenster), die Bedienung ist freundlich und schnell; hätte nicht gedacht, dass es auch bei McDonalds Unterschiede gibt - aber hier sind die Hamburger/Sandwiches besser gemacht als in anderen Filialen.
