Overall was good food. I enjoyed the food but was missing a little bit of that thai taste and spice I was looking. Will eat here again for a good tasting meal

The food tasted reasonably good. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with other aspects of my visit. The service left something to be desired as the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, which contributed to a negative atmosphere. There was a lack of politeness and attention towards the guests, which spoiled the overall impression. Furthermore, the conditions in the restaurant were not satisfactory. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable inside, which affected the enjoyment of the meal. The lack of air conditioning or ventilation made the stay uncomfortable and unbearable, especially on warm days. Another point of criticism was the lack of an adequate way to wash hands. There was no washing area or suitable washing facilities, which did not meet a basic hygiene need. This is unacceptable in a restaurant and left an unhygienic impression. In summary, I would like to emphasize that the Meals restaurant offers culinary delights. The quality of the food was impressive. However, the poor service and conditions negatively impacted my visit. I hope that the management will improve these points to provide guests with an overall pleasant experience. If the relationship with your employees is very important to you, you should impose a ban on the premises now instead of putting money above your employees and customers. Napkins are not towels or cleaning products for greasy food. There is such a thing as disinfectant wipes. Behavior was disrespectful and provocative when I asked for a sink and advised you to ask your customers for disinfectant wipes next time or at least open the door as it is very hot inside!!!!!!! I would like to emphasize that it was not my intention to give an inaccurate or disrespectful review. My rating was based on my personal impressions and experiences during my visit. I understand that as a restaurant operator you also have your limits and do not want to be confronted with disrespectful behavior. If my behavior was perceived as inappropriate, I apologize. It was not my intention to provoke or disrespect anyone. Nevertheless, I stand by my assessment of the service quality and the conditions in the restaurant. My impressions were shaped by my personal experience and I shared them honestly and transparently. Regarding the washing area, I would like to note that I believe that a proper hand hygiene facility is important in a restaurant to ensure a hygienic environment. I am aware that this is not a legal requirement, however it is a factor that is important to many guests. Another suggestion would be a ventilation system to make guests feel comfortable. Thank you for your appreciation of customers and your commitment to product and service quality. I hope that you will continue your path of continuous improvement.

It is best to always check your take-away order immediately upon delivery. I've paid for missing items twice now. However, the ambience and service have now become very good. Keep it up!

Sehr leckeres Essen, für das man allerdings Zeit mitbringen muss. Die Weinbegleitung stimmt auch und der Service ist 1A

We almost got what we ordered. Instead of Coke Zero, Diet Coke was brought without asking. After all, this was communicated with the words: "We don't have any Coke Zero, I brought Diet Coke." Later (about 10 minutes) there was a call from behind the counter for someone to plug in the Coke Zero - thank you. The floor and the tables in the restaurant would definitely appreciate some attention.

Vorsicht ,Betrügers Waren heut mit freunde in der Fruchthalle str in kaiserslautern gewesen Bestellten an die 60 euro Als wir zuhause ankamen fehlten 3 Burgers Ich rief bei Burger King an und sprach mit dem Manager , sprach kaum Deutsch Er meinte kommen sie vorbei Als ich dort war, verlangte ich den Manager, leider kam er nicht Bei dem wir an der Kasse waren, meinte nur, er hätte alles eingepackt und ich wurde lügen Fand ich ein böse lose frechheit Ich hab es nicht nötig Als ich ihm auch sagte, ich wurde mich an Burger King wenden, sagte er....machen sie doch Auch jedes mal. Stehn die an der Kasse, und kauen Kaugummi Vorsicht vor dem Laden ,die ziehen einem Geld ab und lpacken nicht alles ein
