The food tasted reasonably good. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with other aspects of my visit. The service left something to be desired as the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, which contributed to a negative atmosphere. There was a lack of politeness and attention towards the guests, which spoiled the overall impression. Furthermore, the conditions in the restaurant were not satisfactory. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable inside, which affected the enjoyment of the meal. The lack of air conditioning or ventilation made the stay uncomfortable and unbearable, especially on warm days. Another point of criticism was the lack of an adequate way to wash hands. There was no washing area or suitable washing facilities, which did not meet a basic hygiene need. This is unacceptable in a restaurant and left an unhygienic impression. In summary, I would like to emphasize that the Meals restaurant offers culinary delights. The quality of the food was impressive. However, the poor service and conditions negatively impacted my visit. I hope that the management will improve these points to provide guests with an overall pleasant experience. If the relationship with your employees is very important to you, you should impose a ban on the premises now instead of putting money before your employees and customers. Napkins are not towels or cleaning products for greasy food. There is such a thing as disinfectant wipes. Behavior was disrespectful and provocative when I asked for a sink and advised you to ask your customers for disinfectant wipes next time or at least open the door as it is very hot inside!!!!!!! I would like to emphasize that it was not my intention to give an inaccurate or disrespectful review. My rating was based on my personal impressions and experiences during my visit. I understand that as a restaurant operator you also have your limits and do not want to be confronted with disrespectful behavior. If my behavior was perceived as inappropriate, I apologize. It was not my intention to provoke or disrespect anyone. Nevertheless, I stand by my assessment of the service quality and the conditions in the restaurant. My impressions were shaped by my personal experience and I shared them honestly and transparently. Regarding the washing area, I would like to note that I believe that a proper hand hygiene facility is important in a restaurant to ensure a hygienic environment. I am aware that this is not a legal requirement, however it is a factor that is important to many guests. Another suggestion would be a ventilation system to make guests feel comfortable. Super tasty, super fresh and good value for money. Better than Kentucky Fried

This place is like no other in Kaiserslautern. The service and the food were so delicious that my family and I decided to make reservations for dinner. Highly recommended.

If I could I would give no star at all. We placed our order and paid at 8:20 p.m. This included a Happy Meal for my son (nuggets and fries) and two small citizens for my husband and me. There was a lot going on that day (Sunday May 4th, 2025) and it was difficult to get a parking space. That's why I was expecting a wait. After half an hour it seemed too long, especially because people who came after us got their orders before us. We only asked after 50 minutes and had to hear that there were other people who had to wait for their orders. A man in front of us also complained because he had been waiting for 40 minutes. Then suddenly his order was ready within 5 minutes. After an hour we didn't want to wait any longer. The waiting time was excessively long for such a small order, even though it was busy that day. We asked for a refund and got the money back in cash even though we had paid by card. I suspect that you had forgotten our order or something was wrong in their work process. I have never experienced anything like this and will never go to this branch again.

Generell sehr gute Erfahrungen. Natürlich hat man ab und zu unerfahrene, neue Angestellte oder Wartezeiten entsprechend dem momentanen Andrang, aber ansonsten ist das Personal nett und die Bestellungen kommen zügig und vollständig. Wenn schon BK in Kaiserslautern, dann hier.
