Meals in Kaiserslautern

The food was reasonably tasty. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by other aspects of my visit. The service left much to be desired, as the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The employees seemed disinterested and unengaged, which contributed to a negative atmosphere. There was a lack of courtesy and attentiveness towards the guests, which marred the overall impression. Furthermore, the conditions in the restaurant were unsatisfactory. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable inside, which detracted from the enjoyment of the meal. The lack of air conditioning or ventilation made the experience unpleasant and unbearable, especially on warm days. Another point of criticism was the lack of adequate handwashing facilities. There was no washing area or suitable washing station, which failed to meet basic hygiene needs. This is unacceptable in a restaurant and left an unhygienic impression. In conclusion, I would like to emphasize that the Meals restaurant offers culinary delights. The quality of the food was impressive. However, the poor service and inadequate conditions negatively impacted my visit. I hope management will improve these points to provide guests with a thoroughly enjoyable experience. If your relationship with your employees is very important to you, you should issue a ban on the premises, not now, instead of prioritizing your employees and customers over money. Napkins are not towels or cleaning agents for greasy food. There are such things as disinfectant wipes. The behavior was disrespectful and provocative when I asked for a sink and suggested that next time you ask your customers for disinfectant wipes or at least open the door, as it's very hot inside! I want to emphasize that it was not my intention to leave an inaccurate or disrespectful review. My review was based on my personal impressions and experiences during my visit. I understand that you, as a restaurant owner, also have your limits and don't want to be confronted with disrespectful behavior. If my behavior was perceived as inappropriate, I apologize. It was not my intention to provoke or disrespect anyone. Nevertheless, I stand by my assessment of the service quality and the conditions in the restaurant. My impressions were shaped by my personal experience, and I communicated them honestly and transparently. Regarding the handwashing area, I would like to point out that I believe adequate hand hygiene facilities are important in a restaurant to ensure a hygienic environment. I am aware that this is not legally required, but it is a factor that is important to many guests. Another suggestion would be a ventilation system to provide guests with a more pleasant experience. The staff were extremely friendly! Very nice and welcoming. The food was also delicious. We stopped by on a whim and decided to try it. Therefore, 5 stars! I can recommend the French taco. My children and I enjoyed it.

Tolles French Tacos Restaurant! Die Tacos waren super lecker, die Lieferung war schnell und das Verpackung war ansprechend. Ich kann es nur empfehlen!

Wir haben bei Meals bestellt und waren mit unserer Bestellung sehr zufrieden. Wir haben drei verschiedene französische Tacos und drei Crepes mit Nutella bestellt und alles hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Tacos waren gut gewürzt und die Crepes waren großzügig gefüllt. Die Bestellung wurde auch sehr schnell geliefert. Alles in allem hatten wir eine angenehme Erfahrung und wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dort bestellen.

Wir haben einen French Taco zum mitnehmen bestellt und dieser wurde frisch vor unseren Augen zubereitet und der Geschmack hat uns restlos überzeugt. Wir waren hier sicher nicht zum letzen Mal! :)
