The food tasted reasonably good. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with other aspects of my visit. The service left something to be desired as the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, which contributed to a negative atmosphere. There was a lack of politeness and attention towards the guests, which spoiled the overall impression. Furthermore, the conditions in the restaurant were not satisfactory. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable inside, which affected the enjoyment of the meal. The lack of air conditioning or ventilation made the stay uncomfortable and unbearable, especially on warm days. Another point of criticism was the lack of an adequate way to wash hands. There was no washing area or suitable washing facilities, which did not meet a basic hygiene need. This is unacceptable in a restaurant and left an unhygienic impression. In summary, I would like to emphasize that the Meals restaurant offers culinary delights. The quality of the food was impressive. However, the poor service and conditions negatively impacted my visit. I hope that the management will improve these points to provide guests with an overall pleasant experience. If the relationship with your employees is very important to you, you should impose a ban on the premises now instead of putting money above your employees and customers. Napkins are not towels or cleaning products for greasy food. There is such a thing as disinfectant wipes. Behavior was disrespectful and provocative when I asked for a sink and advised you to ask your customers for disinfectant wipes next time or at least open the door as it is very hot inside!!!!!!! I would like to emphasize that it was not my intention to give an inaccurate or disrespectful review. My rating was based on my personal impressions and experiences during my visit. I understand that as a restaurant operator you also have your limits and do not want to be confronted with disrespectful behavior. If my behavior was perceived as inappropriate, I apologize. It was not my intention to provoke or disrespect anyone. Nevertheless, I stand by my assessment of the service quality and the conditions in the restaurant. My impressions were shaped by my personal experience and I shared them honestly and transparently. Regarding the washing area, I would like to note that I believe that a proper hand hygiene facility is important in a restaurant to ensure a hygienic environment. I am aware that this is not a legal requirement, however it is a factor that is important to many guests. Another suggestion would be a ventilation system to make guests feel comfortable. Poor customer service. Our family went here and ordered food. My husband didn't want mcdonalds food so he brought his own food but never opened it. So I just ordered french fries and drink for him. My baby and I ordered happy meal and wrap meals and we were all eating. Suddenly mcdonalds crew came over and pointed my husband own food and "its not possible" lol She keeps coming over and check on our table several times to make sure my husband is eating his own food or not. Such a yuck things I have ever experienced. My husband never opened his food, just was in the bag. Food just was in the bag Geshutapo? Schtasi? Lol Real ridiculous. Just do your job and focus your work, not my food in the bag. I am eating McDonald's I ordered. Noodle brain people.

Drive in you couldn't understand anything, maybe the system was broken? Then ordered food at the window. No drink was asked for and just any drink was given. I had to wait 10 minutes for my food to be ready.

Unsere Bestellung wurde vergessen, auf Nachfrage nach 20 Minuten hat es noch 10 Minuten gedauert bis die Bestellung fertig war. Keine Entschuldigung des Personals, die Pommes nicht knusprig und sehr fettig. Lange und künstliche Fingernägel in der Gastronomie ein absolutes no go, sehr unhygienisch.

Ich wollte kacken, ging nicht weil Klopapier leer. Bitte kümmern sie sich darum bevor ich ihnen das nächste mal in den gang kacke Essen war aber gut

Ich war am überlegen,ob ich was schreiben soll Ich schickte mein Sohn in den Burger king,hatte solchen appettit auf ein bing king gehabt Er benutze die app Bekam einen whopper menue ,und als beilage wollte ich noch chille cheese nuggets Für die chille cheese nuggets bezahlt er den volle preis Tratz app Als ich reklamierte ,sagte man mir Ich wurde mein Geld as ich zuviel bezahlte ,zurück bekommen Als ich nach ca 1 woche hin ging Meinte man nur ... können nix tun Hat Burger king so nötig , die Kunden über den Tisch zu ziehen ...pfui
