The food tasted reasonably good. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with other aspects of my visit. The service left something to be desired as the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, which contributed to a negative atmosphere. There was a lack of politeness and attention towards the guests, which spoiled the overall impression. Furthermore, the conditions in the restaurant were not satisfactory. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable inside, which affected the enjoyment of the meal. The lack of air conditioning or ventilation made the stay uncomfortable and unbearable, especially on warm days. Another point of criticism was the lack of an adequate way to wash hands. There was no washing area or suitable washing facilities, which did not meet a basic hygiene need. This is unacceptable in a restaurant and left an unhygienic impression. In summary, I would like to emphasize that the Meals restaurant offers culinary delights. The quality of the food was impressive. However, the poor service and conditions negatively impacted my visit. I hope that the management will improve these points to provide guests with an overall pleasant experience. If the relationship with your employees is very important to you, you should impose a ban on the premises now instead of putting money before your employees and customers. Napkins are not towels or cleaning products for greasy food. There is such a thing as disinfectant wipes. Behavior was disrespectful and provocative when I asked for a sink and advised you to ask your customers for disinfectant wipes next time or at least open the door as it is very hot inside!!!!!!! I would like to emphasize that it was not my intention to give an inaccurate or disrespectful review. My rating was based on my personal impressions and experiences during my visit. I understand that as a restaurant operator you also have your limits and do not want to be confronted with disrespectful behavior. If my behavior was perceived as inappropriate, I apologize. It was not my intention to provoke or disrespect anyone. Nevertheless, I stand by my assessment of the service quality and the conditions in the restaurant. My impressions were shaped by my personal experience and I shared them honestly and transparently. Regarding the washing area, I would like to note that I believe that a proper hand hygiene facility is important in a restaurant to ensure a hygienic environment. I am aware that this is not a legal requirement, however it is a factor that is important to many guests. Another suggestion would be a ventilation system to make guests feel comfortable. Extremely good chicken with all the trimmings. Really ok in terms of price

We almost got what we ordered. Instead of Coke Zero, Diet Coke was brought without asking. After all, this was communicated with the words: "We don't have any Coke Zero, I brought Diet Coke." Later (about 10 minutes) there was a call from behind the counter for someone to plug in the Coke Zero - thank you. The floor and the tables in the restaurant would definitely appreciate some attention.

Still the oldest and best Burger King in Kaiserslautern. Tastes a hundred times better than next to Rewe or Europaallee

Not edible for a minimum order value of €70. That's why I'd rather order more from Burger King next time. Kind regards back

Employees are fine. What's a shame is that the burgers are usually only served lukewarm. And why does the shop have to be so cold and the climate in operation? Very uncomfortable to eat without a jacket or even with a jacket. The heating could be on.

Normalerweise gut, der Service leidet aber, wie bei vielen ähnlichen Restaurants, unter immer wieder abgelöster und ersetzter Belegschaft. Leuten die kein so tolles Deutsch sprechen erklären zu müssen, wie Bestellungen zu funktionieren haben und dann TROTZDEM nicht das richtige Ergebnis zu bekommen ist leider etwas dass mehrmals schon vorkam. Aber die erfahrereren Kollegen beheben solche Fehler zum Glück dann aber schnell, deswegen nur ein Stern Abzug.

To all the people who want to eat there, it doesn't matter. Because the food was cold and some of the toilets were broken.
