Very tasty food, good and friendly service

The food tasted reasonably good. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with other aspects of my visit. The service left something to be desired as the staff was unfriendly and unprofessional. The staff seemed disinterested and unengaged, which contributed to a negative atmosphere. There was a lack of politeness and attention towards the guests, which spoiled the overall impression. Furthermore, the conditions in the restaurant were not satisfactory. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable inside, which affected the enjoyment of the meal. The lack of air conditioning or ventilation made the stay uncomfortable and unbearable, especially on warm days. Another point of criticism was the lack of an adequate way to wash hands. There was no washing area or suitable washing facilities, which did not meet a basic hygiene need. This is unacceptable in a restaurant and left an unhygienic impression. In summary, I would like to emphasize that the Meals restaurant offers culinary delights. The quality of the food was impressive. However, the poor service and conditions negatively impacted my visit. I hope that the management will improve these points to provide guests with an overall pleasant experience. If the relationship with your employees is very important to you, you should impose a ban on the premises now instead of putting money above your employees and customers. Napkins are not towels or cleaning products for greasy food. There is such a thing as disinfectant wipes. Behavior was disrespectful and provocative when I asked for a sink and advised you to ask your customers for disinfectant wipes next time or at least open the door as it is very hot inside!!!!!!! I would like to emphasize that it was not my intention to give an inaccurate or disrespectful review. My rating was based on my personal impressions and experiences during my visit. I understand that as a restaurant operator you also have your limits and do not want to be confronted with disrespectful behavior. If my behavior was perceived as inappropriate, I apologize. It was not my intention to provoke or disrespect anyone. Nevertheless, I stand by my assessment of the service quality and the conditions in the restaurant. My impressions were shaped by my personal experience and I shared them honestly and transparently. Regarding the washing area, I would like to note that I believe that a proper hand hygiene facility is important in a restaurant to ensure a hygienic environment. I am aware that this is not a legal requirement, however it is a factor that is important to many guests. Another suggestion would be a ventilation system to make guests feel comfortable. Simply awesome food. Great value for money. Fresh, delicious, brilliant. Always my pleasure.

Drink menu had variance to it, which I liked. Moscow mule tasted good. Burger was a little too oily for me. Onion Rings were crispy and lightly salted which was great, in my opinion. Service could be better. Food didn’t take too long to arrive, but we weren’t seated right away despite having a few open seats that were clearly visible from the waiting area.

Were there with 4 people. Had reserved. Got a table next to the door. Was very cold (despite heating). Pulled hard as all possible doors were open. Long waiting time. We decided (because it was too cold) to take the food with us. At home we discovered that they hadn't packed the salmon with the salad.

Tried the fricasses and chapati and they were really delicious! The food was prepared with heart and was very clean and hygienic

We ordered in advance for 8:30 p.m. and the food arrived at 9:20 p.m. Almost an hour late. I mean, I understand that it can't be there at 8:30 p.m. sharp, but if you pre-order then I expect the food to be there around that time. All you hear from the driver is "I'm just the driver" and call my boss. Impossible, especially since I tried to call several times! He didn't even apologize! That's not possible for me, it can also scare away your customers! Actually, I always liked ordering, but this evening really annoyed me, especially since the child was extremely hungry after soccer. Despite everything, the food was good!

*** Edit to answer the response I got. We are definitely not allergic. We've been eating sushi all our lives. To add that the server had no problem conversing with us while we were ordering in German and English. Communication problem and no "no understanding" us started once we were having our meal and I started asking where does the fish come from. We got food poisoning from this place. We are definitely not coming back. While we were having our meal, I asked the owners, the person who were preparing the food and the one who served it, where did the fish and sea food came from. I was curious - after all we were eating raw fish and sea food. They couldn't understand me in English or German. After a while with the help of their child who translated and Google translate they vaguely answered that it comes from all over... Now we have food poisoning.

I ordered 2 Çiğköfte dürüm and the salad was simply missing. My colleague ordered lahmacun and falafel dürüm, and the salad was also missing.

Very hidden but an absolute insider tip. We came across the restaurant via the Schlemmerblock and were immediately impressed. Great service and cozy atmosphere. The food was super tasty (be careful with the spiciness) and also at a fair price. We'd love to come back.

Ordered once, but the food never arrived... no one answered the phone either... the good reviews are probably just advertising from the family
