Started off with their fried onion rings platter, which was a generous portion. We both got the fuego burger which was delicious and actually spicy. Victoria was our server and she was wonderful; polite, sweet and checked up on us. Great spot if you want a good burger!

I had an amazing experience at Smash and Dash in Kaiserslautern! The food was fresh and flavorful,— exactly what you want when you’re hungry and craving something good. But the real highlight was my server, Victoria. She was incredibly friendly, attentive without being intrusive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I sat down. She handled everything with a smile and even gave us great recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend asking for Victoria if you want top-notch service!

Victoria was fantastic. I have gotten food from here many times, but this last visit was probably the best. I was there with a group. We ordered several drinks, but one of the drinks came out pretty late. Victoria gave us that drink on the house. She’s extremely friendly, easy to talk to, and caring. 10/10 service.

There were four of us eating there and the burgers were OK but nothing special. We expected more for the price.

We were spontaneously in Kaiserslautern and stumbled upon Smash and Dash. From the outside, it looks very unassuming, but after climbing a stone staircase, you enter the restaurant, which is beautifully decorated. The burgers are very greasy but taste great. The service was super friendly, but they only spoke English, which might be a problem for some people. The menu is only in English, so perhaps they could switch it to two languages. You can pay in cash or by card.

Unfortunately no vegetarian option.

The burgers are okay, but nothing more. Given the hype, I expected them to be a flavor explosion – but that wasn't the case. There are definitely better smash burgers out there. The location, though, is super cool and looks really impressive. On the plus side: There's a kids' menu that's completely reasonable in price. And the portion of onion rings is more than adequate for the price.

Absolutely delicious burgers and very friendly service. We've been here a few times and we felt very comfortable. Both the service and the food were excellent. The child-friendliness is worth mentioning, which leaves a lot to be desired in some other restaurants. Here, they even handed us a children's book to make our little guests feel at home. Keep up the good work, highly recommended.

4.5 Stars. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, though that might come from the fact that I was with friends and family. Food: 4 stars. It wasn't overly greasy and was fairly yummy. The sauces were good and tasty, while the variety of the different burgers was incredible. None of us in my party had one, but the burger of the month was called the Spongebob, and it has pineapple on it. Service: 5 stars. The waiters were all smiling and happy. Their cheerful demeanor was fun and made the experience better. They spoke good English as well. The food was brought out quickly as well. Atmosphere: 5 stars. It was loud, but not uncomfortably so. The decorations was nice as well.

Best burger I ever had- if I dreamed up a burger and was able to make it- it is this burger. I’ve had burgers in many countries and this is my favorite of anywhere. I love the double OG, but the bacon jammer was also a hit. The tots, fries, and onion rings were all devoured as well. Highly recommend- don’t skip this one.

So, we ordered something there for the first time in a while. We were very disappointed. My burger was way too salty, the fries were okay. Three out of four people weren't satisfied and couldn't eat almost any of it. We're not used to that kind of thing from you guys!

The restaurant has a rustic decor, with outdoor seating. Our burgers were good to very good without any ifs or buts. Only the fries were below average. The tater tots and onion rings, on the other hand, were highly recommended. The onion rings are available for an additional charge. If you want a good burger, this is the place to go, but you should definitely choose the tater tots or onion rings as a side.

Been craving a classic American-style smash burger for a while, and finally got one today — the Oklahoma Double. It came with two smashed patties, a really good sauce that tied everything together, and a side of potato tater tots. The burger was legit — juicy, flavorful, and super satisfying. The tater tots, though, were kind of hit or miss. Some were fresh and crispy, but a few tasted like they’d been sitting around — overly salty and definitely not as good. Also grabbed a Coke, and the whole thing came to 18 euros. Considering how filling it was, I’d say it was a pretty solid deal overall.

Was craving for some fatty burger and it was the one what we are looking!! We had the bacon and also original one! Woahh that was bombe 😍😍 was good, fast service and the cola float, you have to try if you don’t know that haha cola with ice cream. They have inside and outside place and a lot of games to play as well

The day before yesterday I had everything from a bowl to sweets for two people delivered to my home. There was something missing from the sweets. I think it got lost in all the hustle and bustle, but that doesn't matter. The rest was perfect. I also called the lady who apologized and told her that there was a point deduction, but overall the rest was great 👍🏽

Not my cup of tea. The burger was ok but the bacon is way too thick for a burger in my opinion. The onion rings were either over fried or fried in old oil or both, they were not edible. I told the waitress and she told me she’d let the kitchen know but offered no replacement or discount; however when I paid I repeated my concern about the onion rings and I was offered a discount. Overall everyone was nice inside, the location is convenient, the restaurant is modern, although I saw insect traps down by the bathrooms was a bit concerning and the food was not great so I won’t be back.

It was our last supper in Germany and it was a great one. 10 out of 10! See you next time.

Being a fan of "Smached" meat, it was truly excellent at a very reasonable price. The American feel of the place adds an extra touch of holiday charm.

Very good smashed burger joint. Prices are moderate, but portions are definitely large enough. Good selection of drinks. Nice little beer garden. Nice seating inside too, though unfortunately, it's not air-conditioned. Service is very friendly and quick.

This was the second time that we have been there and it is really good. The tater tots are very good that you get with the burgers. The atmosphere in there is a lot of fun, they have games to play to pass time with friends while you wait on your food. The bathroom is fun because the toilet is in a giant egg.

The food and drinks were good. I had an appetizer, two drinks, the Bacon Jammer, and tots. The amount of food is filling and plenty to share. The atmosphere was nice and clean with cute bike decoration on the wall.

Always have an enjoyable time here with friends and family. Also, the food is great simple menu with some really good burgers and the onion rings are out of this world. One thing I’d like to point out is the receipts that they give you do not list the address of the restaurant which is required by German law And this may affect folks who are trying to use those receipts for purposes.

Refreshing, friendly and positive vibes. The girls and the boys are helpful and super kind. A few selection of burgers but they mastered them a 100% and the side dishes‘ crunchines matches them percectly. Loved it!

It was not the type of Smash we expected...it was very overcooked with the edges of the burger toasted if not burnt.

We went there for burgers last week. Food was ok except for the potato tods, which used old fat. You could taste it. What I think is an absolute no-go, it's ok if there are Americans in there and you speak English to them, but if you notice they're Germans like us, what's the point of the waitress speaking English to us all the time??!! It doesn't work at all! We are in Germany and not in America!!!!

For me it's by far the best smashburger in all of Germany, I've visited all the best burger shops in Germany, but none have come as far as this smashburger, the crust is simply perfect. It's perfectly seasoned the meat, the density of the taste, the aromas and also those nice potato pancakes on the side with the exceptional drinks. You think you're in America.

The place is cool, and the waiters are very friendly. The food was pretty average to me, the fries seemed like those frozen ones from the supermarket, and the burger had a very normal taste, nothing special. It’s good, but I was expecting a much better flavor.

The food was absolutely incredible! I ordered the bacon smash burger, which turned out to be enormous—definitely bigger than I anticipated. As much as I wanted to save half for later, the mouthwatering flavors were simply too tempting, and I ended up devouring the whole thing on the spot. I can't recommend this place enough; you have to stop in and try it for yourself!
