Very good burgers, the salad was also very good. Special requests for the burger were taken into account and fulfilled. Price performance fits. The ambience with the "little houses" is very well done, but we got the last free one and sat a bit forgotten. However, we were served in a timely and friendly manner.

Never again. We ordered and my daughter and I had to go to the toilet first. We were shocked at the filthy condition we found it in. The doors couldn't be closed properly because they dragged on the floor. The toilets, the sinks and everything around them were dirty. As if it had never been cleaned there before and if it had, it was with a greasy rag. The whole thing disgusted me so much that I lost my appetite. I imagined what the kitchen would look like. With difficulty I ate something because I was hungry. I've had heartburn ever since. The young lady's service was good. The food at other burger restaurants is better. The toilet facilities can be compared to those in the motorway parking lots. It's just disgusting

My visit to this burger restaurant was absolutely great! As soon as you enter you can tell that attention is paid to quality and atmosphere. The restaurant is stylishly furnished with a cozy atmosphere that invites you to linger. The burgers were really fantastic! The meat was juicy and perfectly fried, the rolls were fresh and fluffy, and the toppings harmonized wonderfully with each other. You can immediately tell that high-quality ingredients are used here. I was particularly impressed by the creative burger variants available here - a real taste experience! The side dishes, such as the crispy sweet potato fries and the homemade sauces, were also a real highlight. The service was friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The staff seemed to be in a good mood and made you feel completely comfortable. Overall, a fantastic burger restaurant that I would highly recommend. Here you not only get a delicious burger, but also an all-round successful experience!

Sometimes I wonder why we even go there anymore. Probably ultimately because of the awesome burgers. But that's all around it... As I said, the burger and drinks themselves are good, although we also had moldy raspberries in our cocktail two years ago. But the cutlery that has been really questionably dirty for years (see picture) where you can even feel the greasy water residue when you touch it is really just disgusting. If you ask and complain, you will get a new potty with new cutlery that looks exactly like that... awesome. But the main thing is 100 dishes on offer and 10 menus on the table xD Just polish your cutlery. It's not that difficult. Industrial dishwashers often don't clean properly, so they have to be reworked!!! In addition, the drinks prices are quite questionable given the quantity. Some tables upstairs are also very dark. The table next door was just reading the menu with the cell phone light. Wtf! The best thing: at around 7:30 p.m. the already very dark light was dimmed even further xD no more words. At least it was made brighter again at our request. With very little effort you can improve a lot. Do something!!! Your food is awesome.

My man and I come here almost every day after work. And he always orders food for himself. Unfortunately, I cannot eat food here because I have health problems. I have a very strict diet. And most of the waiters who work here know this, and I have nothing against it. One of the new waiters today confronted me because I ate low-fat cottage cheese with blueberries and banana. We did order drinks though. And every day my man has dinner at this establishment. Next time we will think about coming to this establishment again. Zero understanding. It took a while at the beginning until we were served, but that was still within reason. We each had a chicken burger and were very impressed with the taste. I had fries with it, which were also delicious. It's not cheap, but we were really satisfied. The waitresses were all very nice. We'll be back.

OMG! We will definitely return! The food was surprisingly amazing! They have such a huge selection of burgers and gourmet at that. They also have great salads. We ordered The Joseph Burger and I don't remember the name of my salad, but it had mixed greens, sugared pecan nuts, pickled onions, and other yummy ingredients, such as goat cheese and a vinaigrette dressing that took this salad to the next level. The sweet potato fries were delish, as was the strawberry lemonade with mint leaves. We didn't have dessert because the portions were big, so we'll return for just dessert next time and take our food to-go. Oh, the place was clean, had fast service and friendly service. I wish we had this place in the USA. You can't go wrong here! Enjoy 😋

Good burgers and the price is okay too ✌️

Unfortunately I no longer recommend this place. Our last visit was really very disappointing. Get poor quality burgers for expensive money. The meat is dry and the ingredients are few.

Went here again and this order was delicious. The rosti patty, burger patty and fried egg was delicious. The jalapeño fries were tasty as well. Their burgers are so good. I recommend having them in person as fries just don’t travel; however, their sammies and the spatzle are next level in terms of thought and care into flavor profiles. Spatzle with house made fried onion is crazy. You must eat here in person as their delivery is tasty but in person must be lightening.

After we were very disappointed last time, we tried it again yesterday. Very tasty this time and pleasant in terms of the amount of sauce.

Great burgers and fries, new fresh tastes

Unfortunately, there is no vegan food among the desserts and the vegan burgers all come in very unusual flavors

I've eaten here often with family and friends and everyone was full and satisfied at the end. I can most recommend the truffle fries and the kiwi lemonade. The burgers are delicious but I've definitely had better ones.

We wanted to attend my stepdaughter's swearing-in ceremony there today. Unfortunately, it took a long time before a waitress came to take the drinks. The food was good as always. Afterwards, however, we were simply left sitting after clearing the plates. Nobody came, neither to ask if we would like to go nor to pay. By the way: the toilets are really disgusting. The floor is sticky, wet and dried spots everywhere. Also on the walls. The treads inside are also very dirty and sticky.

Ordered food and after less than 4 minutes all 4 dishes arrived. That's when I know I'm in a fast food joint and not a restaurant. The patties turned out to be slices of minced meat that had been barely cooked through and the water was just running out of them. The brioche bun was the cheapest industrial wheat bun. So dry it crumbled in your fingers. The highlight was the homemade fried onions. These were a brown, clumped, tough mass that could only be worked with a knife using force. The fact that the Cheddar cheese was the cheapest industrial processed cheese slices fit the picture. My impression is that all the ingredients for the burgers are prepared well in advance. The burger is then built from it, the whole thing is briefly put in the microwave and the burger is ready, which at 10 euros in the snack bar would have been too expensive for what was offered.

It took a long time for someone to come to our table, even though there was almost nothing going on. But the food was really tasty.

The food was excellent; tasty, great presentation & portion size was spot-on for all four individuals. Enjoyed the outdoor patio immensely. While the waiter was quite busy, they did a fabulous job and met all expectations.

Quaint and cozy. Always well attended. I've been there several times and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Depending on which seat you get, the noise level is actually quite pleasant and you can have a good conversation.

The burger was good but not the best I've had here in the KMC area.

It is burgers, but it was great! A large selection of interesting alcoholic and non- alcoholic drinks. The thin burgers are really great because the toppings mostly come on the side so you can build your burger the way you want. The service was excellent. A great place to hang out for a leisurely meal. We were there for lunch, but it looks like a very fun place for dinner and drinks too.

Not a good place, food was not very good but they also double charged me and refuse to help me correct it. Avoid at all cost.

Super tasty burgers, large portions. The sweet potato fries were amazing! The strawberry lemonade was too sweet for me personally and tasted artificially like strawberry syrup and we had to wait a little longer, but it's still worth a visit and the service was super nice!

Families with small children don't seem to be served here. The young waitress accompanied us to the table in a friendly manner, but after that we were coldly ignored. Orders were taken and drinks were brought to the tables that were occupied after us, in the immediate vicinity, but unfortunately not to us. Then they left again.

Unfortunately, this establishment does not accept American Express as a form of payment. Please be prepared to use an alternative payment method. They do not provide a physical copy of the English menu as they do for the German menu. Instead, you'll need to scan the QR code using your phone's camera for an English menu that doesn’t have pictures. I went July 5th for dinner. A few tables behind us, a group of inebriated American military personnel were causing a disturbance. As we were placing our order, one of them began vomiting profusely, creating an unpleasant odor. The distressing sounds of retching, accompanied by his friends' encouragement, completely ruined my appetite. While I recognize that this incident was beyond the restaurant’s control, it significantly detracted from our dining experience. We chose to sit outside to enjoy the weather.

For me, Sissi und Franz is the best burger shop in all of Kaiserslautern. Just really good burgers every time, be it Charlemagne or Karolina, both are very, very tasty. The Pomm Sissi, which are topped with rocket, truffle mayo and Parmesan, are simply a must. If you are in Kaiserslautern, you should definitely stop by and see for yourself. Highly recommended!👍🏽😄

Great burgers, good service and good price-value relationship.

The alcohol drinks had attractive names, the one I ordered was Blink Blink, but they barely had any liquor in them if any at all. The kiwi mango lemonade didn't taste anything like lemonade. The chicken sandwich I had was very delicious but it wasn't hot it was warm. I don't think that is the way it was supposed to be served.

Has decreased significantly. After a few years, the furniture has already fallen into disrepair and the whole store smells bad. Tables, chairs, menus & sauce boxes are mostly filthy. If there's nothing going on, just wipe. Hope it doesn't look like that in the kitchen.

Food tasty, but everything a bit cold. Prices are already high, especially for soft drinks (small cola €4.20) and the furnishings are too worn out, especially the toilets (door handles broken, taps loose, no toilet paper). So price/performance doesn't fit. ***Update after a year: toilets still broken. Unfortunately the burger wasn't warm

We were there on the last day of the Lautern match. It was very crowded but we still managed to get a seat. It was very delicious . It's worth it. The decor and very nice and there are lots of places inside.

Burger restaurant chain in Kaiserslautern in the former, beautifully renovated McDonalds. Burger selection very good and tasty.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated with many small niches that make it comfortable even for larger groups. The service was always nice and courteous. Even with a baby, the stay was no problem. The burgers taste good and the fries are nice and crispy and soft at the same time. Only the price seems quite high without using the menu options. I think 25€ for a burger with fries and a drink is quite a lot of money. Otherwise everything was great!

Very nice service, very nice atmosphere

the food and drinks are always great. However, after you have had your meal, you have to make a lot of effort to get the staff if you want something else. We sat at the table unnoticed for a good 30 minutes. after the second drink then 45 minutes. Then we paid and went to a bar next door...what a shame!

We wanted to order there today. When it comes to vegan burgers, I noticed that the buns are still labeled with dairy products. My wife has a severe, life-threatening milk protein allergy, so we called to ask. After explaining the problem, they simply hung up. We called again and someone else answered the phone. In the background, the guy who was on the first call said he “didn’t feel like talking to her on the phone.” You are definitely rid of us as customers.

It was full, but 70 minutes for food to be ready and 30 minutes for simple drinks is far too long. No communication about this in advance or in the meantime. The food was lukewarm for everyone at the table. Taste okay, presentation very good.

Second time eating here and the service and food was just as good as it was 8 months ago when I was last in town. This place will be a regular stop for me when I travel through Kaiserslautern.

We were there for the first time. The burgers were better than the 2 big chains but nothing special. The fries with parmesan and truffle mayo were nothing. The mayo in a bowl would help so that half of it doesn't drown in mayo and the other half stays dry. And I had to look for the parmesan. I pulled it over the plane once and it wasn't any good either. I've seen and eaten much better parmesan fries. Food came quickly and service was friendly.

An unusual restaurant location for Kaiserslautern. The main thing here seems to be homemade burgers.

Don't look too far to find another burger place, this one is it! The atmosphere is perfect for lunch or dinner but I would suggest eating a little further from the doors as it does smell like cigarettes while you're eating too close to outside. The Truffle Fries were the best I've had in Germany so far because the sauce is a perfect pair with the crunch of the fries! I didn't get to try the desert, they have various waffles & milkshakes but I was too full to try any of them! Next time for sure!

Perfect place. Children are welcome, there is a games room. The staff is pleasant and helpful, with a smile on their face. The dishes are delicious, drinks are served quickly as expected. You can relax on the terrace outside or on one of the two floors of the restaurant itself.

Leider vom Essen her eine komplette Enttäuschung. Der Fetakäse auf dem Burger wurde scheinbar direkt von der Dose auf den Burger gelegt. Frage mich wie man auf diese Idee kommt. Die frittierten Zwiebeln waren kalt und schmeckten nach altem Öl. Pommes waren nicht besser und der der Salat mit einem seltsamen nicht definierbaren Dressing ertränkt. Dieser Laden hat es in die Top 10 meiner schlechtesten Restaurants geschafft.

Really nice Burger Place in the heart of Kaiserslautern. The menu offers a lot of options, as well as for meat lovers, but also many vegetarian or vegan options. The interior is very nice and it feels like you’re in an Austrian mountain hut. Strong recommendation

Large selection, food is tasty, but could be warmer (noticed several times recently). On Fridays we had to wait forever to be served. Out of frustration, we eventually moved on. Music was sometimes too loud.

During our visit we had to wait almost an hour until our order was taken. Then the burgers and fries arrived. The fries were ok, but you can't go too wrong with fries now. The burgers were very disappointing. They were dry as hell! The patties were fried far too long in my opinion. I don't think my wife and I will visit this restaurant again.

Good food in itself, especially the desserts are very tasty. Unfortunately, it is quite misleading that vegan burgers are offered but with non-vegan buns on the menu. Maybe you should change it. Otherwise very nice staff.

I've been there a few times now and the service has always been friendly and accommodating. I think the niches with the benches in them are very nice. The homemade lemonade is amazing and the waffles are also super delicious - not to mention the huge burgers and crunchy fries. I had a vegetarian burger and the paddie was really good. The only thing I would have to complain about is that you are spoiled for choice until you decide whether it should be sweet or salty today🙈

It was our first time in this restaurant. We did like the restaurant and the burger. But waited for a long time to give an order, even though there were only a few customers. They have a kids' play area but a shelf fell right next to my daughter. They didn't secure them. If you are making kids play area, you must make it safe first. I am glad, the shelf fell next to my daughter. I couldn't able to enjoy my meal. Workers, act like nothing happened.🫣

Disappointed. We ordered online and it took 2 hours for us to get our food. We could have spent our money on a more reliable restaurant with better food at this point. We ordered at 1810 and it delivered at 2010. On a Tuesday! I called at 1 hour and 45 minutes since the order was placed and they verified our order with no further explanation. They laughed and said goodbye. My previous positive review does not stand anymore. We will not return in person or have delivery. There are better food and service options in the downtown area and in KTown.
