Had lunch and it was pretty quiet which was perfect to decompress from work. Mango habanero is just hot enough and the BBQ honey sauce was perfect.

The very first impression wasn't that positive, but that may have been due to my mood. The food was very good, the service sensational. The prices are absolutely justified in relation to the size of the portions. We would love to come back.

I ordered a large Texas burger, unfortunately it was a bit dry and the meat was the same. It was better there. Feedback from the boss “have a nice evening”

Went to the Old Station for the first time today and definitely not the last time. Homemade lemonade was great and the food was excellent across the board and first of all the dessert. I'm not a fan of sweets but I would have liked to have had more space here to eat every dessert. Service was excellent and attentive, I often asked if everything was OK without seeming intrusive. Rarely where you are explicitly asked again in a restaurant whether the degree of doneness of the steak is right. There were 5 of us and we had two strollers with us and we were there for almost 3 hours and at no time did they come and push us or do anything else that they needed the space, even though we came without a reservation and it got really crowded

After 25 minutes there still was no service person. It was just cold in there. So in a restaurant you should pay some attention to the well-being of the customers. We then went to another restaurant without saying anything that had 5+ stars in all areas. I can't say anything about the food because we didn't get any food. But according to friends, food should taste good. Maybe We were just there on the wrong day.

What we got was very good. Both the burger and the meat in general very good. Strange that they make you pay for the bowl of mustard!! A little chilly environment... an old renovated warehouse but they put us right at the entrance.

Good ambience, good service but the food. Now was the second chance but unfortunately it was nothing again. The quantity was too much, the starters and the main courses meat was really dry and firm and everything tasted the same! No play with fresh or sour notes to relax the palate. This time I didn't express any direct criticism of the service, but I wasn't really asked when I said it was like that.

The burger at Oldstation was simply fantastic! Perfectly roasted meat, fresh ingredients and a bun that not only looks good but also tastes great. Everything was harmonious and prepared to a high quality. If you're looking for a really good burger, you should definitely stop by here!

Fun atmosphere with very friendly service! We didn’t have a reservation but were seated right away. Our drink orders were taken right away and brought out quickly. We ordered mozzarella sticks for an appetizer and burgers for our meal. The mozzarella sticks came out fast and were on a bed of French fries. The mozzarella sticks were delicious, not greasy, and had a nice dipping sauce. The burgers came out about fifteen minutes after we finished our appetizer and were wonderful. The bun was soft and fresh and had a little sweetness to it. The avocado tasted great on my burger and I added bacon that was crispy. The burgers came with a side of fries. The server was very friendly and when we went up to pay we were greeted my another very friendly staff member. They have a large selection of food and drinks. We will definitely go back.

The man who appeared to be in charge was rude to his staff, annoying to the customers, and both disgusting and disrespectful to every woman there. No reason to ever return.

Nice shop - good atmosphere :-) The service was all very nice, only the beginning was a bit bumpy. We got a seat without a reservation and then had to wait about 10 minutes for service. That didn't bother us that much, we had enough time for the map but the wait makes us thirsty. All's well that ends well - we were full, the food was good and plentiful. We recommend the chicken wings with honey BBQ sauce and the schnitzel was said to be very tasty :-)

Delicious food and friendly service

It could be cleaner, there were a lot of cobwebs on the window right at eye level. I accidentally got to the plants and a lot of leaves fell off, it's a shame

Food was good . The tomato soup was on point however no bread or crackers to go with it. My wife’s chicken wings were great , good flavor , not dry , dipping Sauce was great. However for a place that was no very busy maybe 20 People there the place hold about 75-100 people …the service was bad …. Order a bottle water never got it even asking for a second time never got it , Ask for pepper 10 mins later , she brings salt , as for napkins and bought them when we finish dinner. Trying to find her for the check didn’t happen we had to ask another person bring it , he could tell we were not happy with the service there. Could have been just an off night for that place but 1st impression go a long way. We wil not go back just because of the slow and poor service they had on what I see as a slow night

We were 2 adults and 1 child. 1. the ambience: It's nothing special, but everything you need is there (children's chair, etc.). The chairs are quite uncomfortable outside. 2. the service: I'm just describing my daily experience. We were greeted quite friendly, but not very welcoming. After I told the waitress that we would like to eat in the restaurant, he led us to our seat. We got the tickets. My husband's card fell apart. It already happens. When the next waitress came to take our order, her listlessness was unbeatable. No smile or anything similar. Words like “anything else?” are not really appropriate when serving in a restaurant. I then gave her the card that was broken again and said kindly that unfortunately it was broken. It came back: ah ok. End of story and it was placed on the pile of other cards. In general, the waitresses were all very unmotivated that day. I understand it wasn't busy and it was very warm. Everything was good, but we didn't feel comfortable at all. More like a burden that you just have to work off... What a shame! 3. the food was delicious, but we simply found it too expensive. 70€ for 3 people, including 1 small child. We had 2 burgers, 3 non-alcoholic drinks and 1 children's meal. It was a hamburger, it was definitely too expensive for a children's meal. Unfortunately we only noticed this too late. Conclusion: the food is delicious, the rest is okay. We won't be visiting anymore.

This place was pretty cute and a convenient choice for a quick bite to eat! I got the Mozzarella Schnitzel and it was really really good and fresh!

Visited OS yesterday for dinner. The service was excellent. Our waiter (A Bulgarian) checked on us multiple times and removed complete meal plates expediently. The strawberry lemonade was tasty, and the athmosphere in the old station made one feel welcome. The food however was not something that would make me return to this establishment. I had the largest advocado burger (image), but had not advocado. It was commercial and old tasting guacamole. The burger patties were overcooked and dry with no taste. The burger itself cost 18 Euros, but was not even accomponied by fries, which I feel was unfortunate for the cost. I added a "spiegelei" (Fried Egg), which was fully cooked and cost 2.50 Euros which is basically almost a carton of eggs. Another dish that we had was the "Mozarella Schnitzel" (ESCALOPE WITH MOZZARELLA), which was thin and togh. It's a matter of fact, it was so tough, that it had to be cut with a serrated knife. Usually, I try to give restaurants multiple tries, but on this occasion, it ill be a hard pass.

Salad was inedible, schnitzel was fine. Burgers were good. The boss comes to collect in person, so whether the waitress gets a tip is questionable.

The food tasted very good. The burgers are just way too high to eat with your hand. It is possible to order the vegetarian burger as the other burger variants (which is unfortunately not on the menu) here the vegetarian burger as the avocado burger. The price-performance ratio is just ok. The service was nice.

Its gotten way worse of the years the prices have skyrocketed the cleanliness is bad the atmosphere is below okay. My favorite burger got took of the menu. I would go as far as to saying burger King would be a better option due to it having better prices, faster serving time and being cleaner. Short formed: Find a different restaurant

Today was my first time here and I have to say the food was excellent. The menu was very unusual. The prices are appropriate for the portions. Parking spaces are directly in front of the restaurant. The staff was nice and accommodating. I can only recommend it.

I had a chili burger, my two colleagues had bacon burgers to get to the point it was almost perfect price performance good the taste was very good I have to say it was the best burger I have ever eaten in Germany to date. Little to nothing to complain about.

Unvisitable! Staff 98% unfriendly, burger patty's completely through, mascarpone cream frozen, burger bun burnt on top, fries more than cross, chocolate cake with a "liquid" core tastes exclusively like dough and nothing is liquid. As compensation, espresso that never arrived. Absolutely not recommended, we are extremely disappointed and completely overpriced for this service! I would really prefer the golden M. We were there after a long and hard day when the waiter asked us whether we were having relationship stress and whether he should help us... so if you're expecting a rustic restaurant here, you'll get kebab shop 2.0 with high prices

Very pleasant staff and nice, cozy atmosphere. The food was generous in portion size so it justified the price. A nice surprise, I recommend it.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be. Quality has declined tremendously while prices have skyrocketed. I especially find drink prices exaggerated.

Kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. Sehr überteuert und das Essen hat überhaupt nicht geschmeckt. Spargeleintopf bestellt. Sehr fade, kein Geschmack, die Soße sehr wässerig. Das Essen ging zurück und bekam es dann mit Fertigsosse zurück. Die Schnitzel furchtbar trocken und das Schweinesteak ebenso. Mit 7 Personen da gewesen, leider waren alle unzufrieden. Von mir leider NULL Punkte Auf nimmer Wiedersehen

The food. Service and ambience are OK. However, in my opinion the price/performance ratio is rather too expensive. I think around €20 for a burger with fries is too much. This is also one of the restaurants where you now pay extra for ketchup and mayo. The drinks prices are also excessive. There are other restaurants where you feel better off.

The burgers were really great, but unfortunately the calamari was really bad. (It just tasted like fat) The service seemed very bored or unsympathetic, but there was hardly anything going on when we were there.

9.20 for a large wine spritzer is too expensive. In the old town, a large wine spritzer of the same size costs 4.50.

We were here on a Saturday evening. We had reserved a table and were seated in the worst place in the whole store, right next to the entrance. There were people standing next to us every 2 minutes, waiting to be assigned a table. We were constantly being watched over our food and were basically at eye level with those waiting. That was very unpleasant. We asked the waitress if we could get another table and pointed to a free table in the corner. We were denied this because it was made for 4 people. Less than a minute later a couple came without a reservation and got the table in question. It was so loud that we couldn't have a conversation because there were always people waiting next to us and the music was very loud. The food was ok. Nothing special, but relatively expensive (€15 for a vegetarian burger plus €5 for fries). The toilets are not in the building and you have to walk there through the parking lot. All in all, not a nice experience. The service wasn't particularly friendly either. We won't be coming back.

Showed up Sunday afternoon, without reservations and accompanied by a friend of mine. Great food. Great service. I had the BBQ Bacon burger. Now they make medium and large. Word from the wise, they just stack more thick patties. I had to Disassemble mine to fit. Tasted wonderful.

Unfortunately, Corden Bleu wasn't that great, but the burger was. Service was quick and friendly, but unfortunately the shop was very inflexible when it came to dessert (ice cream selection).

I have often eaten there when there is little going on and the food is good, but when there is really a lot going on the service is very bad despite having a reservation and waiting for the table for over 30 minutes and waiting at the table for another 15 minutes until we got the menu really terrible that day, I'm really really disappointed, I probably won't go back again, among other things because they're still unfriendly to us!

A nice place, cozy and welcoming. The food was very good and beautifully prepared. Nice personel. We were there with five people and everything was served quickly. Definitely going back.

The food was good, the waitresses were friendly. However, there was a point deduction for the music that the gentleman behind the counter put on; it seemed like a kebab shop to me.

EVERYTHING fits here. The taste! The quality! The service! The price! The steak dishes are changed slightly from time to time so that you always have something different on your plate. The boss attaches great importance to using high-quality meat - you can taste it. Onlookers can watch the grill master at work. The melon vodka nightcap is a real treat. The stylish bar offers delicious cocktails for those who don't want to end the evening abruptly after dinner. On weekends you should reserve a table in advance.

I'm a mechanic and travel a lot. I can recommend this restaurant here in Kaiserslautern. I had a cheeseburger and a side of fries. Service was very nice and accommodating. Very good parking options on site.

So I ate there yesterday and had a burger and curly fries, both of which arrived almost cold and there were very few for €4.70!! Firstly, the prices are quite high for the quantity and almost cold! Then I ordered a Bailyes shot without ice...what good is it for me?! With ice cream, of course. Service needs to be a bit more attentive and, above all, come to the tables more often. On the bill they gave me a Baileys Colada instead of a Baileys shot, which cost €4 more. I complained about that. It doesn't work at all. Unfortunately I can't recommend this place. Others at our table also had incorrect items on their bill!!

We were there today for the second time and this time also the last time. The staff really has difficulty following explicit orders. I wanted a still water a second time, instead I get medium. I asked for no spicy sauce on my chicken burger, instead I would like ketchup and mayo on the burger. What do I get? Spicy sauce with ketchup. It tasted so incredibly bitter and disgusting. However, I ate it anyway, I was very hungry and didn't feel like waiting another half hour for my food. The fries were half cold. The apple strudel came with strawberry sauce even though that wasn't ordered and wasn't shown that way on the menu. The meat was supposed to be medium rare, but it was almost done. In the end we paid over 170 euros and it definitely wasn't worth it. It's a shame, but we won't do that a third time

The food itself was good, but the fries were left in the deep fryer for too long. The service itself was nice, but a little too nice (towards my husband) he was constantly flirted with and winked at.

The two of us had dinner in the evening and were quickly brought to a table where a waitress came very quickly. After we ordered and ate appetizers, the waitress didn't come to the table or anyone else around us for 30 minutes. When I asked her to please pack me the rest of my starter she just said yes, wait a minute. I then waited another 20 minutes until another employee came by and asked if everything was OK, whereupon I asked again for something to pack. This nice gentleman then brought me something to pack. Then our food came. I have no words for the quality of the food. The portions are a decent size, but that doesn't help much if it doesn't taste good. The meat on the burgers didn't taste like anything, the bacon burger had a strip of bacon on it and the avocado sauce tasted like Playdoh playdough. We then told a waitress that we didn't like it and she then brought us something from the house in the form of an espresso. When paying, we spoke to a man who apparently also belonged to the restaurant, to whom we then told how bad the service from the first waitress was. The gentleman then said everything is clear and good luck. In the end we ended up with 2 starters, 3 drinks, 2 burgers and 2 side dishes at €80. Very disappointing experience, especially since we were there in January and the food was great. PS: The waitress to whom we complained about the food said that kitchen staff changes often.

Essen war sehr lecker. Bedienung war sehr nett und aufmerksam.

Ein komplett super gutes Restaurant. Der beste Salat den ich in einem Restaurant bekommen habe, kein bisschen weich das er älter sein könnte 👍 perfekt. Das Essen war auch durchweg mega lecker und die Bedienungen absolut nett und höflich und positiv. Dieses Restaurant ist von den der Landkarte des guten Geschmacks gar nicht mehr weg zu denken 👍

Die Burger waren sehr lecker aber die Getränke und die Beilage oder Extras zu den Burgern waren total überteuert.

Super Essen, schnelle Bedienung!

Essen ist Geschmackssache, uns hat es sehr gut geschmeckt. Wir waren gegen 14uhr da, da war es nicht voll, Bedienung war flott und aufmerksam. Der Chilliburger small ( auf dem Foto ) ist größer und leckerer als ein Bic Mäc! Mein Old Station Teller (3 verschiedene Fleisch Spieße und Lammkotlett) hat mir sehr geschmeckt. Leider waren wir so satt das wir keinen Nachtisch probierten. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Burger waren gut nur recht teuer. Pommes gehen immer extra! Steaks isst man besser gegenüber( Milano).....günstiger, geschmacklich besser und auch größer.

Wir mussten selbst eine Bedingung nachnSpeisekartenbfragen, Vorspeise kam vor den Getränken, im Eingangsbereich roch es nach Toilette, Portionen sind ganz in Ordnung passend zum Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Hatten alle die Old Station Platte, die Spezialitäten vom Grill sind zu empfehlen. Burger die wir das letzte mal hatten maximal mittelmäßig, für Personen die schon wirklich gute Burger hatten. Cocktails schmecken sehr gut aber weniger Eis wäre gut! Sind mit 4 Schluck leer, leider! Es ist nich Luft nach oben aber nicht Hoffnungslos.

Anfangs sehr nett, dann jedoch musste man die Bedienung immer laut rufen und winken wenn man etwas bestellen wollte. Ständig andere Bedienung am Tisch. Getränke wurden notiert aber nicht gebracht. Essen teilweise lauwarm gebracht bekommen. Unsere Gäste fröstelte es beim essen. Leider nicht mehr was es mal war.

Leckere Burger und Süßkartoffelpommes. Etwas viel Soße auf dem Burger, aber das ist eigentlich Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Am Ende gab es sogar noch 2 Schnäpse aufs Haus!

Was an okay steak dinner. Sauce and steak flavoring felt made up by a non steak eater. The salad it came with was nice.

Leider vor lauter quatschen vergessen zu fotografieren. Burger mit sehr gutem Geschmack, frisch und "tropfig", meiner Meinung nach passt bei 480g das Verhältnis Patties zum Rest nicht mehr, aber wers will. Die Old Station Sauce ist weltklasse und auch die Pommes haben mich überzeugt Nicht mein letzter Besuch.
