Very cozy inviting restaurant! The server was so friendly and let us know before we sat down that they only take cash. The service was fast. The restaurant filled up quickly and you could tell they were regulars. This told me it was a place people keep wanting to go back to. The chicken was juicy, fresh, and large portions for the price. We had food leftover to take home. Even though it was winter and too cold to sit in the beer garden, they still had it set up and decorated, this just added to the great atmosphere. We will definitely come back. Delicious food, amazing and fast service, and warm atmosphere. Thank you!

REVIEW UPDATE: Just updating my review as the previous one is not relevant any more since the original owner sold this shop and opened it in Saarbrucken. The new one is fine too; a pretty standard doner, can't complain, but the new owner uses market bread (not that it's a bad thing but the previous owner always made his own). It tastes good too, so no issues there. Just putting this out there because this place had been my favorite doner place throughout the years. ------- ORIGINAL REVIEW: My frequent go-to place to eat. This was the first restaurant I went to when I came to Germany and is still my most favorite. The owner is extremely nice and the food is GREAT! Much much better in comparison to all the other Döner restaurants I've went to. It's a small shop, but I prefer it this way. Do try the Yufka Döner here. UPDATE: Another nice little thing about this place is that the bread is homemade, which is extremely rare to see in restaurants, and tastes really good too. I've been in Germany for 1.5 years now and have tasted Doners from multiple cities (and Amsterdam too), literally none even compare to the ones I have here.

Wine, coffee, espresso, appetizers and much more! A super friendly team. The drinks taste good, as do the appetizers. Fabio5 is always worth a stop!

Way too crowded, unkempt, high traffic, totally messed up but somehow it works. Tourist stronghold at the harbor beautiful motorboat tours different directions.

Simply amazing. I have ordered food from so many kebab shops, but have never had such good quality as at serhat. Doner bread always crispy, fries always fresh just like everything else. Delivery lady very friendly. So nothing wrong with the store. Only recommended.

Ordered pizza, came within 20-25 minutes and tasted very good. I order here often. Best pizza you can order!

1. The Jagerschnizel was way over cooked it was like eating pork jerky. 2. The Jager sauce was way too spicy (too much pepper and something else I couldn’t identify). 3. The salad dressing was vinegar with spices that tasted stale (old). They need a choice of dressing. 4. I did hear my order called out and my order sat at the counter and everything cooled down by the time they notified me.

The concept of Mason's is unique...and my favorite dining experience I have had in a long time. For 40 Euros, you can take a trip around the world , eating basically all you can eat....there's a two hour time limit, but I only was able to eat 13 items, and my colleagues each only had 9. And almost all of the items were very tasty. At least five were incredible , including the Barbajuans from Monaco, the Buttermilk Chicken from Nigeria, and the Lotus Cheesecake from Belgium (I ordered two), and I think there were only two that were a disappointment, including the Whiskey Cola Currywurst from Germany (I liked it a lot.. just not an improvement over a wurst stand and everything else was so amazing I may have been expecting too much). I will be eating here every time I come to Kaiserslautern. I'm so glad my company forces us to stay in Hilton Hotels, otherwise I would never have eaten at this restaurant located in the same structure as the Hampton Inn.

Very tasty burgers, reservations are definitely recommended

We had a Christmas work party in the restaurant. We were able to all eat in a private room. Everything was well organized and they made sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner. Would recommend for big groups or just for a nice dinner out!

Very disappointed they were sent away and 2 after us were allowed to stay there....bad....they didn't need it
