Very disappointed they were sent away and 2 after us were allowed to stay there....bad....they didn't need it

Mega good service, super delicious food. The kitchen even divided one dish into two children's plates, but they looked like two separate meals. Real home cooking. Unfortunately the restaurant 'Servus' is moving, but will continue to operate. Where and when remains uncertain. We would like to thank you very much for everything. All of us travelers enjoyed it very much. 😄

Last Sunday I visited the cozy restaurant "Servus" for the first time - and it certainly won't be the last time. The tenant couple took care of their guests' wishes attentively and very friendly in the familiar atmosphere, the good home-cooked food was absolutely delicious, the French red wine was a treat for the palate, and the pumpkin cream soup with cream clouds was mega. I felt very comfortable here as a guest and wish the restaurant owner couple continued success and happy guests at all times. Thank you for the wonderful hours with you! Small restaurant with Palatinate specialties.

We ate there for the first time on September 19, 2024, what can I say. We will eat there more often from now on, it was really very good.

The Servus was recommended to us and did not disappoint. It's a "dining bar" and that's not meant in a derogatory way, it's accurate. The owners and staff are very friendly and attentive. The selection of main courses is very good and varied. There is a weekly menu and a lunch menu. Prices are reasonable. There's a bit of 70s charm inside, which is a hit. When the weather is good, you can sit on the roof terrace in the middle of some high-rise buildings. Another location. Definitely not the last time there. Hello, hello.

We ate here based on the good reviews. Nothing too much said. A hamburger, fries with a salad and coffee for €18.00. I definitely recommend this restaurant

Really good food, nice service!

The inconspicuous location directly next to the prefabricated building is initially intimidating. The service, the ambience and the delicious selection make you quickly forget the location. The terrace in particular is very comfortable. The guest is welcome here! Always makes our stay in the neighboring hotel (studying) much sweeter! Price-performance absolutely fair!

Have been there several times now, you have to wait forever for service and the service is somehow unfriendly if you say something. The food is Solana, if you like convenience products you are very lucky

Great restaurant on the Betzenberg. Even though it doesn't look like it from the outside, located above a gas station, it has a cozy atmosphere and also offers a nice outdoor space in summer. In addition to typical local dishes, the innkeeper also offers Franconian specialties and beers from his homeland. The prices are still within reasonable limits. Highly recommended.

We went for dinner at Easter and it was fabulous. Big compliments to the kitchen. Service Kraft was super friendly. Food came very quickly. There was also a bargain and espresso on the house, which was a nice touch from the restaurant.

Best schnitzel in the world, anyone who says otherwise has no idea

Incredibly nice staff who offered us a place at the counter despite the restaurant being full. The currywurst was one of the best I've eaten so far, at an absolutely fair price. If we are in Kaiserslautern again, this will definitely be a destination!

Anyone who looks here for the first time has already overcome the biggest hurdle. The prefabricated building from the 70s really doesn't exude any charm. Once inside: Franconia meets Palatinate. Home-style cooking, solid ambience, a little louder because it is often fully booked. Franconian Staffelbräu beer on tap and a schnitzel. You will always be full here. In addition to the menu, there are also daily meals that change during the week or a 4-course menu that changes weekly. Nobody has to wait long here either. If you need a digestive walk afterwards, take a tour around the Fritz Walter Stadium! Clear recommendation from me.

Great restaurant, got a table for 6 people at short notice, food was delicious, plentiful and inexpensive. Service is also polite and always courteous. The highlight was the meter of beer, we would love to come back! Many greetings from Schleswig-Holstein :)

This is a really nice and clean restaurant, the food and drinks were really good and the prices were fair, menu has lots of food to choose from. The restaurant is very well decorated and is bigger than want seems from outside view, I am staying close by here and I enjoy dinner here several times per week.

The offer is varied. The food is very tasty and more than sufficient. The service is first class, attentive and never intrusive.

Nett eingerichtetes Lokal, über einer Tankstelle, unmittelbar am Fussballstadion. Bedienung ist aufmerksam, Essen wurde durch den Chef selbst serviert und war recht gut. Es wird fränkisches Bier angeboten. Der Geräuschpegel war relativ laut

Wir hatten vom 1. FC Kaiserslautern Fanclub "Wir sind Betze" eine super tolle Jahresauftaktfeier im Servus. Das Essen war wie immer TOP! Günni und sein Team sind mega und wir hatten sehr viel Spaß.

Ich muss sagen, dass wir (5 Erwachsene plus 2 Kinder) mehr als überrascht waren von diesem Ambiente bzw. dem Gesamtpaket. Wir hatten kurzfristig beschlossen etwas außerhalb zu essen und suchten in der nähe des Betzenbergs eine passende Lokalität. Von außen ist das Restaurant nicht besonders einladend. Über einer Tankstelle erwartet man ehrlicherweise kein gutes Lokal (leider gängige Vorurteile). Aber dem ist nicht so. Das Restaurant ist in unseren Augen ein echter Geheimtipp. Die Speisekarte ist eher gut bürgerlich, mit Burgern und vielen Schnitzel Variationen (Hähnchen und Schwein) bestückt, was unsere Kinder sehr angesprochen hat. Das Interieur ist gemütlich und damit einladend eingerichtet. Kein Tankstellen feeling, eher Restaurant mit Charakter. Der Service war Spitzenklasse. Auf alle Themen wurde eingegangen und bestens beraten. Man fühlte sich durchgängig wohl, da man direkt ein freundschaftliches Verhältnis aufgebaut hat (weg vom unpersönlichen, friss, bezahl und geh). Vielen lieben Dank, wir kommen wieder.

Gute und vielfältige Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken, nettes freundliches Personal und Preise sind akzeptabel.

Küche für jeden Geschmack, gute Getränke, gute Beratung zu Essen und Trinken, nette Gespräche mit dem Personal. TOP! Lassen Sie sich nicht vom Eingangsbereich neben der Tankstelle abschrecken, es sieht nicht besonders einladend aus, aber das täuscht. Nur Mut und Treppe rauf!

Absolutely excellent both the food and the service. Went back 3 times in a week as it was convenient for our hotel and had the steak pfefferham each time because they did it so well. Very good value too, highly recommended for traditional German fare.

Absolut empfehlenswerte, sehr gemütliche Speisekneipe mit nettem Service und gutem Essen. Der wechselnde Burger der Woche ist jedesmal klasse und die hausgemachten Flammkuchen der Geheimtipp.
