It's worth going there. Please make a reservation beforehand otherwise you can sometimes wait a long time. The food is good and rich. And the price-performance ratio is very good. There is a small parking lot right next to it.

I was there for the first time today, after an event at FCK and it was great. The staff was extremely friendly, always asked if everything was okay or if we needed anything. The flair is typically American. The food was super delicious and just like in the USA. Very happy again, highly recommended.

I ordered a salad to take away for the second time because I thought something just went wrong the first time. But exactly the same thing happened even though I mentioned it. Although I could have imagined that it would be similar again, as there was loud laughter in the kitchen when my request was passed on. The portion is simply half of what you get locally. Both the meat and the salad itself. The sauce was also missing. That was the last time I eat there. Nobody ever answers the phone either. That means poor reception. Then you just take care of better reception. Impossible!

Probably the most American burger joint in RLP. Totally authentic from the decor to the service to the food. The greeting at the entrance was very warm and polite. But you should make a reservation for the evening hours on the weekend. But you won't be turned away even without a reservation; they will try very politely and make every effort to find a seat. Until then there is a place to wait at the counter. If you've ever been to the USA, the atmosphere is reminiscent of a typical 1960s burger joint. I felt like I was on vacation in America. The service is very courteous and special requests are also tried to be fulfilled. The food itself is absolutely delicious. The burgers are compact, not overloaded, the ingredients are all fresh and at the table at exactly the right temperature. The fries 🍟 are consistently crispy and not part mashed potatoes and part stone like elsewhere. There's nothing wrong with the prices either, 2 people each with burgers and fries including drinks for under 50 euros. We have already eaten a few burgers in Germany, Croatia and the USA and this was the tastiest outside of the USA. A big compliment and thank you to the entire team.

Are on recommendation to Kullmanns. We ordered the cheese nachos and then 2 burgers and mixed fries for both of us. We had to wait a long time before we could even order drinks from the staff. The nachos really weren't that great. The burgers were bland, no taste. The burgers were absolutely not a highlight, I don't know why they are so hyped. After the burgers we asked for the bill straight away and left. I haven't had such a boring burger in a long time. Unfortunately the visit was a failure :(

I'm here for the third time now because I was traveling to Kaiserslautern again for work and once again I stopped by here. What can I say? Everything excellent! From reception to order acceptance, everything was perfect. The food? Anyone who loves burgers in various variations will be happy here. Of course, taste is a subjective feeling and tastes vary. But I love the burgers, the service, the ambience. The next business trip will definitely be coming up soon and then my visit will be mandatory again.

Been here again for a long time. There was a lot of activity today (probably because of the FCK game). Already at the counter at the front we were informed by a sign that there would be longer waiting times, but these were limited. As always, the food was very tasty and the portions were large enough. The service team was very friendly and took good care of our orders. The clearing of the dishes took a little longer due to the large company. We'd love to come back.

We have enjoyed visiting Kullmann's in KL over the years. Unfortunately, the restaurant has not developed for the better over the years. As before, the super friendly and attentive service is really perfect! Yesterday we had a burger with goat cheese, which was okay, but unfortunately was completely dominated and overwhelmed by the strong goat cheese. Less would probably be more! I had the pasta, which unfortunately wasn't good at all. The steak meat was good as always, but a big mountain of pasta dough with a more than boring, fatty cream mush. We actually let more than half go back, which is really not our style. Unfortunately, the presentation of the food was very poor. The fries used to be served nicely in a basket with 'newspaper'. Now served completely carelessly on new gray plates that are really uninspired and ugly. No decoration, poor canteen standard! The chocolate brownie used to be actually better! Unfortunately, you also have to realize that the entire ambience has simply become worn and outdated over the years. Standing still simply means going backwards! The toilets are really unreasonably outdated, although they are clean, they are structurally really dingy! Even though the prices have been kept relatively stable, the fun factor of this store has simply been going down for years! A little more love for the matter, some inspiration and investment would be great!

If you like burgers, mega loaded fries and nachos in an American-inspired atmosphere, then Kullmann's in Kaiserslautern is the right place for you. For us the perfect stop on a motorcycle tour, with delicious food (even for the veggies among us).

Well, we've eaten there again for a long time and unfortunately we won't be coming back any time soon. The restaurant is a little old. Unfortunately, on the afternoon we were guests there it wasn't exactly clean. There were chips on the floor everywhere. The service team is quite young and inexperienced. They simply took our plates away even though we were still visibly eating. In general, the service team wasn't necessarily friendly; they seemed annoyed. The food was okay and the prices were okay too but unfortunately I don't need it anymore

Dirty cutlery. Terrible food! 🤮 Guacamole was clearly off with a rancid flavor that was hard to stomach. Save your money and avoid this place!!

I had a wonderful experience at Kullman’s Diner! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was delicious—especially the Steak, which was cooked to perfection. The drinks and dessert were also fantastic! I can’t wait to return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great meal!

Overall, we really liked Kullman’s Diner in Kaiserslautern! The burgers and fries were really tasty and our children also got their money's worth - they were given art supplies and could choose from special children's menus. The staff was super friendly and very accommodating, which made the evening pleasant. However, there is a star deduction for the space situation. We were there with 9 people and were given a table made up of 4 individual tables. Unfortunately one of them was narrower than the others, which affected the comfort a little. Nevertheless, overall it was a nice evening with a great American flair. We'd love to come back!

After a delicious breakfast 2 months ago, we wanted to go to Kullman's for lunch yesterday for our son's birthday. We were happy to take the 1 hour drive for this. The restaurant was full, we had reserved in advance and specifically asked for a booth. When we arrived, this would only have been possible with the transfer of two families, which we decided not to do. But before the drinks arrived, two niches became available, but we weren't offered to do so, but we didn't ask either. During our late lunch (after 2 p.m.) no one asked for more drinks, nor did we clear away the empty drinks. The second water had to be ordered twice, the espresso took 4 attempts. We didn't want to have dessert. From the first visit we were able to experience great service; yesterday everything was more like a "rest stop with a focus on bus tour companies". It's a shame, let's see if we can give the diner a third chance.

An absolute must is Kullman’s Diner. Typical American flair inside and out. The authentic furnishings in the style of the 50s. Red leather benches, eye-catching chrome details, jukeboxes and typical neon lighting create an incomparable atmosphere. Guests will find a wide selection of classic American dishes here. The staff is friendly, always in a good mood. You will be served quickly here. Everything is really very tasty. Whether sandwich, salads, burgers, hot dogs, chicken wings, mac n cheese, ice cream, etc. everything is a treat for the palate. Gladly again. All fans of American cuisine will get their money's worth here.

Exactly what you want: authentic ambience, friendly, fast service and the food the way you want and imagine it: very well seasoned, very hot, very tasty and on the table ultra-quickly. The prices vary greatly, some are good and reasonable, but there are also things on the menu that have to be considered expensive. Making the right selection from the large menu is probably the biggest challenge. 😋

Authentic, stylish and contemporary as it should be. Whether breakfast lunch or proper American style food, an absolute must if you are in the area. We always drive all the way to enjoy it. If you have a larger group, I would recommend making a reservation. Spontaneously early in the day it is relatively relaxed. The ribs are super tasty and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The best thing is when you get coffee refilled, you just feel like you're in another world. I'm super happy with you 👌👍

We were there on Sunday for lunch at 12pm! The food was catastrophic! The waiting time for our food was 1.45 hours! When we asked, we were served our food lukewarm 10 minutes later. Even the people who came long after us got their food before us. We got a 10% discount on the bill and a 2 for 1 voucher! So it was clear to us that we would never come here again! Unfortunately, it's a shame!!! So we were back today to try it again Ea was just as bad as on Sunday! So it is not recommended for this price range!

I've been to Kullman's in Kaiserslautern for years and I certainly won't come back again. It starts with the dated ambience and ends with the worst burger ever. This has nothing to do with “Diner”. The toilets smell in the restaurant and are in desperate need of renovation. The burgers are prepared carelessly and without any creativity. Above all, you can taste the frozen food. The curly fries we ordered were also disastrous and inedible. The service staff tried hard and accepted the criticism.

I eat something different every time and no matter what it is, it always tastes incredibly good. Most of the time you don't have to wait long for your order. This aesthetic makes you feel like you're in an original diner. The service is always nice, today a Nicole served us and you got the impression she was having fun with her job; very personal and open to jokes.

Food wasn't the best, lack of flavor. Flies were all over the place, very 😑 annoying while trying to eat and covering food.

Basically, we always enjoyed being there. Nice staff, delicious food and the chocolate cake was world class. What I had to see now, however, was an absolute no-go. We sat there for quite a while until after 10 p.m. and the employees started cleaning. I observed an employee using the same rag to wipe down the table, a stain on the window, and the salt and pepper shakers (also on top). Are you serious??? This doesn't work at all and is absolutely disgusting. Please train your people in hygiene.

When you enter the diner, you feel like you have been catapulted to America in the 70s thanks to the harmonious ambience. The menu and also the drinks menu is very extensive and offers something for every lover of American cuisine. Various special promotions are offered regularly. It is rich and tastes excellent. The service is quick, very friendly and responds to special requests. Overall, the diner makes a clean, well-maintained impression, although the toilets still need some improvement.

The food is delicious. The burgers had a great flavor! The milkshakes were phenomenal. And the passion fruit and lime lemonade was very tasty and refreshing. The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly, and the food came out quickly. The only downside was that there were a lot of flies! They should fumigate or do something about it.

Really a shame! We really enjoyed going to this diner because of the good reviews. Unfortunately we were disappointed. After waiting for over an hour (the cardboard tubes of our drinks had already slowly dissolved into their components) the food finally arrived (we had already asked the waitress three times by then whether the order had been received). Unfortunately, the food was served on an ice-cold plate (but really ice-cold. Presumably the entire plate had been put in the refrigerator along with the coleslaw in preparation). Very suboptimal. Unfortunately, the fries and the bun of the burger were also cold. Only the meat was lukewarm. The burger itself was very small and for quite a lot of money. We've been to a few diners, but unfortunately this was our worst experience so far. The atmosphere is very nice and also authentic. But unfortunately that was the only positive thing for us. We left all the food back and hadn't eaten anything (which is fine for everyone as a guest as long as nothing is eaten from the plate, just for your information). We then paid for our drinks and left disappointed.

We have been driving over 50 km to Kullmans for at least 7 years and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, you notice how the service deteriorates and declines from visit to visit. You have to ask about a lot of things several times, whether it's cutlery, plates or drinks. We ordered 4 pancakes and only got half a glass of syrup (usually always a full glass), which wasn't enough for us, so we ordered another portion. Unfortunately, even after a long wait and repeated requests, this didn't come and the pancakes were now cold and dry. We now ordered the bill without eating the pancakes and were then shocked to discover that the syrup that we had ordered and never arrived was on the bill and we were supposed to be charged. All in all, the food is delicious, but the service is not good at all, which unfortunately makes the visit really unpleasant.

Nice American diner. The food was good, very greasy, American style. There are many American classics such as burgers, a pastrami sandwich or spare ribs. We were accidentally overcharged by almost €10, which was only noticed after payment. But that was sorted out and we got the overpaid money back in cash.

We all chose the lunch deal, which is available until 4 p.m., with a burger, for example, costing under €10. There was the South Dakota Weekly Burger. Two with meat and once with a veggie patty. And what can I say guys. I haven't had such a delicious burger in a long time. Just the veggie patty. I've never gotten one like this in KL. 100% recommendation from me. I hope the operators don't change that. The fries were good, just not salted enough. The people in service were nice and relaxed. There were a few complications when billing because too much was billed... but it quickly resolved itself. The vegie party made it all worth it hahaha. I would come back just for that. 🫶🏼

Were here for the second time to revise our first negative dining experience. Unfortunately without success - My salad was overflowing with croutons - tasted sandy - chicken was way too tough - empty mayonnaise bottles like last time - partner had overcooked sweet potato fries - embarrassing - his chicken schnitzel was dried out tough and mini small. So food is definitely not American quality...

Precedes his reputation. Been there first time, there won't be a second time. The food was already there and the cutlery came after about 10 minutes after we asked several times. We should have actually gotten up and left there. The onion rings were baked in the deep fryer for far too long. The salad had almost no dressing and the meat was cold and not medium as desired but already done. The staff was totally overwhelmed.

Not recommended! After waiting almost 1 hour for some fries, we got tired of it and canceled the rest of the meal. While we were waiting, other guests arrived and got their food before us and even left the store before our food arrived. The toilets were also very rancid... After all, in the end we only had to pay for the drinks and not the two portions of fries that we had to stuff ourselves with due to a subsequent appointment... However, the waiter, named Juan, was very nice!

We've been there for a long time, the taste of the food has deteriorated and the shop comes across as dingy, not to mention the sanitary facilities, just disgusting.

We had two hamburgers, a cheeseburger and the burger “The Radio City” with onion rings, as well as homemade lemonade in various versions and two balls of chocolate ice cream with cream. Overall it was a pretty good meal for around €75. The prices for the burgers are around 10-13€ and the quality and taste are okay, especially my burger “The Radio City” was a pleasure in terms of taste. The burgers are served with a homemade coleslaw, exactly my taste. Unfortunately not for the children, a handful of fries would be better received. The homemade lemonade for €4.90 tastes very good and is refreshing, it could just be a tad cooler. The chocolate ice cream with cream for €2 is also perfect and a fair price. The points are deducted for the relatively long wait until the food arrived, as unfortunately the drinks were already empty. Luckily the kids weren't starving, otherwise it would have been less relaxing. What bothered me most was the price for 6 onion rings (only 4 in the photo) for €4.90 without a dip. At this price I expect a few more rings and at least a soure cream or something similar. The service was very friendly, but the farewell at reception could be improved. There needs to be a person who looks at you properly, says thank you and says goodbye and doesn't just respond to a goodbye. The bottom line is that it is still recommended. The criticism is intended to improve things and is not meant to be negative.
