áPoLLo - chicken&more in Kaiserslautern

I went to this restaurant with a friend and we loved it! The service is very friendly, warm and attentive. I had a question about my juice spritzer and I got it exactly as I wanted it - just great. We sat in the outdoor area and despite the fact that it is on a street, it is well shielded by bushes, you don't sit on the presentation plate and the traffic wasn't that disruptive. A beautiful, large tree provides shade and other tables were also protected with umbrellas. It was very nice to sit there. A look into the restaurant itself gave you a feeling of coziness and you could feel the warmth and warmth of the hosts. The menu is small and manageable, which I personally find very pleasant because you can be pretty sure that the meals are freshly prepared. We both had chicken with coleslaw, fries and sour cream. What can I say - it was fabulously delicious and our plates were just as beautifully presented. Just beautiful. The food itself was very tasty and plentiful. We both realized that we would love to eat there again 🥰😋🥰

Warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service is impeccable and the chicken nuggets are delicious. Quality and quantity are right.

aPoLLo has a nice outdoor area for larger crowds nestled near a walking path for that after dinner stroll! The best place for fried chicken in the area!

We had half a chicken. Which was very dry. And it cost 8.50 euros. Without supplements. No interest in getting that again.

If you don't like chicken or salads don't come, nice portions for a reasonable price, I will come back

Update… STILL Amazing Chicken! Great atmosphere! Chicken is best in KTown! Salads and drinks are great. The beer garten is beautiful and definitely a great place to enjoy when the weather is nice. Takeaway is easy with a phone call or a quick stop to wait. Cash only. The owners are super kind and friendly!

Very nice restaurant, lovingly furnished. Service was super friendly. The side salad tasted very good, but the fries were too seasoned for me, but that's a matter of taste. We all ordered half chicken. Unfortunately we were missing the breast, it seemed like 1/4 chicken and it was also a bit dry

We came from further away and looked around here. Particularly noteworthy is the friendly staff; we felt warmly welcomed during our visits. Top service, delicious food and cozy rooms, high praise 😊

Haben mit der Familie dort gegessen und es war einfach Top. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Zum einen ist die Chefin sehr sympathisch und das Essen hat uns auch allen geschmeckt.

Super leckeres Hähnchen. Erstklassige Pommes. Bis jetzt bei jedem Besuch außergewöhnlich gut.

Wenn man schnell mal Chicken essen will ist es top. Die Auswahl hält sich on Grenzen aber auch der Beilagen Salat war sehr lecker. Die Betreiberin ist sehr net womit man sich wohl fühlt.

Love It! Love It! Love It! Unfortunately the following does not apply to me, but this would be a great place for a date. The atmosphere is great. The owner is wonderful. And speaks English which was great since I do not speak German. I've been there twice now and got the spicy half chicken both times. (Not necessarily a spicy food guy, but this was really good)

Have been here twice now, and after eating a lot of chicken around the K-Town area, this is still my favorite chicken restaurant. I had the 1/2 Chicken combo, and it was a good amount of food. The thigh part was nice and juicy while the breast was good (slightly on the drier side). This skin was nice and crispy, and the overall flavor of the dish was great. The two times I have been here, the service was amazing and always felt welcomed. As others have noted, this is a cash only establishment, so just make sure to have some cash.

Geschäftlich in Kaiserslautern gewesen und etwas für den knurrenden Freund in der Mitte des Körpers gesucht. Gefunden habe ich das aPollo und der knurren Freund wurde besänftigt. Die Auswahl an Gerichten mit Chicken ist Großartig und geschmacklich ein Traum. Wer geübt ist im Umgang mit scharfen Gerichten, kann gern die Hähnchenversion "Höllisch scharf" probieren, der Rest sollte bei "scharf" bleiben. ☝️ Getoppt wurden das leckere Essen noch durch das Betreiber Pärchen, unglaublich nett und man fühlt sich als wäre man schon zig mal da gewesen und gehöre zur Familie..🤩 Es war nicht der letzte Besuch in diesem zu 100% zu empfehlenden Restaurant. Ein Hinweis noch, es gibt leider KEINE Kartenzahlung!!

Hallo Freunde Also die Hähnchen schmecken super!!! Einziger Minuspunkt ist das man nicht mit Karte zahlen kann!!! Deswegen einen Stern Abzug!

Hier gibt es die leckersten Hähnchen die ich kenne. Die Besitzer sind sehr zuvorkommend und nett im Service. Das Essen schmeckt vorzüglich. Nur zu empfehlen für jeden der Hähnchen mag.
