The restaurant atmosphere is very nice. Food, very average. My wife ordered Schafskäse. It was a frozen product not made in house. Really nothing special. I had Bifteki that was not Bifteki. Bifteki is normally made of either Beef or Lamb. This was either pork or chicken and not very tasty served with some kind of red sauce also probably frozen and heated up. No Tzadziki. What, Bifteki without Tzadziki?? The food could use improvement. Price to Quality ratio poor, I'm afraid to confess.

I was disappointed with my visit to Magic Kumper, as many of the dishes I wanted to try were unavailable. The lack of consistency in the offerings severely impacted my dining experience, and I'm hesitant to return in the future.

The food was reasonably tasty. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with other aspects of my visit. The service left much to be desired, as the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. The employees seemed disinterested and unengaged, which contributed to a negative atmosphere. There was a lack of courtesy and attentiveness to guests, which spoiled the overall impression. Furthermore, the conditions in the restaurant were unsatisfactory. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable inside, which detracted from the enjoyment of the meal. The lack of air conditioning or ventilation made the experience unpleasant and unbearable, especially on warm days. Another point of criticism was the lack of adequate handwashing facilities. There was no washroom or suitable washing facility, which failed to meet a basic hygiene need. This is unacceptable in a restaurant and left an unhygienic impression. In summary, I would like to emphasize that the restaurant Meals offers culinary delights. The quality of the food was impressive. However, the poor service and inadequate conditions negatively impacted my visit. I hope management will improve these points to provide guests with a thoroughly pleasant experience. If your relationship with your employees is so important to you, you should issue a ban on the premises, not now, instead of prioritizing your employees and customers. Napkins are not towels or cleaning agents for greasy food. There is such a thing as disinfectant wipes. Your behavior was disrespectful and provocative when I asked for a sink and recommended that you ask your customers for disinfectant wipes next time, or at least open the door, as it is very hot inside!!!!!!! I would like to emphasize that it was not my intention to provide an inaccurate or disrespectful review. My review was based on my personal impressions and experiences during my visit. I understand that as a restaurant owner, you also have your limits and do not want to be confronted with disrespectful behavior. If my behavior was perceived as inappropriate, I apologize. It was not my intention to provoke or disrespect anyone. However, I stand by my assessment of the service quality and conditions in the restaurant. My impressions were shaped by my personal experience, and I communicated them honestly and transparently. Regarding the washing area, I would like to note that I believe that adequate hand hygiene facilities in a restaurant are important to ensure a hygienic environment. I am aware that this is not required by law, however, it is a factor that is important to many guests. Another suggestion would be a ventilation system to make guests feel comfortable. Thank you for your appreciation of customers and your commitment to product and service quality. I hope you will continue your path of continuous improvement.
