Früher war es richtig gut, aber unter der neuen Leitung ist es nur noch mittelmäßig.

Das Essen ist fantastisch und so sauber! Und vor allem: Es riecht überhaupt nicht unangenehm. Gott segne sie.

Schönes Lokal, aber furchtbarer Service. Abgesehen von dem, was wir bestellt hatten, war es einfach nur schrecklich. Ich musste es essen, weil ich dafür bezahlt hatte, und es war außerdem sehr teuer. Die Musik war extrem laut, und die Bedienung war sehr unhöflich. Ich werde nie wiederkommen.

Waren zu zweit hier. Beide Burger bestellt. Einer kam sehr schnell, hatte schon leer, da war der andere immer noch nicht da. Hier läuft Nix wirklich rund. Es ist schon echt traurig 😢

Eigentlich ganz lecker, nur die Pizzen sind etwas verbrannt und die Lieferzeiten dauern normalerweise länger als beschrieben. Die Atmosphäre & die Einrichtung im Restaurant sind auch ganz schön, nur bis das Essen zubereitet ist dauert es auch dort etwas länger (normalerweise sehe ich nur maximal zwei Leute zusammen arbeiten). Immer gerne wieder 😊

Waren zu 5. alle anderen ausser mir haben kalte Burger bekommen. Hab am längsten auf ne einfache Portion Pommes gewartet die nicht geschmeckt haben. Getränke wurden nur auf mehrfache nachfrage ausgehändigt.

Maximal schlecht am Telefon konnte mir keine eine richtige Auskunft geben es hat immer nur gehießen der Fahrer kommt der Fahrer kommt ich habe über eine Stunde gewartet für zwei Sandwiches und eine Pizza und Chili Cheese Nuggets die Sandwich und die Pizza waren beide lauwarm als sie angekommen sind nach über einer Stunde und extrem labbrig von den Chili Cheese Nuggets will ich gar nicht anfangen das waren die schlechtesten die ich je gegessen habe für dieses Geld für den Preis die Wartezeit plus das Essen das ist einfach nur bodenlos geh zu Megabite oder sucht euch einen anderen die sind viel besser die Sandwiches waren ja nicht mal mit Cholslaw sondern einfach nur mit labrigem plattsalat belegt plus dass die Pommes nicht mal richtig warm waren ich habe 37 € dafür bezahlt für schlechten Service wo man nicht mal richtig Deutsch konnte am Telefon plus schlechtes Essen das nicht mal warm war richtige Enttäuschung kann jedem abraten da hinzugehen

Ein wirklich tolles Restaurant! Das Essen war köstlich, die Portionen perfekt und die Atmosphäre sehr angenehm. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ich bin aufgrund der guten Bewertungen hingegangen, aber ehrlich gesagt fand ich es überbewertet. Das Butter Chicken war zwar gut, aber die Buffalo-Pizza war enttäuschend und den Preis nicht wert. Es gab auch keine zuckerfreien Getränke. Mein Hauptproblem war jedoch die Atmosphäre. Die ganze Zeit lief laute Durchsage (keine Musik), was die Stimmung unangenehm und für ein entspanntes Essen überhaupt nicht stimmig machte. Es passte einfach nicht in ein Restaurant.

Ich kann mich den anderen negativen Bewertungen nur anschließen, war gestern dort. Der Burger schmeckte fad, das Patty wie eine schlechte Frikadelle. Auf meinem Salatblatt befand sich ein kleines Tierchen, es wurde also nicht ordentlich gewaschen. Nach dem Besuch hatte ich Bauchschmerzen. Die Mitarbeiter schreien teilweise durch das Restaurant, die Musik ist unauthentisch. Ich kann von einem Besuch nur abraten und werde selbst nicht wiederkehren.

Das Essen 🍕 • Garden Lovers: Ein echtes Highlight! Belegt mit Paprika, Oliven, Brokkoli und Pilzen – sie war geschmacklich absolut perfekt abgestimmt. • Peperoni-Salami Pizza: Geschmacklich ebenfalls gut, allerdings war sie sehr fettig, da die Salami beim Backen ordentlich Fett verloren hat. Das war leider etwas zu viel des Guten. • Teig & Belag: Der Käse und die Tomatensoße waren bei beiden Pizzen wirklich lecker und qualitativ hochwertig. Kritikpunkt Service/Getränke 🥤 Leider gab es bei der Abholung ein Problem: Wir hatten zwei 1-Liter-Flaschen Fanta bestellt und bezahlt (4 € pro Stück), haben aber stattdessen nur zwei Dosen erhalten. Das ist bei dem Preisunterschied natürlich sehr ärgerlich und sollte bei der Ausgabe besser kontrolliert werden.

Alles lecker. Ich liebe Goodies Pizza. Ich komme gerne hier. Dankeschön Goodies.

Vor 4 Jahren war ich zum ersten Mal hier gewesen und hatte eine kurzzeitig gearbeitet bzw Praktikum gemacht und auch gelegentliche gerne zu Gast gewesen denn das Essen hier ist wirklich nicht übel.

Ein tolles Schnellrestaurant mit sehr einladender Atmosphäre, schöner Einrichtung und tadellosem Service für 14 Personen um 21:30 Uhr an einem Sonntagabend. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Ein sehr angenehmer Ort und die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und sehr verständnisvoll.

Wir waren zu dritt dort (17.11.2025) und hatten zwei vegane Pizzen und einen Burger bestellt. Leider war das gesamte Erlebnis enttäuschend. Die Abläufe wirkten völlig unkoordiniert: Gäste, die nach uns bestellt hatten, bekamen ihr Essen deutlich früher, während andere extrem lange warten mussten. Insgesamt viel zu chaotisch. Die Pizzen kamen nach langer Wartezeit nicht vegan, sondern mit Kuhmilchkäse – trotz klarer Bestellung. Das ist kein kleiner Fehler, sondern ein massives Problem. Besonders irritierend: Auf bestimmte Anforderungen wie halal wird offensichtlich sehr genau geachtet, aber bei vegan scheint es völlig egal zu sein. Diese Ungleichbehandlung wirkt einfach respektlos und unprofessionell. Der Burger kam zunächst gar nicht, und nach Nachfrage wurde ein völlig falsches Gericht gebracht. Als wir mit den Pizzen fertig waren, gab es immer noch keinen Burger. Wir haben dann bezahlt und sind gegangen. Auch die Atmosphäre war nicht stimmig: Die Musik war extrem laut und passte nicht zum ansonsten amerikanisch gehaltenen Konzept. Die Kommunikation mit dem Service war ebenfalls schwierig, was die gesamte Situation zusätzlich erschwert hat. Für uns war das Gesamtbild eindeutig: unorganisiert, unzuverlässig und nicht kundenorientiert. Nach dieser Erfahrung kann ich das Restaurant nicht weiterempfehlen.

Goodies Kaiserslautern war mit Abstand eine der schlechtesten Gastro-Erfahrungen, die ich je hatte. Absolute Zumutung. Die Bestellungen kamen komplett durcheinander: Ein Burger nach 10 Minuten, der andere erst nach 40 Minuten – so etwas ist schlicht inkompetent. Der Laden selbst war dreckig, überall Schmutz, nichts wurde sauber gemacht. Die Toiletten waren komplett verdreckt und offensichtlich schon länger nicht mehr gereinigt worden. Das Essen war genauso enttäuschend: Die Pommes schmeckten wie billige Tiefkühlware, lieblos und fettig. Der Burger wirkte, als hätte man ihn zuhause schnell zusammengeworfen – billig, geschmacklos und sein Geld absolut nicht wert. Das Fleisch war sogar noch leicht rosa, was bei dieser Qualität besonders bedenklich ist. Service? Nicht vorhanden. Keine Servietten, kein Tablet, nichts. Man fühlt sich als Gast völlig egal. Der Gipfel der Frechheit: Ein Käseburger für 10,99 €, und dann musste mein Cousin 50 Cent extra für Käse zahlen – obwohl mein Classic Burger exakt derselbe war, nur ohne Aufpreis. Reine Abzocke. Fazit: Unsauber, überteuert, schlechtes Essen, kein Service und null Professionalität. Einmal und nie wieder. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Ich esse seit einem Jahr Pizza und Chicken Wings von diesem Laden und es ist wirklich gut.

The man behind the counter was unfriendly, and the price for the pizza to eat in was steep. The pizza I received wasn't the one I ordered. It was still quite tasty, though. If it hadn't been so late, I would have asked them to make a new one.

The food was very good, but the music was too loud.

I'd be happy to pay almost €20 for a hamburger with fries and salad if it tasted good, but that definitely wasn't the case here. The meat was also way overcooked and burnt. Well, I tried it, and that's that 🤷‍♂️

The Hawaiian pizza was very good. The two burgers were also good. We didn't like the fries so much. They were seasoned strangely. The place was pretty full because the Germany game was on that evening. We just barely managed to get a table. The woman at the register was amazing. Taking the order, ringing up the payment, and then handing out the food later. She even measured out the food we ordered. Why don't they use numbers or something like that?

The many positive reviews are incomprehensible. Yesterday it was certainly busier than usual (football match), but when we arrived it wasn't too crowded. We were seated quickly, and the table was cleaned. So far, so good. Unfortunately, our order then went completely awry. Instead of a burger, BBQ fries appeared on the bill, and one burger was missing entirely. We complained about this. It was utter chaos until everything was finally corrected. Even the adjustment of the bill didn't go smoothly. We ended up receiving the incorrect order anyway, plus the BBQ. Since we had already overpaid, it wasn't a complete waste. Furthermore, we couldn't get the tomatoes and cucumbers removed from the cheeseburger. The burgers themselves were dry. The BBQ burger could have used some sauce. The cheese fries were tasty. While we were there, several items were called out, and no one responded. Using numbers for each order might have made things less chaotic.

Seriously, this place is amazing! The food is 100% perfect, the cleanliness is superb, the atmosphere is fantastic, everything is wonderful. I ordered a shawarma box, and honestly, it was amazing! The bag was neat, the packaging was very neat, and it was fantastic! 💯💯🥰🥰

The food was ordered through ubereats Although food was hot and presented nicely, there were some disappointment 1. Chicken tikka bowl is not even close to what its supposed to be. Looks like chicken was added to italian tomato pasta sauce 2. Naan was burnt Butter chicken was ok though

The price for 2 burgers 🍔, 2 portions of fries, and 2 Cokes was €31. But the burgers 🍔 were very dry!

Absolutely terrible service. The woman behind the counter seemed unmotivated, and it felt like we were having a monologue. After 45 minutes, the first two people finally received their pizzas. Another 15 minutes later, I asked if my burger and fries were on their way… “Coming right up”… another 15 minutes later, a burger arrived, but unfortunately, it was the wrong one and came with the wrong fries. Since everyone had already eaten their pizzas (after 1 hour and 15 minutes), I canceled my order and went somewhere else to eat. No apology, nothing. On top of that, the music was far too loud, and drinks weren't available (since they were served with the food)… simply awful.

I personally can't understand the many 5-star reviews. The restaurant is clean and the ingredients were fresh. However, the €15 meal deal is too small for what you get, in my opinion. I'm happy to pay for quality, but I need to feel like I'm getting something worth it. The burger (Cheese Deluxe) wasn't particularly large (the bun wasn't your average one—it was quite good), and I especially thought the portion of fries was far too small. They were good, though, and cooked perfectly. Furthermore, it took 20 minutes for the food to be ready, even though there were only two customers. That's not ideal for a fast-food restaurant. I was a bit disappointed by all the positive reviews.

This is the closest thing to American style takeout pizza that I have found. I ordered a cheese pizza and it did not disappoint. The butter chicken did not taste like authentic butter chicken. I did order deliver so my fries were soggy because they were placed in an aluminum container. I recommend switching containers and using something that can vent more. The chicken wings are tasty but they do have more of a tangy flavor. I did get undercooked pizza dough the next time. There seems to be a lack of consistency. You're better off picking up your food so you can check it at the restaurant.

After waiting for two and a half hours, I finally called. A woman just said, "Hello, yes please." I asked when the food would arrive, she said it was on its way, and then simply hung up. Incredibly unfriendly. I have no idea how anyone can work like that. Taste-wise, I can't complain. The food is always very good.

The pizzas here were good about a year ago, but the quality has declined significantly. The recently opened shawarma section is also disappointing.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed and expected more. We had a reservation for 5 pm, as we traveled from Trier. We ended up not getting our food until 6:30 pm. The chicken wings were unfortunately not tasty! One of the burger patties was burnt. You can get pizza at any kebab shop, and then there was constant Arabic music playing. It was pure chaos!

The price-performance ratio was simply not right. The food wasn't good. Avoid in the future.

I went to this restaurant with my wife and daughter, and we were all absolutely delighted! The place is very clean and well-maintained, the staff is friendly, attentive, and motivated. Very slow and rude staff. Not American friendly franchise. I ordered fries and mozzarella sticks and it took forever. Ave they just set and spoke to one another behind the counter. We were the only ones in the whole restaurant and 4 employees. Awful!! Food isn't even that good.

The lady who took our order was really unfriendly. No hello, nothing. You didn't know when she would be ready to take our order because it was very busy. A friend and I each ordered a burger menu for a fair price. Burger, fries and a drink sounds good. The food service is no longer chaotic. The burger names are called out and if someone else orders the same burger you have no overview. We got our food at different times but what was the same was that we weren't asked which drink we wanted in the hope that the person had forgotten and we could save money. It was OK once but it was strange for both of us. The burger was juicy and tasted good. The fries were a bit soggy but tasted pretty good nonetheless.

After our first visit, we were absolutely thrilled and raved about it. So we even came back with a friend this time – unfortunately, a big mistake. Upon arrival, we were constantly interrupted by an annoying, loud beeping noise from a faulty Bluetooth connection to the speakers trying to play music, which interrupted our entire meal. Our meal was ready, but without fries, which were only served later – unfortunately, they were very soggy and completely unseasoned. There was no soap in either restroom, and no paper towels in the women's restroom, and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. After the visit, our clothes smelled strongly of frying oil. Overall, it was very disappointing – especially after the great first impression. We certainly won't be coming back a third time.

2025: Unfortunately, the quality has deteriorated dramatically. The food takes forever. Others ordered the same burger after us and got it first. The pizza and drinks were completely forgotten. The sauces on two burgers were mixed up, the wrong one was missing onions, and the lettuce on the burgers didn't look fresh. Also, the music is loud and annoying. A shame! 2024: Delicious burgers at a reasonable price. Located near the train station and on the way to Betzenberg. A bit crowded on match days.

Disorganized and slow. Didn't know what people ordered and it took forever. Atleast the burger was good even though it wasn't what I ordered.

The food was okay, the Coke Zero was completely degrading. First of all, the inside of the cup was disgusting and had black spots, then because I like Coke it was simply awful. It just tasted like stale water with sweetener, you really couldn't drink it. The place itself was pretty dirty. All the tables were sticky, there was a huge, sticky stain of Coke on the floor and there were fries lying around. The table was so sticky you had to move. The waitress said the drinks would be right there, and then we waited another 15 minutes for a Coke and a Fanta. The waitress was on her cell phone the whole time and even when you called for attention, she just looked away. The Fanta didn't really taste any better, but you could still swallow it. The music was playing from the start, already very loud, and suddenly she was being stomped on so loudly that you couldn't hear your own words and could hardly hold a conversation. Overall, the food was okay, but the ambiance and service definitely need some work. For almost €25, you would have expected better.

I waited over an hour and a half for a pizza, only to end up with nothing. I've never experienced such a treatment of customers. You've definitely lost me as a customer.

Literally the best „fast food“ i‘ve ever had.

We just ordered buffalo chicken burgers in between our train trips. We said we only have 10 minutes and the guy said the burgers will be ready in 6 mins. And we are not disappointed!! Service was perfect and the food was perfect. The bun, the chicken, the sauce all perfect. We definitely will go back again next time we are in Kaiserslautern.

We were here for the second time today. The first time, everything was great. A man served us (maybe the owner), a good man. He served us very friendly and even gave us cheesecake. We loved it, so weeks later we thought we'd come back. Today, unfortunately, was a disaster. Why? Here are the reasons: - Unfriendly woman serving us, who didn't say hello or goodbye. - There are currently no menus available because a "soft drink machine" is broken (quote from the server). However, there are drinks in a refrigerator, and they're still advertising menus (illegally). After thinking about it, we realized that the soft drink machine is simply industrial syrup with water, and if they replace it with branded bottles, the margin would be lower. That's okay, but that's not what they're advertising. - We were NOT notified that our food was ready, which just sat there for at least 10 minutes. We were then able to enjoy it lukewarm. When we asked why she hadn't told us, all we got was "I didn't see you, sorry." I have to say, we moved, but three tables away, and the goodies area is small. As a normal server, can you just check on the customers?! No "Bon appetit," no hello, no goodbye, no thank you for the tip. Politeness was a low priority this time. All in all, today was very poor. No comparison to the first time we were there. Today it was a waste of €32. If the owner is accommodating, they could consider giving the whole thing another chance. Otherwise, we'll gladly pass.

We stopped here while passing through and luckily managed to snag a parking space on a side street. The restaurant has simple tables with seating, perfect for a quick bite to eat. I had a burger from the menu, which I really liked. It was very well-filled with homemade burger buns and patties. It's a great place to eat. Expect a bit of a wait, as everything is freshly prepared.

The first positive thing: the dishes are made with HALAL meat and are deliciously prepared, right near the train station and the service is super friendly.

For a lot of money, you can get really bad fast food here. Even at McDonald's, it tastes much better, it's faster, and at least you pay a reasonable price. I'll never come back here – even though the interior was actually quite nice. P.S.: I wonder when the Food and Drug Administration will shut down this dump due to obvious deficiencies.

The foods are really tasty there . The place is clean and cozy . However there was one time i ordered fries and there was no Sauce with it so i asked for a ketchup ( small packet) and it costed 1 euro . So in case you wanna go and order some fries bring your own ketchup.

I ordered a bowl to take away. the man didn't put any cutlery or napkins in (even though I mentioned in the short conversation that I was on the way)! The food itself was good, however (I finally figured it out and dealt with it lid to eat.🙈😅)

We were really positively surprised by our first visit because we didn't know exactly what to expect 😊 our food was very good, the staff was very friendly, the atmosphere was modern and funny. We thought it was great value for money. We will come again to try rice bowl and pizza. 🤗

It was the smallest “Big Doner” I’ve ever ordered

Unfortunately not good, burger meat doesn't work at all!

Unfortunately disappointing. Arrived a few minutes after opening time, waited 10 minutes in front of the closed door. Sat down, then ignored for 20 minutes - only then found out that there was no table service. Pizza okay, burger arrived cold 15 minutes later (patty dry, cheese not melted). Table was dirty from the day before (!), had to ask for cleaning. Toilets, chairs etc. don't look clean either. Overall not a good experience.

2/24/25 A few months have passed since the last post and in the meantime we decided to order from Goodies again. And oh my god, am I glad you're back. The food is again super tasty and the portions are also as usual. New things have been added, such as the wraps and they are really, really tasty. I'm glad that there's something so good in Kaiserslautern again. Please keep it up!!!! Customer service continues to be excellent. Edited on July 12, 2024 I have to be honest, I'm a little disappointed. I think that as often as we order there, we can almost count ourselves as regular customers. The portions have shrunk by half and the quality has also decreased a bit. The bowls have a completely different recipe and not for the better. Mozzarella sticks also taste different. The goodies sauce is also no longer spicy as before. I understand that everything is getting more expensive, but the quality shouldn't get any worse. I'm sorry, we probably won't order there as often anymore. Customer service is still good. Top food and best customer service in town. Mistakes are corrected immediately and not simply swept under the carpet. Very friendly and very accommodating. We really enjoy eating there. Delivery is also quick 98% of the time.

Goodies Food Factory, located in the heart of Kaiserslautern, is a real surprise with its stunning, modern design. It also has fantastic chefs and waitresses who are always there to help. And, of course, the food is delicious and beautifully presented. All in all, it's worth stopping by! :)

Super delicious food. We had the vegan noodles and the buttered chicken with rice. Highly recommended and easy to reach from the train station! Very clear recommendation and very tasty.

Because of the good reviews, ordered there once and never again!!! Caesar salad with curried chicken, bottled yoghurt sauce, herb croutons and a touch of parmesan crumble. Sorry, very disappointing and disgusting.

Had goodies pizza. It was excellent! Worth the price.
