Subway in Grevenbroich

This is the best Subway I've ever eaten at. The ingredients are all super fresh. The bread is baked perfectly and the service is super nice. I can only recommend this subway to everyone...

The food arrived cold, the meat tasted like it was a few days old and the order wasn't exactly as stated... for 20 euros per portion it was an absolute joke, there are much better alternatives

Already closed at 8 p.m. on Saturdays and completely closed on Sundays?! Anyone who makes such a plan has absolutely lost touch with reality!

Since Subway is under new management, you can taste and notice a clear improvement. Faster delivery time, the subs taste extremely delicious (no comparison to before) and I finally feel like ordering from our Subway again. Big compliments to the new management of Subway - you have won back a regular customer!

After initial difficulties and a long waiting time (due to the new driver) I have to praise the management. She called me the next day and asked me to tell her what had happened and why we had to wait so long for our food. So the prices in this store have increased significantly. From €6 to €10 for a 15cm loaf. That's rude. Back then that was around €6 (or for the older ones among us, 12 DM). In addition, the card reader is permanently broken. We don't even want to talk about the reader for the Subway app. This store is simply outrageous. Unfortunately I have to give one star... zero is not possible.

I called several times and no one answered, so I ordered from Lieferando. Not only did it come with a COMPLETELY wrong sub, but even a wrong cookie :((( I'll never order there again, that broke my heart...

To eat…. Well, it's just a sub. I think that you can also prepare food with a certain passion, but unfortunately you won't find this passion at the Ostwall branch. The employees don't seem really competent and when you have questions about vouchers, nobody knows the answer and you are left standing even though there is no business. The employee preferred to stand idly behind the counter rather than help us with their voucher concept. So far so good, we scurried around ourselves, but when it came time to order, our wishes/orders were refused because it didn't work either way. But the lady didn't have a solution either. The “ambience” is more like a train station coziness. The shop generally seems rather shabby, tables aren't really wiped down. We then left without a sub and got something somewhere else.

In the Subway branch in Grevenbroich you will not only find outstanding quality and freshness in every bite, but also an ambience that invites you to linger. The focus here is on the customer, which means that this branch sets new standards in terms of service and hospitality. The combination of delicious food, commitment from the staff and a warm, welcoming atmosphere makes every visit worthwhile. Definitely a 5-star recommendation.

The restaurant made a very clean impression. You felt very comfortable. Plus, the subs were super tasty. There was no skimping on the ingredients. This won't be my last visit.

A single disappointment under the new management, things have gotten worse and worse recently. Ingredients are constantly missing, as you can see at the counter, with several ingredients only left with a meager remainder or completely all of them. The bread also seems to have just been baked lately - it was definitely not fresh. There is also some savings on the sauces that actually make the sub so tasty - you have to look for them with a magnifying glass in this store - if the sauce you want is even there. Dry bread, hardly any sauce and constantly missing ingredients - that was definitely my last visit to the shop on Friday. Even as an employee, I would no longer enter the store given the tone behind the counter that I experienced during my visits. I'm assuming the guy in the black T-shirt was the new boss, although as a boss you should have some idea of ​​managing employees and not act like a camp commander - just underground.

I wanted to do something good for my colleagues and buy a round of subs for my lunch break. In hindsight, I would have avoided it and saved a lot of money if I had gotten sandwiches from the bakery instead. It started with the fact that the ingredients that I usually used weren't there, and I even had to use a different one for the sauce because there was no chipotle there. The employee was visibly embarrassed because even with the other ingredients it looked more like a plundered buffet. Well, somehow I had my subs together, but now came the big blow, apparently they are saving money on the bags and I was actually offered a garbage bag for my subs. I think the employee would have preferred to sink into the ground. The biggest disappointment, however, came with the food; the bread was perhaps fresh the day before. All in all, an absolute failure, which is probably why the garbage bag is now on top.

Food was declared delivered by suppliers, order was canceled at Lieferando (so I can't rate it) and the service on the phone was a disaster. There was no call or food delivered. Craziness. I don't think it's that bad that the food is delivered cold there, but today they shot the bird.

Unfortunately, once again, it was completely wrong. When we ask questions over the phone, the response is very unfriendly and the call is simply ended. Zero customer friendly, service absolutely bad... and the wrong subs are put together without any love. By far the worst subway I know. Anyone who orders here has themselves to blame!

I don't know if the employee was new, but when I order "everything but tomatoes," I think that also implies corn, jalapenos, and olives that weren't on my sub. Overall, the sub was very sparsely topped (there was really very little meat) and therefore didn't fill me up, which it usually always does. I'm not used to this kind of performance from Subway and it's unfortunately disappointing.

I generally don't get tired of Subway. But the subs taste great both in the restaurant and when ordered. The location at the FitX is also practical because you can now and then get a comparatively “healthy” fast food snack after training. Sure, prices are too high like in every subway.

Very nice service, the branch was clean and the food was tasty. The only negative thing was that there was no toilet available.

Essen war sehr gut. Nettes Personal.

Personal recht freundlich. Laden an sich sauber aber eine Ecke sticht verriss und das sieht eher aus wie eine kleine Müll Nische. Vorhang oder eine Trennwand wäre ganz gut für die Optik des Ladens. Im Salat war Mais drin, hatte ich nicht bestellt trotzdem mit drauf. Mir egal aber meiner Begleitung schmeckt kein Mais. Getränke übermäßig teuer. SUB's 10,58€ dazu Getränke für 5,18€ Getränke. Verhältnis stimmt hier nicht. Und es gibt keine Toilette, bisschen schade gerade für ein Restaurant.

Wenn man persönlich dort ist, war immer alles super. Aber leider waren bei der lieferando Bestellung 2 von 2 baguettes komplett falsch. Falsches Brot, falscher Belag, einfach alles drauf geklatscht, obwohl vieles davon extra nicht ausgewählt wurde (zb. Oliven oder saure Gurken) weil es uns nicht schmeckt. Leider sehr enttäuschend!

Ging schnell. Viel Personal anwesend bei unserem Besuch und Subs waren wie erwartet. Sitzgelegenheiten vorhanden. Das passt.

Essen war sehr gut. Aber die Pommes oder Kartoffel Spalten waren für den Preis recht wenig. Denn kommen wir mal zum Bestellvorgang. Ich fühlte mich sehr unter Druck gesetzt. Obwohl hinter uns niemand war. Brot hier Belag da. Zack Zack Hauptsache du verpisst dich gleich wieder. Fanden wir sehr frech. Toiletten? Fehlanzeige. Geht meiner Meinung überhaupt nicht. Dreckige Finger bis zum abwinken und nur trockene Servierten da. So fertig mit essen. Gehe zur Kasse und möchte meinen Pfand gerne abgeben. Mitarbeiter schaut ziemlich empört und sagt, ja bekommen sie gleich. 2 Flaschen sind immerhin 50 Cent. Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Es war echt leer aber Tische wurden nicht gereinigt. Lecker Krümel und Soße vom Vorgänger. Ich weiß warum ich das letzte mal da war als es noch den Meatball Sub gab und das Gericht wurde 2011 eingestellt (nicht dort in Grevenbroich, aber in einem anderen Subway. Überall das selbe) Wir sehen uns in zehn Jahren oder auch nicht.

Frisch gemachte Baguettes mit guter Auswahl und beim Sub des Tages im Menü unschlagbar günstig.

Sehr schöner Laden mit freundlichem Personal und immer gutem Essen. Leider keine Toilette vorhanden. Lieferung geht auch nach Hause von 11-21 Uhr

Das Essen ist immer lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Grosse Auswahl und es wird immer frisch zubereitet.

Mehrmals über Lieferando bestellt, und immer das erhalten was auch bestellt wurde. Lieferungen erfolgten immer unter einer Stunde. Selbst als ein Teil vergessen wurde, wurde der fehlende Sub, Salat oder Wrap geliefert (ist bisher nur einmal passiert.) Auf Subway ist verlass.

Wir bestellen hier oft während der Mittagspause, wurden noch nie enttäuscht. Immer warm und lecker

Überaus freundliches und flottes Personal. Leider sind die Räumlichkeiten ziemlich abgerockt und wenig gemütlich.

Das Essen ist sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sind zuverlässig

3 Sterne Abzug, da das Personal mir kaum Aufmerksamkeit schenken und sich lieber untereinander belustigte. So musste ich 3 mal anmerken, daß er mein Sub falsch belegt. Das Essen war lecker, aber nochmal werde ich nicht dort hingehen.

Sauberer Laden, freundliches Personal. Zur Mittagszeit muss mit ca 10 min anstehen gerechnet werden aber das ist okay. Man kann hier auch draußen sitzen.

Nettes Personal was auch bei Stress ( 6 Jugendliche die sich dauernd unentschieden haben) freundlich aber bestimmend verhalten hat. Das kann nicht jeder. Alle Achtung

Gestern zum ersten Mal hier gewesen und einen Sub Salat zum Mitnehmen gekauft der auch sehr lecker geschmeckt hat. Ich finde hier in dem Subway Store müsste dringend was am Image gemacht werden, es sieht alles so Trist und Lustlos aus mehr Farbe und ein schöneres Erscheinungsbild würde hier gut passen.

Nette Bedienung und wie immer sehr leckeres Essen. Jederzeit wieder. 😋👍
