Great food, really tasty. You can find that everywhere today, but the friendliness and warm welcome you rarely find. Thank you to the employee, Mr. Mario, you feel very, very pleasant and the food tastes so much better.

Were on July 20th. there and the employees speak bad or no German at all. The order was prepared incorrectly. You ask for Chipotle Southwest as a sauce and the employee puts a different sauce on it. After we pointed this out to his colleague, he took a Zewa and dabbed the sauce away. We would have liked a new sub here. The wrong sauce was spicy. The hygiene and cleanliness in the dining area has also deteriorated significantly. No longer recommended.

It took over 2 hours to deliver the food and so I wasn't hungry anymore...that's why the food was rated poorly. Only bad.

This was definitely my last visit to Subway as a regular customer. In search of dinner, I checked in vain at both branches that were still open only to discover that this environmental pollution from my mailbox cannot be redeemed anywhere! Except for daily deals, everything is blocked here! You don't need to look for excuses with franchises, the competition can do it better. And since it's only a few meters away, I'll stop by for a quick CHEAP meal from now on, thank you!

Had the pleasure of getting to know the boss. She was very nice and accommodating. The food here is always stable. I also often order home here, which is super relaxing. Food always fresh and delicious. Best vegan chocolate cookies. will definitely come and order again.

I saw online that a certain discount was available at this location. When I showed it to the dirty employee, he said that "you don't take part in such actions" even though this was expressly conveyed online. At the checkout, the other employee, who was also dirty but friendlier, said that they would take part in this campaign, but it wasn't possible at the moment. As an apology, he gave me a very small cookie. At least something, but I expect that such a discount can be redeemed if it is displayed online.

Despite problems with the new Subway app, which were quickly resolved, it was a good visit to this branch for me.

Delivery was super fast (20 minutes)

I was horrified by the lack of competence of the employees. My sandwich was filled very carelessly and sparingly and after wrapping it my order was literally thrown on the counter.

The order was not completely delivered! 4 cookies were MISSING. The drink delivery was also incorrect. The colleagues at the Subway in Neu-Ulm at least transfer the difference if the delivery is incomplete. This didn't happen here. Instead they wanted to “give” us 2 packs of chips. Pure cheek.

It's always a nice experience. The friendliness, the food is always delicious. No endless waiting. The service, especially the female staff, always has a smile on their face and a few nice words. I can recommend it with conviction.

Die Subway Filiale in Ulm, direkt am Justizgebäude, verdient definitiv eine herausragende Bewertung. Hier wird Kundenservice großgeschrieben, und ich bin seit 2015 ein begeisterter Stammgast. Schon damals konnte man kleine, besondere Angebote wie kostenloses PlayStation spielen im Keller genießen. Das Team ist stets freundlich und großzügig, was den Besuch zu einem rundum angenehmen Erlebnis macht. Die Frische und Qualität der Sandwiches ist unübertroffen. Ein Ort, den ich jedem wärmstens empfehlen kann, der nicht nur großartiges Essen, sondern auch außergewöhnlichen Service schätzt!

bestellen sehr oft und es ist jedes mal aufs neue wirklich eine freude, die mitarbeiter am telefon und auch die lieferanten sind mehr als sympatisch, wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend:) heute gab es nicht mehr das brot was wir bestellten, haben daraufhin direkt einen anruf bekommen, wo gefragt wurde welches brot es denn sonst sein darf und dass wir cookies gratis dazu bekämen, nach einem langen arbeitstag freut meinen mann sowas riesig und mich natürlich auch:) bester subway

What can i say for Subway stores? As always... friendly service, top quality.

Essen/Sub war okay. Aber man darf seit neustem nichtmehr auf die Toilette, diese ist abgesperrt. Ausrede sei die "Baustelle" - die war aber vorher auch schon da. Das Männerklo war davor schon meist überflutet , nur jetzt wohl keine Lust mehr zum saubermachen. Wie habt ihr bitte fließend Wasser/Abwasser in der Küche aber nicht in der Toilette :)?

Eine wirklich tolle SubWay Filliale. Der Salat und das Gemüse sind immer frisch und es wird sehr auf hygienische Zustände geachtet. Außerdem super nettes Personal. Ich kann diesen SubWay wirklich empfehlen!

Ja das ist ein wenig ja sage mal nicht Subway gerecht..aber die können nichts dafür das liegt am Haus. Ist sehr sehr klein kein Platz für mehrere Leute zum bestellen.

Sehr dreckig und herunter gekommen , einfach nur eklig . Unten sind alle Sitze kaputt , WC sehr dreckig .Tische wurden nicht geputzt , waren klebrig. Personal war bei mir sehr nett , aber das macht es auch nicht mehr wett . Wir kommen definitiv nicht wieder .

Es wird sauber gearbeitet. Die Arbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Und außerdem hat das Essen super geschmeckt. :)

Anders als in anderen Fast Food Restaurants kann man sich beim Subway aussuchen, was man in seinem Sandwich haben möchte und es wird vor Ort gemacht. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und die Wartezeit ist minimal. Falls Sie schnell etwas essen wollen, was etwas gesünder ist als das übliche Fast Food, dann würde ich auf jeden Fall das Subway empfehlen.
