Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Besuch bei Subway in Neuötting. Das Personal war freundlich, die Bestellung wurde schnell zubereitet und alle Zutaten wirkten frisch. Mein Sandwich war lecker belegt und genau nach meinen Wünschen zusammengestellt. Besonders positiv fand ich die Sauberkeit im Restaurant und die angenehme Atmosphäre. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt. Ich komme gerne wieder und kann diesen Subway-Standort weiterempfehlen.

Naja bis auf dass die Handschuhe nicht gewechselt werden (der eine Kunde wollte Chili) mit den selben Handschuhen wird das nächste essen zubereitet. Hätte ich jetzt eine Allergie gegen Chili... Dann sagt man was man will bzw nicht will U dann wird es trotzdem drauf getan. Faste sich oft an die Nase, wurde dann nicht Hände gewaschen. Mittlerweile sind wir gerne hier. Der Mitarbeiter weiß schon was wir alles wollen Einfach top Sehr viel Personalwechsel, zum teils "liebevoll" (Ironie) belegt. Bei Belag zum teils gespart (hatte nur Käse gewünscht, da hofft man doch auf etwas mehr Gemüse) Viel zu wenig Soße bekommen für ein 30cm fürs mitnehmen gibt es Pappbecher mit Deckel die nicht mal halten (auch wenn sie mir Aufkleber zugemacht werden ) Nach Salz Pfeffer wird man schon gar nicht mehr gefragt Sprechen während der Bedingungen auf ihrer Sprache mit einander

Kennst du einen, kennst du alle... möchte man meinen. Ich mag Subway ab und an sehr gern.....wundere mich aber wie man erfolgreich Geld verdienen kann mit Personal welches grundsätzlich eher so gut wie gar nie der Landessprache mächtig ist. Grosses Manko ! Gestern war ich um Punkt 09 Uhr der erste Kunde in Neuötting und siehe da ..man nahm das Brot vom Vortag her...! Ich weiß schon wie das läuft ..99% lassen sich das Brot toasten ( in den USA eher unüblich) naja und frisch getoastet merkt man natürlich nicht das es altes Brot vom Vortag ist. Mich sehen die jetzt nimmer.

Also sowas wie hier erlebt man sonst nirgends, da weiß man warum das Baguette total vertrocknet, die Zutaten alt und die Auswahl beschränkt ist! Der unglaublich dreiste und unmotivierte Mitarbeiter der die deutsche Sprache nur mäßig beherrscht benahm sich vor uns und unseren Kindern wie das letzte, als wir einen gültigen Coupon einlösen wollten der an der Kasse auch ging drehte er völlig durch, wollte ohne einen Grund zu nennen mehr Geld, wollte die dazugehörigen Cookies und Getränke nicht dazugeben und schrie uns an das wir nicht bezahlen wollten und das normalerweise über das doppelte kosten würde und er nur 10 Euro Stundenlohn bekommen würde und er keinen Bock hat sich mit uns abzugeben usw… also ich war hier zuletzt vor ca. 5 Jahren aber jetzt weiß ich auch warum hier nichts mehr los ist und der Laden leer war. Besucht lieber einen anderen Laden und schont eure Nerven🙈

Also Neuöttingen tut mir echt leid. Ich war schon in sehr vielen Subways bundesweit und ihr habt einen besseren verdient als diesen. Ambiente absolut nicht einladend und wenig Tische. Die Subs werden sehr spärlich belegt. Beim Salat wurden anfangs nur etwa 5 Blätter auf den ganzen Footlong verteilt gelegt. Genauso schleppend ging auch die restliche Belegung weiter. Am Ende dann wurde der 30% App Coupon nicht akzeptiert mit der Begründung, alle hier wüssten doch dass dieser nicht geht, da er angeblich nur für die Online Bestellung funktioniert. Stand aber so nicht am Coupon dran, wenn das so wäre steht das in der App sehr offensichtlich. Bei anderen Subways ohne Bestell Terminal und online Bestellfunktion lässt sich der Coupon problemlos an der Kasse hinzufügen. Die Preise sind übrigens auch sehr teuer hier. Für so wenig Inhalt im Sub. Wie gesagt, ihr verdient einen besseren Subway, ich gehe wenn ich nochmal in der Region bin zu einem anderen oder alternativ gleich zu McDonalds oder Burger King

Es fehlen regelmäßig Zutaten oder Brote, der Salat ist öfter auch nicht mehr der frischeste. Bin trotzdem öfter dahingegangen, weil es bei mir in der Nähe keinen anderen Subway gibt. Die meisten Mitarbeiter machen den Eindruck, als hätten sie keine Lust zum arbeiten, aber was ich heute erlebt habe war die Krönung! Ich hatte einen gültigen Gutschein, bei dem ich den zweiten sub kostenlos bekommen sollte. Plötzlich hieß es, dass es technisch nicht funktioniert und ich den vollen Preis bezahlen muss. Keine Entschuldigung und kein entgegenkommen!!! Habe dem Mitarbeiter daraufhin gesagt, dass ich es für den vollen Preis nicht haben möchte. Plötzlich wurde er pampig und sagte mir, dass er es bereits im System eingegeben hat und ein Storno nicht möglich sei! Ich habe es bestellt, also muss ich das bezahlen, sagte er mir! Dass ich den Gutschein hatte, hat ihn nicht mehr interessiert! Aufgrund dessen, dass mehrere Gäste hinter mir standen und ich keine Lust mehr hatte zu diskutieren, habe ich den vollen Preis bezahlt! Es war definitiv mein letzter Besuch in dieser Filiale…

Mitarbeiter versteht meine Bestellung falsch. Statt 4 subs bereitet er zwei vor. Auf meinen Hinweis dass ich 4 wollte meint er, dass ich das doch sagen soll. Habe ihn darauf hingewiesen dass ich dass doch gemacht habe, woraufhin er nur zischt und mit dem Kopf schüttelt und ein weiteres (also insgesamt 3) vorbereitet. Mir war es zu dumm nochmal zu diskutieren.

Tables are dirty. The food used to be fresher. I had a coupon for two meals for €18.99, but in the end, they charged me €27.99. We had an extra ingredient: cheese. When we pointed out to the employee why it now costs almost €10 more than with the coupon, he just said, "Extra cheese." Almost €10 more because of the extra cheese. After that, it was almost impossible to have a conversation to resolve the problem or the error. In the end, according to the receipt, additional drinks were added to the meal, even though the meal already included two drinks. But a solution couldn't be found because the employee had zero interest in correcting this. It would be great if the employees were properly trained and there was at least one person in the store who knew what they were doing or could help with such problems.

We often get something to eat here. On October 19, 2025, at around 12:30 p.m., I was at the Subway branch in Neuötting and placed a large order. The branch was already quite busy, but the employee managed his stress excellently. Despite the crowd, he remained polite, calm, and humane. I'm writing this because I wish there were more people like him in customer service – friendly, stress-resistant, and attentive. He even helped us with our coupons and handled everything correctly. A big thank you to this gentleman! (I'm only mentioning the date and time so he knows I'm referring to him if he reads this.)

When ordering, I ordered the sub-menu of the day. The employee was completely unmotivated and just shrugged his shoulders when I asked about the price. By the time I got there, he'd forgotten that it was the sub-menu of the day (even though there was only one other customer in the store) and then he demanded €9.65! I pointed out that the menu of the day was considerably cheaper. Wordlessly, he turned the cash register screen toward me and repeatedly pointed to his entries, then to the price of €9.65. Verbal communication with him was impossible. Even when I showed him the flyer I'd accidentally discovered with the sub-menu of the day, which listed the price as €5.99, he just shrugged his shoulders. To avoid causing a fuss, I paid the €9.65. Since the matter was bothering me, I called the counter half an hour later and explained the situation. The boss simply said that the employee had made the wrong sandwich because today's sub of the day was chicken, not a BLT. Head office had given them the wrong list, and they had only discovered and corrected the error a few minutes ago. Since the transaction was already in the register, nothing could be done, and he was sorry. Absolutely outrageous.

I've been to this Subway several times, and every time I've encountered the same problem: the most popular bread, Cheese Oregano, is almost never available. I find it incomprehensible how they can permanently run out of regular products. This time, however, it was even worse: Cookies were clearly visible on the counter, but when I asked about them, the employee simply replied in an unfriendly and annoyed manner: "They're not available." This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. As a customer, you feel like you're being made fun of and not taken seriously. When you go to Subway, you expect a certain selection and a friendly atmosphere – here, you get neither. Very disappointing and I absolutely wouldn't recommend it.

Simply catastrophic!!! I can't recommend anyone going there!!! The only vegetable selection was iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and jalapenos...really sad.... There was no indication anywhere that there was a vegetable shortage or anything like that. We didn't get a discount or anything like that. I think it's a disgrace to charge full price for that!!! I can only advise against using the restroom...very dirty and unfortunately, relatively broken!!!

There were 6 customers in front of us and only one sandwich artist on site, who seemed so demotivated... Even though I had looked online beforehand and the store advertised gluten-free bread everywhere (for an extra charge!!!), it was "straightforward." It seemed more like it never existed, because the employee didn't even know what I meant. And this in a sandwich shop. 2025! Truly sad. For 4 footlong subs, 2 of which were ordered as part of the meal, I expect more for almost €50. More service. More selection (gluten-free bread). More friendliness.

Well, what can I say other than, once again, very disappointing. My colleagues and I thought we'd pre-order. We placed our order at around 10:15 via the app and thought, well, now the employees have enough time to schedule the orders themselves so that the subs would be ready by 12:00, but we were wrong. With a very unfriendly gesture, the employee asked us if we had ordered and we confirmed this. Then the employee said, yes, then you'll have to wait about 20 minutes. We were surprised that we had ordered so early, but oh well. After about 20 minutes, we finally got our cold sub, and I have to honestly say that this branch in Neuötting is no longer an option for me.

I've been there several times, and it's always been perfectly fine. This time, I was simply shocked by my visit. No greeting or eye contact (even though there were only two customers inside). The woman who served us was in a bad mood and barely spoke to us, let alone cracked a smile. On top of that, while she was bending over to make my sub, she wiped her dirty T-shirt on my sandwich. I was shocked at how unappetizing the selection of vegetables looked. They weren't all single varieties, and the vegetables were already mixed together. And it didn't exactly look very hygienic. I'm pretty disappointed with my visit today.

According to the app, I should be able to pick up my order at 3:01 p.m. When I entered the store I was immediately told that I had ordered and that it would still take a while. I said no problem and waited 10 minutes. When I noticed that every new customer who came in was served immediately, I asked the staff (the lady at 3 p.m. 04/13/25) if my order was being processed and she said no and if I couldn't see how busy it was. I then felt so embarrassed because every new customer who came in was served immediately and my order wasn't even started. The woman had no insight into my complaint; on the contrary, she said that I shouldn't look at her stupidly. I pointed out to her that something was going wrong in the process, but she took note of it personally. The men understood me immediately and I received 3 cookies as an apology, which made me very happy. In my opinion, the woman is not suitable for this job because after the accusation she asked me if I had ever done this job before. An absolute disgrace P.S. I love subway so I took it personally.

The food is delicious, but the eye doesn't eat with it. The "SandwichArtist" print on the employee's shirt is definitely not justified. There were 7 people in front of us, we queued for 30 minutes. If we had painted the sandwich, it would have been quicker. Clapping together carelessly, we were finally able to eat our subs. We took the deposit home with us because just returning it would probably have taken an extra five minutes given the employee's work speed.

In my opinion, Subway beats all other fast food restaurants. The selection is large, whether with meat or without, and the prices are good. My favorite sub is the 30cm Chicken Teriyaki. The macadamia cookies are an absolute must-have for every visit. Update: I've now tried ordering online and it worked great.

Update 10/2024: Unfortunately, gluten-free bread now costs a considerable extra charge. Unfortunately, despite the price increase, performance has declined - the bread is rarely in stock and the new employees are unfamiliar with it. It's a shame, we used to like going to Subway, but not anymore. Original review: Very good gluten-free options as there is a gluten-free bread at no extra charge and the allergen list is set out at the beginning. The employees are also very knowledgeable, friendly and always prepare the sub separately with new gloves. If you need to eat gluten-free you can go here without any worries :)!

The manager Ms. Graml is incredibly unfriendly and insults customers. Requests are ignored, I was given a completely broken piece of bread and got a very annoyed answer when I asked if I could have another one. The cheese oregano bread was supposedly out, but there were two baking sheets at the back of the room. Every tiny little thing is charged extra but only by the manager. This woman shouldn't be working with clients. Meat is added minimally and everything is saved. 2 hours before closing time they are out of cookies, bread and drinks anyway. No longer worth a visit and the manager should really be fired

My wife and I thought it would be a good idea to go there for lunch. When we entered we were the only two guests. The only visible, somewhat shy, introverted employee was preparing two pre-ordered subs at this point. He was very thoughtful and loving. Meanwhile, the shop slowly filled up with guests from the area who wanted to spend their lunch break there. After completing the order, there were now nine of us. However, that didn't faze the employee. We ordered our menu which was prepared with the same calm. A murmur and shaking of the head went through the line. A young couple came in and left the store after two minutes smiling. To everyone's astonishment, after 16 minutes, a "manager" came out of the next room and supported the poor guy. After 21 minutes we finally sat at the table. I can't say anything negative about the cleanliness, taste and amount of toppings. But people, this is still fast food! I don't want to stand there at the counter forever and get fed up just watching. For 32 euros for two sub menus, I expect a bit of dedication and a bit of customer focus. There really is a lot of catching up to do.

Yesterday (July 19, 2024) there were two young men there in the evening who couldn't even really speak German and didn't even say hello or anything to answer questions anyway 🤷🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ very, very unfriendly and strange 🤨 my subway Bread 🥖 was cut completely through so that the entire filling fell out 🤦🏻♀️ I have no idea, we were there for 8 people and no one will go there again and I advise everyone against it! Extremely unfriendly staff. Given Subway sandwiches are simply changed, different sauces are used without any indication or choice. When asked about this, the employee says she knows that, but here in the building things are different than Subway intended and if I don't like it, I can complain to Subway. Absolutely underground.

Since the change of ownership, the service has left a lot to be desired. You order a Fiesta Fajita and are looked at with a big question mark about what you want now. In addition, the Doritos and guacamole were “forgotten” or intentionally left out of the given ingredients. When I asked that the ingredients were still missing, all I got was “We don’t have it,” even though there were still Doritos on the chip display. This should have been communicated when ordering. The work ethic in the service was terrible. Absolutely no value is placed on customer satisfaction. This experience doesn't make the food taste any better and it doesn't leave you wanting more. Never again.

The previous employees under the old store management were top. The new boss has neither the store nor his staff under control. Almost without exception there are incompetents and special students behind the counter. Talking and acting like a bunch of asses. If there are more than 3 customers in the store, they are completely overwhelmed. Ongoing campaigns are either not known to the staff or are simply rejected without any justification. Despite everything, we wanted to get something to eat quickly today... but they were already out of bread at lunchtime. And I'm not talking about an out-of-stock variety - there wasn't a SINGLE BREAD THERE. In this shop, ineptitude reaches its peak.

Bad service, employees unmotivated and not exactly friendly. There is currently a special offer with the Lidl Plus app that when you order a 15cm sub, the second one is free. Conditions of participation fit and the branch in Neuötting is listed. The employee said no and rejected it, only referring to their new app. He didn't want to know anything about partner benefits! But the sub we ordered was ok. Waiting time was short. If you read the reviews from the last 2 years, it's not surprising that there was nothing going on there... I'm used to much better Subway elsewhere

Unfortunately, our partner campaign (May 6th - June 2nd, 2024) with Lidlapp, in which we were supposed to get two 15 cm subs for the price of one, was rejected. We even showed the campaign on our cell phones and still they said “no, no”. I find that pretty outrageous. Since we were hungry, we each took a 15 cm sub. The sub was mediocre and the service was very unmotivated. There was rubbish on the tables outside even though nothing was going on.

Employees are disinterested, every time there are problems with the student ID card because the employees can't read (seriously) after several references to what it says they reject it (according to the quote they are afraid of making a mistake in front of the cameras). Student ID is fine, no problems anywhere. The employee named worked alone in the branch on February 26th. If you want to order in a relaxed manner and don't want any problems, you should look for another branch.

Went there again today. 7 people are queuing at the counter, the poor guy behind had to fill the bread, toast it, put salad, etc. on it, distribute various sauces and spices, pack it up and collect money. Although noises were clearly coming from the small adjoining room, the colleague did not find it necessary to support him in any way. A good working atmosphere looks different for me. Then he was overwhelmed with the cash register and wanted to pay by card, which was then not possible. That's hygiene. Changing gloves etc also suffered from this; should be clear. Two young women even left the store because the wait was too long for them. And the filling of the subs also left a lot to be desired. In other words, very poorly documented. Ich habe vor einigen Monaten selbst in dieser Filiale gearbeitet und kann sagen dass mir die damaligen Mitarbeiter sehr ans herz gewachsen sind. Nachdem ich aber jetzt auch mehrmals dort Kunde war nach meiner zeit als Arbeiter kann ich nur sagen dass sich diese Arbeiter wirklich für die Kunden einsetzen. Auch meine Freunde wurden immer freundlich bedient und als mein Kumpel letztens kam ohne jemals bei Subway kunde zu waren haben sie ihn SOFORT alles erklärt, das sortiment gezeigt und er war supee zufrieden und hat drüber geschwärmt wie toll der Service ist.

Hey Leute , also der Bestelldienst ist eine absolute Katastrophe . Bei der letzten Bestellung wurden wir vergessen , nach 1 Stunde habe ich angerufen, mir wurde gesagt, dass sie mich vergessen haben , nach weiteren 20 Minuten kam unsere Bestellung . Wir haben 3 Cookies zur Entschädigung erhalten. Heute haben wir nocheinmal bestellt , dass Essen ist nach ungefähr 40 Minuten angekommen . leider hat bei Meinem Sub eine Hälfte gefehlt ... nach rückruf wurde mir gesagt es wird nach geliefert , nach 20 Minuten habe ich erneut angerufen , diesmal wurde mir gesagt der Fahrer ist unterwegs es dauert noch 10-15minuten . Nach besagten 15 minuten war er da . Mein halbes BBQ war seviert, diesmal mit dem falschen Brot (: wir bekammen 2 Cookies zur Entschädigung ... ! Über das Essen könnten wir uns nicht beschweren, geschmeckt hat es. Aber in Zukunft werden wir den Lieferdienst nicht mehr in Anspruch nehmen.

Wir wollten uns spontan etwas zum Essen holen. Wir kamen rein und wurden überhaupt garnicht registriert, oder empfangen. Stattdessen lief die Kellnerin die ganze Zeit mit einem genervten Blick an uns vorbei und sagte uns dann, dass wir vorne am Eingang warten sollen. Nachdem wir dann immer noch nicht bedient wurden, war es uns letztendlich zu blöd und wir sind zur Konkurrenz gegenüber gegangen.
