Leider eine sehr schlechte Kommunikation mit dem Service personal.Waren jahrelang Stammgäste werden nicht mehr kommen.Wenn man sich vorhalten lassen muss das ja alles so billig ist und man abstriche machen soll.

Leider war der Kundenservice sehr unfreundlich und unhöflich.

Am Samstag war ziemlich viel los, die Bedienung und der Keller hatten gut zu tun und eine Schlange am Eingang wartete auf einen freien Tisch. Uns wurde gesagt das die Bedienungen und die Küche unterbesetzt ist, und es länger dauern kann. Aber hat es nicht. Kurzum, netter Kellner, gutes Essen und lange hat es auch nicht gedauert trotz des vollen Lokals.

Ich war heute hier und habe mir einen sog. Jubiläumsgrillteller bestellt. Das war gelinde gesagt für 9 Euro eine absolute Frechheit! Das Fleisch war so dünn und zäh wie eine Schuhsole. Das Hackfleiscjröllchen hat gekriegt vor Fett. Das dritte Fleisch (?) war undefinierbsr. Das einzige was einigermaßen ging waren die etwa 15 Pommes. Da wird man mit Gutscheinen per Post gelockt und bekommt so einen Frass vorgesetzt. Mich sehen diejedengalls nicht mehr!

Nun war ich ja schon öfter dort beim Mittagessen. Das Essen ist ok. Der Service ist es nicht. Speziell der männliche Kollege wäre mit seiner ruppigen Art auf dem Bau besser aufgehoben. Auffällig ist auch eine hohe Fluktuation bei den Service-Kräften. Warum wohl?

Sehr lecker, Service ok, kurze Zeit zwischen Bestellen und Bekommen, es lohnt sich, Gitscheine zu nutzen (Prospekt). Wie hatten Schnitzel mit Pommes und kleinem Eis, mit Gutschein 8 Euro. Die Schnitzel sind hier immer sehr gut, groß und lecker.

Schlimmste essen die ich im Restaurant bekommen habe !! 1 BolOgnese einfach eckelhaft !!!! 2 die haben keine parmezan gehabt ! 3 snitzel sollte gefühlt sein mit Schinken und kase , war aber nicht ?! 4 Bedingungen einfach ohne Bock zum arbeiten! 5 nie wieder !!

Gutes Essen, sehr freundlicher Service, günstige Preise.

Sind jetzt schon öfter beim Essen dort gewesen. Preis-Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung. Essen immer gut, das Lokal an sich könnte mal etwas modernisiert werden. Ist schon sehr alt aber trotzdem sauber. Ganz ganz großes Lob an die junge Bedienung und den Kellner. Wenn die beiden da sind, sind wir am liebsten dort. Die haben einfach immer alles im Griff auch wenn alles voll ist und sind auch immer sehr freundlich. Sehr gut finden wir auch das neue Konzept das jeder an den Tisch geführt wird. So gibt es kein Gerangel mehr um einen Tisch. Ist zum Teil schon sehr unverschämt was sich so manch andere einfallen lassen um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Hut ab an die Bedienungen dass die da trotzdem so freundlich bleibeben. Echt spitze 10 Sterne extra dafür!

Ein Stern – nach dem heutigen Besuch. XXL Lutz: viel Fläche, wenig Qualität. Essen einfallslos, Service gleichgültig, Organisation beliebig. Wer hier heute verantwortlich war, sollte dringend hinschauen – so vergrault man Kunden.

Der Tisch wird einen zugewiesen, drei Personen auf einen Tisch zu zweit. Haben uns umgesetzt auf einen vierer Tisch. Kellner hat uns blöd angemacht er hat den anderen Tisch uns gegeben , sehr unfreundlich zu allen Gästen. Einige sind gegangen . Sollte nicht mit sich so reden lassen. Der männliche kellner ist fehl am Platz , Freundlichkeit null. So was unfreundliches hab ich schon lange nicht gesehen. Frauen im Service war freundlich . Werden da nicht mehr essen. Das Personal in den Abteilungen ist sehr freundlich und will helfen. Restaurant kommen nicht wieder.

Die Rindsrollade war gerade mal lauwarm !!

Das Essen absolut ungenießbar. Wir haben den "Premium hähnchenschnitzel" zurückgehen lassen. Es war wie eine Schuhsohle. Wenn so was in einem Restaurant serviert wird, dann weiß ich auch nicht. Nie wieder. Ich fahre lieber paar hundert Meter weiter und kriege überall besseres Essen.

0 Sterne Service ist einfach nur schlecht!

Hätten einen Platz beim Kinderspielplatz bekommen, wo wir aber nicht essen wollten. Haben dann auf einen anderen freien Platz gewartet. Andere Kunden wurden dann aber bevorzugt behandelt! Das geht garnicht. Auch wenn das Personal unter Stress steht, dass geht garnicht! Unsere drei Kinder hatten Hunger, wir konnten aber dort nicht essen. Jeder der Kinder hat, kann hier mitfühlen.

Was soll man sagen, Kantinen Essen! Soll aber keine Beleidigung sein den für den Preis diese Menge an Essen muss es halt wo Abstriche geben. Leider zu wenig Personal somit auch ein grosser Bereich der Tische gesperrt. Die aber die offen sind, wird man freundlich Begrüßt und Bedient. Alles in allem kann man es Empfehlen. Eventuell etwas Geduld und Zeit mit bringen ist ja schließlich keine Schachtelbude wie gegenüber. Hier ist man in einem Speiselokal immer noch. PS: Mal die Kühlung überprüfen mein Getränk war nicht gut gekühlt. ;-)

Habe eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung gemacht! Es war noch viele frei, aber es darf sich keiner hinsetzen. Das Personal war nicht freundlich.

Recht voll zur Mittagszeit 11-13 Uhr kein Tisch frei und nicht das ganze Restaurant geöffnet da zu wenig Personal. Speisen sind ok. Bei Reklamation wird erst widersprochen das die Aussage nicht stimmt und die Speisen gut sind obwohl die Bedienung es nicht probiert hat.

Noch nie soo schlecht gegessen. Die "Käsespätzle" waren ungenießbar. Kein Geschmack dran. Das einzige was vorhanden war ist pures Fett. Ich weiß, dass man sich hier kein 4 Sterne Restaurant vorstellen braucht, aber zumindest sollten die Köche Ihr Essen mal selber probieren.

Neither particularly cheap nor good - but with endless waiting times!

Went for breakfast this morning. The coffee was undrinkable and the rolls were hard. I specifically asked for no raspberry jam, but got it anyway, and the waiter was rude to me! The fried eggs were cold. Really disappointed, it's usually been good!

Positive: The schnitzel was large. Negative: The service was very overworked and not very friendly. The frying oil didn't taste fresh. The wait for the food was extremely long. It was difficult to get a table. Overall, not a great experience.

We waited for 15 minutes, the server kept looking at us but didn't come, so we left.

As a family, we arrived at a restaurant where we had to wait 35 minutes for service. There were only three tables occupied! Behind the counter, a waiter and two waitresses laughed arrogantly and looked in our direction. Next to us sat a mother with a child of about one year old, who was also waiting—even longer than us. Many tables had signs saying "Please do not sit here," and part of the restaurant was closed. The waitress finally decided to stock bottles at the counter instead of serving us. Simply unbelievable. In the end, we left without being served at all.

The restaurant needs a redesign; it already looks a bit dated. At lunchtime, the restaurant is already very busy, so the staff are very busy. The food selection is very good. However, some dishes could be presented a little differently. Not everyone likes the dressing smothered on the salad. 😃

At first, some of the tables were blocked off, but upon request, I was given a smaller table. Two waiters simply couldn't manage everything, resulting in a long wait. The food was okay. Since no more tables were available, some people left.

We had lunch today, duck with potato dumplings was inedible, almost everything was cold, potato dumplings were definitely from the day before, then schnitzel with savoy cabbage and potatoes, savoy cabbage on schnitzel soaked the schnitzel breading, savoy cabbage was rancid, potatoes were cold and saltless, note to the waitress... she was sorry, we were surprised that they even served something like that, we found it outrageous that you have to pay for it.

I went there for lunch on Friday. I had a regular cordon bleu with fries and a drink. The cordon bleu was delicious and cost €12.90. It came pretty quickly, as did the drinks.

The staff is very, very friendly. Despite being very busy, the service staff always have a smile on their face. Thank you for that. Breakfast and lunch are plentiful and very tasty. You feel completely at home.

Very nice waiter! The food was good and plentiful. Everything else on the menu was a bit pricey. But when visiting a furniture store, it's nice to take a break and enjoy some coffee and cake.

A lot has changed over the last 8 years, not just the enormous price increase, but also the quality and selection. We can judge this very well - we've been going there often enough for the last 8 years - and unfortunately there has been no improvement.

The schnitzel was too dry, but very large. I had to wait 30 minutes before I could even place my order, and then another 15 minutes before I got my food.

Today there was a flea market in the parking lot of XXXL 👍 Very nice and big 👍

The food is not bad but not good either. Service is slow, we waited 20 minutes for our order to be taken. The table was dirty. Even though there were hardly any people in the restaurant at 3:00 PM. I do not recommend the place.

A nice romantic bar. friendly staff. the bar is in the old part of the city. a large selection of cocktails, wine, beer, sweets, coffee and tea

I was really surprised, the food is very good and inexpensive, you get something for your money.

The waiting time for a drink and food was too long for me at 20 minutes, the waiter was friendly. The schnitzel with fries was good.

Skilfully ignored by the waitress so that no extra work is required at the end (45 minutes before closing time). After 15 minutes of waiting, I just left without any contact with anyone.

If you have time to look around, you can always find something for decoration here... The people are always friendly and helpful and are always available to answer any questions. Keep it up...

Nothing special, everything mediocre - service is ok - prices are rather cheap

Had to wait half an hour to order. Ordered the PREMIUM Chicken Wienerschnitzel. Waited about 45 minutes for the food even though the restaurant was only half full. Even though we ordered the premium version, the quality of the meat was very poor. We had to leave everything behind except the fries. I then paid at the counter to the unfriendly staff and left immediately. If the service and quality of the food were better, we would happily come back. Well, never again!

Very disappointing! Instead of politely informing us that we would have to wait for a table to become available, we were simply told there was no space and that they had too few staff to serve us. That was neither professional nor welcoming. This is not how you imagine hospitality.

The service here is bottom drawer. Stubborn, bad-tempered and annoyed. Koch went home early, then there was nothing left to eat. Never again!

Tables are not cleared. Service makes you wait forever even though the restaurant is almost empty. Went there twice and had the same experience both times.

Price performance of the food is good. Unfortunately not enough service staff.

The food is quite tasty, but the service leaves much to be desired: the waiting time is very long.

The breakfast was delicious, fresh. Because the service lady was alone, everything took a while. But that wasn't the problem, the time was covered up with chatter 🫠 More likely that the lady was a bit stressed and as a result a bit unfriendly.

The problem is always the same, the vouchers are not valid on open Sundays but there is never anything about it on the vouchers! Wasn't there a court ruling about this advertising just recently!?! Even the vouchers for this exact day and for this branch are either sold out or not working!?! It could be that simple?!? It's also funny that the table next door received exactly this food after us!!!

The last thing, we can't even judge because we didn't get anything or were not even asked about our wishes. We were there on September 9th, 2024 to have something to eat for lunch. Two thirds of the seating areas were cordoned off with the sign “Not here...” or the “Personal Zone”. The staff consisted of two women, one of whom was at the bar. The second woman then found it more necessary to empty the dishwasher instead of taking the orders. But there were shelves of clean glasses! After the third "I'll be right back" and 25 minutes of waiting WITHOUT taking an order, we left the canteen like so many other customers. ABSOLUTELY not recommended...

For a furniture store, the kitchen is really good and the prices are adjusted to the level, but the wait staff are all very nice and friendly, which is something you tend to miss at other furniture stores. I like going there and can recommend it with a clear conscience.

Essen war gut, aber es hat sehr lange gedauert

Nach oder während des Einkaufs eine willkommene Möglichkeit zum Ausruhen und Essen. Ambiente wirkt eher speckig abgenutzt - sauber ist es durchaus aber Mobiliar und Architektur sieht man die häufige Nutzung durchaus an. Je nach Sitzplatz und Frequentierung dauert es eine Weile, bis man bedient wird, das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich. Kleine aber ausreichende Essensauswahl mit Tagesmenü. Für Kinder auch Auswahl und ein räumlich Abgetrennter Spielbereich mit Restaurantplätzen in Sichtweite für die Eltern, gut durchdacht! Das Essen preislich gut, frisch und lecker, das passt dann schon alles.

Sehr nett, alles was man braucht. Toilette sind gleich ums Eck, eine Spielecke für die Kinder. Essen schmeckt gut, Service freundlich und bemüht.

Die verwenden tatsächlich Freilandeier für das Rührei und schlagen die auf. Normalerweise ist in der Gastronomie üblich, dass Tetrapacks verwendet werden.

Hier gibt es bis 11 Uhr sehr leckeres Frühstück, Kaffee soviel man möchte, hier wird man definitiv gut satt. Die Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich..
