Everything is a little complicated for Subway “newbies”. Too many unknown ingredients in the selection. Drinks from the coupons not in stock. All in all - it works like this!!

In contrast to the subway in Haan, this one accepts vouchers. Top! Nice/friendly staff, are patient and helpful! I really enjoy going to the subway on the Foche. I love it. :)

Very nice employee who served us. Even gave us two cookies for free. There is now only one employee there and can only speak about this, so I don't know whether the bad reviews here are correct, but the service for my friend and I was very nice and accommodating. I'd be happy to come back when I'm nearby!

Today on July 8th, 24 around 9 p.m. I was at Subway and was treated incredibly badly by a male employee, that's not possible, if you're treated like that you really don't need any more enemies... definitely not recommended!

Friendly and competent staff. The subs come in many variations. Tastes really good. The ambience is like other Subway's.

Empty sandwiches and shockingly sad, it was the worst experience of my adolescence. It took a few minutes before they even considered us, even though we said hello when we entered the venue. It seemed like an American prison canteen from a TV series, and the attitude of the staff made it all more realistic. In the awkward silence, every now and then they made unkind comments about the customers outside, probably we too were victims of their contempt for life. However, after a quarter of an hour the sandwiches were finally ready. And they were empty, two slices of ham that had the same flavor and texture as air. Ah yes, they couldn't make the sandwiches we wanted, or so they said. My mother was right... Never trust strangers. 😔 SUB-QUALITY, other than Subway...🤌🤌🤌 Eat a kebab, which is healthier.

My 2 sisters were in the store today around 7 p.m., so disrespectful were the 2 young employees who bullied and laughed like monkeys the whole time, I will personally come there and make a complaint personally to the manager! Such stores are not allowed to be visited, simply disrespectful and inhumane, I want to experience it personally in front of me that they do the same to me, your shop and your fellow workers have learned nothing from humanity...

Today 5/12/24 my sister and I were there and when she asked if they had falafel the employee said no. As we left the store we were laughed at loudly. Bad handling and incompetent employees! I will avoid this place.

Very very stupid, unfriendly incompetent employees. The customer is worth absolutely nothing in the store. Such rude employees. They're just kids who work there. You can't talk about hygiene here in the store. Hopefully the health department will stop by there.

Prices seem to vary depending on the employee.

Five of us just had dinner at Subway. The food was delicious. The store was relatively busy, but the service was still a 10/10 and the two nice employees were very nice despite the stress.

Price-performance is still completely okay, although the prices have also gone up a bit. Food tastes very good. Everything fresh. When I got my subs there, the employees were always very friendly, even when things were stressful. Unfortunately, there have been no carrots available for vegetables for some time now, which I think is a shame.

We visited the restaurant on March 5th, 2024 at around 8:45 p.m. When we arrived there was a lot of noise, many young people were sitting at the table with the employees and having loud conversations. There was no appropriate greeting; instead we were told that only two loaves of bread were available, even though it was still over an hour until closing time. So we ordered our subs despite the hustle and bustle. During preparation, an angry customer appeared who appeared to have received the wrong order. Instead of letting the teenage employee at the table take care of the matter, the employee stopped serving our subs and argued with the customer, denying responsibility. The customer offered several times to pay extra to get his meat on the subs, but the staff didn't take him up on it and continued to blame the customer. Although the behavior may be due to the employees' young age, this does not justify their behavior. The question arises as to whether the employees actually work there or whether the restaurant merely serves as a meeting place for friends. Constantly talking about finishing work soon does nothing to improve the situation. Unfortunately, this reflects extremely negatively on your restaurant.

I was served in a friendly and courteous manner, the preparation was quick and the food was delicious. I would be happy to come back

1 star because I have to EXACTLY TODAY at 8:55 p.m. an unfriendly person works here... It's best to train your workers better so that they can scan QR codes. Without complaining and without raising your voice, never again. The boss should look for better employees And then she tells us you don't have to eat here, never, never, ever this subway again.

I was there today around 5:15 p.m. to get food. The two behind the counter really had their hands full and more and more came in. Kudos to both of them: super friendly, kept calm and everyone was served one after the other. Keep it up

Poor quality, unfriendly staff and expensive.

Die Mitarbeiter in der Filiale sind total unfreundlich. Unsere 3 Subs wurden in eine viel zu kleine Tüte gequetscht und man hat dann noch versucht 12 weitere Cookies rein zu pressen in die Tüte. Als ich den Mitarbeiter aufmerksam machte warum er es so quetscht das die Cookies kaputt gehen hat sich eine andere Mitarbeiterin eingemischt mit einem forschen Ton das er es ja nicht mit Absicht macht. Wenn man merkt das es nicht passt dann Versuche ich es nicht mit Gewalt da gibt es keine Frage der Absicht. Die Filiale ist ein absoluter Reinfall. Es kamen 2 junge Mädels rein die eine setzte sich an den Tisch die andere ging mir Straßenkleidung hinter sie Theke in die Küche und belegte dann ihr Sub selber. Fahre dann lieber ein paar Minuten mehr nach Haan Ost die Filiale kann ich nur empfehlen.

Ein nettes Subway und die Bedienung war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich daumen hoch

Sind eben um 17:30 Uhr da gewesen. Der junge Mann und die junge Dame waren super freundlich und geduldig. Die Dame begrüßte einen direkt mit einem Lächeln und der junge Mann übernahm freundlich die Subs zum belegen. Ruhig und sauber belegte er die Subs, alles perfekt! So muss das! Das Essen hat hier schon immer super geschmeckt, ich bin ein glücklicher Stammkunde und meine Freunde auch. Die anderen Rezensionen kommen wohl vom Gourmet Restaurant….ich kann sagen das ist einer der besten Subways im Städtedreieck!

Schmeckt gut. Personal freundlichen. Zutaten schauen frischer aus als in anderen Subway Filialen. Habe auch den Eindruck, dass hier nicht so mit der Menge der Zutaten gegeizt wird. Parkplätze immer vorhanden.

Das Essen bei Subway ist sehr lecker.Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Eigentlich ein ganz normaler Subway mit dem üblichen Bestellfragebogen. Essen war solide wie immer, allerdings war es ein bisschen komisch, dass 5 Jungs in Straßenkleidung permanent in und aus der Küche kamen.

Das Essen hat mir sehr gefallen und die Arbeiter Arda und Kerim waren sehr freundlich besseren service könnte ich mir nicht vorstellen

An sich ganz gut, zwar mager die baguettes ausgestattet und paar Haare drin, kann aber daran liegen das es einen Typen gibt der mit langen und offenen Haaren die Gerichte belegt.

Es könnte etwas sauberer sein. Und die Fliessbandabfertigung nervt. Ich würde lieber in Ruhe entscheiden was ich möchte.

Eine Lokalität zu beurteilen ist immer Geschmacksache. Subway ist eine der wenigen Fastfoodketten, wo man nicht auf Pappe rumkaut. Und hier kann man sogar noch mit nem Camper vor der Tür parken. Dafür gibts von uns noch einen Stern mehr in der Gesamtwertung. Sonst ist die Kette eher im Bereich 3 bis 4 Sternen anzusiedeln. Hier waren die Leute nett und es sah sauber genug aus.

Am Essen ist nichts auszusetzen aber ich habe selten so unmotiviertes und leider auch nicht besonders freundliches Personal erlebt.

Eine meiner Stammfilialen, gab bis jetzt nie etwas zu meckern.

Bedienung war echt freundlich und schnell. Aber die Preise mittlerweile bei Subway sind gesalzen.

Eine wirklich gute Mitarbeiterin die super auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen ist. Abzuziehen ist nur die Tatsache das es kein WC gibt und die Cola nicht wie gewohnt von Pepsi ist.

Ein sehr sauberer Laden,Personal war sehr freundlich essen war frisch und vor allem alles vorhanden...echt empfehlenswert 👍

Habe heute voller Freude ein sehr tolles Glutenfreies Sandwich bekommen,auf alles was geachtet werden muss,wurde hervorragend geachtet. Vielen Dank dafür. Mein Sohn hat einen Keks geschenkt bekommen,da Coca-Cola die Lieferung eingestellt hat. Und momentan der Chef neue Getränke reingeschleppt hatte und die Getränke noch nicht gekühlt waren. Mein Sohn war sehr begeistert. Alles total sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder

2. Schlechte Erfahrung gemacht. Brot war sehr zerbröselt, konnte man kaum in die Hand nehmen um ordentlich zu essen. Und die generelle Zubereitung sehr lieblos und streng, war der schlechteste sub jemals!

Sehr junges freundliches Personal, etwas mehr Schulung wäre denke ich ganz gut. Essen war gut.

Gibt deutlich bessere Subways .. Bedienung war ein wenig überfordert.

War vor 2 Tagen dort. Geschmacklich war es völlig in Ordnung. Allerdings waren die Mitarbeiter sooo langsam das ich den Laden fast wieder verlassen wollte. Vor mir standen 5 Kunden und es hat fast 40 Minuten gedauert!! Außerdem waren die Mitarbeiter so lustlos.
