Generally, we've always been satisfied with Subway and have been customers since it opened. What we encountered today from the service staff was unimaginable. The man behind the counter seemed extremely annoyed and tense. He must have been training for a Guinness World Record while topping the sandwiches. I immediately felt nervous watching. The sandwiches were filled without enthusiasm and half-heartedly. If you briefly considered a decision, you'd get an annoyed look and another customer would be served.

In my opinion it is very clean there, the food is prepared with gloves. Always delicious, but I only go there occasionally when there are vouchers available. Easy to reach, friendly staff, cash or card payment possible. I always take the food with me and eat it at home. Another 15 seconds in the microwave... perfect 👍

It's a normal Wednesday and there's nothing there, neither cookies nor the usual meats. Chicken Teriyaki, for example, has been out of stock for a few days. There weren't even any drinks. Overall, catastrophic conditions. I'm NOT coming back.

The staff was unreasonable, unfriendly to customers and the bread was in the oven too long so it turned black. The only good thing was the southwest sauce and my meat, which I added to the sub afterwards to at least save money. So overall I wouldn't recommend THIS subway!

I went to SubWay today and would like to share my experience. The lady who put together my sub really did everything right - she was very professional. However, she seemed extremely stressed, which I really felt sorry for. She did a great job, but it was obvious that she was under a lot of pressure. There were also two men on the team: one wore glasses and the other wore a headband. The gentleman with the glasses looked like he hadn't been working there long - but he really tried to do everything right and was very friendly. The colleague with the headband also did his best to support the work. It was noticeable that the two of them were trying to somehow relax the situation, which I found very pleasant. The food was delicious as always, but the tense atmosphere somewhat spoiled the overall impression.

Apparently there are not enough staff and you wait ages for your food. Unfortunately, the drive-thru is almost always closed. The food is of normal Subway quality, the staff is friendly. The entrance door has been broken for months and is not being repaired, you have to enter the shop via the terrace door. A lot of potential is really being wasted here.

Never waited so long for food. We stood there for a little more than half an hour before we could even choose bread. Tables are extremely dirty and counters are full to the brim. It felt like orders were only completed online before you got to the store yourself. What a shame!!

The shop was pretty dirty, napkins on the floor, not a single table was really clean, and every dish drop-off point was overcrowded. We had to wait over 20 minutes and there was no one in front of us. It can't be that customers outside the home are prioritized. All in all it was a bad experience for the money. More emphasis should be placed on customers in the store. There were 4 employees on site, at least one could sweep and wipe the tables.

1 hour until you are finally served, 10 Lieferando orders are processed beforehand and the queue extends to the entrance door, maybe then order acceptance should stop? In the rush, all the ingredients got mixed up and the tuna ended up in every other container. Then we gave up.

Terrible. Not again. Everything was cold when it arrived. Unfortunately, the delivery driver doesn't speak German so well that he didn't manage to deliver. Everything limp, everything cold. Not again. The subs weren't good at all and 14 euros for a small sandwich with some chicken? impudence. The potato grids were the next outrage. Now I have to correct my 5/5 star review. It happened several times in recent orders that you ordered an ingredient like cheese separately and paid for it twice, but then the cheese was completely missing from the sub. It would be ok that it could happen once, but with 3 out of 4 recent orders it doesn't work at all.

Catastrophe. Not what it used to be. We ordered to be picked up, the subs didn't have the selected extras on them, the roll wasn't toasted even though it said so. Some of the waffle fries were still raw, as were the nacho chicken bites, which simply tasted disgusting. The whole meal just looked heartless and slapdash. The waffle fries that were missing were given later upon request and put in the oven for 10 seconds. Very rude and stroppy staff. Absolutely no longer recommended for the price. A pity!

This is my absolute favorite restaurant. The waitresses are all so nice and friendly! The newest young blonde employee always asks if that's enough or if you want more, so the sub is always just right! A really great team and thank you for the well-filled meal! Keep it up🫶🏻

The store is open until 9:30 p.m., according to the hours posted on the door. I was just there at 9:18 p.m. All the doors were already locked, even though there were still guests inside. So the store was already closed. In my opinion, that's not possible if you go there for free because you want to get something to eat quickly.

Pure disappointment twice within 5 days. On the first visit there was a 35 minute waiting time, then rude staff, the order was taken incorrectly and they reacted rudely when this was pointed out. The subs were incorrectly filled and my complaint was responded to with rolling eyes. I was supposed to pay extra to correct the occupancy, but of course I refused. The highly motivated lady then didn't want to give me my sub back, and I only got the sub back when I asked the manager. The cleanliness in the restaurant is massively neglected. We had to wipe the table ourselves. On today's second and definitely last visit we went to the DriveIn. After 25 minutes of waiting without a response from the staff, we drove to McDonalds. Subway in Altencelle... a place that you can safely avoid. Just not worth it. 👎

The atmosphere is quite nice. There are large windows through which you can look out. The food is quite good and freshly prepared. I've had a few bad experiences with service recently. Sometimes I had to wait a long time for my food or something was wrong. This happened, among other things, in the drive in, which, by the way, I think is a very cool idea.

Mit Lieferando um ca 19:50 Uhr problemlos bestellt. Lieferzeit bis zu 1,5 Stunden. Um 21:05 tUhr kam ein Anruf. „Wegen einem Problem „vor Ort“ keine Lieferung möglich“. Kein Entgegenkommen oder Gutschein. Nach so langer Zeit einfach das Essen in Gänze zu stornieren, zeigt nicht, dass Subway an weiteren Umsatz interessiert ist. War auch nicht das erste Mal.

Sehr schlechter Service. Am schlechtesten sind die Mitarbeiter im Drive In. Verstehen nur Bahnhof, packen einen falschen Belag drauf und Kontrollmöglichkeiten gleich null, weil alles so eingewickelt wird dass einem das Endergebnis erst zuhause auffällt. Falsche Soße, falsches Gemüse. Aber einem zur Kasse bitten, gelingt immer. Zeigt man denen Coupons vor, scheinen sie von nichts zu wissen. Hohe Fluktuation. Ständig wechselnde Mitarbeiter. Oft nicht mal deutschsprachig. 1 Stern ist schon zu viel für die Wucherpreise. Neu unter dem Label „Signature“ - schöne Umschreibung, um Preise innerhalb von 2-3 Jahren um min. 30% anzuheben bei stagnierenden Service!!! Da beleg ich mir meine Brote lieber selbst.
