Ordered food via app. When I arrived 30 minutes later, I was told in a rude way that there was no time and that other customers would have to be served. Payment couldn't be canceled either. Money gone!

I went to the store and was almost overwhelmed by the heat there. No air conditioning. Bad for staff and also for the food. The staff was at least friendly. The sanitary facilities are unisex and run down. The wait for the food was longer than usual at Subway. It was also clearly visible that hardly any lettuce was put on the subs. Very unfortunate.

It was like that Tik Tok... where Indians cook food. Maybe wipe down the counter. There was only whole grain bread... there was no bbq rip and there were no more cookies either 😔😔 so I'd rather order from MC, they at least have everything on their menu and at least the hygiene of the employees and the store is good

Delicious food, clean restaurant including clean toilets, friendly service. Here you can eat well and be full for little money. What more do you want?! Definitely coming back when we are nearby.

Confuse what to eat in Nordhausen? Their are great hotels, but if you want to eat a fresh sub this is the place. Good customer service. They listen to what we want and claimly makes our sub. My suggestion is to eat frurious chicken. Although their is not a lot of parking space, you can find some place here and there. After a good meal you can also go tk park, which is nearby.

The food looks like in the canteen. Many products are not fresh; you can tell from the pale color of the ham that it is not in good condition. The staff are either bored or too tired, like they are robots.

Fast conditions, it was tasty too. BUT, I have rarely experienced such unfriendly, annoyed staff. And there can be no talk of cleanliness there, everything is full of crumbs on the table and especially the floor.

Maybe you should hire staff who speak GERMAN and understand you. I order a fajita sub with Doritos and I can't get them. You ask politely and are labeled as stupid. You don't understand at all what they want from you. Sad, very sad.

Dishes are always equally good in terms of quantity...the service is quick and usually friendly...depending on the filling and stress level! What's really not possible is that the tables are often not clean and the furnishings as a whole seem outdated and sometimes really miserable... Nevertheless, I still get a sub every now and then 😁

Been here again for years, at Subway in Nordhausen - on a Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.: Ambiance has improved, seems a bit friendlier. It wasn't really clean, so it probably wouldn't hurt to sweep through every now and then. The quality and taste were OK, I remembered it better. Unfortunately, the "fries" were only warmed up... similar results would have been achieved with a microwave. But the crowning glory was the staff... so either pay them more salary or send your staff to friendliness training. So if you don't feel like it, at least act like it! I haven't experienced something so unmotivated and annoying in a restaurant for a long time... that was nothing! We definitely won't come here again. Any backyard kebab shop can do that better 😉

Never come back. You can do better! The preparation took a very long time and the employee had to rely on the constant help of his colleague. Despite the help, my Italian BMT was ultimately prepared incorrectly. However, I can overlook it because the employee was new and very friendly. However, I can't ignore the dirty dining room. The tables were dirty with leftover food, grease and drink stains. The restaurant wasn't very busy at the time. We were the only guests eating on site. There would have been enough time for cleaning. Instead, the two employees had boisterous conversations. Unfortunately the toilet also looked terrible. There wasn't even soap there - especially negative in times of Corona.

Sorry but everything is going wrong at this store. No coupons possible. And when you try to communicate, none of them understand German. This can not be?

Employees are not very friendly and have very little idea what they are doing...you order a turkey ham or chicken teriyaki and then you are asked what kind of meat should be on it...that says it all when you order something. If you're asked what should be on it and you get an answer then I don't want to have what I'm saying and both times I knew it anyway, but how are you supposed to eat it if the bread isn't even sliced ​​properly? So dealing with people should be practiced urgently and a smile and nice words like bon appetit or goodbye don't hurt either. We like going to Subway but we don't go there anymore.

Half past eight on Saturday evening - tens of customers and a lone fighter at the counter. I felt a bit sorry for him. Half of all products were no longer available. I ordered A, but since everything was gone, I got B and paid for A. I could have saved myself. The waiting time was extremely long, around 25 - 30 minutes.

In the evening the counter is regularly empty. When you consider that it's open until 10 p.m., it's actually absurd that the selection between 6 and 7 p.m. is so limited that it's better to skip it. This has happened to us several times and also at the weekend. I feel sorry for the sellers, they will probably get the anger of the customers.

Ich finde es schade das man vom Personal schlecht verstanden wird. Und naja Männer mot bunten Nägeln sind auch echt nicht mein Fall. Ich finde in der Lebensmittelbrance ist ein gepflegtes äußeres und eine gute Ausdrucksweise sehr wichtig.

Gestern führte die kulinarische Reise mal nach Nordhausen zu einer Subway Filiale. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden. Mein letzter Besuch war vor ca. 15 Jahren bei Subway. Man muss relativ viele Fragen beantworten. Brötchen, Käse, Sauce, welcher Salat etc. So kann man sich natürlich alles individuell zusammenstellen. Hähnchen Teriayki wurde es dreimal im Menü mit Getränk und Kartoffelnecken, die relativ scharf gewürzt waren. Preislich lagen wir bei rund 25 €. Geschmack war gut. Einzig die Tische waren sehr dreckig und klebrig. Service war so lala. Zahlung war mit EC und Kreditkarte möglich. Wir kommen mal wieder, wenn es etwas schneller gehen muss.

Standard Subway. Leider der Raum sehr sehr warm gewesen. Und der Mitarbeiter hinter dem Tresen wollte leider nicht sprechen (oder konnte kein Deutsch)

Essen ist immer frisch und schmeckt sehr gut. Preise sind angemessen. Der Laden ist auch nicht so stark besucht, weshalb man immer schnell bedient wird. Egal zu welcher Tageszeit, man wartet nicht lange. Sitzplätze sind genügend vorhanden, selten sieht man dort andere Gäste Speisen verzehren. Im Sommer ist es dort allerdings sehr heiß, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden zu sein scheint.

Essen top. Bedienung hatte wohl einen schlechten Tag. Aber das hat ja jeder mal

Die Sandwiches sind äußerst lecker und etwas gesünder als andere Fastfood-Optionen. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Allerdings sind die Tische, Stühle und sogar der Boden bei jedem Besuch größtenteils nicht sehr sauber, und ich habe dieses Restaurant zu unterschiedlichen Tageszeiten und an verschiedenen Wochentagen besucht. Ich glaube, wenn das Abräumen der Tische öfter als das Essen dort ein noch angenehmeres Erlebnis wäre

Das Restaurant ist selten überlaufen. Man kann dort schnell einen gesünderen Snack einnehmen.

Von den einigen malen, die ich jetzt dort war, war ich ein wenig enttäuscht. Das Ambiente ist einigermaßen hübsch aber die Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Freundlichkeit ist auch leider etwas dürftig. Es gibt Mal einen Mitarbeiter, der lächelt und das nicht aufgesetzt wirkt. Alle anderen zeigen, als hätten sie keine Lust Leute zu bedienen. Schade.

Leider gab es technische Schwierigkeiten mit dem Ofen was für längere warte Zeiten gesorgt hat. Habe aber trotzdem gewartet. Über die Entschädigung fürs warten war ich positiv überrascht war sehr net vom Betreiber. Komme gerne wieder wenn ich in der nähe in.

Schon der 2. Subway innerhalb einer Woche wo es kein kids Pak gab. Es scheint mir sehr chaotisch und wenn sind es Mitarbeiter die kein Deutsch sprechen können.

Für einen schnellen Snack wunderbar geeignet. Große Auswahl auch für Vegetarier alle Zutaten waren frisch, sehr vielfältiges Angebot auf jeden Fall auch eine große Auswahl an Saucen. Freundliches Personal und angenehme Atmosphäre. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Das Personal wechselt sehr häufig, ist stets bemüht. Jedoch wird manchmal nicht so sehr auf Hygiene geachtet. Das Stammpersonal ist sehr schnell und fehlerfrei. Das Lokal wurde zwar saniert, aber das täuscht nicht darüber hinweg das es dort manchmal nicht sehr sauber ist.
