But someone was angry. Sorry, but that doesn't have to be the case. Order mixed up Not very friendly, I'll leave it at that... What a shame.

I've been a Subway customer here for years. I was always satisfied and came by often. But the last 5 times I was there, a young black haired lady worked in the store. It can neither cover nor cut. Everything is carelessly slapped onto the sandwich, and in the end at the checkout it wasn't right 3/5 times. Once I only had 1 of 2 sandwiches on the bill, but twice it was €3-4 too much. When asked, some stupid statement was made that this was probably true. In addition, she is unusually unfriendly and doesn't really listen. When you ask if she can please distribute the ingredients correctly, she ignores you. She always looks at you like a car and has absolutely no desire to work and that's how she looks at you too. Very weak number, I'm thinking about changing the branch first. In my opinion that's not possible at all! Sandwiches poorly topped and served unfriendly and you usually pay too much.

Rarely have I seen such an unfriendly employee! The first time I thought okay, maybe she's having a bad day. No, she's just rude!

Unfortunately I am forced to change my positive rating! The employees behave extremely rudely and unfriendly even insultingly. The subs are made somehow, you are looked at stupidly, change is given incorrectly. If you complain, you just laugh.

An extremely unmotivated and unfriendly employee served my husband today. I'm shocked at how the food was thrown on the bread and the tuna paste was thrown into other containers. I work in food retail myself and have to say that this is not okay. Chewing gum and a lack of hygiene, coupled with “not feeling like it”, it’s clear to me that you won’t be able to go back there any time soon.

The nice employee was so accommodating and personable! He explained everything in detail and was so motivated. At the end we talked about films 😊 People are happy to tip and will definitely come back!!!

The new ambience is really successful. The subs are super tasty.

Never again. The food wasn‘t bed at all, but the girl working there was not friendly at all. While we were thinking about the ingredients of the sandwich, he laughed under his breath, all irony, turning to her colleague. We are sorry, but as long as such employees serve there, we will not return again. And we will suggest it to friends as a bad experience.

Unfortunately it's no longer what it used to be. The ambience has been great since the renovation. Much more modern, brighter and friendlier. The food was good too, but I remember it differently. The employee was very unmotivated and just played on her cell phone the whole time. She wasn't particularly friendly either. I'll think about whether I'll eat there again in the future.

I never give a review but have to get rid of it. I've rarely seen such a nice employee. A slightly older gentleman, I think his name was Ralf. Soooo dear, nice gentleman, so I'm really happy that there are still people with such a nice, positive charisma. I have rarely seen such a nice person in this industry. He does his work with love, it's so great.

The cookie was extremely hard, the nice gentleman with the bald head wanted to exchange it straight away, the blonde, chubby employee, on the other hand, asked him directly in front of the customer whether he would then pay the euro... Incredibly simple... This lady definitely failed in her job!

Food is quite good. Prices are very high for the little sandwich.

Personal service, it's always pleasantly empty and you can always park right in front. The food is always fresh and tastes good, I come here often and with the app and corresponding offers the price is really good :)

I like subway sandwiches and where ever I am in the world they are my choice, but I am literally writing this review from Subway Reutlingen where I will never come again because of the girl that makes sandwiches. She was so mad and nervous, yelling at us when ordering that we need to shout also. When I was paying she ripped my card out of my hand after the card wasnt read at the first time. Made me and my wife very nervous and ruined our experience. Since she wasnt at all focused on the task at hand she made really bad sandwiches. When I asked herto calm herself after ripping my card from me she said I have customers, but there was only a guy and a girl behind us. If you get this upset over 3 customers you should look for another job. Btw it was the chubby black haired girl with bad makeup.

If I could, I would give minus stars. The young black-haired lady is not suitable for such a job. Very, very unfriendly. Sandwich had almost no filling at all. Please find normal employees, I can't come in here anymore.

Never has a sub received so much hate. Absolutely unmotivated employees and after accepting the money the sub is packed up without gloves.

Meat is being stingy - after politely asking, there was no response. The contents were cold and the bread was untoasted. Absolutely NOT a recommendation.

Employees are very unfriendly and have private conversations and the customer is ignored. There are very few ingredients and the toppings on the sub are very lean. Subway has also become very expensive and it's not that healthy because you can eat a burger around the corner

A great fast food temple. Fresh sandwiches (almost like mom's. Delicious, delicious, delicious!) at reasonable prices. Waiting times are often a little longer due to the freshness, especially at lunchtime. Offers and menus are available. A customer toilet is also available. Smoking is prohibited indoors.

Geschmeckt hat es ja, nur steht es in keinem Verhältnis. Hatte ein Sandwich mit Chicken und Käse und 2-3 verschiedene Zulagen. Das diese dann Extrakosten auslösen, fällt leider erst beim kassieren auf. Aber nicht auf den ersten Blick. Fazit: 19,50€ für ein Sandwich???? Mit einem Getränk. Das ist masslos überzogen und unverhältnismäßig. Es tröstet mich nur das es geschmeckt hat. Hätte mir gewünscht das es wenigstens erwähnt wird. Aber so fühl ich mich über den Tisch gezogen. 1x und nie wieder. Sehr schade.

Waren sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter heute

Der Besitzer und seine Frau sind sehr nett und ich bin regelmäßig hier in meiner Mittagspause. Sofern man nicht zu den Schulpausen kommt, wird man schnell und freundlich bedient. Die Qualität ist gut und ich habe noch nie etwas zu bemängeln gehabt. Der Raum wurde komplette renoviert, ist in meinen Augen fast schon etwas zu kühl/modern gehalten.

Kann nichts Schlechtes berichten. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und auf Zack, die Subs werden reichlich belegt und der Laden ist sehr sauber, auch die Toiletten. Da bin ich von diversen anderen Standorten hier im Umkreis Anderes gewohnt. Wenn Subway, dann dieser hier. Leider sind die Cookies massiv geschrumpft, die Preise finde ich für die neue Größe ziemlich frech, daher ein Stern Abzug.

Ich war zuletzt am 18.08.2023 kurz nach 19:00 Uhr da, wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt und meine größere Bestellung wurde sehr zügig zusammengestellt. Die Subs waren wie immer sehr lecker und zuhause waren alle vollends zufrieden. Der Herr und die Dame, die die Subs zubereitet haben, waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit und haben alle Extrawünsche fürs Essen sofort erfüllt, vielen Dank dafür, da komme ich das nächste Mal gerne wieder :)

Ich wahr heute Nachmittag beim Subway und es war sehr lecker. Die 2 Mitarbeiterinnen wahren freundlich und der Laden war sauber.

Super Umbau! Sieht shiny new aus! Das neue Design vermittelt den Eindruck eines absoluten high-tech Restaurants. Service einwandfrei!

Wann bekommt, was man wählt. Nicht täglich, aber immer wieder gerne

Unglaublich langsame Mitarbeiter. Teilweise schon 30 Minuten für einen sub gewartet mit nur einer Person vor mir. Ich hatte gesagt das ich gerne 2 verschiedene Soßen will links honey mustard und rechts southwest. Wurde falsch verstanden und ich bekam auf dem gesamten sub zwei Soßen. Naja gibt schmackhafteres. Mir wurde auch nicht angeboten das sub neu zu bekommen. Neues Design vom Laden ist jedoch sehr gut.

Einer der besten Subway wo wir bisher waren. Sehr freundlich, schön gemacht und alles super sauber. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen 👌🏼

Leider wird hier an den Zutaten gespart. Bin es von anderen Subways gewohnt dass zb 6 Scheiben Tomaten und 6 Scheiben Gurken drauf gelegt werden. Hier werden maximal 4 Scheiben draufgelegt. Geschmacklich gut wie jeder andere Subway. Laden scheint an sich sauber zu sein. Kein Drink Automat. Nur Flaschen. Tische an der Fensterfront sind sehr nah an einander, Platz hat man aber trotzdem genug. Tische sind dazu sehr wackelig .

Super liebe Bedienung, Essen Subway-typisch sehr lecker. Das Lokal ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sichtlich abgenutzt, hat dadurch jedoch irgendwie Charme.

Erste Wahl, wenn man leckere Sandwiches mag. Dadurch dass man sich die Sandwiches nach Wunsch belegen lassen kann, ist für jeden etwas dabei. Verschiedene Soßen peppen die Subs noch zusätzlich auf. Kann ich nur empfehlen!!

An der Hauptstraße ist es laut, aber das Essen ist sehr lecker. Der Service meistens gut.

Das Essen war lecker, freundliche Mitarbeiter ( vorallem meine Sara & ihre Gülcan). Die achten sehr auf Sauberkeit!

Ansich gefällt mir das Konzept von Subway sehr gut 👍 Das Essen ist auch ganz gut und frisch. Allerdings war der Service in Reutlingen sehr schlecht. Auf Anfrage ob er mehr von Oliven oder Käse drauf machen könnte war die Aussage "Ne er hat seine Vorgaben und das reicht so" ich war erstaunt 😲 Zudem einfach Lustlos und extrem Langsam als habe er keine Lust auf Kunden und will kein Geld verdienen ! Für mich gerne wieder aber nicht der Subway !
