Unfriendly young staff. Visibly annoyed when we entered the store. Even though there were no other customers in the restaurant. Waffle fries were completely cold, a sub was also completely cold because it was in the oven for far too short a time and was then left uncovered for ages. When we complained about the fries, all we said was, of course they were from yesterday. There is no other way, there has never been a complaint. No insight at all, we suggested that you give us a cookie for my daughter instead of the fries. If the fries can't be served warm. Zero insight, our suggestion was ignored and the frieze was thrown away without a word. Never again Subway Friedberg. You can see that things are different in other branches.

Good subway. Top employees and well staffed. Unfortunately, the interior has its best years behind it. Very important!!!! The fair parking mafia is on the move in the parking lot. So don't forget your parking disc, otherwise it'll be €30

I wanted to order a sub with chicken breast and salami.. Answer: it's not possible, that's two subs for €28.00... that's clear 🤣 I would have really paid more but twice? No thanks!!!!

Incorrectly topped, too cold and far too little on it. Far too expensive for all that you don't get there anyway. But you can eat better in a restaurant. Was ever better...or never really.

I ordered a sub from chef Thabo Wittenborn. With his cooking skills he won the sandwich 1a. The taste was indescribably good.

I recently visited the Subway branch in Friedberg and am absolutely thrilled! The selection of fresh ingredients is great and the sandwich I ordered was excellently prepared. My friend Paul especially likes the delicious cookies! A special thank you goes to Thabo, who impressed us with his charming manner. Thank you, Thabo! I will definitely come back and can only warmly recommend this branch. 5 Stars!

We ordered 3 subs via the app yesterday at lunchtime around 11 a.m., 2 of the 3 subs were completely wrong (wrong toppings, wrong bread and wrong sauce) you couldn't have done anything more wrong. Even though you just had to read it! Just bad, sorry.

Refuse to take part in the Lidl Plus campaign, even though they are shown as participating on the website. A pity.

We were there on March 29th. there and took 2 sandwiches with us. We were served by Mike and he was a great employee - he was so friendly and had a good mood. We had the feeling that he enjoyed his work and gave us good advice and was able to answer all of our questions. We'd love to come back!

Overall, my visit was a thoroughly successful experience. Plus when the service at a fast food restaurant goes beyond expectations and that's exactly it what I experienced during my visit to Subway thanks to the employee's name tag "Michi".

I was in this branch for the last time today. If you don't want to make money, you put the young man there. Incredible display of friendliness that literally overwhelms you. You feel extremely welcome. It was the last time for us! If there are no customers, you could also sweep up the leftover food from under the tables - it would contribute to a nicer ambience.

A good result but please bidders also offer new things, unfortunately a bit too expensive someone who didn't have much couldn't afford it

Prices 20% higher than at many other branches, we never actually take part in promotions (vouchers, promotional products) The covering is scarce. Less meat than usual, even a few onions. If you ask for a little more of an ingredient you will be told “50 cents extra for each extra topping”. Well worth it. not; I'd rather go to other branches if it has to be Subway.

We were there for the first time today. One access road was closed and we had to enter via the DHL parking lot. The branch is a bit small and a bit out of the way. But inside it is very comfortably furnished. We were served by sandwich artist Ben and have to say he did an excellent job. He was attentive, quick and gave us very good advice. The two sandwiches were very tasty.

It was okay, the sandwiches were lean. The sauce was also handled as if it were liquid gold. Already seen better ones

Been there again today for a long time. Over €20 for a footlong sandwich, a plastic fake from the fridge and “potato bites” (warmed up potato slices from the air fryer). Sauce for an additional charge. Taste ok. But the price is absolutely not justified.

After what feels like the fifth price increase in the last 12 months, a 30cm tuna sandwich now costs - please hold on - €11.79... For inferior food, mind you. It couldn't be greedier. Eat your own dirt. I wish this and all other cutthroat "restaurants" swift and irreversible INSOLVENCY. Get rid of it, no one needs it!

War nun seit längerem nicht mehr da und die "Speisekarte" wurde komplett verändert. Die meisten alten Subs gibt es nicht mehr und man ist erst mal total ratlos. Die Krönung war aber die Rechnung von fast 20 Euro für ein Sub und ein Getränk. Nein danke.

I haven't been to a subway in too long, but unfortunately that will be the last time. Almost €15 for a sub is a little too much for me. Just my personal opinion. :)

Very nice location. Great staff! Traveled specifically from Frankfurt because there are no seating or parking options in Frankfurt, nor are there better opening times.

I've really liked it here in this Subway branch so far, and the new menu layout also reads smoothly. In terms of taste, new varieties are offered that even convinced me to come back here in this branch, despite the price increase. The employees who were on duty yesterday maintained a different level of communication than during my previous visits here. They were in a good mood and were able to give precise recommendations and were able to hold their own despite a weakened product range (temporarily). Merry Christmas 🎄

Normal subway, unfortunately not a sub of the day. But I still have to give it 5 stars, the reason is Ben, who we met on the late shift on December 21st. Ben the man of honor was the most correct and best sandwich artist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting at Subway. Holds his own position and is so correct towards his customers. Thanks go out to Ben! Please don't fire him, he's an asset to the service.

Das Essen schmeckt, aber Aktionen wie z.B. der Sub des Tages sind ausgesetzt. Personal ist auch unhöflich wenn man nach Aktionen aus der Werbung(App) fragt. Am Ende wurde auch noch falsch abgerechnet und nach kurzer Diskussion wurde mir das Geld zurückerstattet.

Es wäre schön und hätte 5 Sterne verdient, wenn man auch mal das eine oder andere Special, mit dem Subway Werbung macht, ebenso anbieten würde. Chefin auf jeden Fall ist super nett, das Essen gut, von daher alles OK.

Katastrophe heute ! Ein sehr wahrscheinlich junger, neuer Angestellter bediente uns. Bestellt waren 2 Kindermenüs zu je 4,50€ und der Belag wäre egal, außerdem 2 Footlongs zu je 11€ . Beim zahlen dann die Überraschung! Alles einzeln berechnet, weil der Belag der Kinder wohl doch so nicht geht. Caprisonne mit 2,99€ berechnet, Fruchtquatsch 2x 1,20€ und die 2 halbe Brote zu je 6€ ! Zum Schluss hatten wir 40€ statt 31€ , keine Servietten, kaltes Essen wegen der Diskussion, Kinder ohne bestellter Überraschung und wir gehen natürlich auch nicht mehr hin. Schade, dass auch der Chef am Telefon keine Einsicht hatte. Nein, ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen!

Tolle Sandwiches in einem entspannten, informellen Restaurant

Dieser Subway Laden war einer meiner besten Subway Läden in der Umgebung, aber heute hat er mich zu tiefst enttäuscht. Mich hat die Aushilfekraft mit dem Namensschild "Michi" bedient und Sie hat definitiv nicht die Subway Standards entsprochen. Als ich in den Laden rein kam, hat Sie mich nur angeglotzt und mir nicht einmal ein guten Tag gewünscht. Schließlich nach 10 Minuten herumstehen, musste ich Sie von selbst ansprechen, damit ich mir meinen Subway bestellen konnte(!). Dazu kommt noch, dass Sie keinen höflichen gewünschten Umgangston mit mir hatte. Die Wörter "bitte" und "danke" ist für Sie ein Fremdwort gewesen. Ich bin ziemlich enttäuscht über das Geschehen, sodass es mir den Appetit genommen hat! Einen Stammkunden weniger hat der Laden nun aufgrund der Aushilfekraft namens "Michi".

Immer zufrieden und netter Service. Gerne mal im Hochtaunuskreis expandieren.

Schönes Schnellrestaurant. In der heutigen Zelt wird dies jedoch immer mehr zum Luxus, da die Preise doch gut angezogen haben.

Super netter Mitarbeiter und einer der wenigen die nicht rationieren

Der Laden hat stark abgebaut: An den Marketingaktionen wie Sub des Tages nimmt man nicht mehr teil, dafür wurden die Preise erhöht. Zutaten wie Paprika wurden gestrichen und an der Sosse wird auch gespart. Ausserdem sind einige Mitarbeiter sehr langsam bei der Arbeit. Fazit: Früher war ich mindestens einmal die Woche dort, jetzt nur noch 1-2 Mal im Jahr. Preis und Leistung passen einfach nicht mehr zusammen.

Schön das man man über die App einen Sup des Tages sehen kann. Aber in der Fiale leider nicht bestellen. Des Weiteren das Personal teilt einem das in einem Ton mit das man sich zweimal überlegt ob man sich das wieder antut.

Ein echt gutes Erlebnis und wie immer legga

Inflation hin und her, aber 13€ für ein 30 Cm Schülermenü mittlerweile? Welcher Schüler soll ich so etwas leisten? Zudem wurde der nachfüllbare Getränkeautomat weggeräumt. Sehr sehr schade mittlerweile aber viele Mitarbeiter sind sehr sympathisch.

Personal nett und schnell bei der Arbeit, der Mitarbeiter Aziz ist immer richtig nett und hilft bei vielen Bestellung das leckerste aus dem Sub zu holen. Bester Mitarbeiter

Netter kleiner Subway. Auswahl ist wie überall, qualitativ in Ordnung. Personal war nicht ganz so schnell, aber sehr freundlich.

Hallo, ich kann die negativen und teils sehr kuriosen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Wir gehen regelmäßig in diese Filiale, an unterschiedlichen Tagen,zu unterschiedlichen Uhrzeiten und der Service ist immer sehr freundlich,die Mitarbeiter haben stets ein Lächeln im Gesicht und sind bemüht. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann den Subway in Friedberg nur empfehlen. Ich sehe auch, das die Mitarbeiter die Tische wischen und den Boden fegen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Leider ist von diesem Subway abzuraten. Habe immer nach dem Verzehr der Sandwiches Bauchschmerzen. Die Einrichtung des Ladens ist auch schon etwas älter und sieht nicht mehr schön aus. Dazu kommt noch, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht stimmt. Da gehe ich lieber zu McDonalds in Rosbach, da bekommt man trotz derer auch höher gewordenen Preise immer noch mehr für sein Geld als hier. Die Lebensmittel die vor einem *langsam* zubereitet werden sehen oft auch nicht mehr ganz frisch aus. - Diese Rezension ist ein Eindruck, der durch mehrfache Besuche entstanden ist, nicht durch einen einmaligen-

Grundsätzlich mag ich ja Subway. Aber diese Filiale hat in letzter Zeit stark nachgelassen. Mein heutiger Besuch dort war definitiv der letzte Versuch, dieser Filiale noch einmal eine Chance zu geben. Ich frage mich, warum das Sandwich überhaupt noch in den Ofen geschoben wird, wenn es nach dem belegen mit Salat und Gemüse dann doch komplett kalt ist. Gut, wenn man sich die Auswahl in der Salattheke dann mal genauer ansieht, weiß man warum. Mal abgesehen, davon das dort die Auswahl auch immer weiter abnimmt, waren Gurken, Tomaten und Salat an den Behälterrändern angefrohren. Von frisch kann da dann wohl eher nicht die Rede sein. Geschmacklich war, abgesehen davon das man eben kein warmes Essen erwarten darf, das Sandwich Ok. Aber alles in allem eben nicht den Preis wert, den man dafür bezahlen muss.

Mitarbeiter wie immer sehr nett. Dauert manchmal etwas wenn viel los ist, aber es ist Subway und keine Kantine wo das Essen erst kundenspezifisch zubereitet werden muss. Für alle Vegetarier/Veganer oder Leute mit gutem Gewissen: Der Vegan Patty Sub ist hier nur zu empfehlen, sehr lecker und leichte Kost. Von dem Plant Based Chicken Teriyaki würde ich die Hände lassen, da gefällt mir die Rezeptur einfach nicht. Falls ihr aber Fleischersatz haben wollt würde ich ganz klar den Plant Based Philly Beef empfehlen mit etwas Hot Sauce. Schmeckt meiner Meinung nach richtig gut! :)

Personal ist sehr nett. Man muss etwas außerhalb der Stoßzeiten kommen, sonst muss man zu lange warten. Sehr lecker!

Sitzplätze könnten besser sein.

Naprawdę miła niespodzianka ! Obsługa 10/10 , jedzenie jeszcze lepsze ! aż chce się wracać ;) chociaż widać ze ten subway ma już swoje lata patrząc na wystrój ale wszytko wynagradza smak i sympatyczna obsługa !! Napewno tam wrócimy :)

Mitarbeiter brauchte sehr lange um nur einen Sub zu belegen und er war auch nicht freundlich

Der eine Mitarbeiter war der absolut langsamste den ich je gesehen habe. Dadurch war das sub kalt. Er wusste auch nicht was er wie abrechnen soll und man konnte ihn kaum verstehen. Tut mir leid aber ich komme erstmal nicht wieder bis motiviertes Personal da ist.
