We were there today and wanted to redeem the coupons. I asked the employee if it was possible here, he said yes, then at the checkout they suddenly said that the coupons are only valid in printed form. I found it very rude since we have been there for 10 years go out to eat and then something like that then there is a sign on the door and cash register we only accept vouchers in printed form the employee doesn't understand German and is still loud I will also file a complaint about Subway

Great store 💚. I'm a Subway fan and The employee yesterday gave us very friendly and competent advice and service. You can see the fresh products in the counter and the employees all wear gloves when preparing them. Even though it was very crowded (I'm not surprised!), we didn't have to wait long. I can absolutely recommend this subway 👍.

1 star is still too much here😡 Order was made via app. Sub Lattice potatoes Dip At first they just wanted to give me the sub. After I said I ordered more, the potatoes were made. So far no problem. What I got then was potatoes or you can call them lattice potatoes, because it was more of a mashed potato that was inedible. The young man then said he would show me the condition of the potatoes from the cooler because they are all so sticky. That was all that I didn't throw up, it was a thawed mush of potatoes, I hope no one had to eat that 🤦🏻‍♂️ I unpacked the sub on site and it had nothing to do with what I ordered, Wrong bread Wrong sauce No cheese He told me that it was all the default and that's right, he couldn't do it any other way. Oh yeah, why am I going to a store where I can put my own sandwich together?! After all, the app said it was exactly how I wanted it. But that wouldn't work for whatever reason, he can't help me?!?! So there is no customer-oriented approach to solving the problem. You could have just offered to redo it and no one would get upset... Instead he told me if I wanted to complain I could call America because Subway was founded there. Please what is going on in this store?? Unfriendly young staff. Visibly annoyed when we entered the store. Even though there were no other customers in the restaurant. Waffle fries were completely cold, a sub was also completely cold because it was in the oven for far too short a time and was then left uncovered for ages. When we complained about the fries, all we said was, of course they were from yesterday. There is no other way, there has never been a complaint. No insight at all, we suggested that you give us a cookie for my daughter instead of the fries. If the fries can't be served warm. Zero insight, our suggestion was ignored and the frieze was thrown away without a word. Never again Subway Friedberg. You can see that things are different in other branches.

I recently visited the Subway branch in Friedberg and am absolutely thrilled! The selection of fresh ingredients is great and the sandwich I ordered was excellently prepared. I was in this branch for the last time today. If you don't want to make money, you put the young man there. Incredible display of friendliness that literally overwhelms you. You feel extremely welcome. It was the last time for us! If there are no customers, you could also sweep up the leftover food from under the tables - it would contribute to a nicer ambience.

Prices 20% higher than at many other branches, we never actually take part in promotions (vouchers, promotional products) The covering is scarce. Less meat than usual, even a few onions. If you ask for a little more of an ingredient you will be told “50 cents extra for each extra topping”. Well worth it. not; I'd rather go to other branches if it has to be Subway.

We were there for the first time today. One access road was closed and we had to enter via the DHL parking lot. The branch is a bit small and a bit out of the way. But inside it is very comfortably furnished. We were served by sandwich artist Ben and have to say he did an excellent job. He was attentive, quick and gave us very good advice. The two sandwiches were very tasty.

I've really liked it here in this Subway branch so far, and the new menu layout also reads smoothly. In terms of taste, new varieties are offered that even convinced me to come back here in this branch, despite the price increase. The employees who were on duty yesterday maintained a different level of communication than during my previous visits here. They were in a good mood and were able to give precise recommendations and were able to hold their own despite a weakened product range (temporarily). Merry Christmas 🎄

Normal subway, unfortunately not a sub of the day. But I still have to give it 5 stars, the reason is Ben, who we met on the late shift on December 21st. Ben the man of honor was the most correct and best sandwich artist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting at Subway. Holds his own position and is so correct towards his customers. Katastrophe heute ! Ein sehr wahrscheinlich junger, neuer Angestellter bediente uns. Bestellt waren 2 Kindermenüs zu je 4,50€ und der Belag wäre egal, außerdem 2 Footlongs zu je 11€ . Beim zahlen dann die Überraschung! Alles einzeln berechnet, weil der Belag der Kinder wohl doch so nicht geht. Caprisonne mit 2,99€ berechnet, Fruchtquatsch 2x 1,20€ und die 2 halbe Brote zu je 6€ ! Zum Schluss hatten wir 40€ statt 31€ , keine Servietten, kaltes Essen wegen der Diskussion, Kinder ohne bestellter Überraschung und wir gehen natürlich auch nicht mehr hin. Schade, dass auch der Chef am Telefon keine Einsicht hatte. Nein, ich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen!

Dieser Subway Laden war einer meiner besten Subway Läden in der Umgebung, aber heute hat er mich zu tiefst enttäuscht. Mich hat die Aushilfekraft mit dem Namensschild "Michi" bedient und Sie hat definitiv nicht die Subway Standards entsprochen. Als ich in den Laden rein kam, hat Sie mich nur angeglotzt und mir nicht einmal ein guten Tag gewünscht. Schließlich nach 10 Minuten herumstehen, musste ich Sie von selbst ansprechen, damit ich mir meinen Subway bestellen konnte(!). Dazu kommt noch, dass Sie keinen höflichen gewünschten Umgangston mit mir hatte. Die Wörter "bitte" und "danke" ist für Sie ein Fremdwort gewesen. Ich bin ziemlich enttäuscht über das Geschehen, sodass es mir den Appetit genommen hat! Einen Stammkunden weniger hat der Laden nun aufgrund der Aushilfekraft namens "Michi".

Der Laden hat stark abgebaut: An den Marketingaktionen wie Sub des Tages nimmt man nicht mehr teil, dafür wurden die Preise erhöht. Zutaten wie Paprika wurden gestrichen und an der Sosse wird auch gespart. Ausserdem sind einige Mitarbeiter sehr langsam bei der Arbeit. Fazit: Früher war ich mindestens einmal die Woche dort, jetzt nur noch 1-2 Mal im Jahr. Preis und Leistung passen einfach nicht mehr zusammen.

Hallo, ich kann die negativen und teils sehr kuriosen Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Wir gehen regelmäßig in diese Filiale, an unterschiedlichen Tagen,zu unterschiedlichen Uhrzeiten und der Service ist immer sehr freundlich,die Mitarbeiter haben stets ein Lächeln im Gesicht und sind bemüht. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann den Subway in Friedberg nur empfehlen. Ich sehe auch, das die Mitarbeiter die Tische wischen und den Boden fegen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder

Leider ist von diesem Subway abzuraten. Habe immer nach dem Verzehr der Sandwiches Bauchschmerzen. Die Einrichtung des Ladens ist auch schon etwas älter und sieht nicht mehr schön aus. Dazu kommt noch, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht stimmt. Da gehe ich lieber zu McDonalds in Rosbach, da bekommt man trotz derer auch höher gewordenen Preise immer noch mehr für sein Geld als hier. Grundsätzlich mag ich ja Subway. Aber diese Filiale hat in letzter Zeit stark nachgelassen. Mein heutiger Besuch dort war definitiv der letzte Versuch, dieser Filiale noch einmal eine Chance zu geben. Ich frage mich, warum das Sandwich überhaupt noch in den Ofen geschoben wird, wenn es nach dem belegen mit Salat und Gemüse dann doch komplett kalt ist. Gut, wenn man sich die Auswahl in der Salattheke dann mal genauer ansieht, weiß man warum. Mal abgesehen, davon das dort die Auswahl auch immer weiter abnimmt, waren Gurken, Tomaten und Salat an den Behälterrändern angefrohren. Von frisch kann da dann wohl eher nicht die Rede sein. Geschmacklich war, abgesehen davon das man eben kein warmes Essen erwarten darf, das Sandwich Ok. Aber alles in allem eben nicht den Preis wert, den man dafür bezahlen muss.

Mitarbeiter wie immer sehr nett. Dauert manchmal etwas wenn viel los ist, aber es ist Subway und keine Kantine wo das Essen erst kundenspezifisch zubereitet werden muss. Für alle Vegetarier/Veganer oder Leute mit gutem Gewissen: Der Vegan Patty Sub ist hier nur zu empfehlen, sehr lecker und leichte Kost. Von dem Plant Based Chicken Teriyaki würde ich die Hände lassen, da gefällt mir die Rezeptur einfach nicht. Falls ihr aber Fleischersatz haben wollt würde ich ganz klar den Plant Based Philly Beef empfehlen mit etwas Hot Sauce. Schmeckt meiner Meinung nach richtig gut! :)

Sorry, but that was nothing! 90 minutes delivery time for a burger. cold burger, limp fries... but luxury price! Well, it can happen that there aren't enough drivers, but then he has to drive more often. It can't be that he delivers food fully loaded to the roof and the last person in the group gets to enjoy his food ice cold! I live on Kaiserstrasse! And I really wonder if the driver drove through Ockstadt and Wöllstadt until he passed me on the way back. Given the price of this burger, I expect it to be delivered decently. Dealing with customers is an absolute disaster!! We were delivered wrong and raw food. This was inedible. When we call and point this out, the whole thing ends in a discussion. Employees stop speaking and don't listen properly. So I don't understand what it's about. They are snarky and act snarky because they take the legitimate criticism personally and unprofessionally. They play you for a fool by making sarcastic statements and trying to make you believe over the phone that the food, the dough, cannot be raw. Despite several attempts at explanation, people continue to object instead of accepting the criticism and apologizing for it. I finally demand my money back. This is where the restaurant stands at a crossroads. You can only offer us new food. The last agreement we make/the last compromise is that the whole order is sent to us again and we give the previously ordered food to the driver. We wait for 2 hours, no one comes. We call, no one answers. So in the end we were left with inedible food and a bill of around €55. New food never arrived! To me this feels like cheating. Dealing with us was anything but professional and matter-of-fact. The customer is not the king here, but one of many who are happy to be ignored if they complain about raw food. We are extremely disappointed and will not be ordering anything from here again in the future. It should be said that we were customers for several years. But no value is attached to this either. Due to this behavior of the employees and the increasingly frequent errors in the preparation of the food, the restaurant is no longer recommended. There are much better providers of Italian cuisine.
