Subway in Vallendar

We have been customers for several years. We can absolutely recommend the subway. Very nice employees. A big compliment also to the branch manager, she is very competent, courteous and friendly. Thanks to the entire team! Keep it up and have a nice Christmas everyone ;-)

No gloves are changed every time the wrong sauces are put in. And I absolutely can’t recommend not putting food in the oven!!!

After a long day at work, I thought, come get a sub. When I was there, Lauri was on shift and she had someone else with her, if I'm correct, Caro. I thought it was very good that Caro said she wanted to try it without help. Because beginnings are sometimes very difficult. I have to say, you didn't notice it and she stayed very calm and did everything without stress. What you can't expect from others. She was also extremely polite and accommodating. I have to say that the sub wasn't too crowded and tasted very good. Could some colleagues take a lesson from you? I will definitely recommend Caro and come to her again, hoping she continues.

I really love this subway. The staff there are so incredibly sweet and friendly and how much love they always put into the subs. But today I had a negative experience. I felt like I only had bread, it was so carelessly topped and really VERY economical, which is a shame. Nevertheless, there are 4 stars because otherwise it is really TOP

a great subway, which is of course mainly due to the employees!! what kind of cool, nice and friendly people are they who work there? Above all, David at this point! Just SO nice and the food is always prepared so quickly. He can remember everything, no matter how busy it is or how confused the orders are. No matter how stressful it is, he works quickly, structured and still calmly. A really likeable person, I hope the boss knows and appreciates that ☺️I've been served by him a few times now and this time I won't forget to leave a great review ☺️ My colleagues and I sometimes order there at lunchtime and we've been there until Everyone is now very happy with everything.

I've enjoyed going to Subway for years, but the Subway in Vallendar is really a disgrace, you have to wait forever because another employee in the next room is probably being trained. Then the sandwich is taken out of the oven, very burnt. I told the lady that I wouldn't take it. A sandwich was made on a new one, but this time it wasn't left in the oven for the specified time, but was taken out after a few seconds, completely soggy. The bread was soggy and just fell apart. All in all, I won't be eating there anytime soon.

Today there was only one condition That really took too long

My experience at this subway was simply great! 😊 Food was delicious and the staff were super friendly, patient and accommodating. Special thanks to the pretty blonde. 😉 Can only be recommended. 👍

I have been a loyal customer of this Subway restaurant for several years and have always had good experiences. But my last visit was a complete disappointment because of the employee named Gül. I've never had a sub that tasted so bad. The bread was incredibly chewy and difficult to chew, as if it was several days old. The ingredients didn't seem fresh and the entire sub was carelessly put together. However, the service was particularly disappointing. Gül was extremely unfriendly and lacked any professionalism. To make matters worse, my change was deliberately given back to me in coins, which was clearly unnecessary and annoying. Another annoyance was that the tables in the restaurant were dirty and apparently hadn't been cleaned for hours. To make matters worse, I was given the wrong cookie. I highly doubt whether that was intentional or an accident. I demand urgent action and hope this employee is replaced quickly to restore the reputation of this Subway restaurant.

I always enjoy filling up at this gas station. Very nice and helpful staff. Subway is also very tasty and hygiene is always taken into account. It couldn't be better.

Since the manager of the gas station where food is served has changed, it's been very bad! The staff is arrogant and doesn't always know what they're doing. Very unpleasant atmosphere. I definitely do not recommend this place or the gas station itself.

Friendly staff. I'm still a Subway fan. Even if there aren't that many anymore.

Today we were served at Subway in Vallendar by Gianluca, without a doubt the most outstanding employee I have met in all my Subway visits around the world. He embodies excellence - both in his professional competence and in his friendliness. Gianluca masters his tasks in an impressive way. We were deeply impressed by his professional dedication. We are extremely impressed by his professionalism and friendliness.

The employee cost me a whole hour of my day today

Today (February 1, 2024 at 5:15 p.m.) I ate at a Subway for the very first time and I was thrilled. If only I could always enjoy service like today from this young man. I would never cook for myself again. My wish was that he was free to decide what to put on my sandwich. Which bread, which sauce, etc. With his high level of competence and creativity, the young man prepared me a sandwich that was like food out of the world. The mix of spice and sweetness (in his own words: opposites attract). I'm thrilled and would love to come back.

In the time it takes to fill two subs, I make ten sandwiches I haven't experienced anything so slow in a long time

Very nice service and it was tasty

Subway is usually a classic emergency solution. The bread is often thrown together by a toothless idiot, usually with gristly fingers and reaction times that make my grandpa look like Lewis Hamilton. With this expectation I took the subway to Vallendar until everything changed: Suddenly it says Laurie. An eloquent, friendly, good-humored woman who is more charming than any gun lobbyist. Not only did she give me divine advice, she also built a sub with more love than my grandma would have ever put into it. I can imagine that the Ritz-Carlton will poach this gastro diamond at any moment, but until that happens, I'll be back as often as I can.

Great buffet!! A successful evening.

Ich war morgens direkt nach Öffnung dort. Der Mann der uns Bedient hat war sehr nett, hat mir auch auf Nachfrage zu Soßen geholfen und mir eine leckere Ausgesucht. Das Personal von der Tankstelle war auch mega freundlich war eine nette Atmosphäre. Es ist halt eine Tankstelle, viel Ambiente kann man nicht erwarten. Draußen war auch ein kleiner Tisch vom Subway. Einen Stern Abzug für die Toilette, die allerdings zur Tankstelle gehört.

Unser Besuch bei Subway war als kurzer Stopp an unserem Jahrestag geplant und Jens machte es zu einer Hauptstation. Seine aufmerksame und herzliche Bedienung hat den Besuch für uns zu einer 10/10 gemacht. Es war deutlich spürbar, dass er sich Mühe gegeben hat, um sicherzustellen, dass alles perfekt funktioniert und unterhält Gäste nebenbei besser als jede Comedy Show. Man hat fast vergessen, dass man eigentlich wegen des Essens gekommen ist. Wegen der Sandwitches kommt man und wegen Mitarbeitern wie Jens kommt man wieder. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an ihn und das Subway-Team! Bis nächste Woche!

Subway ist eine super Imbisskette mit frischem Essen vor der Nase zubereitet und so wie msn will...solsnge es ein Sandwich ist ;) Die Bedienungen sind immer freundlich.

Typischer subway - frische Sandwiches, vor Ort gemacht. Besonderer Lob ans Personal: die junge Frau, die uns bedient hat war mit Freude und Engagement dabei. Wirklich vorbildlich!

Ich habe jetzt hier schon mehrfach Essen geholt und jedes Mal ist es eine Katastrophe, was den Service angeht. Die Mitarbeiter sind zwar freundlich, aber zum einen kann man Ihnen beim Laufen die Schuhe besohlen und zum anderen wird man auch häufig stehen gelassen obwohl kein anderer Kunde da ist. Heute war genau ein Kunde vor mir und ich habe gute 10 Minuten gewartet bis ich meine Bestellung aufgeben konnte, da der Mitarbeiter, nachdem er den Kunden abgearbeitet hatte, erstmal im Hinterzimmer verschwunden ist. Guter Service sieht da für mich anders aus.

Ich war an einem warmen Sommertag dort; der Laden war randvoll. Trotzdem wurde ich liebevoll von zwei engagierten Mitarbeitern bedient. Die Subs waren lecker und mein Besuch hat sich gelohnt! David,Laurie; ich komme wieder. War nett. Danke für den Cookie<3

Ein großes Lob an den tollen Mitarbeiter der letzte Woche Freitag Spätschicht im Subway hatte. Super nett und freundlich toller Service bitte mehr davon.

Essen ist natürlich lecker. Das Ambiente ist natürlich in einer Tankstelle nicht wirklich anregend. Aber die Essecke ist abgetrennt dann geht es auch.

Das Essen war für mich nicht so berauschend würde ich nicht noch mal bestellen aber sonst war die Bedienung

Waren gerade dort essen und es war wirklich die beste Bedienung die ich bei Subway je erlebt habe. Sub war auch top, keine Wartezeit, sehr liebevoll und nett. Mit diesem Mitarbeiter habt ihr wirklich einen guten Fang gemacht, bedient gleichzeitig die Subway Theke und die tanke. Danke für deine tägliche Arbeit, wir kommen aufjedenfall wieder !

Mega sympathisches Personal Essen war schnell fertig und war auch super lecker

Mein Besuch im Subway in der Tanke in Vallendar war wieder ein tolles Erlebnis. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, witzig und vor allem die Frische und Qualität der Subs war mega 👍 da mein Tank fast leer war habe ich da gleich noch mein Auto betankt und noch eine Waschkarte mit 25% Rabatt gekauft.

Freundliches Personal und leckere und liebevoll belegte Subs. Leider kam es bereits mehrmals vor, dass Zutaten nicht da waren oder man lange warten musste, da nur eine Bedienung vor Ort war. Daher einen Stern Abzug

5 Sterne für den Kerl der mich vor 5 Minuten bedient hat!!

Meistens eigentlich ganz gut, aber die Wartezeit ist öfter ein wenig länger, auch wenn es nicht so schlimm ist wie von manch anderen hier beschrieben. Das Essen schmeckt wie bei jedem anderen Subway auch. Vor Ort habe ich noch nie gegessen, aber es sieht nicht sehr einladend aus, deswegen einen Stern Abzug. Ansonsten für etwas schnelles zwischendurch oder wenn man zu faul zu kochen ist, ist es ganz gut.
