Restaurant Semmelbrösel in Vallendar

I've been to this Chinese restaurant several times now and I'm impressed every time! The food is freshly prepared, delicious, and authentic. I especially recommend the crispy duck dish with sweet and sour sauce – crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. The vegetarian dishes are also very tasty and varied. The portions are generous, and the value for money is absolutely spot on. You can tell that they use high-quality ingredients. The service is friendly, attentive, and very quick, without being intrusive. The staff is flexible and helpful, even with special requests. The ambiance in the restaurant is cozy and inviting, with beautiful Asian decor without being overly pretentious. Everything is clean and well-maintained. I also particularly like the open kitchen, so you can watch the dishes being freshly prepared. Whether for a quick lunch or a relaxed evening with friends – this restaurant is recommended for every occasion. I will definitely be back and can highly recommend it to all lovers of Chinese cuisine!

I was very satisfied with the food and would go again.

We wanted to have goose for dinner with five people and had called ahead to reserve a table. Unfortunately, on the day of our visit, no goose was available, and our reservation couldn't be found in the system. We then opted for other dishes, which were served fairly quickly after we ordered. The French onion soup was very tasty, but a bit too salty. My Käsespätzle (cheese spaetzle) were also noticeably over-seasoned in places. One dish was completely forgotten and never arrived at our table. Unfortunately, this was my last visit, as I had already had to wait a very long time for my drink on a previous occasion. On the positive side, card payments are accepted, and there is ample parking directly in front of the restaurant.
