Subway in Greifswald

Food was okay. Cold but well it's just a chain. The one who served us was extremely rude and unmotivated. I know why we never come here.

Zero stars! extremely unfriendly shop!!! I once had a somewhat more stable employee who was so cheeky that I asked for her name and her boss... when I asked this question she tore the name tag off the shirt of her colleague next to her!!! The reason for this was that I wanted an extra ingredient, which I would of course have paid extra for. I had placed my order with a young man who fully understood the principle "customer is king" and agreed to my request, but the young lady noticed and interrupted him in front of me and immediately aggressively rejected it without any further conversation, almost before the action with her colleague came about. This woman is completely out of place and also damaging to business!!! By the way, vouchers are meant to be used and not received in the current period AFTER THE ORDER!!!! you don't need it... that's my opinion! I also enjoyed eating there, but the employees were incompetent!!! Of course you are completely served there!

A fast food restaurant But the girls do their best to calmly face the onslaught.

Employees seemed visibly overwhelmed and the food was more lukewarm than warm. However, the salad was fresh and the ambience was impressive

Were here on vacation. It went quickly, everyone was friendly and nice. We all had special requests that were implemented immediately. There was nothing to complain about.

Good ambience and good location. Unfortunately the cashier didn't want to give a receipt, I don't know what kind of business is going on there.

The subs are delicious and prepared quickly. One point deducted because there are no actions such as: Sub of the day is available. Some employees could be a little friendlier. Edit from 09/05/21: Very, very friendly staff, there are now promotions like the sub of the day here too! Simply great!

Staff lovely and friendly! I'm very disappointed with the rest. The baguette was so dry that it turned to dust when I took the first bite. As an employee, you should be able to pay attention to things like this. Unfortunately it wasn't worth the money.

Subway is simply great, this branch also manages to handle the massive crowds of the city center very well

The employees at this Subway branch cannot operate the cash register. They have made a mistake and when I point it out to them, they want to correct the mistake. What kind of relationship is this with customers??!

Stop subway. I think such an interior change could attract more customers

Was here because I had vouchers. The preparation was quick and the portion is more than enough. The fries are not recommended at all.

It tastes good and is relatively cheap...I can only recommend it!

Food is tasty but some employees might need to work on their friendliness.

New owner makes many things better. SUB of the day is now also available in this branch. The employees are friendly and nice. The sandwiches are what you would expect from Subway. Unfortunately, there are no longer any beverage dispensing stations, instead only disposable PETs.

You can never go wrong with Subway.

Immer wieder gerne eine sehr leckere Abwechslung. Wer hat schon solch eine leckere Vielfalt für ein do-it-yourself-"Brötchen" zu Hause?! :)

Das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich, das essen hat gut geschmeckt und es ging alles schnell und ohne Problem. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Alles gut, bis auf den Service. Es wird nicht zugehört. Jedes Mal wird entweder falsch belegt oder nicht vernommen, dass eine subway card gescannt werden will. Dann heisst es immer : bezahlvorgang ist durch, nehmen Sie den Kassenbon und lassen Sie sich Ihre Punkte nachträglich gutschreiben. Und das kann man dann aber erst nach einigen Tagen, funktioniert nicht sofort. Besser wäre mal nachfragen, anstatt zu denken man möchte keine Karte vorzeigen. Zumal ich Stammkundin bin und die immer schon vorher raushole und zeige. In anderen Subwaylokalen funktioniert der Service einwandfreier. Und noch ein großes Manko: Hier gibt es keine Studentenmenüs.

Ihr habt meine Tochter glücklich gemacht. Wir haben hier Urlaub gemacht,und bei uns gibt es leider kein Subway. Tolles Team und essen lecker.

Da alle anderen teuer geworden sind, ist Dubway in einem preislichen Bereich wo man sein mittag holen kann. Auf die Bedienung waren fix und freundlich. Nur die vielen Entscheidungen die man treffen muss sind stressig. Aber das ist das Konzept.

Salatstücke im Brot an denen man ersticken könnte und Brot wird so schlecht geschnitten dass beim ersten Biss alles rausfällt

War nicht in der Bäckerei .Musste dort parken um zur Bank zu kommen , aber die Stadt hatte meinen Blaue Karte nicht akzeptiert herzlosigkeit pur aber das lasse ich mir nicht gefallen

Sehr nett, lecker, frisch - nur für die wenigen Besucher und 2 Bediener wahnsinnig langsam. Aber der Sub ist das Warten wert :-)

Subway halt essen schmeckt Bedienung ist freundlich.

Seit meinem letzten Besuch vor 3 Jahren hat das Personal gewechselt, von unfreundlich auf freundlich. Jetzt kann man wieder mehr Sterne geben. Das Essen ist immernoch top! 👍

Das Personal versteht was man bestellt. Es schmeckt wie erwartet. Die Tische werden regelmäßig abgewischt

Wird auch immer weniger für das Geld, eine halbe Olive auf einem ganzen sub und Hähnchen auf der einen Seite fast nichts. Echt schade, war früher mal besser.

Personal war Super freundlich und entgegenkommend. Tische Stühle und Fußboden waren sauber. Die Sandwiches sind lecker. Leider etwas Teuer aber sonst war es ein gutes Mittagessen für zwischendurch. Schade das ich nicht mehr so oft hier in der Nähe bin.

Nettes Personal die auch flink waren.Immer wieder lecker.Nur der Preis ist etwas zu hoch.

Sehr lecker wie immer, aber bringt Zeit mit… der langsamste Subway wo ich je war. Zu uns waren alle sehr freundlich, aber von der Bestellung bis zur Fertigstellung verging eine Ewigkeit….

Es ist sehr sauber die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Einrichtung ist sehr hübsch eingerichtet .

Essen war gut. Leider gab es eine sehr lange Wartezeit.
