We were disappointed. Very limited selection for the price.

So it never met our expectations of 4.4 stars. We wouldn't recommend it.

This is our favorite Asian restaurant in Greifswald. A good all-you-can-eat buffet, good value for money. I've lost track of how many times we've been there, but I know we'll be going back often in the future. I recommend making a reservation. The restaurant is relatively small and can get crowded during peak times.

Delicious food and not expensive.

One star for the sushi, but that's it. Everything else is tasteless, dry, flavour less, boring, bland, overcooked, cheap and nasty. It is only the fresh sushi that you would pay 20 euros for. Had already started eating when the waiter, who struggled to smile, said "cash only, no cards". Why????? Get with the times, cash ain't king any more.

Unfortunately we didn't get the chance to dine here.. It was a 9pm when we walked through the door and staff greeted us with words we're closing at 10pm... When I asked if they take card payments they said no so we had to take out custom somewhere else... Really poor customer service

The restaurant was simply fantastic. The buffet had a lot to offer. And the good news is, they serve gluten-free food. I was absolutely thrilled and can recommend the restaurant.

It's okay. At peak times, it's extremely crowded, making it rather uncomfortable. The food is okay; I expected more. Another downside is that they don't accept card payments.

A small restaurant right by the museum harbor. In our opinion, this is the best Asian restaurant. When the weather is nice, you can even sit outside. Be sure to try the fresh pho, which is brought to your table upon request. Whenever we visit our son in Greifswald, at least one visit is a must. For an extra €3, you can also help yourself to the sushi buffet.

Great location, that's for sure. We opted for the buffet. It was very small, and for me, as a vegetarian, there wasn't much choice. But it was fine. The summer rolls and the tofu dish were tasty. Everything was okay, but not a flavor explosion. The focus, however, was more on sushi, which you could add on for an extra charge. That's what most people seemed to be getting. It looked very appealing, too. They also offered some vegan options. A lot of the food tasted bland and indefinable, especially the dessert. I couldn't taste a pudding that was supposed to be apple and coconut; it was just sweet. The fruit wasn't as fresh, so I skipped it.

Very friendly service, food and drinks plentiful for the money, small buffet with a wide selection and quickly replenished. Highly recommended.

Most of the dishes with sauces were too salty, which made people drink water like crazy after the meal. In the hot summer, shrimp and other seafood ingredients will taste stale. One of the advantages compared to other local Asian buffets is that they provide Vietnamese rice noodles, which should be unlimited in theory, but when I asked the waiter for a second bowl, my request seemed to be ignored and I didn't get it until I paid the bill. Overall, I don't recommend it.

Eating from the buffet was a pleasure as always. Not the best Asian food - but the selection at the buffet is large and the Pho (soup) that comes with the buffet is delicious. Really okay for the price.

They cook delicious food. However, we try to clear the plates as quickly as possible so that customers can't take anything else. And they don't always let you in. Although their graphic says otherwise. The price is good, the food is tasty, but the service leaves a lot to be desired.

The best Asian restaurant we have eaten in so far. The food is super tasty and fresh. Here, emphasis is placed on the quality of the products. The highlight is the Pho, which is freshly prepared to order (included in the price).

We ate at this Asian restaurant today. We were very disappointed. Several points at once. 1. During the cold season you freeze in the restaurant there 2. Some drinks from the menu were not available 3. The buffet is very manageable 4. In every single one that said meat there was 80% vegetables and sauce, you had to look for the liver 5. Baked bananas were already empty 40 minutes before the end and were no longer refilled 6. You sometimes felt like you were being watched by the staff 7. What doesn't work at all is this sign. For years "No card payment possible at the moment" I took a photo of that. We will not visit this restaurant again.

Good price-quality ratio, very nice service

Went there for the first time today and was immediately impressed. But you should make a reservation for a table. We were lucky and got a table. Many other guests came after us, but unfortunately they were not lucky. I can highly recommend the buffet. Delicious and all dishes are well described. The selection is large. I can also recommend a la carte dishes. My son didn't want a buffet. The plates are visually very well presented and very tasty. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for the delicious evening.

The afternoon buffet is 16.90€, cash only (+3 € for a sushi buffet). The staff doesn't willingly speak English but eventually attempts to communicate. At the beginning you're being informed (politely) that you have 1h30 and you're supposed to leave after that. The time is perfectly sufficient for a relaxed meal, but I didn't like the fact of having a timed meal (-1 star for atmosphere). Besides that everything was excellent. Moderate choice of dishes, but all very tasty. Vegetarian options are limited (4-5), highlighted with a clear green label (that convinced us to choose this place). 3 shrimp dishes, some squid. Very good desserts, no ice cream. There are a couple parking spots dedicated for this restaurant which is nice.

I've been there several times, but the last time was a year ago. You now realize that savings need to be made here too. The Peking soup is no longer what it used to be in terms of ingredients. But the taste is ok. The noodles are different and the selection is no longer the same. Overall, an attempt is made to maintain the price, but the quality suffers somewhat.

The buffet was very manageable and disgusting. Everyone is lying here with stomach aches. I can get TK cheaper at the discounter.

Am very satisfied. The buffet is manageable, but everything tasted very good and the selection of dishes was also balanced. There was a lot of meat but also vegetarian dishes. The buffet without sushi is €16.9, with sushi €19.9. The staff was also friendly and accommodating. I felt comfortable here and can recommend the store with a clear conscience.

The store is always clean, as is the sanitary area, although it is quite small. The service is always friendly. So it's always worth visiting there.

I guess because I had my dog ​​with me, but I wanted to sit outside. Or their clocks are wrong. Too bad. By the way, card payment is never possible...

Smaller and tasty buffet with a good selection. Delicious Pho is freshly prepared in the kitchen - a small portion for my daughter too :-), you can also add sushi for €3. Nice service. Prices for drinks are also okay.

People like to eat here and have a beautiful view of the museum harbor.

Small but nice buffet. Dishes without glutamate. Mass is not always important. You still have a good selection at the buffet. Sushi included in the buffet for an additional charge.

The highlight is the very good sushi. The rest of the dishes are all good too. The buffet is quite clear, but absolutely sufficient. Parking is possible directly in front of it in a few spaces. The large parking lot next door is better. It costs €1 per hour or a maximum of €3. The staff is friendly, but a bit disorganized. Refilling the buffet works okay. But it may well be that something is missing. The atmosphere is authentic. The outdoor area is already located at the harbor, but is also very full when the weather is good. Unfortunately only cash payment. And an invoice only upon request. The interim receipt is neither enough for me nor for the tax office.

Cozy little restaurant. The food tastes delicious and is fresh. It's very clean there. Card payment is currently not possible. Parking spaces are free directly at the restaurant. You should reserve ahead of time.

An all-you-can-eat buffet in an Asian crossover restaurant convinced me for the first time here. For just under €20 (with sushi) there is a great selection of various curries, including vegetarian ones, sushi (including nigiri with plenty of fish), baked shrimps, fresh fruit, mango salad, various sauces and much more. My highlights were the mango pudding in a glass and the baked bananas. The service was very friendly and attentive. You can sit comfortably both outside and in the dining room. Unfortunately, the Sencha tea alone couldn't keep up with the quality. All in all, a real recommendation.

I can't say anything about the food because unfortunately it didn't happen. My girlfriend called there twice and ordered her food. Both times I got there and they said no one had called. After that, no one answered the phone. You have to know.

Food is a bit overpriced as there isn't much choice. Otherwise nice service and often full in the evening after 5 p.m. My recommendation: include more varieties, more fruit choices, more meat and fish.

Nice and fast service, nice outdoor area. Only cash payment possible. Ate a la carte. Fresh ingredients, plenty of vegetables, meat was well cooked. Unfortunately everything was completely drowned in a dark, extremely salty soy sauce and thus ruined the whole dish. Too bad! Mango salad was chunky wedges with vinegar. I've eaten it much more delicately elsewhere. So you sit nicely, are served nicely and are full. Nothing more, nothing less.

Everything was thrown together too greasy and carelessly. Labeling on the buffet isn't always correct. Instead of chicken, I had fish and instead of beef, chicken liver... It's better for €20.

There were 6 of us there in the evening. There was no more room inside, so we had to sit outside. Small buffet. Food partly cold. When you took something, you were pushed aside over and over again to stir something up. There was no order as to how to line up, everyone came from all sides. But sushi was super tasty, I have to say! Especially the fried one!

I've been a guest here for a long time and always thought it was great that the dishes tasted almost like they were in Thailand. For some reason the quality and taste has deteriorated a lot. A pity!

The best Asian restaurant in all of Greifswald. The food is very tasty and especially warm. The selection of sushi is very good, including vegetarian sushi. The ambience is stylish and not overly kitschy. In the evening, however, a reservation is usually required, which also reflects its good reputation.

We were once again totally satisfied. We ate buffet. The selection was great and it tasted delicious. The price-performance ratio is completely fine here. We paid €44 for 2 x buffets and drinks. When we are in Greifswald, this restaurant is a must for us.

Super great little Asian restaurant. In summer with additional places outside. Buffet top quality, not a huge selection, but everything was very good. Top sushi offer for a small surcharge at the buffet. Very tasty homemade iced teas and drinks. The name Shangai gives no idea what top selection of Vietnamese dishes the menu has in addition to the buffet. A real insider tip, at least for us, as we now only visit Western Pomerania. We'll definitely be back.

From now on you can sit on the terrace again. We are always satisfied with both the food from the buffet and a la carte. Also suitable for vagabonds, but there is only one small one. Selection. Family-friendly restaurant with changing table and high chairs.

A restaurant where it's worth going to get a taste experience. The ambience is subtle and not as exaggerated as in other Asian restaurants. Everything very clean. I was definitely not there for the second time. I would recommend making a reservation in advance. Because there is need and demand and the restaurant is not very big. Things may be different in summer when you can also sit outside. Delicious, fresh, tasty buffet and also the non-alcoholic drinks are a must from our own creation. 👍👍👍

Great menu, food (also the buffet). The price is very low at the buffet. I would ask for 5-10€ more given what I've seen people take. The staff is very nice and always make sure to keep the buffet in top condition. They also offer sushi which I will try on my next visit. The only thing I have to complain about is that card payments are not possible there (should be reconsidered).

Sushi is nice to look at, some of it is good and tasty, but some of it is unimaginative because the same thing is incorporated. Buffet selection warm and appealing, unfortunately too few vegetables in the dishes. Dessert ok.

The best Chinese food in Western Pomerania Greifswald

Dinner buffet. Oh well. Of course you get full somehow. It's not necessarily a pleasure. But okay. The main thing is a lot. The staff is nice. The Pinot Gris is quite good. It's best to hang what you're wearing outside or throw it straight into the machine.

The only Asian buffet in Greifswald, the food is delicious, but unfortunately there is only comparatively little selection at the buffet. Other Asian restaurants in MV can do that better... Otherwise, many dishes on the menu.

Hardly any space for the neighboring table. I found the buffet very sparse. If you have children who don't like Asian, there aren't even fries. No Diet Coke on offer, I think it should be standard. And last but not least, cash only. It is not mentioned anywhere. It's strange that card payments aren't possible, you could suspect something bad. Then it's better to drive to the outskirts of Greifswald, it's much better there.
